As his bond with mentor Twilight Sparkle and her quirky companions deepens into true kinship, David dedicates himself towards mastering his emerging gifts in cooperation with these remarkable friends so he might finally leave behind lingering pains from a fraying past life and fully blossom into the destined role Equestria's remarkable magic now steadily shepherds him towards.
