Today was the last day of school and for Turquoise it was also the day she officially became a woman but first she had to make it through the day. The student population was smaller today since 120 of the students were graduating today. The original class of 2024 was bigger but since Principal Cadence was forced to do some culling, that number was reduced. Some students were given special permission to clear out their stuff from the spaces they were rented for their clubs. The day started out with students commenting on how Turquoise looked so real that it was hard to tell she was really a boy. Suddenly Haruka arrived.

“So, love you excited to take the final step on the road?” Haruka asked.

“More like, nervous,” Turquoise said.

“You know the girls and I will be there waiting, so you won’t be alone,” Haruka said. The day continued and some students bid farewell to Turquoise on account some were transferring to other schools once the day was over. With no more schoolwork or tests the day went by quite fast. Soon it was time for turquoise to drive down to the hospital for the final step on her journey. Her friends followed behind her and waited in the waiting area. Soon Turquoise came out in a hospital gown and wheelchair.

“See you girls on the other side,” Turquoise said before the doctors wheeled her in and placed her on the operating table where she lost consciousness. Once the anesthesia did its job the doctors began operating. Outside the OR the girls were talking among themselves.

“So, Haruka, what is your relationship with Turquoise?” Lemon asked.

“I would say we are lovers,” Haruka said.

“Are you two planning on marriage sometime?” Sunny asked.

“We are but not until after we Graduate,” Haruka said.

“And how will you have kids without you know?” Indigo asked, referring to the last piece of masculinity Turquoise had and was about to be removed.

“She donated sperm while she was still able to, so we have that covered,” Haruka said.

“So, you think she will be the same after this?” Sour asked.

“If you mean, will she be the same girl we got to know then yes,” Sunny said. Suddenly Ruby came in.

“Has my girl come out yet?” Ruby asked.

“It’s only been fifteen minutes, so she is still in there,” Sunny said.

“Good because unlike Bullet I don’t want to miss this,” Ruby said.

“Where is Turquosie’s dad anyway?” Indigo asked.

“He had some urgent business with his company so he could not make it, “Ruby said. The girls and Ruby continued talking until the doctor came out covered in blood.

“There were a few close calls, but she is now a 100% girl,” The doctor said as turquoise came out wearing her school uniform which looked good with her new body.

“Did you all miss me?” Turquoise asked with her new natural voice which sounded slightly higher than the falsetto she used. The doctor explained everything they did to Turquoise and mentioned how they even did a uterus transplant as requested by Ruby.

“I figured if you were going to be a real girl then you must be willing to go all the way,” Ruby said.

“I thought there was a long waiting list for stuff like this?” Turquoise asked.

“Usually there is but luckily for you we found a doner yesterday and she was a perfect match,” The doctor said. The doner came into the room and Turquoise was very surprised to see who it was.

“Raven? You're the doner?” Turquoise asked, surprised to see raven out of juvie.

“Yes, my mom paid my bail and said if I agreed to this, she would at least not disown me,” Raven said. Turquoise drove back home and went to sleep excited to get back to work on her first-ever VRMMO game for her Nerve Gear.

The next day Turquoise woke up feeling like she had just woken up from a dream. She got dressed and went downstairs for breakfast. Turquoise was greeted by her parents along with Lemon and Haruka.

“How are you feeling sweetie?” Ruby asked.

“A bit odd but good,” Turquoise said.

“The doctor did mention it would be a while before you are used to your new body,” Ruby said.

“So now that you're a complete girl what’s next?” Lemon asked.

“Now that it’s safe for me to use my prototype again I have a lot of data and code to transfer into the virtual world and with the help of my dad’s chief technician I managed to create two more prototypes so I can test the multiplayer functions and I was wondering do you two want to join me on Fenos to do that?” Turquoise said.

“Sure,” Lemon said.

“You know I am in,” Haruka said. As soon as they finished breakfast the girls all went to Turquoise’s room to see the world Turquoise created. Turquoise copied and pasted the code she had been working on for months into the virtual world and suddenly the world on the screen began to flesh out more with a beach to the south, a frozen tundra to the north, A vast desert to the west, A forest to the east and a massive kingdom in the center.

“That is just the tip of the iceberg, there is a lot more to see once we are inside the game,” Turquoise said as she pulled out the prototypes.

“By the way, what do you call this game?” Lemon asked.

“It has no official name yet because it's still in the development phase,” Turquoise replied. The girls all put their nerve gear on and dived into the game world. Turquoise arrived first while Lemon and Haruka were on a character creation screen. A few minutes later Lemon and Haruka appeared and were surprised by their appearance. Lemon was a Cat girl wearing a lime green sorceress outfit with yellow accents While Haruka was a fox girl wearing a red sleeveless kimono with long sleeves on her arm and crimson armor in certain places. “You two look good.

“So do you, love,” Haruka said, referring to Turquoise who was a Fox girl wearing a blue anime-style dress with armor in certain places. “Which class did you pick?

“Swordsman and as for why I am different from you it's because I chose the knight category instead of samurai,” Turquoise replied while further explaining how certain classes have alternative paths. Turquoise explained that right now they were in Fenexia which was the capital city of Fenos and how the goal of this game was to reach the Sword of Naturia which rests at the top of the world tree and how those that possess the sword will be the true ruler of Fenos.

“Sounds like a real challenge so where is this World Tree?” Lemon asked.

“That is a secret, it would not be fun if I told you too much,” Turquoise said before she suggested they head to the field north of Fenexia to show them how the combat system works. Finding a pack of wild boars to test out the combat proved more difficult than expected. "I may need to increase the spawn rate of the animals some. Soon they left the plains and went into some woods.

"No kidding we haven't seen anything more than birds for about thirty minutes." Lemon chipped in. Suddenly what looked like a raven appeared and suddenly turned into an anthropomorphic birdman with an ax.

“Ah there's the enemies I guess entering so much data at once must have slowed the download rate now time to demonstrate the combat controls,” Turquoise said as she summoned an ordinary knight’s sword. “First to summon your weapons, The nerve gear intercepts the brain's senses so to summon your weapon pretend like you're drawing it the motion will generate it for now but in the official release the weapons will be equipped.

"This seems like something to tell us before we look for a fight," Lemon said as she just dodged an attack from the raven man. The enemy didn't give Lemon a chance to summon her weapon as it viciously chased her down. Turquoise and Haruka crossed their blades while blocking the Ax giving Lemon time to call her weapon which was a yellow sorcerer’s staff. The raven then kicked Haruka in the gut, doing ninety percent of her health. "I don't think he's balanced.

"Sorry." Turquoise ran over and quickly helped her love. "This can’t be right; the Raven Berserker should be waiting inside the Phoenix Sanctuary temple in this forest unless someone is messing with my code.

"It could simply be a bug. Remember that Warcraft bug that spread a boss debuff across the servers?" Lemon shouted as she cast a fireball spell. Before Turquoise could finish her thought the raven Berserker was preparing to unleash its ultimate attack even though they hardly left a scratch on it.

"Definitely a bug," Haruka said as all three of them were hit simultaneously and then were devirtualized. Just when they thought they were dead they woke up inside an inn.

“At least the respawn generator kicked in just in time,” Turquoise said before opening her menu.

"Thank all the gods for that." Lemon got up from the bed. "I think it still needs some work, Turquoise.

“Agreed, let's get back to the real world so I can see what is causing this,” Turquoise said before hitting the logout button with her friends doing the same. As soon as the girls regained consciousness Turquoise checked her program and noticed some of the lines were misspelled.

“No wonder something went wrong. I accidentally messed up some of the code,” Turquoise said, showing the area where some of the ones and zeros were in the wrong order. "Sorry guys."

“I knew this would happen, Turquoise. I told you to take a break once in a while,” Bullet said as he came in.

"That you did dad. That you did." She said with a small blush on her face.

“So other than your boss monster appearing outside its intended place, how was the rest of it?” Bullet asked.

"I liked it but the whole dying part was a little terrifying," Lemon admitted.

“That’s what the safeguards are for when I was making this, I wanted to prevent the part Kiaba neglected to tackle in his invention,” Turquoise said.

"Makes sense to me so why don't we get some food I'm starving," Haruka said as she walked out of the room and headed for the kitchen.

Meanwhile inside the boardroom of Silver Corp, Bullet’s five board of Directors were holding a private meeting with just the five of them.

“We cannot let that brat take over this company,” An old man with a slightly large build said.

“Agreed, she plans to take away everything we worked so hard to make,” A man with brown hair said.

“Well, what can we do, the company bylaws state only the son can gain ownership of the company once the current CEO steps down,” A sharply dressed man with black hair said.

“Does that even still apply after sex reassignment?” A big man with brown hair and a mustache asked.

“Mr. Bullet has not revised his bylaws yet and most likely will sometime soon,” a man with tan skin and brown hair with a beard said.

“So, what’s the plan for dealing with that brat?” The well-dressed man asked.

“Well Jackson, while she was at the hospital I looked at her code and managed to rewrite it, so the boss monster kills her before her generator kicks in,” the brown-haired man said.

“You really think that will work Nathan?” the old man asked.

“You are aware technology is my field of expertise, right Gary?” Nathan asked.

“Yes, but won’t she take notice if she survives?” Gary asked.

“I did the numbers, the odds of that brat surviving are about 15%, “the big mustached man said.

“But isn't that also a small chance of survival, Charles?” The tan man asked.

“Yes Lowrance, but that girl has no physical fighting skills to speak of, especially now that she is weak like all women,” Charles said. Suddenly Bullet walked in and the nefarious five as they are known as acted like everything was normal. They were a bit surprised to see Turquoise with him in a well-dressed business outfit.

“Glad I found you gentlemen; this is Turquoise. She is my daughter and I'm introducing her to you because now that she has fully transitioned, reintroductions are in order.

“Nice to meet you gentlemen, “Turquoise said in a normal tone completely oblivious to their scheme.

“Turquoise, these are my board of directors. We have my VP of business strategies, Gary, my head of accounting, Charles, My legal expert, Jackson, The head of my tech division, Nathan, and my assistant, Lowrance.

Any reason why you brought your daughter with you Mr. Bullet?” Lowrance asked.

“We have some security issues with our network and my daughter is looking it over,” Bullet said before they left.

“Darn it, I thought that birdman would have killed her before that blasted respawn generator activated,” Nathan said.

“You did have a backup plan, right?” Gary asked.

“I sure do,” Nathan said before pulling out what looked like a flash drive of some kind.

before anyone asks yes, these board of directors are based off of the big 5 from the original yugioh. I needed a new reason for turquoise and her friends to get trapped in the game since the original culprits don't exist anymore now that the direction has changed.
