Dr. Tezla needs help once more studying the Racing Realms, So he calls up the Teku and Metalmanics.
But that's not all he calls upon. He gets in touch with someone or rather somepony he calls the Equestrians, and they are not the most easy convinced until they are told of the cost of losing. Now its the Equestrians, Teku, and Metal Maniacs VS the Drones, Siliencerz, and Changling Army all battling to gain the mystical Acellechargers. Will they be able to work out their differences or will they argue and bicker to the bitter end? Who will be the ultimate racer and earn the right to race the Acellerons? Or is there more to Racing Realms then they are being told?
