Rainbow sits on a chair, singing to her belly as she sits at the Ponyville Police Station. ‘Why did I even come here, I should have just ignored the letter.’ she thinks to herself as she rubs her belly, it had been about seven months since she had unbirthed Scootaloo, and through all that time everypony has been supportive. Soarin had gotten a job and moved in, all was going well until she got that letter.

Sighing in frustration, Rainbow looked at the letter, clenching her fists in anger as she read out loud.

"Dear, Rainbow Dash,

I am writing you this letter to ask you to please come and visit me, I have something of the utmost importance that I have to discuss with you.

Yours truly, Lightning Dust."

Rainbow gritted her teeth as she held the letter in anger. "You have no right to ask me here, it's your fault all of this happened to begin with, you reckless bi……"

"Ms. Rainbow, she's ready for visitation," the warden says as Rainbow talks to herself, interrupting her outburst.

Rainbow Dash gets up from her seat and follows the warden, when they arrive in the visitation room, she notices the line of other ponies talking to loved ones on the phone, most of the inmates are just petty thieves and criminals, but one is more dangerous than any of them, and unfortunately, Rainbow was summoned here today by her.

Rainbow takes her seat and picks up the phone, starting daggers at the pony who sat in front of her, a glass panel separating them from each other.

"You have some nerve asking me here you know," Rainbow said angrily, her blood boiling as she stared at the pony talking to her.

"I know, but I just wanted to apologize again, I am so sorry for what happened, I…" Lightning Dust says before Rainbow slams her hand on the window.

"Sorry, SORRY!, You almost killed her," Rainbow bellowed, enraged by the audacity of her former friend.

"I know, I know you have every right to not forgive me, but I at least want to apologize, I'm so sorry for what happened, if I could switch places with Scootaloo I would, I should have never encouraged her to do the stunt, I-I," Lightning Dust said, starting to tear up.

"I was petty, I was just so proud that she looked up to me and not you, that, I didn't think of her safety," Lightning Dust said as she wiped away her tears.

Rainbow Dash went to hang up the phone.

"Wait!" Lightning Dust calls out.

Rainbow Dash put the phone back to her ear and sighed. "What?" Rainbow asks angrily.

"I hope you can forgive me someday, I am sorry for what I did, and I hope and wish to say sorry to Scootaloo once she is reborn, if you will allow me to," the imprisoned pegasus said as Rainbow sighed.

"We'll see, and I guess I can forgive you," Rainbow said as she hung up and left, holding a hand on her belly as she caressed her daughter from outside.

After exiting the jail, Rainbow Dash sighed, her mind contemplating what to do as she went to Sugar Cube Corner for a treat.

As she sat at a table, she looked down at the muffin she had ordered until a voice snapped her back to Earth.

"Hey there, RD," the voice said as they sat in the chair in front of Rainbow.

"Oh, hey, AJ, how are you doing?" Rainbow asked as she finally took a bite of her muffin.

"I'm good, but how are you doing?" Applejack asked as she placed a hand on Rainbow's shoulder. "You were lost in space there for a bit," the orange mare said as she leaned back in her chair.

"I'm fine," Rainbow said as she looked at Applejack and noticed her belly. "I see you unbirthed Apple Bloom, and I assume Rarity did the same thing?" The blue pegasus asked, trying to change the topic.

"Eeyup, but it's just to de-age them, they'll lose their cutie marks, but when they deage, they'll be in stasis until you give birth," Applejack answered as Rainbow smiled.

"That's good, they were great friends and I'd hate for them to lose that bond," Rainbow said as Applejack sighed

"It's Lightning Dust ain't it?" Applejack asked as Rainbow nodded.

"That bitch has the audacity to ask me to forgive her after what she did, she knows what she did and yet she asks me to forgive her, even having the balls to see my daughter to apologize to her," Rainbow said, shocking Applejack with her language.

"And you don't think she deserves forgiveness?" Applejack asked, catching Rainbow off guard.

Rainbow sighed and looked down, "I don't know," Rainbow said as she talked with her friend, losing track of time as Mrs. Cake flipped the sign.

"I'm sorry, girls, but you have to leave," the blue earth pony said politely as the two friends left respectfully.

Outside of the building Applejack pats Rainbow on the back. "Be careful flying home RD, as for if you should forgive Lightning Dust or not, I think you should, but not for her benefit, but for yours," Applejack said as she walked home, Rainbow Dash taking off shortly after.
