No eyes, Always Watching

Hey howdy hey guys! I’m proud to announce that updates can be expected to be more frequent now that I am on Winter break from college (AWESOME!) So I will write as much as I can to deliver you guys the story of Tyler’s endeavors in ponyville! And as this is also a slenderman fic expect more action with the slenderman to happen! So here it is coming at you super fast……

Chapter 6

The Workin’ Man

Tyler could only stand there frozen like a deer in headlights as everypony was staring at him in all his glory (or shame) red as a fresh tomato.  Rarity was just recovering from fainting only to take another look at him and faint again, proving too much for spike to hold up anymore as she flattened him under her.  Twilight had started scribbling rapidly in her notepad again, taking several glances at him and scribbling profusely, Applejack felt the need to show respect and cover her view with her hat, and Fluttershy never brought her face out from her mane until she felt it was right to do so.

Tyler just grabbed his towel and headed back towards the closet with the little dignity he had left as he shut the door behind him to get dressed.

“Well that was…..different….right Lyra?” Bon Bon said as she glanced over at Lyra whose entire face had turned bright red and her mouth hanging open.

“Uhm Lyra…..You’re drooling….” Bon Bon said as she snapped the unicorn out of her trance and she wiped her mouth with a chuckle.

“Uhm right….sorry….Uhm….I’ll just….be at home if you need me…and please knock first.” Lyra said as she backed out the door making sure she never turned around until she was outside, where she immediately galloped home as fast as she could.

“….I don’t even wanna know….” Bon Bon said as she facehoofed.

Tyler had an un-amused look on his face as he walked down the street with the seven mares and young dragon as they all were in a fit of laughter as they walked along.

“Ha ha laugh it up, laugh at the human who shall never be able to show his face at that spa again….” Tyler groaned as he buried his face in his hands.

“Oh cmon Tye, we’ve all had embarrassin moments….though probably not THAT embarassin.” Applejack said as she nudged his leg with her hoof.

“Applejack’s right Tyler, no need to feel ashamed about it. Besides you helped me further my studies on humans! I even got these great sketches for visual references.” Twilight said as she proudly displayed her notepad, filled with sketches of Tyler’s naked form.

Tyler’s head shot up from his hands as he looked at the notepad, his face turning crimson as he swiped at the notepad “GIVE ME THAT!”

Twilight pulled the notepad away from him quickly, causing him to fall onto the ground as he lost balance reaching for it.

“No way! This is important material I need for my studies on rare and possibly undiscovered species!”

Tyler sighed as he stood up and brushed the dirt off his clothes looking over to Bon Bon.

“By the way Bon Bon…..why did Lyra leave? Did I like freak her out or something?”

Bon Bon turned to Tyler with a blush on her face and looked around for a way to escape that question “Uhm….well…the uhm…..hey look over there!” she shouted pointing in a random direction with her hoof causing everybody to look in the direction, giving her a chance to run away leaving them there.

They all looked back to where Bon Bon previously was only to see empty space, they all looked at each other and shrugged.

Bon Bon trotted up to her front door and turned the knob only to find it was locked, and she had just remembered Lyra had the key.  She reached out and knocked on the door shouting to hopefully get Lyra’s attention.

“Lyra open this door! It’s Bon Bon!”

Sounds of hooves rushing around and objects being shifted could be heard from inside as Bon Bon stood there waiting for her room-mate to open the door.

“Uhm….can you give me like five more minutes?” Lyra asked sheepishly from behind the door.

“Why would you need five more min--…..Oh Lyra What the hay is wrong with you!!!”

Tyler and Applejack parted ways with the others and headed back towards the farm in an awkward silence that Applejack decided to be the one to break.

“So uh…..how….do humans mate with it bein’…like that an’ all?” she asked with a blush creeping onto her face.

Tyler looked to her with a shocked expression before he started scratching the back of his head sheepishly as he tried to find the best way to explain it.

“Well uhm….you see….how do I put this….it’s only like that most of the time….but when humans go to mate…it….gets bigger I guess you could say.” Tyler said trying not to die from embarrassment right there.

“Wait, you’re saying it’ll get bigger than that? Like all on its own?” She asked with a tone of genuine curiosity.

“Can we change the subject please?  I’d rather not give you a human anatomy lesson after what just happened….plus Twilight will probably beg me for one later too.” Tyler said as he quickened his pace towards the farm.

“Alright then sugarcube….So were you planning on trying to get your own home ehre in Ponyville?  N-not that we don’t enjoy ya’ll bein’ here!  I just thought maybe...you wanted to have your own place.” Applejack said as she caught up to him.

Tyler stopped in his tracks and turned to Applejack, suddenly smiling at her and picking her up and hugging her.

“That’s a great idea Applejack!  I could get my own place in town, I always wanted my own place…..but how would I even be able to afford it?” he said as his hopes seemed dashed, setting Applejack down.

“Well maybe ya can look around town fer more work and save up until you can buy your own place? Ah’m sure Rarity could use an extra hoof –err hand around the boutique and maybe even some odd jobs around town will help you out.” She replied causing Tyler to smile brightly again and give her an almost bone crushing hug.

“Thank you Applejack, I’ll go and do that right now!” he said as he ran towards town leaving Applejack to catch her breath from his bear hug.

Tyler walked up to the Carousel Boutique and knocked on the door, waiting for an answer.

“Come in Darling~! The door is unlocked!” Rarity chimed from inside the shop.  Tyler let himself in and found Rarity busy making a dress, wearing her red cat’s eye glasses as she sewed the fabric together.

“Oh Tyler! How may I help you today darling?  Did you decide to let me make you an ensemble to replace your dreadful clothing?”  Rarity said never taking her eyes off her work.

“Uhm no….and what’s wrong with my clothes?!”  Tyler asked casuing Rarity to stop what she was doing and look at him sheepishly.

“Oh uhm…nothing dear…it’s just…uhm….What are you here for then?” she asked hoping to change the subject.

“Well I was thinking of buying my own place here in Ponyville but as we all know I’m broke, so I wanted to see if you needed a hired hand to help you around the boutique?”

Rarity’s eyes sparkled as she squeeled in delight running over to Tyler and dragging him over to her workstation.

“This is perfect darling! I needed some help with making these dresses that are reaching their deadline soon, and I can’t seem to get the help from my little Spikey-Wikey, and since you have appendages similar to his you’re perfect for the job!” she giddily replied as she started handing supplies for him to hold.

“Spikey-Wikey?  Oh I’m going to have fun with that little nickname~” Tyler said deviously as he began to help Rarity.

The day went by as Tyler helped Rarity finish her dresses in time for her deadline, running every which way to grab the supplies she needed, realizing being a designers assistant was more than it seemed to be, he realized he had to give spike credit for being not only Twilight’s assistant but Rarity’s assistant on the side as well.

“Wow….you sure know how to work a guy…..but it seems we’ve gotten everything done.” Tyler said as he looked at all the dresses on the mannequins in Rarity’s workroom.

“Well it wouldn’t have been possible without your help darling, here this should help you along your way to buying a house.” Rarity replied as she levitated a decent sized bag full of bits into Tyler’s hand.

“Wow…this seems a bit much for just an afternoon of help….” Tyler began protesting

“Nonsense darling I’m just helping a friend out, and being generous is in my nature after-all I am the Element of Generosity.”

“Element of Generosity?....whatever that means…..” Tyler said as he exited the boutique leaving Rarity quite dumbfounded.

“He….he doesn’t know about the Elements of Harmony……Has he been under a rock for the past couple years?” Rarity seemed to ask nobody in particular.

Well sorry if it’s a bit short and crappy but I got bitten by the writing bug and just had to write something today, so here it is! And feel free to send me suggestions to help improve the story! You shall be credited! Shout out for Portal82 for the idea of Tyler getting multiple jobs around ponyville! The house idea was mine though but his idea spawned it
