Daniel Book 3- Life in Ponyville

Daniel groaned as he rubbed his head, he got up slowly, then rolled off of the comfortable branch he had been sleeping on. Landing on the ground, he slowly picked himself up, and went by the river, he stripped, and stepped in, washing himself off. He had found the perfect sleeping tree in a secret grove at the edge of the Everfree, where a river flowed through. He got out, and dried hmself off, (I still don't have any details on how though.)

Daniel rubbed his face with his, hoof? He lifted his arms up, on his left arm, was alot of fur, and a hoof, and on his right arm, was skin and a hand. Daniel ran up to the river, and saw that he was half pony, and half human. Confused, he tried changing into a human, nothing happened, so he tried to change into a pony, again nothing. "Ah shit!" Daniel cried out, and (somehow) ran towards Ponyville.

"M-monster!" Spike yelled, pointing at a creature that was half pony and half human. The hideous creature was running in an odd fashion striat towards Ditzy's place. Seeing the monster's direction, Spike gulped, and stood in the thing's way, it stopped in front of him, looked at him oddly, then rolled it's eyes. It went around him. "Oh crap, GILDA!"

"What! What is it? New adventure? I thought we were going to take a break." A griffin landed next to Spike.

"Monster! It's heading towards Ditzy's place!" Spike yelled, Gilda nodded, and shoved the small dragon on her back, and ran after said monster, who ran up to Ditzy's door, and...

Knocked. Gilda felt slightly confused, but when the door opened, the monster was somehow inside an imprint made in a brick wall atached to the building directly across from Ditzy's doorway. Spike and Gilda ran up to see if Ditzy was okay, she ran out, ready to attack again. "WAIT!" The "Monster" cried. Ditzy stopped instantly. "It's me, I'm under a curse or something!"

"Daniel? What the buck happened to you?" Ditzy asked, instantly helping him up.

"I don't know, I woke up like this, and I can't change into my pony or human form." Daniel said, obviously freaking out.

"Let's get you to Zecora, she'll know what to do." Ditzy said.

"Who?" Daniel asked.

"Zecora, she's a potion's mare who lives in the Everfree." Ditzy replied. Daniel nodded.

Ditzy walked up to a knarled tree with a door in it. She knocked on the door, and after a few seconds it opened, revealing a zebra with several earrings, and other golden jewlry. "Oh hello Ditzy Doo, what today does bring you?" She rhymed.

"Hey Zecora, my friend has something wrong with him. I was wondering if you could maybe help." Ditzy said.

"Your friend you say, please tell me who if you may." Zecora said with a smile.

"His name is Daniel, he's not exactly a pony, but then again, he's not exactly what he was at the moment either." Ditzy said sheepishly.

"Is he with you there, or somplace elsewhere?" Zecora asked, seeing only Ditzy Doo, Spike, and Gilda.

"He's here, just don't freak out." Ditzy said. Zecora nodded.

"I won't freak out, but curiosity of him is about." Zecora said, getting worse at her rhymes due to the author sucking at making them.

"Alright, Daniel, come over here." Ditzy said. Daniel stepped into the light coming from the hut, Zecora took a step back.

"Well young Daniel, please tell me, have you touched any blue flowers in the Everfree?" Zecora asked.

"You mean those blue ones that tickle when you touch them? Yeah, I came across them yesterday, why?"

"You mean to tell me that this is just Blue Joke, oh thank Celestia." Ditzy said, laughing.

"Haha, well sick joke is this, I would like to look like myself, either one, I don't find this so called joke funny." Daniel said angrily.

"No, Poison is in the flower you touched, it's like poison oak, but it's affects are like a joke." Zecora laughed.

"Okay, so how do I get rid of its affects then?" Daniel said.

"I can help with that." Zecora said, because the author can't rhyme anymore.
