Daniel Book 3- Life in Ponyville

Daniel, Ditzy, Spike, and Gilda came out of the Everfree, all with smiles on their faces. "So let me get this straight, that Blue Joke caused Rarity's mane to go all floppy, and Fluttershy's voice changed into that of a guy? Okay that's hilarious." Daniel said, laughing.

"Jeez you should have seen Applejack riding Rainbow Dash! it was funny as heck!" Spike said, and they all laughed. They all walked past several buildings until they came to a large blue one, it had two floors, and was shaped in that of a circle.

"I don't think I've been here before, what is this place?" Daniel asked.

"That would be the Ponyville spa,  we could go in if you wanted, if anything, just to meet the ponies who work in there." Ditzy said, looking at the spa longingly.

"Alright, but there is no way I am going to use it, you can if you want to though, I need to wash up in the river anyways."Daniel said, stepping inside, followed by Ditzy and Spike, Gilda just turned and left, Daniel understood that. The others walked in front of Daniel.

"Hello and welcome to the spa, how may we be of, MONSTER!" A pink pony with a blue mane and tail cried out, Daniel drew his sword and spun around, ready to face anything to protect the ponies in the room, but saw nothing but the door.

"Uh, what monster?" He said turning around. The blue pony was hiding behind an overturned table, she poked her head up above the table.

"We are not open today, please go away." The pony said, and Daniel understood, she thought that he was the monster, so he started laughing.

"Oh, you think I'm the monster! Ha, that's almost as funny as the blue joke stuff, unless of course you got it on yourself, then it's not so funny, well, I didn't come in to get pampered, I just came in to meet the spa ponies. Well, I guess I'll be on my way." Daniel said, turning around and going towards the door.

"Wait!" The blue pony called. Daniel stopped and turned around.

"Yes?" He said cheerfully, the pony had her smile back.

"I'm Lotus, and I run this spa with my sister Aloe, who is actually with a customer at the moment. Since you have never been here, you may get one free package for the spa." Lotus said, Daniel's eyes grew wide slightly, and he chuckled.

"Uh, I really don't think I should, I'm not one to get pampered like that, sorry." Daniel said, and his heart folded over and cracked as Lotus's face fell, and she seemed depressed. Daniel exhaled, "Fine, give me your best, I guess." Daniel said, and Ditzy pulled out some bits herself.

"I'm coming with! This I gotta see!" She said, giggling. Daniel rolled his eyes. Lotus took her bits, and led them to a large room with pony sized bathrobes and lockers for clothes. Daniel stared. "What is it Daniel?"

"Uh, I'm going to have to take my clothing off, aren't I." Daniel said.

"Is this a problem sir?" Lotus said, Daniel exhaled again.

"No, I guess not, it's only me and Ditzy." Daniel said, and he began to undress, and with his clothing off, he grabbed the largest bathrobe, and fit it on his body, it was to small. "Uh, ma'am, you wouldn't happen to have any alicorn sized ones would ya?" Daniel asked, Lotus shrugged and tossed him one. He slipped into it. "Okay, so now what?" Daniel asked. Lotus smiled.

"Now we start you off with a massage." She said cheerfully, Daniel looked worriedly to Ditzy, who was trying hard not to laugh. "Please lie down on this massage bed." Lotus pointed to a large massage bed, that Daniel barely fit on. Lotus lifted her hooves to daniel's back, and began to gently rub his back in small circles, Daniel shrugged her off, and got up. Lotus looked at him confused. "Did I do something wrong?" She asked.

"Uh, well, sort of, why don't you get on and I'll show you what I would like." Daniel gestured to the massage bed, and Ditzy burst out laughing, rolling on the ground. "Just ignore her." Daniel said, rolling his eyes. Lotus looked at the bed, then at Daniel then back to the bed.

"Uh, sir, are you sure?" Lotus said, Daniel nodded.

"Uh huh." Was all he said, Lotus got on the massage bed, and Daniel walked up to her, he put his hands to her shoulders and began to rub, and she instantly relaxed, Daniel moved his fingers in small circles down her coat, until he reached the small of her back. He raised his hands up, and nodded. "Something like that or the other." Daniel said, as Lotus got off the massage chair.

"Sir, would you like to work here, that was luxorious! We would pay you ten bits an hour." Lotus said, Ditzy who was just getting up off the floor fell over again laughing. Daniel shrugged.

"Okay, sounds good to me, as long as I get to keep my clothes on." Daniel said. "What time do you need me here?" He asked.

"No particular time, we are open from 7 a. m. to 9 p. m. every day save for sunday, but due to you being an employee, you can come here on sunday with one other and enjoy the spa." Lotus said, Ditzy finally got up and trotted next to Daniel.

"Alright, well, I actually need to go right now, but I'll be here some time tomorrow." Daniel said, waving and leaving to get his clothes back on, once that was done, he left the building.

"Lotus, why are staring at the door like that?" Aloe asked, walking up to her.

"We have a new employee." Lotus said.

"Is she certified to practice here?" Aloe asked.

"Uh, define certified..."
