Daniel Book 3- Life in Ponyville

Daniel changed into his earth pony form, to avoid any further attacks. He walked into the town, and heard something. It sounded like an angry mob, daniel shrugged pony style and went towards it, and he saw indeed an angry amount of ponies around a makeshift travel stage, on the stage was a light blue unicorn. She was trying to say something, but everypony was yelling at her and nopony could hear her, Daniel rolled his eyes, and jumped up on the stage. "HEY EVERYPONY, FOR THE SAKE OF THIS GOOD WORLD, SHUT THE BUCK UP AND LISTEN!" Everypony was quiet quite suddenly.

"Thank you." the blue mare said with a smile.

"Anytime ma'am." Daniel said, and stayed on the stage for good measure.

"Citizens of Ponyville, I have an announcement." She paused for a moment. "Last time I was here, I said and did things that I'm not proud of, I bragged about being such a great pony, when the truth is, I can barely use magic, and what little magic I know, I had used to hurt ponies. I am here to say I'm sorry, I ask simply for your forgivness, and to watch my new show, it's better now, and it doesn't humiliate ponies. I especially ask for Twilight Sparkle's forgiveness, for it was her I wronged the most. If you don't forgive me, that's fine, but I beg, just please, watch this show, if you don't like it, I'll leave forever, and never come back." The mare finished, there was several shouts.

"No way!"

"Go jump into Tartarus you stupid bitch!"

"I'll forgive you the day Celestia dies!"

Daniel rolled his eyes. "HEY! IF YOU HATE HER SO MUCH, WHY DON'T YOU HUMOR HER DAMN SHOW? SHE SAID SHE WOULD LEAVE IF YOU DIDN'T LIKE IT!" Daniel shouted at the crowd. there was several nods of agreement, and the rest just shut up.

"thank you," The mare said, then she added, "Again."

"Like I said before, anytime." daniel said with a polite nod.

"Okay, prepare, to be dazzled! By the Great and Powerful Trrrrrrrrrrrriiixie!" She said, there were several groans from the audience. "for my first trick, I need a volunteer." she said, nopony raised their hoof. Daniel shrugged and walked up behind Trixie, and nudged her slightly. "Oh, it seems we have a lucky young stallion here who wishes to proceed. Now behold the box of wonder!" Trixie's horn glowed slightly, then a box big enough for three ponies appeared. She pushed Daniel towards it. "The trick is to step behind the curtain, and you look like you've disappeared." Trixie muttered under her breath. Daniel nodded. "Now behold as my handsome assistant steps into the box of wonder!" Trixie said.

"Oh, I've seen this before! there's a curtain on the inside that causes the pony to look like they have disappeared." A mare in the audience blurted out. Trixie deflated.

"Trixie, go through with the trick, I have a couple of tricks up my own sleeve." Daniel winked at her. Trixie nodded.

"Now watch as I close the door, and spin it once!" Daniel started to change a little, and got rid of his wings as the box spun around him. "And with a tap of my wand, look as my dashing assistant has changed!" Trixie called out. Daniel heard a tap, and the door opened, revealing his earth pony self, he stepped out. Everypony, inculding Trixie gasped. Daniel faked surprise.

"My wings! They're gone!" Daniel yelled. And shot a worried glance at Trixie, and winked with his eye that wasn't facing the crowd.

"She took his wings!" Somepony yelled angrily.

"Fear not! For The Great and Powerful Trixie can return the wings to this handsome stallion!" Trixie said confidently. "She can do that right?" Trixie whispered through her teeth. Daniel gave one solitary nod. Daniel stepped back into the box, and she closed the door. "Now watch as the Great and Powerful Trixie  spins the box once more, and with a tap of her magic wand..." The box spun, and Daniel grew out a horn. He heard a tap,  and the door opened. "My assistant's wings are now back!" Daniel stepped out, everypony gasped once again, and Daniel pretended to look happy.

"No, my wings aren't back, but I do have a horn now!" Daniel said with gusto.

"It's a fake!" Somepony in the crowd yelled. Daniel chuckled.

"I wouldn't say that." Daniel said, levatating the pony, a red and green earth pony.

"Whoa! Okay, you've made your point!" The pony said, flailing around, Daniel set her back down.

"Okay, the horn is great and all, but seriously, can I have my wings back?" Daniel said. Trixie nodded.

"The Great and Powerful Trixie will restore your wings." Trixie said, now unsure of what will happen next. Daniel stepped inside, and the moment she closed the door, he teleported, grabbed Gilda, who yelped, and teleported back. They heard a tap, and the door opened, and they both stepped out. Gilda saw the crowd and got it immidiately.

"Who, what, where?" She said.

"Trixie, is your box working fine?" Daniel asked. Trixie shrugged.

"Trixie is sure it will work this time!" She said, still unsure. Daniel got in the box, and Gilda jumped off the stage and waved at Daniel. Daniel stepped into the box once again. Going through the same process, Daniel changed back into his pegasus form the door opened, and Everypony stomped their hooves on the ground in applause. Daniel and Trixie both did a small bow, and the stage began closing up around them. furniture grew out of nowhere, and the space on the inside grew quite alot, and soon a whole house was there, only on the inside. Daniel smirked.

"Magic is so interesting, I should study it." Daniel said. "Well, I hope that helped you, see you later!" Daniel said, turning to leave.

"Wait!" Trixie said. Daniel shrugged, and sat down. "How did you do that?" She asked. Daniel smiled.

"I think I should show you, I'm not really a pony, but I'm not really what I was originally either." Daniel shifted into his human form, and Trixie jumped back slightly. "I guess the closest to anything, would have to be that I, am an alicorn." Daniel said.

"Okay, that does explain alot. Well, bye, I guess." Trixie said, and Daniel waved. He left.
