Get Offa My Cloud (featuring Applejack and Pinkie Pie)

It’s a beautiful day at the Apple Family home and Pinkie Pie is there taking care of her plants that are given to her from science class while Applejack is taking care of her own plant. Applejack’s plant has grown really fine, but Pinkie’s plant is not really doing well. It’s because Pinkie has used cake batter and sugar in the soil.

“Uh, Pinkie. I don’t think you should use cake batter for plant care.” Applejack said, while Pinkie Pie giggles.

“What’s the problem? Why is it so bad to feed the plant sugar? It’s usually how things get up and go.” Pinkie replied before her plant drooped down. “Oh, that’s why.” she continued, giggling. She has earned herself a seriously disappointed look from Applejack’s face.

“Ugh, Pinkie. When will you ever learn?” Applejack sighed just as she notices that there’s a glow emitting from her room. Applejack realized what that meant.

“The dragons need us. Let’s go and see what they’re up to.” Applejack exclaimed, setting her plant down and putting her dragon badge on.

“I’m right behind you, Apple Girl!” Pinkie Pie shouted as she followed the country girl, putting on her own dragon badge.

They both went to Applejack’s room, opened the closet in her room and held the magic dragon scale together as they recited the code rhyme. “I wish, I wish, with all my heart, to fly with dragons in a land apart.” the duo said in unison as the wallpaper dragons spun around them and off they went!

One flash later, Applejack and Pinkie Pie appear at the garden area where Ord and Cassie are waiting for them.

“Hi, guys!” Applejack and Pinkie Pie exclaimed in unison with Pinkie throwing confetti out her hair upon her arrival.

“Apple Pie sandwich” Ord exclaimed as he came up and gathered Applejack and Pinkie in a tight hug. It wasn’t long until he noticed that he was practically squishing the girls, and he set them down.

“What are y’all up to?” Applejack asked.

“We’re planting a garden. We can even use Wonder Water. It's a special water formula that makes plants grow big and fast.” Cassie explained as Applejack and Pinkie are intrigued.

“We can plant a whole vegetable garden with lots and lots of different seeds, with pumpkins, cucumbers, rutabagas and everything!” Ord exclaimed, excited about the food they’re going to grow.

“Oh, sorry sugarcube. We don’t have any seeds.” Applejack said, disappointedly. Luckily, Ord came to the rescue as he pulled some vegetables out of his pouch.

“Hey, those are not seeds!” Pinkie exclaimed, giggling. Luckily, Ord realized what he needed to do to make seeds. He eats all the vegetables in one bite and spits out their seeds into different piles.

“Now, that’s better. Let’s get to work, y’all!” Applejack commanded as everybody got ready for their tasks.

“I’ll be right back with the Wonder Water.” Cassie spoke as she flew off to get the water formula they needed.

Their first task is to get the soil ready. They were moving all the rocks and sticks away before they made straight lines on the soil with their rakes. Applejack and Ord were doing really well. As for Pinkie Pie, she has gotten back to her silly ways.

“Hey, Applejack! Look how fast I’m going!” Pinkie exclaimed as she started dragging her shovel against the dirt. She wasn’t making straight lines. She was running everywhere while not paying attention!

“Pinkie! What are ya doing?! Straight lines.” Applejack said, clearly annoyed by her friend’s actions. Pinkie stopped immediately upon cue and looked behind her.

“Oh, sorry.” Pinkie apologized, feeling dumb. Luckily, Applejack forgives her.

“It’s okay, sugarcube. Please watch where you are doing next time.” Applejack instructed, feeling less annoyed.

The next step is that they planted the seeds in the soil, and they stick the stakes with illustrations of vegetables they’re making: one stake / illustration per vegetable. That way, they know where they can find what they planted in the soil. They are markers. Ord was especially excited to see all the food that’s going to grow!

“Yummy pumpkins, crunchy carrots, tasty rutabagas… I can't wait.” Ord exclaimed in happiness as he and Applejack went off-site to wait for Cassie to show up with the Wonder Water. Pinkie Pie was just lying there by the tree, getting some tan. She made another ditzy mistake. She pulled the markers off the spots on the soil! She approached the duo.

“Hey, you left all those signs here.” Pinkie exclaimed as she dropped the signs in front of them.

“Uh oh! Now we can’t tell where everything’s planted.” Ord spoke in worry. Pinkie Pie tries to speak up, but Applejack obviously didn’t want to hear it.

“Save it. I think you have done enough for today.” Applejack scolded as Pinkie hangs her head down in shame, feeling bad about what she did. Her hair has also deflated in defeat.

Later, Applejack and Ord are fixing up the garden while Pinkie is sitting alone by the tree. Cassie then arrives with a watering can.

“What are you doing over here all by yourself?” Cassie asked.

“I messed up the garden.” Pinkie replied.

“You did? It looks nice to me.” Cassie spoke, confused.

“That’s because Applejack and Ord fixed the garden like nothing happened.” Pinkie clarified.

“Oh, cheer up Pinkie. You can help me with the Wonder Water.” Cassie offered. Unfortunately, Pinkie gave a hard pass to the offer because she knows she’s going to mess up again. It was just then Ord and Applejack came calling, because they wanted Cassie to come in to help.

“Coming, Pinkie?” Cassie asked.

“No thanks. Hard pass. I’ll probably just do something else wrong.” Pinkie replied as she walks off to be alone with her hair deflated while Cassie brings the water over to the garden.

“Howdy! Welcome back, sugarcube. Is that Wonder Water?” Applejack asked as she grabbed the watering can. She was about to water the plants, but Cassie stopped the cowgirl.

“Applejack, wait. My dad told me just a single drop on each seed is all you need.” Cassie explained as she dripped one tiny little drop in each mound. One drop made the plants magically grow upon touch.

“Whoa, nelly! Hey, Cassie. Do you think you can give me and my friend some Wonder Water when we get home?” Applejack asked. “Pinkie and I are working on some plants for science class.”

“Sure! I’m happy to help.” Cassie exclaimed, giving her 2 cups. She can use one cup to give to Pinkie, who was out in the field.

“Now, we’ll just have to wait for everything to grow.” Applejack spoke. Ord has got an idea that will help make time fly.

“Let’s go to my cave while we’re waiting. I bet my mom will make us all lunch.” Ord speaks, obviously hungry.

“Good idea. By the time we come back, the garden will be blooming.” Cassie agreed as they all went to Ord’s cave. Applejack sees Pinkie just sitting on the field alone.

“Hey, sugarcube. Don’t you want to come with us for a lunch break?” Applejack asked.

“No, thanks. I’m good alone.” Pinkie Pie replied.

“Okay, then. We can at least bring you something to eat for a change.” Applejack said as she and the dragons left.

As they leave, Pinkie goes over to check on the garden. She sees that nothing is growing.

“Come on, grow.” Pinkie cheered, starting to cheer herself up with her hair inflating back to its original state. She sees the watering can and gets an idea

“Ooh, I’ll bet you’re really thirsty.” She grabs the can and feeds the seed some water. She didn’t use a drop as required. She used a lot of Wonder Water. As a result, it grows a giant beanstalk that takes her up to the clouds! She jumps off the beanstalk. Luckily, she didn’t fall through, because clouds were like trampolines.

“Ooh, bouncy!” Pinkie exclaimed, giggling. It was when she heard a voice that made her snap back to reality.

“I remember when I first got here. I loved bouncing on the clouds too.” The voice exclaimed.

“Who’s there?” Pinkie asked, curious of whomever that voice belonged to.

“You! Down here!” the voice exclaimed as she digs in the clouds, and she finds a tiny elf!

“Whoa, who are you?” Pinkie asked in surprise.

“The name’s Squink and you’re here to rescue me, right?” the elf introduced himself.

“What?” Pinkie exclaimed, confused.

“So, what did you bring? Helicopter? Hot air balloon? Ladder? I floated up in a soap bubble a long, long time ago. I’ve been stuck in this cloud ever since. Can we go now? Please?!” Squink asked in worry.

“Go where? We’re way high up in a cloud. Besides, I’d only mess up.” Pinkie said as her hair deflates again.

“So, what this here means is we're doomed! we're gonna be stuck up here forever.” Squink yelled in panic.

“There, there. It’s okay, Squink. We can just climb down. There’s this giant stalk that took me here.” Pinkie offered, which made Squink feel better. Her hair inflated as she offered Squink a ride in her hair. She picked her elf friend as he hopped in her hair. They were both approaching the beanstalk until the unfortunate happened at the wrong time! It suddenly got windy!

“Whoa!” Pinkie exclaimed when she realized that the cloud they’re on is moving away from the stalk. “Oh, no. We’re being blown away!”

“Oh, let me tell you, this ain’t good!!!!” Squink panicked as he realized that they can’t do anything at that point!

Meanwhile, back on the ground, Applejack and her friends were back until they saw the giant beanstalk that grew because of the Wonder water.

“Amazing…” Applejack said in awe.

“Wonder water really works,” said Ord.

“I don't understand. Cassie said. We only used a drop. It's like someone used the whole can.” she continued before she noticed that Pinkie Pie was missing.

‘Hey. Where's Pinkie?” questioned Applejack. “Pinkie! Where are you?” She yelled.

“Come out, come out, wherever you are.” Ord said.

“Uh-oh.” Cassie said in shock.

“Do you see Pinkie?” asked Applejack

“Not exactly. But something tells me Pinkie is… up there.” said Cassie.

The others flew up in the sky from the beanstalk to find Pinkie, but to no avail.

Meanwhile, Pinkie and Squink were still finding a way to get back down on the ground.

“Let’s see. What would Applejack do to get down from here?” Pinkie questioned herself.

“Who’s this….Applejack?” Squink asked

“My friend. She always has good ideas.” Pinkie explained

“Good ideas. Yeah. That’s what we need. I’m sure you can think of one.” Squink replied.

“Really?” asked Pinkie.

“Sure. You strike me as a fellow with a lot of good ideas.” Squink said.

“But all I do is mess up.” Pinkie said.

“Come on. Give it a try. Please?” Squink asked

“Maybe if I just keep thinking.” Pinkie said.

Pinkie started pacing, trying to get an idea of how they’re gonna get back to the surface. While she was pacing, she accidentally knocked Squink on the ground in the water can, and accidentally grew his beard longer!

“Hey. Hey. What happened here?” Squink said.

“Squink. Are you okay?” asked Pinkie.

“Okay?” Squink questioned. “This is the best beard I've ever grown. It almost touches the ground.” Realizing what Squink meant, Pinkie had an idea.

“The ground. You just gave me an idea.” Pinkie Said. There's still some wonder water left. I have three carrot seeds.” She explained.

“How can you think about food in a time like this?” questioned Squink.

“Here goes.” said Pinkie as she buried the seeds and poured the wonder water on the cloud, causing it to grow into a BIG carrot on the cloud!

“How did you do that?” questioned Squink in curiosity.

“Carrots grow down, not up. Applejack told me.” Pinkie said.

“Whoo-hoo! I knew you'd come through, Mrs. Good Idea.” Squink cheered.

“Okay, Squink. Hold on tight.” said Pinkie as she grabbed Squink in the hammerspace of her hair for safety.

“I think I better hide before…” Squink said before he continued.

“Whee!” cheered Pinkie as she held onto the giant carrot, sliding like she's a firefighter.

Meanwhile, the others were still finding Pinkie in the beanstalk, but to no avail.

“I don't see Pinkie anywhere.” said Cassie as Ord suddenly sees a huge carrot in the sky, looking so delicious…

“Yum. A giant carrot.” exclaimed Ord.

“Carrot?” asked Applejack.

Suddenly, Pinkie was still holding the carrot, sliding to get to the ground.

“Pinkie!” exclaimed Applejack. “It’s Pinkie Pie!” she said.

Pinkie was still sliding on the carrot, greeting her friends, she said; “Hi, everybody.”

She stopped sliding when she touched the ground.

“You can come out now, Squink.” Pinkie said.

“You sure?” asked Squink.

"Yes. We made it down." Pinkie exclaimed.

“I'm on the ground. Oh, I love you, ground. I love you, dirt. I love you. Love you. Love you!” Squink exclaimed as he jumped out of Pinkie’s hair. He was happy that he’s on the ground again after all those years.

“Pinkie! Are ya alright?” Applejack asked.

“She’s better than alright. She's my hero!” Squink said happily.

“Huh? Who in tarnation said that?” Applejack asks as Pinkie picks up Squink and holds him in his hand to introduce him to everyone.

“Everybody, this is Squink.” Pinkie said.

“This big fella saved the day!” Squink explained.

“I did it all on my own. I am useful after all” Pinkie continued.

Everyone praised Pinkie for saving Squink. It was time for Pinkie Pie and Applejack to go back home.

“I wish, I wish, to use this rhyme, to go back home, until next time.” Applejack, and Pinkie said in unison as they went back home.

They all went back to Applejack’s room and Pinkie’s plant is still droopy.

“Well, ah can help you with that, sugarcube.” Applejack said before Pinkie remembered something: Cassie gave her and Applejack some wonder water to take home with.

“Don’t worry, AJ. I got it.” Pinkie exclaimed as she grabbed the bottle of Wonder Water she had in her hair. She poured a drop in her plant and it grew back to perfection!

“Well, ah’ll be. Ya sure know how Wonder Water works after all.” Applejack praised.

“Thank you, sugarcube.” Pinkie exclaimed as they both laughed, happy that her plant is nice and healthy again.
