A year and a half have passed since the Displaced Tournament of Power and once again, eight Displaced have gathered to compete in a fighting tournament for a wish. For some, it's an opportunity to experience something new, for others, it's a ticket home. The Commanders have also changed since then, some for the worse, some for the better; some of the Commanders might even change after this tournament. But the event isn't the only thing that is important.

A Space Pirate, Galestorm and his crew have been pillaging and plundering the cosmos. One man tried to stop him but failed. Now he leaves the fate of the future in the Displaced's hands. To cleanse this dark future ahead of this world and brighten it.
