A Sunshyne Love Story

After gaining new magical abilities, saving Camp Everfree, and rebuilding the dock… again, the girls were enjoying the rest of their week by doing normal camp activities. Thankfully, they didn’t have to deal with anymore magical mishaps. Rarity even got a second chance at her camp fashion show after the dock was rebuilt… again. This time, they made sure that Pinkie Pie didn’t have her exploding sprinkles.

On the last night before having to return home, Fluttershy was out on the dock enjoying the view. Sunset found Fluttershy on the dock and walked up next to her.

“Hey, Shy.” Sunset said.

“Hi, Sunny.” Fluttershy replied.

“Do you mind if I sit down with you with you?” Sunset asked.

“Not at all.” Fluttershy answered.

Sunset sat down next to Fluttershy.

“It sure is beautiful out here.” Fluttershy said. “It’s nice to know that the camp will still be here.”

“And it’s all thanks to that song you wrote.” Sunset said.

“It was a team effort.” Fluttershy replied.

“I know, but I have to give credit where it’s due.” Sunset responded.

They both giggled as Sunset held Fluttershy’s hand in her own and Fluttershy rested her head on Sunset’s shoulder.

“I can see why you like it out here, Fluttershy.” Sunset said. “It’s so quiet and peaceful. It’s a nice break from the noise and business of the city.

“It’s even better when you get to share it with someone you really love.” Fluttershy replied.

Sunset then kissed Fluttershy on the cheek which made Fluttershy blush.

“It’s getting late, we should head back to our tents.” Sunset said.

“Okay.” Fluttershy replied. “Good night, Sunny.”

“Good night, Shy.” Sunset said as they both headed back to their respective tents.

When Fluttershy got back to her tent, she soon got into bed and fell asleep. Her mind began to fill with dreams of Sunset and her together.

Fluttershy found herself flying above the camp with a perfect view of everything.

“It’s beautiful, isn’t it?”

Fluttershy heard a familiar voice ask her a question, she then turned around to see Sunset in her daydream form from the Friendship Games.

“Sunset? Is that you?” Fluttershy asked.

“Yes, my love.” Sunset answered. “I wanted to give you a perfect view of the camp. Do you like it?”

“I love it. Thank you.” Fluttershy said.

“Take my hand and we can explore more of the forest together.” Sunset said as she offered her hand out to Fluttershy.

“Okay.” Fluttershy said as she took Sunset’s hand. When she put her hand in Sunset’s, she felt magic flow into her as she transformed into a form similar to Sunset’s.

“Wow.” Fluttershy said in amazement at her new form. “How do I look?” She asked.

“You’re beautiful. You look like an angel of kindness.” Sunset said as Fluttershy blushed.

“Thank you.” Fluttershy replied.

“Come on, let’s see what there is to see.” Sunset said as the two of them flew together hand in hand taking in the natural beauty.

Soon after exploring the forest, Sunset and Fluttershy flew up into the night sky together, holding hands and lovingly looking into each other’s eyes.

“You’re the most beautiful person I’ve ever met.” Sunset said. “Both inside and outside.”

“I’m so happy to have you as my girlfriend.” Fluttershy replied. “You’re amazing.”

And then the two of them kissed under the moonlight.

Needless to say, it was the most wonderful dream Fluttershy ever had.
