Zero has espcaped from custidy and has built a new flying fortress for which he plans to use to conqour the reverse world to do this he opens up a portal to another universe to obtain a power that will help him ahcive his sinister goals. The only ones who stand in his way are several Pokemon who hope to deafet him, but all that changes when Zero and co. tumble through the time space gate and into another world entierly. Now the Pokemon have conceled themslves from the populatiion, not wanting to interact with these creatures, during their time in Equestria they try to find a way home with the help of the recentlly awakened Metroid King: Darkon. But Equestria holds more then it appears, acient beings of a lost civilation and a lost land, waiting to rise once again.
