Chapter 9: School Days And Possible Broken Noses

After exploring the town, or village, I am not sure what Ponyville would be called, but after getting to know it a bit more yesterday I got to say it is pretty big. But today, I had to go back to school. I trotted to the school building, it is a good size, when I got inside I was greeted by Dinky and Ruby along with Rumble, my fellow crusaders. I took my seat, looking at the board I saw “Today’s lesson is on the color green.” written in big letters. I really hate being back in kinder garden some days

Dinky was the first to speak up “Hey Nova do you want to come crusading with us today?”

“Yeah, we came up with some awesome stuff!” Rumble said

“I thought we could try and help my mom out in her shop” Ruby said with a smile, I nodded, they are all good ideas but I could not think of anything.

I thought for a second. I did not want to be rude, yet I want to hang out with them “I don’t know. I kinda wanted to do something after school today on my own.” I heard them all groan in disappointment “Sorry but I just wanted to be alone after school today when we are all busy, Twilight is having somepony foalsit me once again, sorry.”

They all understood. We kept chatting until Cheerilee entered the room “Good morning my little ponies” I did not think she would say that. I let out a small yawn; I am still a little tired. I did not sleep well, thing is I lost the smarty pants doll and I don’t know why it affected my sleep but it did. I am so sleepy “Today's lesson we will be starting out with learning about the color green and after that we will be doing math.”

I heard all of the foals in the classroom groan at the sound of math, I was one of them. I am still sleepy though, I wish I would have taken the class at twelve to four; it is all the same thing just different times. I could feel my eyes closing, I kept trying to fight it but it was hard. Eventually I gave in and fell asleep.

I was still sleeping in Cheerilee's class, I said it already I was tired, my left ear twitched but what woke me up was not Twilight shaking me gently. Instead it was a book slamming on my desk, I shot awake "ORANGE!" was the first thing to come out of my mouth. Everypony in class started laughing at me and I felt a blush growing on my face as a result. Cheerilee gave me an unamused look. I just looked down.

Cheerilee finally spoke "Nova is my class so boring that it made you fall asleep?" I just shook my head, I knew I was in trouble "Well I want you to wait after class, am I understood young colt." I nodded as I waited for everypony to leave the classroom and they did, fast. The only ones I saw still waiting outside were Lime Wire and his little friends. I saw Cheerilee sigh "Nova listen, I don't want to be your enemy. I want to be your friend." I do not like were this is going "So Nova I want you to get Twilight to sign this." Cheerilee than placed a piece of paper in my saddle bags before placing my saddle bags on me. I sighed as I made my way out the door. While walking to Twilight's, I saw Lime Wire following me. Twilight had packed me a lunch so I decided to go to the park and eat it. Upon arrival I found a nice shaded tree and I sat under it, opening my saddle bags I saw a sandwich, a juice box and some other things. But before I could grab anything I saw the one known as Lime Wire approaching me.

"Hey nerd!" Lime Wire shouted, I just groaned hoping he would leave me alone. "Hey I am talking to you!"
I just looked at him "What do you want?" I asked, not looking forward to what this colt wanted. I am betting in his twisted mind he thinks I did something to him.

Lime Wire grinned "Because of you, my mom took away my favorite toy." REALLY!? He is blaming me for this, sweet Celestia help me please.

I just rolled my eyes "I did not do anything. You did that to yourself." I really want to smack him "Can you leave me alone so I can eat now? And that means in peace."

"Oh this lunch" Lime Wire said as he stomped the lunch Twilight had packed me "No you cannot" Great now I have to deal with him all day.

I stood up "Listen if you have a problem with me then let’s talk about it." I felt a hoof hit my side so I guess talking it out won't work. I turned and saw another Pegasus, this one was yellow. I walked over to them and hit the other Pegasus before hitting Lime in the muzzle. I guess that was some kind of bait, because before I could turn. I was being held back. "Hey let me go!" I shouted, before anything else happened Lime Wire bucked me in the face, and it hurt. When the pony that was holding me had let go, I fell to the ground, and laid there, just waiting for them to leave. After about ten minutes they had left. I grabbed my saddle bags and took off running back towards Twilight's home. When I arrived I dropped my saddle bags on the floor and started walking to the stairs, only to be lifted into the air. Twilight then sat me on her stomach.

Twilight nuzzled my cheek "Hey Nova, I heard what happened." Twilight took a tissue and wiped my nose, I don't know why, but she did. I just buried my face into her chest. "Listen Nova, me and the girls are going to Canterlot today and we will be gone all week" I nodded, understanding, before falling asleep right there.I am turning into such a wuss

So yeah this was a chapter I wrote a few minuets after chapter 3 or 4 I was going to publish it but I decided not to BUT I thought about putting it as some cut content but I though naw show what happens while Nova is in school so here it is after this chapter the next chapter will be MUCH MUCH bigger so I hope you like it
