I woke up in the morning but for once it was not in my bed instead I was in the guest bedroom at Fluttershy’s cottage I streached my arms yawning I looked around I know it seems strange but I had to hug my Smarty Pants doll it has become a morning ritual of mine I know it seems like something a little kid would do but hey I am five now so who cares I sure don’t I heard a small knock on the door I forgot to mention that Fluttershy and the rest of them along with Sweetie Belle are in Canterlot right now so yeah it is just me and Jero right now I guess Twilight decided since we know each other already he is my new foalsitter so who cares I would never say it out loud though but I would gladly call Twilight mom if it was not for getting teased I also got punished yesterday reason being is yesterday was my parent teacher conference and well where Twilight was not around Jero went in her place so when he found out I had gotten into a book fight that turned into me beating up Lime Wire he punished me by making me clean out the chicken coop

I yawned again “Come in” I shouted as Jero came in thank Celestia it is a weekend but I really miss Twilight or as I like to call her when I pretend to be alseep mommy I hope nopony figures out that I am faking like I am asleep I really don’t want anypony to know Jero came into the guest room as I put down my Smarty Pants doll smiling “Good morning Jero”

Jero ruffled my mane “Morning Nova” I hate it when he does that it kills my pride

I sniffed seeing as my nose gets clogged up when I sleep but this time it was not instead I smelled something good “What is that smell?” I asked

“Well I thought you would like some waffles for breakfast” Jero said as I took off for the door not to go to the kitchen to eat but to take care of some personal matters “Don’t forget to wash up!”

I came out of the bathroom and yes I washed my hooves so don’t ask when I was going down the stairs I fell being the smart pony I am I shook it off even though it hurt I went into the kitchen jumping in a chair I saw Angel sitting in one I don’t want to know so I won’t ask still though those butter covered waffles looked and smelled good so I just dug right in not caring how hot the butter was I was hungry and that is all I cared about I had finished my food in a pretty good time looking at the calender I saw it was Monday HOW LONG DID I SLEEP!? “Oh goodie it is Monday and I have to go to school” I hate school if you can not tell

Jero let out a small laugh “Yup now come on out the door with you” crap he is going to make me go…oh well I guess that is the price of getting a second childhood

I put my saddle bags on heading for the door “I hate this some days and I swear if Lime Wire starts with me today I will hurt him” I walked out the front door my mind drifitng the whole time “I wonder what todays lesson will be on I hope not another color” I arrived at the school seeing Cheerilee waiting at the door she had a smirk looking at me

“Good morning Nova I think you will do well in todays lesson” Cheerilee said looking right at me I nodded and walked to me seat

Cheerilee walked into the class room with a smile on her face either she is in a good mood or she got some last night “Good morning” No smug remarks good I saw her write on the bord ‘Todays lesson is on the color orange’ son of a “I think Nova will know all about this color” I knew it I freaking knew it

The whole class started laughing at me I felt my face go flush “Yeah seeing as he shouted it last week” Who ever said that I am going to hurt them well if it was a colt than yeah I am going to hurt him you know what not worth the time

“Why don’t you say that to my face to I can hit you” I think I said that too loud because Cheerilee is glaring at me
Today what a freaking day is all I can say Cheerilee made me stay behind and write stuff on the board it sucked either way I need to get back to Fluttershy’s house so I can do this homework and have it done in a decent time and hopefully enjoy the rest of the day wow making this walk does not take too much time when you have to make it everyday I am glad I know there is a thunderstorm today I walked in the front door to see nopony around “Yo Jero I am home” I shouted hearing him shout something back

Jero came into the living room “Get to doing your homework” Oh really I thought I would just sit down and turn on the TV oh wait I forgot they do not have TV’s here I sat down at the table pulling the crap Cheerilee calls homework out and started working on it I can not believe how easy this crap is well seeing as it is for a kindergarden class I am not shocked still I keep feeling like I am being watched at night and it scares me I dunno why though I still finished that homework so that is a good start

“Hey Jero I finished the crap called homework” I shouted getting up and walking into the kitchen “What’s for dinner?” Pardon me for being hungry but in other news I still hate the night time I don’t know why but that Smarty Pants doll makes me feel safe don’t you judge me or else I will find you

The night time had arrived after a nice dinner getting myself cleaned up aia came downstairs hearing a loud crack of thunder I froze up “It can’t hurt me but it can scare the crap out of me” I REALLY hate thunder almost as much as I hate needles that is the only bad part about this whole second childhood thing a lot of my old childhood fears have come back like thunder,needles,thunder,the dark,thunder,being alone,thunder,being in big crowds oh and did I mention thunder? I don’t know if I did still it is almost nine at night wow time passes when you have fun

I really wish Twilight was back because I don’t know if she has said anything but on stormy nights I sneak into her bedroom and snuggle up to her at night and I don’t care what other ponies think of me for it still though there was one more crack of thunder before the power shot out I screamed in fear I really really hate the dark it scares me to the point of tears but before anything else I saw a flash of lightning and a face looking at me through the window before I saw anything else or did anything else
