Discord Nega and Sonic's goodbye

Back on Earth, All of Ponyville looked at the sky to find it all turning dark and ominous…Princess Celestia and Princess Luna frowned as they knew what was happening… "Discord!" They said in unison. Sonic and Tails looked to the two royal sisters with concerned expressions. "Discord?" Sonic asked. Celestia nodded, giving him a grave look. "Discord has not been vanquished…He plans to plunge the world into eternal chaos!" Luna explained. Twilight and the group rushed over along with Knuckles and Classic Sonic. "That doesn't sound too pleasing.." Sonic said. "If Discord isn't stopped…..It'll be the End of Equestria…" Celestia said with a grave look. She knew if Discord wasn't stopped, it'll spell doom for her kingdom and her subjects… Suddenly the laws of physics started to disorientate… "Sonics! Thou must halt Discord's evil plans before everything in our kingdom will cease to exist!" Luna exclaimed. Both Sonics shared a nod with each other and with the girls. "Alright! Time to teach that beast a lesson he'll NEVER forget!" Classic exclaimed. "For the fate of Equestria.." Sonic said. "And for the pony race…" The girls replied. "LET'S DO THIS!!!" The Elements and Emeralds began to glow brightly again. A bright flash. Both Sonics and the girls had gone super once more! They bolted off towards space.

Discord was there waiting for them! He had grown bigger and increased in strength! "SO YOU CAME AFTER ALL!!!" He spoke with a booming voice. "THIS TIME SONIC, THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO!! I'M BIGGER AND STRONGER!! IT'S ALL OVER FOR YOU!!" he roared. Sonic frowned. "Just try and stop us Discord! It's all over only when we've givin up! And we'll NEVER give up!" Sonic said. "That's right! We'll never let you take over Equestria even if it's the last thing we do!" The group charged. Suddenly a wall of debris appeared, blocking their way! "TRY AND GET THROUGH HERE!! I DARE YOU!" Discord said. Both Sonics tried to ram it head on but were thrown back, not even making a scratch! Twilight had an idea. "Sonic! Try using Applejack's Element!" Sonic looked back with an unsure look but nodded. Applejack tossed her necklace to Sonic. He caught it. Suddenly he felt a frenzy of energy surging through his body. He threw a punch at the wall and made a huge crack! "The elements seem to possess different abilities…." Sonic went backwards then charged the wall! It crumbled upon impact!! "Applejack's element comes with super strength!" Pinkie exclaimed. Sonic smiled before slamming into Discord. "OOF!!! I'M SURPRISED YOU WERE ABLE TO GET THROUGH! NOW TRY THIS ONE!" Suddenly a strong gust of wind propelled the group backwards sending them flailing before coming to a stop. The group tried to move on but the winds were too strong! Rainbow Dash had an idea and tossed her element to Sonic. He charged the wind current and was on the other side within seconds! "Speed boost! Nice!" Discord shut off the winds, allowing the group forward, striking Discord again! "IMPRESSIVE. BUT HOW ABOUT A FEW MORE??" Discord had suddenly constructed an obstacle course all out of the Death Egg's material!

First off was a glass shield surprisingly unbreakable! Rarity's element allowed Classic Sonic to produce an intense light, blinding Discord, then by spin-dashing, Sonic's spikes had grown sharper! It shattered the glass! Discord was struck by the shards!

Next, all of gravity was pulling the group downwards! Fluttershy's Element had given Sonic wings, allowing him to fight against gravity and strike Discord from the bottom.

Then a wall of water appeared. Pinkie's element allowed Sonic to burst into flames, evaporating out the water into gas. Then Sonic literally rocketed at Discord for another hit!

Finally, Discord summoned a series of walls all made of diamond! Twilight used her element, turning Sonic into a living laser beam! He pierced right through the walls, shattering them into bits and finally striking Discord!

"THAT'S IT!!! I'M DONE PLAYING!!! TIME TO FINISH YOU PESTS FOREVER!!!" he roared as he began charging a powerful energy!

(Music: Reach for the Elements of Harmony)

The girls took formation as their elements glowed once again! It fired the multi-colored beam at Discord with the two Sonics inside! Discord countered it! Now the two were beams were tied! Suddenly, Discord started to overpower the group! At the tip of the rainbow, a white light sparked and IT'S energy took action! It was the two Sonics, unleashing ALL their power to repel Discord's power! It worked as Discord was enveloped by the rainbow, turning back to his normal, statue self! "NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!"

Discord hit the earth's surface, shattering into pieces..

Twilight and the girls returned to Earth as their super forms resided. "We did it!" Twilight announced. Everyone cheered except for Tails who noticed that something was missing. "Twilight? Where'd the two Sonics go?!"

(Music: Live and Learn)

Meanwhile back in space, both Sonics, unconscious and in normal form, were sucked into a black hole caused by both of the energy beams' collision! Twilight noticed. "I've read about them! They're these…things that suck up EVERYTHING that get too close! Even time and space!" Everyone gasped as the girls recharged into their super forms. "C'mon girls! We've gotta save Sonic!" They flew back up to space to see the huge hole sucking up the Death Egg's debris! It kept growing and was dangerously close to the Earth! The girls shared nods before striking the black void, disintegrating it into nothing. It's leftovers were the pieces of the Death Egg, and the two Sonics.

The girls carried the two back down to Earth. Upon touching the ground, they awoke. Everyone cheered once again. "Sonic! Are you ok?" Tails asked, flying over. "Yeah…I'm alright…thanks to Twilight and her friends.." Both Sonics gave them a thumbs up before noticing the ground shaking and a bolt of lightning striking the ground. A portal back to Sonic's dimension had appeared…

Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles nodded and looked to all of Ponyville. "We're sorry everypony, but we've gotta go." Tails announced. Pinkie Pie stepped forward with a frown. "Go where?" she asked. "Back to our own dimension…" Sonic said. Twilight and her friends gave sad looks as did all of Ponyville. "Princess Celestia and Luna stepped forward, smiling. "Well then, before you go..We'd like to show you something." Celestia said turning to her sister. "Luna, if you would show them?" "Of course." She said as her horn glowed, showing a projection from inside of Canterlot castle. There on the wall on top of the thrones of the two sisters, was a prophetic portrait of both Super Sonics and the girls, vanquishing Dr. Eggman, Nightmare Moon, and Discord. "You're now part of Equestrian history. Thank you for all that you've done to help us." She announced smiling. Twilight and the girls group hugged him. "It was nothing!" Sonic said. Celestia's horn gave off a split second glow. Suddenly a separate portal appeared leading back to Classic Sonic's time. He said his good-byes and hopped through the portal, returning back to Mobius. Knuckles and Tails passed through the portal, Leaving Sonic to say some last words. "When I first saw you, I knew there was something about you that was special." Twilight said. The others nodded in agreement. "Same here! I've had a lot of fun here and I'm pretty sure I'll be back soon. I don't know when, but I just know it's soon." The girls chuckled. "And when you do return, we'll be waiting!" Twilight said. Sonic turned to pass through the portal but looked back one last time. "So long….My little Ponies." He said before grabbing the shoes Rarity made and disappearing into his dimension. The portal shrunk into a shred of light that floated around Twilight and her friends then disappeared into the sky.

Twilight's friends went back to their business while Twilight and Spike remained, staring at the spot where the Portal had vanished… Twilight started to head back. "C'mon Spike. We've had a LONG day. Let's head back and get some shut eye. We've got another big day tomorrow." Spike nodded and followed.

"Do you think he'll come back and visit?" Spike asked. "Only time will tell Spike….only time will tell…"

From that point on, Sonic had continued to thwart Dr. Eggman's evil plans in both times and Equestria's technology was improved and upgraded thanks to the Death Egg's debris and Eggman's base left behind in the Everfree forest along with his airship. Sonic did come back to visit at one time. It all ended happily for everypony.
