Apple Bloom's Diary:Fire and Ice

I'm in 4th grade in Ms.Cheerilee's class.

Since this is a private school,the work here is going to be more difficult than the work at my old school.

Last year,I was an A student and that was one reason I was popular.But here at PMA,I'll be lucky to get a D+ on an algebra test.

Oh,and I FINALLY met the infamous Diamond Tiara.When I was writing part of this diary entry at recess,Diamond Tiara came right up to me.She was with two other fillies.One was all gray with a spoon cutie mark.She had a necklace made out of faux pearls and HUGE glasses.

The other one had the same manestyle as Diamond Tiara.She was light gray with a very light blue mane and a flower cutie mark.

Diamond Tiara glowered at me like I was something she had scraped off the bottom of her hoof."Aren't you that new filly that sits around in MY desk area HOGGING all MY personal space like a crazy STALKER?!?!"

I could not believe she had the nerve to say that RIGHT to my face like that.WHO in Equestria does that foal think she is??

"Yes,I MEAN NO!!! Actually,my desk is right next to yours.My name is Apple Bloom.Are you Diamond Tiara?"

Diamond Tiara smiled like a model,flipped her lavender mane,and batted her freakishly long glue-on eyelashes.In this process,her tiara fell right off."Yes,my name is Diamond Tiara.I'm named after this crown perfectly perched upon my head".She smugly looked up at her head,expecting to see the tiara,not knowing that it fell off when she snobbishly flipped her mane.

When she FINALLY found out that it fell off,she let out a scream at the grey filly that sounded as if she saw something hairy with 80 legs."SILVER SPOON, FIND MY TIARA AND PUT IT BACK WHERE IT BELONGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THAT THING IS WORTH WAY MORE THAN YOU ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Poor Silver Spoon.I can't believe that's how her "friend" treats her.

As Silver Spoon hurried to pick up the tiara,Diamond Tiara smiled a coy smile at me." I despise the name 'Apple Bloom'.But what should I call you? Oh,wait-I've got it!! HICK BLANK FLANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Did she dare call me that name??Sorry,Diamond Tiara!!!Just because I live on a farm,I am SO not a hick.OR a blank flank,whatever THAT means.

Diamond Tiara and the white filly doubled over in laughter like twisted hyenas.Then they just stalked away,and Silver Spoon followed.

I wonder if Silver Spoon got her cutie mark by eating cereal.(wink,wink)

BTW,Diamond Tiara just lost two strikes today.But I don't want to do the "Three Strikes and You're Out" thingy anymore.How am I supposed to make friends at this expensive prep school,if everyone thinks I'm a tattletale??

Tuesday,September 3

Today we started our first Science unit in class and it's about animal classification.

Yes!! I love animals! Especially kittens and puppies.I live on an apple farm with cows and chickens,and I have a dog of my own named Winona.

I payed attention the entire time pretending that I care about how a puppy is developed(bleh).

Unlike Diamond Tiara.That girl would not shut her trap the entire hour!!!

She kept whispering to the white filly(who sits behind her)and passing notes throughout class.When she finally got caught,Ms.Cheerilee was all like,"Diamond Tiara,what is SO important that you can't wait until recess??One more wrong step,and you'll be spending recess in detention." Oh,my gosh!!! It was so funny.

But what wasn't funny is that now Diamond Tiara's giving me the evil eye like it was MY fault that she almost got stuck in detention.

After Science class,it was time for recess.Ms.Cheerilee said that it was raining outside so we had to stay in.She made us vote.We had two options-playing in the classroom or in the gym.

I voted for the gym and Diamond Tiara voted for the classroom.More ponies voted for the gym than the classroom.

"But I'm the most popular!!Shouldn't my vote count twice?!?!"Diamond Tiara screeched.

"Diamond Tiara,your mouth is big enough to fit two ponies,"Ms.Cheerilee said."But since the whole universe doesn't revolve around you,and your vote does NOT count twice,we'll be heading to the gym."

The class snickered loudly and Diamond Tiara's glossy mouth fell open and made a perfect O.I hid my smile.

School was let out after recess.

Applejack's having Family Sharing Time.We're making S'mores in the backyard.The chocolate part is made out of applesauce.

EEWWWW!!!!!!! That applesauce+marshmallow+graham cracker thingy sounds a little gross,doesn't it?

I'm writing this diary entry in the bathroom.I'm on a bathroom pass.

Me and Diamond Tiara just had a HUGE fight,and now SHE'S made an enemy out of ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked the teacher for a bathroom pass and she said yes.Then I ran down to the school office to get a copy of the school newspaper.Guess who I saw?

Hint:She was looking into her little compact while slathering dozens of layers of Berry Sweet 'n Flirty lip gloss on her lips.

Yep,you guessed it!!!

DIAMOND TIARA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Her friend Silver Spoon was with her.She was applying blush to her cheeks.

What were THEY doing here??

"Diamond Tiara!Silver Spoon!What are you guys doing in the school office?!Where's the pricipal??" I asked.

Diamond Tiara glared at me and rolled her eyes."We're part-time office assistants.Besides,this is none of your business."

I just glared at her.

Diamond Tiara went on."Aww,poor blank flank.Where are your friends? Did they run away screaming at how you're a humongous loser?!"

"DIAMOND TIARA,PUH-LEASE!!!!!!!!!" I sighed."You're just crazy jealous that I had more friends at my old school than you will have in your entire life."

Diamond Tiara glowered.Silver Spoon stared at me in shock.

"I swear to you,hayseed!!!!"Diamond Tiara spat."One more wrong step and you'll be packing for Dodge Junction by the end of the week.You're on dangerously thin ice with me right now."

I rolled my eyes.Then I walked out without a school newspaper copy.

Diamond Tiara is nothing but a mean,snobby brat. And I was NOT going to let her bully me into leaving.

Bring it on,Diamond Tiara!
