A long time ago Equestria and Humanity staged a war against each other and in the final days a young mercenary by the name of Dmitry took a simple job to assassinate two targets but after completing his mission he felt guilty for killing a living creature just for money and exiled himself.
Rainbow Dash, the child of the targets who Dmitry assassinated now hunts down her parent's murderer but Dmitry tries to do good in the world to make up for his sins and soon the Equestrian government sends an investigator to inspect what's going on in the usually peacful area around Ponyville
