Rainbow Dash's first love?

I plopped on my couch made from fluffy white clouds and thought out loud,

" How come every stallion i date somehow finds a way to break my heart?" Fluttershy flew in from the kitchen carrying a dish of sweets preheated that pinkie pie gave us to share, in her mouth.

"Well.... um i'm sorry.." fluttershy whispered comley she always had an awkward aurora when we talked about love. She blushed and lay down by my side.

"I guess I just haven't found the right pony." I said with a frown on my face and a lump in my throat because I knew that I probably would never find the ‘right pony’.

"Well, theres lots of pony’s out now in ponyville, Pinkie just made a new kind of frosting maybe you can find one there!" I sighed,

"Maybe." I liked when fluttershy spoke, her words lifted me up and made me feel like everything was going to be A okay. But deep down i knew that it wasn't going to be any different than any other day in ponyville. I kept my depressing arora to myself, worried that it would rub off on Fluttershy

"Ok! lets go!" Fluttershy flew slowly out of the door. I thought fluttershy was absolutely beautiful the way the sun hit her pink mane  making it seem alive. Her blue eyes looked like a beautiful  ocean,

"Fluttershy," i said absent mindedly. "I wish you were a stallion that way i could go out with you!" I winked. Fluttershy stopped in her tracks. It took me a minute to process what i just said. I did a face hove. "oh i'm sor-" Fluttershy interrupted me with a sweet kind of voice that felt like cotton candy in my mouth.

"Oh no... thats ok... if you were a stallion id date you too!" Me and fluttershy started laughing. We both knew it would be crazy for two mares to date! or at least we thought we did...

"Come on lets go!" Fluttershy grabbed onto my back hooves as i flew out of my mansion faster than lightning as a rainbow trail dotted behind me. The wind blew in our hair as the sun kissed our fur. I did a loop de loop and herd fluttershy gasp in surprise, i always thought it was cute when she was surprised, but thats not saying much because i think almost everything she did is cute. We landed abruptly for there was a long line at sugar cube corner, longer than i've ever seen before!

"Sweet celestia!" I gasped no longer thinking of Soarin my ex stallionfriend who broke up with me yesterday. "Lets go fluttershy, the line is so long it stretches for miles and miles!"

"i think i’m going to stay, i just can't wait to get my hooves on those orchid flavored cupcakes!"

"Ok fine." I couldn’t say no to a pony with such a strong beautiful smile like Fluttershy.

"I'm going to sit over there." I pointed to to bench in the corner with my wing.

"Alright.." Fluttershy said clearly disappointed but lately me and her have been spending so much time together it’s crazy! I just needed a break. I trotted through the ever growing line and glanced at my bench. There was a blue colored unicorn, a mare with a Lyre as a cutie mark and a scruffy blue and white mane. There was another pony who just left her to join the line, I just saw her out of the corner of my eye so i wasn’t quite sure if i knew her or not. The blue pony was sitting in quite an odd fashion kind of like a human, they were these imaginary creatures that kids read in story books. I placed my hooves on the soft sweet grass and headed closer to the bench when suddenly i heard a voice. It was that blue colored unicorn.

"HIYA!" She said in a happy voice almost like pinkie pie but less crazy.

"Umm.. hi?"

"Why so said?" he unicorn said now with a frown on her face.

"Oh its nothing.."

"Ok!" she said in the same happy tone.

"Ok fine its a little something..."

"Oh... what is it... i bet you i've been there." She said in a more saddened voice.

"I just can't find my special somepony, no matter how hard I try! i've dated almost every stallion in all of equestria and still, nothing! nopony!"

"Well i found my special somepony in preschool!" she said braggingly but sort of like she was trying to get at something.

"OH REALLY! WELL I BET HE IS THE WORST STALLION IN ALL OF EQUESTRIA!" I really hated braggers nothing good ever comes out if them. i used to be a bragger but my friends showed me the right path!

"Calm down! and who ever said stallion? I have the most perfect marefriend anyone can ever have!" she said defensively, "I wouldn’t trade her for the world!" my jaw dropped...

"Did you just say... marefriend!"
