My new life... HAS PONIES?!

“Wait, it can talk?” a rainbow mane, cyan blue Pegasus asked with her hoof centimeters away from my right eye. “Yes I can talk and can you please move your hoof” I said brushing the limb away from my face. “Please excuse rainbow dash; she can get over exited at times by the way my name is twilight sparkle “the lavender pony said. “It’s alright; I know that you were just scared to see a strange creature” I said. “Scared? I never get scared and why would I be I’m the fastest flier in equestria” rainbow dash said proudly.

“And a boaster “I thought then said “well, let me introduce myself. I am troy newcomer and how are you” I asked. “I am twilight sparkle this is rarity, applejack but where is Pinky” she said introducing a white coated, light purple mane, unicorn, and an orange coated, blond pony tailed pony. After the introduction I walked to pick up my bag. When I reached it I looked inside to see if anything was broken.

Thankfully nothing was but there was a pink pony shot out and said “hi my names Pinky pie and new here so I’m going to through you a big party.” All I could do was stare while practically holding my heart as she bounced up and down. “Oh, don’t mind her she’s just being Pinky” said twilight. As I gathered my Bearings I noticed my algebra book to the right of twilight. “Oh goddamn it, I forgot I had a quiz today” I said with an angry tone in my voice.

Instantly twilight jumped at the word “quiz” as the others just sat there. “Not to be rude, darling, but what is that you are wearing” rarity asked slightly terrified. “What this, it’s something I picked out for the day” I said. “Well you are very brave creature walking around looking like that” she said trying not to insult me. “I’m just going to let that slide for now” I thought to myself.

Suddenly pinkies tail started twitching. With a few gasps everyone was gone. “I wonder what that was all abo-“I was interrupted by a strong force bashing against my skull. Barley being conscious I heard a gray, blond pony yell “my bad!” Being able to yell back I said “it’s alright, I should have moved.”

“Oh my goodness. You’re not hurt are you?” fluttershy said.  “Yeah, I’m alright. Thanks for asking though” I said placing my hand on my head. The sun was setting and it was time for me to find a place to spend the night. “Hey uh, can I stay with one of you for the night” I said and pink stopped bouncing and said “Oh, oh you can stay with me will have so much fun. As I was completely freaked out by her I denied by saying “no thanks, I think I’ll camp out in the forest by fluttershy’s house.”

With that everyone looked confused by what I had said. “But it’s not normal in there” said twilight trying to prevent me from going. “How so?” I said. “The animals take care of themselves” said fluttershy. “Wow scary” I said in a sarcastic tone.

“The plants grow on its own” applejack said. “The more food for eat” I said clenching my stomach. “And the clouds move all on their own” said rainbow dash. “To me all of that is normal” I said grabbing my belongings to head off. “Well if your so determined, I’ll go to keep you company” said fluttershy.

“WHAT! But fluttershy you’re scared of the Everfree forest” said twilight. “Don’t worry twilight I’ll keep my eye on her” I said calming the lavender unicorn down. After the “conversation”, fluttershy and I left the other five. For ten minutes of walk I said “Before I was interrupted earlier, what is with the three butterflies on your bot-AHHHH.” Again I was interrupted by falling off a ledge and into a puddle of mud.

“Can I ever finish my question?” I thought to myself. “Oh my gosh, are you alright” said a worried to death fluttershy. “Yeah, I just need to wash up a bit” I said noticing that the mud soaked through my clothes and onto my body. Luckily there was a lake by us. I could barely see the sun so that would have to wait until tomorrow.

“O.k. it’s getting late so let’s make a camp fire” I said while picking up pine straw, twigs, and sticks. I placed the flammable objects in a pile, and asked fluttershy “could you hand me those two rocks over there?” As I asked she did so, I grabbed the two stones and slammed the together. “Uh what are you doing?” fluttershy asked. I responded with “making sparks fly” as I trying  not to hit my fingers.

Finally after several attempts I was able to light the fire. As the cold wind of the night rolled in I could see the dim light of the moon. I sat down with fluttershy, feeling the cool wind I could see her shivering. “Here you need this more than I do” I said wrapping my jacket around her. After a few minutes fluttershy fell asleep, nuzzled up against my side.

It looked like she was having a good dream, soon I was the same but for some reason it felt like we were being watched.

Day came and I awoke, seeing that fluttershy was still sleeping I walked to the lake to clean up. Taking my shirt, pants, underwear, socks and shoes I placed them on a stump. As I stepped into the warm water I scoped some water in my hands, raised them above my head and let the water fall cleansing me of the mud from last night.

I finished up my bath and proceeded wash my clothes starting with my pants. I cleaned my clothes and walked back to the camp to wake up fluttershy. But to my surprise she was gone.
