Equestrian Spartan

Crazy D laughs. Unit 1 asks, “What is so funny?”  Crazy D says, “Your question can’t be answered here. I can only answer it on the moon base.”  Unit 1 asks, “Why not?” Crazy D says, “Because it’s not safe here and they can hear us.” Unit 1 looks at the prisoners, turns back to Crazy and says, “That’s easy to solve, we’ll release the prisoners, and you can tell me the classified information.” Fluttershy says, “I like that, if you like it.” Derpy says, “Yah, I want to go home and cook some muffins.”  Crazy D laughs and says, “You think I’m worrying about them. Then, you’re the crazy one. I’m talking about a greater threat that’s coming here.”

Crazy D starts flying the Pelican towards space. Unit 1 asks, “How do you know this greater threat is coming?”  Crazy D says, “I know because they were waiting for something to happen to Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and the bearers of the Elements of Harmony that would make them unable to do their duties.” Fluttershy gasps while Derpy laughs and says, “He said doodie.” Derpy and Crazy D laugh together. Unit 1 says in an angry tone, “You think this is funny.” Crazy D says while laughing, “Yes, the doodie joke is funny.” Unit 1 faceplams himself and says, “I didn’t mean that I meant…” Crazy D says, “We’re here.”

Everyone except Spike (who was still frozen and placed in a corner of the ship) can see the moon. Fluttershy and Derpy look at the moon with amazement at the world that they normally couldn’t fly to; the place that once kept Princess Luna imprisoned, now looks like an unexploded land full of mystery. Unit 1 looks for the moon base on the surface. Crazy D drives over the moon looking for a certain spot. Fluttershy says softly, “That’s the moon? It’s doesn’t look scary. ” Derpy says, “Wow, that’s a big rock.”

Unit 1 asks Crazy D, “Where is the moon base?” Crazy D looks at the ground and says, “Right here.” The Pelican goes straight to the ground, nose first. Fluttershy and Derpy hug each other and scream at the top of their lungs. Unit 1 says, “Pull up. Pull up!” He tries to take the controls away from Crazy D but it was too late, the nose of the Pelican had already made contact with the rocky surface. Something strange happens; the Pelican didn’t crash, but went through the hologram camouflage instead. Fluttershy faints from the scare. Unit 1 says, “I hate that type of door, it can always surprises you the first time you go in.” Crazy D lands the Pelican on a platform. The platform starts to descend. Crazy D turns to Unit 1 and says, “You thought I was going to crash, how crazy do you think I am?” Derpy says, “Very crazy.” Unit 1 says, “I agree with the alien.”  Another platform covers the hole on top of them.

A few seconds later, the platform the Pelican is on, stops. The lights from the walls turn on to reveal a few doors and a couple of poorly built robots come out of the doors. Unit 1 asks Crazy D, “Are those tin cans yours?” Crazy D says, “Yes, yes they are. They’re here to take the prisoners to their cells.” Crazy D opens the Pelican’s cargo door. The robots take Derpy, Fluttershy, and Spike away. Unit 1 says to the robots, “Be careful with the prisoners.” Crazy D says, “Unit 1, I’ll take you to one of my rooms so we can relax and I can answer any questions you have. Well... ones that I can answer any ways.”

Crazy D takes Unit 1 to a room that looks like a party room with a food dispenser, a big holo-vision set, cool looking tables, and comfortable looking chairs. Unit 1 stares with amazement and says, “This looks too good to be true.  How did General Dickson let you keep this stuff? I thought the General and his bodyguards are the only ones to have this stuff.” Crazy D sits down and says, “Grab a drink, some food, and a seat. I’ve got a secret to tell you.” Unit 1 goes to the food dispenser. He is surprised at the choices on the dispenser’s buttons. Crazy D turns to him and says, “You look like you haven’t seen apple cider, pizza, or ice cream before.” Unit 1 says, “I’m surprised you remember what they are after the harsh training we and the Devil Dogs went through and the strict diet of water, energy bars, and the occasional dirt.” Crazy D says, “That sounds like it stunk.” Unit 1 shockingly asks, “Sounds like…what kind of Devil Dog are…?” Crazy D interrupts, “That not important now, get your food and feast.” Unit 1 says suspiciously, “Ok”

Unit 1 gets a small pizza with pepperoni and bacon toppings, a glass of apple cider and a small bowl of vanilla and chocolate ice cream and he goes to Crazy D’s table. Unit 1 notices that Crazy D isn’t getting anything and he says, “Aren’t you going to get anything?” Crazy D answers, “I’ll get something later.” He turns to the holo-vision and says while grabbing the remote, “I wonder what’s on right now.” He turns on the holo-vision.

The holo-vision turns on and it shows Spike in the cryo freezer. Unit 1 starts to eat uncomfortably. Crazy D says, “This is boring, I wonder what’s on the next channel.” He changes the channel.

The holo-vision is now showing Derpy and Fluttershy in a futuristic amusement park, full of rides and poorly built robots. Derpy is enjoying the rides while Fluttershy is passed out on a bench. Unit 1 nervously asks, “Are there booby traps on those rides?” Crazy D says, “Nope.” Unit 1 asks in confusion, “How are you going to get any information out of them?” Crazy D says, “I’m not, I just put them in a really cool waiting room.” Unit 1 asks, “A waiting room… for what?” Crazy D says, “You’ll see, soon enough.”  He laughs evilly. Unit 1 gets his hand on his magnum and asks, “What is going on?”

Crazy D turns off the holo-vision and says, “It’s time for the big reveal. You, Private Unit 1, you personally helped me with a major step in my Dad’s plan to get rid of Mad Horse.” Unit 1 asks, “Why would General Dickson care about this Mad Horse guy or thing?” Crazy D laughs while saying, “You think General Dickson is my dad? That’s funny” Unit 1 says, “If General Dickson didn’t give these orders…” He flips over the table and points his magnum at Crazy D. “Then what the hell did you make me do?” Crazy D stops laughing and says, “Someone’s ang…” Unit 1 interrupts, “Cut the jokes and give me answers.”  Crazy D says, “You’re no fun. My dad wanted me to get rid of Mad Horse and he gave me a plan to do so. The first part of my father’s plan was to get a Spartan, but not any Spartan, a Devil Dog. You were my final choice.” Unit 1 says, “I guess Firewalker was your first choice.” Crazy D says, “You’re right, but he was too explosive-happy to take to this planet. He would have destroyed the only known continent on the planet before Mad Horse even decided to do anything.” Unit 1 says, “You got to know Firewalker very quickly, but what did you and your daddy need me for?” Crazy D answers, “Haven’t you figured it out that you already did part 2, it was for you to kill the co-rulers of the primary civilization and their primary heroes, the bearers of the Elements of Harmony.” Unit 1 says, “Wait a minute, the Elements of Harmony were the things that artillery had crew but they mysteriously disappeared.” Crazy D says, “Yes they did, I wonder where the necklaces and the tiara have gone off to.” Unit 1says under his breath, “The jewelry were the weapons.”

Crazy D says, “Doesn’t matter, they were the only ones keeping Mad Horse in hiding. Without them, he will come out of hiding with his plan to take over Equestia and I’ll kill him, with your help of course.” Unit 1says, “The Alliance won’t let you get away with screwing an entire planet to its doom.”  Crazy D laughs and says, “The Alliance won’t help because they’re more than 500 years away from this galaxy, or time period in this case.” Unit 1 says in confusion, “What?” Crazy D says, “The teleporter that took us here was part-time machine. My dad thought of everything because that teleporter is destroyed by now and you have to work for us to get home.”

Unit 1 grabs Crazy D and says, “I’ll save the planet without you and your daddy’s help.” He points his magnum at point blank range to Crazy D’s head. “I know that the responsibility of assassinating a civilization’s leaders and heroes who had no part of the old Covenant, but killing you will make me feel a little bit better about it.” Unit 1 unloads the entire clip of the magnum into Crazy D’s head and he drops the dead body.

Unit 1 reloads and says, “Now, to try fix this mess.” He opens the door to find Crazy D waiting for him. He says, “Do you feel better?” Unit 1 gets confused, turns around to see that Crazy D’s dead body is gone and he starts babbling. Crazy D says, “Oh, you didn’t know I can respawn or teleport. Wait a minute; this is the first time you’ve seen me die so you couldn’t have known that in the first place.” Unit 1 asks, “How did you learn that trick?” Crazy D says, “I got it from an accident from testing one of my dad’s machines. Being forced to stay the same age does stink, but living forever is a good thing.” Unit 1 switches to his shotgun, points it at Crazy D’s chest and says, “Maybe you work like certain zombies who only die from getting shot in the heart. Unit 1 pulls the trigger, Crazy D’s body flies across the room and lands on a table.

Unit 1 cocks his shotgun and goes to the next room. He finds Crazy D standing in the room. He says, “It didn’t work and you broke my table. Why do you hate my table?” Unit 1 says, “I’ll make a quick guess, no matter what I do, I can’t kill you.” Crazy D says, “You do for a few seconds and the forces of time and space bring me back to live and I can come back where I want. Oh, to let you know, I like the surprised look on your face when you saw me alive after you killed me, it’s priceless.” Unit 1 says, “You have a sick scene of humor.” Crazy D says, “No, I don’t, because I don’t feel sick.” Unit 1 says, “I did my part in this devastating plan, just send me to back to the Devil Doghouse. I don’t want any more part of this plan of destroying a civilization, so you can hunt down a personal enemy who is no threat to humanity or the Alliance.” Crazy D says, “He’s going to be a threat to humanity in a few hundred years.”  Unit 1 says, “You have an army of robots, the vehicles, the weapons, the technology, and the fact you can’t die. What do you need me for?”  Crazy D says, “I need someone to help me.” Unit 1 asks, “What about your insane father, why can’t he help?” Crazy D says, “He’s doing other things.”

Unit 1 asks, “Who is this base’s AI?” Crazy D says, “I’ll never tell you who the talking machine is.”  The Lunar Eye says, “The name is the Lunar Eye.” Unit 1 asks the Lunar Eye, “Do you mind I if I call you LE for short?”  The Lunar Eye says, “Nicknamed accepted.” Crazy D says, “Don’t tell him anything.” Unit 1 asks, “Where is the teleporter that can send me back to my base?” LE says, “Displaying coordinates on your mini map, now.” Unit 1 sees where the teleporter is and heads to it. Unit 1 says, “Thanks, LE.”

Before Unit 1 leaves the room, Crazy D says, “Wait, don’t you want to save the prisoners that you put in here?” Unit 1 stops. “I’ll give you a chance to save them and give you a ride off the moon but it will take longer for you to go back to the Devil Dogs. Think about this. It’s your choice, save yourself or save the aliens.” Unit 1 turns to Crazy D and asks, “What’s the catch?”  Crazy D says, “Goody, we get to play a game. This game is easy, I make challenges that you have to go through and you just have to beat them and free the prisoners from their cells. You got that? ” Unit 1 says, “Yeah, I got it.”  Crazy D says, while pressing a button on the wall, “Good.” A part of the wall opens to reveal an elevator opening. “Get in the elevator to start the fun.” Unit 1 gets in the elevator and Crazy D goes to a control room.

The elevator doors close and Unit 1 descends down to Crazy D’s first challenge.

The elevator stops and its doors open to reveal the first room. Unit 1 goes into the room, with shotgun in hand,  the elevator’s doors close. Unit 1 looks around the room and sees nothing. Unit 1 says, “Crazy D, where’s the first challenge in your sick game?” A holo-vision appears, then turns on to reveal Crazy D on the screen and he says, “I’m working on it but for the meantime, I’ll give you 2 of them. Just in case you fail the challenge.” Crazy D looks around for a button. “Where is it?” Crazy D finds the button and presses it. “Enjoy your new friends and don’t forget to have fun.”

A big tube comes from the ceiling, Fluttershy and Derpy fall out of it and they land on a randomly placed mattress.

Unit 1 turns to the holo-screen and says, “You made my job a lot easier Crazy D, now I have only one prisoner to save.” Crazy D says, “You think I would make the game this short.” He laughs “No, you have 8 more prisoners to save.” Unit 1 says, “8? I only recall taking in 3 total and 2 of them are in here.” Crazy D says, “Remember the ones you killed or at least the ones you thought you killed, they are in here, too.” Unit 1 asks, “What are you talking about?” Crazy D says, “You remember the Princesses and the bearers of Harmony? They are here too, slowly gaining the memories of how you killed their clones. And yes, you fought their clones that had 1/10 of their real power. So, do you want to play?” Unit 1 says, “I’m not giving up before this game begins.” Crazy D says, “That’s the sprit, your first challenge will be ready soon.” The holo-vision turns off.

Fluttershy quickly hides behind Derpy. Derpy says, “You’re good now, aren’t you, Mr. Metal guy?” Unit 1 says, “First of all, my name is Unit 1 and second, I’m fixing what I have done wrong by helping you get off of this rock.” Fluttershy says trembling, “You are helping us?” Unit 1 says, “I know it’s crazy but I know who the good guys are now. So, let’s go save your friends and the others.” Derpy asks, “Others? What others?” Unit 1 says, “The prisoners who are the good guys but not your friends.” Fluttershy and Derpy say, “Oooh.”

A pair of doors open to reveal the first challenge. The room has 2 floors, a platform elevator and a basic treadmill on the first floor and a button and a door on the second floor.

Crazy D is on the speaker and he says, “This is an easy challenge. Unit 1 has to run on the treadmill to take Fluttershy and Derpy up to that button to open the door and to you take up. Derpy says, “I have a better idea.” She picks up Unit 1 and takes him to the second floor with Fluttershy behind them. Unit 1 says, “You’re stronger than you look Derpy. Your name is Derpy, right?” Derpy says, “Some ponies call me Ditzy Doo but most ponies call me Derpy Hooves or just Derpy.” Unit 1 presses the button and the doors open. Crazy D says, “I forgot 2 of you had wings and Derpy carries anvils at her job. Oh well, I’ll let you have this one but the next challenge will be harder or easier, I don’t know, yet.”

Unit 1, Derpy, and Fluttershy go inside the door to a long hallway with another door on the other side. They start walking; Unit 1 asks Derpy, “So what’s with the tattoo on your butt?” Derpy asks, “Tattoo?” Unit 1 says, “You know the picture.” Derpy says, “Oh, you mean a cutie mark.” She looks close at Unit 1’s armor. “And you have one too on your chest.”  Unit 1 looks down and sees a picture of blue shield with silver lining and a silver gear in the middle. He says, “That’s not a tattoo that’s my emblem.” Derpy says, “Is an emblem like a cu…” Derpy bumps into the door and it falls down. Unit 1 says, “Looks like LE has to fix that door.” Fluttershy and Derpy look inside the next room with excitement and rush in, happy screaming, “Rainbow Dash!” Unit 1 comes in the room, puzzled and starts wondering who they are talking about.

When Unit 1 gets in the room, he sees Rainbow Dash wearing a strange looking helmet, and his face turns pale. Unit 1 says, “I killed you; how are you…” He remembers what Crazy D said. “So those were clones I killed.” Derpy and Fluttershy are hugging Rainbow Dash. She screams, “Get off of me you, changelings!” Rainbow Dash pushes them off of her. Fluttershy asks, “Rainbow what are you doing?” Rainbow Dash starts attacking Unit 1. Unit 1 tries to pin down Rainbow, he says, “LE how do we turn off this crazy maker helmet on little rainbow hair’s head.” LE says on the radio, while Unit 1 is getting his butt kicked, “To deactivate the aggressive booster helmet, turn the knob on the back of the helmet all the way to the left. Warning: If you turn the knob to the right, the subject will get stronger and more aggressive.” Unit 1 says while in Armor Lock, “Ok, there’s a knob behind the helmet: left good, right bad, got it.” He jumps on Rainbow Dash and slams her on the ground.  Unit 1 says, while finally pining down Rainbow, “Someone turn the knob on the helmet all way to the left.”

Derpy comes in and says, “I got it.” She finds the knob and turns it all the way to the right. Rainbow Dash gets huge muscles and wings and overpowers Unit 1. She picks up Unit 1. Derpy says, “I don’t know what went…” Unit 1 interrupts, “I don’t care, turn it to the other left.” Rainbow Dash throws Unit 1 to the wall. Derpy turns the knob all the way to the left, Rainbow Dash turns back to normal and the helmet falls off.

Rainbow Dash says, “Thanks for getting that… OOW!” She puts a hoof on her head. “My head, it hurts.” Derpy says, “That helmet did look tight.” LE says, “Subject: Rainbow Dash is experiencing one of the primary side effects of removing the aggressive booster helmet from the highest setting, Disorientation.” Unit 1 says, “So she has a really bad headache?”  LE says, “Basically.”  Fluttershy asks Unit 1, “Who are you talking to?”  Unit 1 says, “I’m talking to this base’s AI.” Fluttershy says, “An AI?”  Unit 1 says, “An Artificial Intelligence, I think of her as the brains of a high tech machine. You might see her, later.”  Crazy D gets on the speakers and says, “The new elevator has arrived. Get in it to go the next challenge.” The elevator’s doors open. Unit 1 says, “Let’s go.” Derpy and Unit 1 go in the elevator while Fluttershy helps Rainbow Dash get in.

The elevator goes down to the next challenge. It was a silent ride down except for Derpy repeatedly saying muffins and Rainbow Dash’s groaning.

When the elevator stops and the doors open, the group walks out. Unit 1says, “Derpy, there aren’t any muffins and you can stop saying that.” Crazy D says on the speakers, “That’s no way to talk to a friend.” Unit 1 says in anger, “First of all, they are not my friends, they’re my allies and second, look who’s talking Mr. Rank Abuser. You tricked me to kill aliens who weren’t part of the Covenant at all so you can get some loser out in the open and you made me have responsibility of a mess bigger than I ever thought possible.” Crazy D says, “But I am letting you save the ponies that you thought you killed.” Unit 1 says, “Let’s get this challenge over with.”

A room opens up and Crazy D says, “In the next room, it will show you how to dance the cha cha slide.” Unit 1 says, “Devil Dogs don’t dance.”  Crazy D says, “If you don’t learn the dance you’ll fall in the acid pool in the next challenge.” Derpy says, “We’ll fall in a pool that doesn’t sound bad.” Unit 1 says, “An acid pool, unlike a normal pool, it will melt you into nothing if you fall in.” He turns to Crazy D (or at least one of the speakers) “I don’t need to learn how dance to dodge trapdoors.” Fluttershy says, “If you don’t mind, I’ll go to learn that dance, if that’s ok with you.” Derpy says, “Learning a dance? That sounds fun.”  Fluttershy and Derpy go in the next room. Derpy turns to Rainbow Dash and asks, “Aren’t you coming, Rainbow Dash?” Rainbow Dash says, “Fine I’m coming…oow. She walks towards the door bumps her head on the door way and continues going in.

Crazy D notices Unit 1 not going in the next room. He asks, “Aren’t you going to the next room?” Unit 1 says, “I’d rather wait for the challenge.”  Crazy D says, “Go into the next room or else I’ll drop you…” Unit 1 interrupts, “In the acid pool. Bring it on.” Crazy D says, “That’s weird, you don’t fear being…” He remembers what that… Crazy D says, “Mr. Writer, I think they would get the idea if you stop writing stuff that isn’t necessary.” [It is my first time typing something that’s actual going to the public.] Crazy D says, “Like your other ideas, scripts for YouTube and the last story you were working on for this site.” [That idea wouldn’t make sense even with flashback. Besides this is the first episode… wait why am I talking to you.] Crazy D says, “Because the story advisor gave me the ability to break the 4th wall. Oh, thinking about him. He would have made this story funny or at least made more and funnier jokes.” [Well he wasn’t here for most of the development of this episode or at least the typing part.] Crazy D says, “At least, he wouldn’t make this chapter stink.” [Hey, you try to write or in this case, type out a Portal themed area. Oh crap, we wasted a lot of space for this discussion. We need to skip the challenge]. Crazy D says, “Why?”  [Keep talking back and I skip to the part where Unit 1 saves all the prisoners.]  Crazy D says, “Fine.”

Back to the story, Unit 1, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Derpy are now in a hallway that leads to the next prisoner. Unit 1 says, “Does anyone remember doing the challenge.” The others shake their heads. “That’s weird. Oh well, let’s save prisoner number 4.”

Unit 1 opens the door to reveal Pinkie Pie dancing with a strange helmet on. Unit 1 contacts the Lunar Eye, “LE, what helmet is this prisoner wearing?”  The Lunar Eye says, “That is the Sense Tickler Helmet, it is a type of mind control that controls the wearer by controlling his or her senses to do whatever the controller wants to do with the victim.” Unit 1 says, “Where is the off button on it.” The Lunar Eye says, “There’s no off button but, there is a radio signal. Turn it off and the helmet will be easily removable.” Unit 1 says, “So, cut the radio signal and take off the helmet, Got it.”

Crazy D says on the speakers, “This is my favorite prisoner so I won’t let you take her, easily. Time to play with her Pinkie Sense.”

Pinkie starts jumping around, everyone expect Unit 1 tries to catch her. Unit 1 gets in the middle of the room while the others still try to grab her.

After a few minutes, Pinkie goes toward Unit 1. He quickly goes into Armor Lock. When Pinkie Pie gets over to Unit 1, he gets out of Armor Lock, disables the helmet with the Armor Lock’s EMP, head bunts Pinkie Pie, she goes flying in the air, the helmet flies off of Pinkie’s head to the ceiling and breaks, while Pinkie safely lands on all of her hooves. Pinkie Pie rubs her head and says, “Oowie, my head hurts.”  Rainbow Dash rubs her head and says, “Join the club.” Pinkie asks, “Is there a new club for ponies with headaches… Oow.”

Derpy says, “I have an idea to save the others faster.” She turns to one of the speakers. “Mr. Orange guy, Can you please release our friends and give us a ride home?” Unit 1 giggling under his breath, “As if that would…” Crazy D says, “Since you asked so nicely, I will and for a bonus I’ll even give you the thing that can stop me.” Unit 1 yells in anger, “What, That worked! I don’t know what I’m more pissed at, not doing that earlier or going through all that that bullshit to find out that question worked, right now. ” Crazy D says, “Calm down Mr. Grumpy pants, I’m sending you an elevator so you can meet the others in person in the nearby the hanger.”

After a couple of seconds an elevator appears and everyone gets in. The doors close and they go up. Unit 1 calms down and says, “Let’s agree, whatever happens on the moon, stays on the moon.” Derpy says, “You don’t want anypony finding out about Rainbow Dash be…” Unit 1 repeats himself, “Whatever happens on the moon, stays on the moon.” Pinkie says, “This is a fun ride.”

After a few minutes, the elevator stops and its doors open. It reveals a room with 7 pods and a friendly robot.  The small group gets out of the elevator to be greeted by the robot, “Hello, I am Bot 13 and I’ll be helping you today by releasing your friends and giving you the thing that can stop Crazy D. Let us start with Princess Luna and Princess Celestia.” Bot 13 presses the release subject button on their pods. The Princesses fall out of the pods, they look at each other. Luna says, “I’m trapped on the moon, again.” She starts crying. Celestia hugs her and says, “Sorry for trapping you here a thousand years ago.” Now Celestia starts crying.

Unit 1 says, “Geez, Crazy D gave them some strong stuff.” Pinkie Pie asks, “What stuff?” He turns to her and says, “I don’t even know myself.”

Bot 13 says, “Now releasing Applejack, Rarity, and Twilight Sparkle.” Bot 13 presses their release subject button on their pods. They fall out and start groaning. Rarity says, “Ow, my head hurts really badly.” Applejack says, “My brain hurts as bad as the time I planned for the Apple family reunion.” Twilight says, “My mind hasn’t hurt this bad, ever since I overreacted when I didn’t get that report on time.”

Unit 1 leans over asks, “What are they talking about?” She says, “I’ll tell you later. If that’s ok with you.” Unit 1 says, “Agreed.”

Bot 13 goes to Spike’s pod and says, “Releasing Spike.” Bot 13 presses the release frozen treats button. Spike and a few boxes of ice cream sandwiches and popsicles fall out of the pod. Spike groans, “I have the worst brain freeze right now.”

Unit 1 says, “All of you get into cover, now. I’ll explain what’s going on, later.” He double checks his weapons’ ammo. Bot 13 asks, “What are you worried about?” Unit 1 answers, “This feels too easy and I think that last pod is a trap because nobody, even the most mentally insane, would just give out the weapon that can stop.” Bot 13 says, “You’re being paranoid, I'll show you that it is safe.”

The bot presses the release package button.  Bullets come out of the pod and destroy the robot.  Crazy D walks out of the pod with an assault rifle and says, “I never liked that robot.”  He throws away his assault rifle. Unit 1 pulls out his shotgun and points it at Crazy D and says, “I knew that crap about you giving us the thing that can stop you wasn’t true.”  Crazy D laughs. Unit 1 gets closer, points his shotgun at Crazy D’s crotch, and says, “What so funny, you 2-faced psychopath.”  Crazy D calms down and says, “Don’t you get it; I am the only thing that can stop me.” He opens the doors to the hanger. “You have to answer 3 questions and I’ll give you the key to the safe ship.” Unit 1 asks, “What about the other ships.” Crazy D says, “Oh, they are booby trapped and set to explode when you try to turn them on.”Unit 1 puts away his weapon, sighs, and says, “Say the questions.”

Crazy D says, “Good, 1st question, ‘What is your name?’” Unit 1 asks, “Codename or full name?” Crazy D is caught off guard and says, “Uhh… full name.” Unit 1 answers, “Ricky Unit 1 Dex.” Crazy says, “Next question, ‘What is your quest?’” Unit 1 asks, “Life or current quest?” Crazy says, “I don’t care… life quest.” Unit 1 answers, “To protect the innocent and prevent what happened to me happen to someone else.”  Crazy D says, “Last Question, ‘What is your favorite color?’ Unit 1 asks, “Normal or…” Crazy D rages, “Just answer the question.” Unit 1 says, “Dark green, of course, the primary color of my armor.” Crazy D gives Unit 1 a key and says, “That key is for the light blue supply ship over there.” He points to the ship.

Unit 1 says, “Everyone go to that ship, now.” Spike and every one of the ponies go to the ship. Unit 1 grabs the rations (ice cream) and runs off to the ship. Crazy D says, “I always wanted to use that reference.”

Unit 1, Spike, and everypony get into the ship and they blast off. The ship gets into space. Spike goes up to Unit 1 and asks, “Why did you save us when you technically put us there in the first place?” Unit 1says, “I found out you’re not Covenant and my ex-commanding officer tricked me to do something I was against and made me release someone or something worse on your planet. There is not much I know about Mad Horse but the only thing I do know is that I have to return you guys home and kick Mad Horse’s ass.”

Crazy D is heard on the radio, “It isn’t that simple. Unit 1, you have to stay in space until the rest of your crew gets their heads straight and when you make a plan.” Unit 1 asks, “Why can’t I drop them off now, and think of a plan later?” Crazy D says, “Because I have remote controlled bombs on that ship. So, good luck and see you in a few weeks.” Unit 1 says in confusion, “Wait, what?” Crazy D turns off the radio.
