Chapter 5
Scion was in a shallow slumber, shallow meaning he was easy to wake, on the couch. The sudden noise of the door opening was heard and Scion shot awake.
“Tornado!” He got up and instantly hugged Tornado. “I missed you so much!” They both pecked each other on the lips, “so what have you got me Torny?” Asked Scion curiously.
“That’s a secret Scion, you will find out on our date.” Tornado smirked at Scion.
“Ooh goodie!” Scion clapped his hooves with excitement.
Tornado chuckled to himself, “excited?”
“Oh boy yes!” Scion hugged his loving stallion again and buried his head in his fur. Tornado felt a little playful so he decided to start nibbling on Scions neck, trying anything to tickle him. “Tornado, what are you-” Scion was then cut off by his own cries of laughter.
“Sorry, I’m just a little hungry.” Tornado joked as he continued nibbling on Scions neck.
“Does it have to be my neck?” Scion was laughing louder the longer Tornado nibbled on his sensitive neck.
“Maybe.” Tornado kept doing it playfully.
“Oh my Celestia Tornado you’re gonna make me pee!” Scion couldn’t help himself, no matter how hard he tried to get his special pony off of him, it didn’t work. Tornado eventually released himself from Scions neck.
“There you have had enough.” Tornado panting to try and get as much air as he could into his lungs.
“Well that was.” Scion commented. “Fun.”
“I agree.” Tornado gave Scion a kiss on the cheek and went into the bedroom. He also brought the gift he had for Scion in with him.
Scion couldn’t help to peek; he saw Tornado looking at something but didn’t see what it was, “come on Tornado what have you got?” He whispered to himself.
“I hope Scion will like this.” Tornado said to himself, looking at the gift.
“Move!” Scion whispered and then sighed, “I may as well wait, I mean the date is tonight.” Scion moved away from the door and went to sit back on the couch.
Tornado then came out of the bedroom empty hoofed. “Hi Scion.”
Scion quickly rotated his head towards Tornado, “oh hey Tornado.” Tornado joined Scion on the couch.
“Excited for the date tonight?” Tornado leaned against Scion with a warm smile.
“Of course I am Torny, I have been since the moment you told me.” He chuckled.
“And that was this morning.” Tornado chuckled along with him.
“Well, yeah!” Scion cuddled with Tornado.
“Haha!” Tornado just embraced Scion being around him, he loved every second he spent with him and he’d never put it to waste. Tornado would always comfort Scion when he needed it and also he would never leave Scion alone when he’s sad. Just like the night they met, Scion made Tornado happy.
Hours passed and the sun was just beginning to set, they prepared for their date up in Cloudsdale. The only thing that had to be done, was lock all the windows before they left and lock all the doors on the way out.
“Right are all the windows locked?” Tornado asked while he tied the tie around his neck and putting on the suits jacket while buttoning up his shirt. He was trying to look as smart as possible. Tornado had a red tie that matched his eyes.
“Yes I locked them all Tornado.” Scion also was wearing a suit, but with a cyan tie to match his coat. “How do I look?”
“Hot.” Tornado smiled and chuckled.
Scion blushed lightly, “knock it off Torny.”
“What? You wanted to know how you looked.” He chuckled softly again.
“You always make me blush!” Scion cuddled him and chuckled. “You’re such a flirt!”
Tornado chuckled, “am I? I haven’t noticed.”
Scion poked Tornados nose. “Come on, we have a date to have.” They both flew out of Tornados home and headed up to Cloudsdale for their date. They weren’t planning to have dinner, just a nice evening out together. When they arrived in Cloudsdale it was already night, they decided to find a nice cloud above Cloudsdale and sit together on it. They looked out towards the beautiful sky city before them holding each other’s hoof.
“Scion, you know how I said I was gonna get you something?” Tornado looked at him.
“Yes I do Tornado.” He looked at Tornado. They looked into each other’s eyes.
“Well, I know it’s only been less than twenty four hours, but I’ve never loved a pony more than you and..” Tornados nerves were starting to act.
“And?” Scion raised an eyebrow, curious of what he could say next.
Tornado pulled out a small box and opened it, there sat the ring he bought for him. “Scion, would you make me the happiest pony in the entire world, will you marry me?”
Scion was completely stunned by the words he heard, tears of happiness rolled down his cheeks and his heart warmed up. “Yes Tornado, oh Celestia yes!”
“You will?!” Tornado felt a wave of happiness pass through him.
“Yes, yes, yes!” Scion hugged Tornado so tight it squeezed the air out of his lungs.
“I can’t breathe!” Tornado found himself struggling to even get air inside his lungs.
Scion loosened the hug, “sorry.” The two stallions then kissed each other while Tornado gently placed the ring on one of the feathers. They eventually broke the kiss and gazed into each other’s eyes.
“This is the happiest day of my life.” Tornado let out a cheerful squeak.
“The wedding will be happier.” Scion chuckled softly and hugged Tornado.
Tornado chuckled and just held Scion close, he didn’t ever want to part from him, “I know silly, but I never thought I’d ever get engaged, especially this quickly.”
“Neither did I.” Scion chuckled and looked down at Cloudsdale, “hey, shall we go down there for a bit?”
“Sounds good to me.” They both flew holding each other’s forehoof. They landed onto the fluffy clouds of Cloudsdale and let go of each other’s forehooves. They started to wander round together looking at the beautiful sky city. It seemed more beautiful at night than it was at day.
“It’s beautiful.” Scion just looked around amazed at the sight.
“That it is.” Tornado nuzzled Scions cheek and continued trotting, “come on and catch up!”
Scion snapped out of the trance that Cloudsdale caught him in, “right, coming!” He quickly trotted to Tornado, making each hoof land on the soft fluffiness below him.
“I love this place.” Tornado said brightly, “I lived here for fifteen years, did you know that?”
“Fifteen years, staring at clouds?” Scion chuckled lightly.
“Yep, fifteen years of clouds in my face.” Tornado laughed lightly, “of course, a very enjoyable fifteen years.”
The clouds around Cloudsdale slowly rotated round the beautiful sky city. The stars twinkled in the sky like diamonds on a necklace. Such a beautiful sight to see. The two stallions explored nearly all of Cloudsdale, knowing that marriage is just around the corner they partied until the night died out and until dawn arrived to start a new day.
