The Pulling Sounds: Follow the Noise

Honestly I winged the fuck out of this chapter and than realized I DO THAT WITH EVERYTHING!. SO LET THIS SHIT BEGIN.

"Hello and who would i be happening to be talking to?" I asked as I turned around. I was shocked at the ponies who stood before me.

"I'm Octavia, head cellist of the Canterlot Orchestra" She said with a prideful, but not boastful manner.

" Im Vinyl Scratch! The best DJ in Equestria!" She said while showing the biggest ego known to ponykind.

"I'm Lyra Heartstrings, I play the lyre and your houses' construction is close to mine." She said with a sheepish grin.

" Nice to meet you...I'm Sonic Noise. Just your everyday musician and soon to be resident of Ponyville." Okay I know Im great with music but I'm trying to be humble damn it.

" So we're all going to be living in the same town?!" Lyra said with a raised voice. Not quite a yell, but louder than normal.

" Wait what?" I asked completely dumbfounded by Lyras sentence.
"Yes it seems that is the case darling." said Octavia

"That's totally cool!" Vinyl exclaimed.

"Well alright then..." I said happily yet nervously.

"So Noise...." They all said at once.

" What?" i asked still nervous as hell.

"Are you in a group?"

Fuck. The one question I always dread when talking with musicians. They end up asking about this and somehow I end up in a band. A few months later I'm kicked out of the band with the freinds I had, hating my guts. I need to nip this in the bud
"Um no I'm not." I said gaining a bit of courage back.

"Would you like to join my" Vinyl began

"Would you like to join my" Lyra began at the same time

"Would you like to join the" Octavia said at the same time as the other two.

Record label” Vinyl Finished

Music Class as help?" Lyra said

“Canterlot Orchestra for practice?” Octavia asked?

Oh thank the fucking gods they didn't ask me to join a musical group of anytime. After the day before I ended up in Equestria went badly with a group I was not looking forward to joining another one. The utter relief caused me to let go of a breath I wasn't even aware I was holding.

“Are you Ok?” They asked me.

“Yeah I'm fine....and I'm not looking for a record label right now but if I ever do start looking I'll go to you, but thanks for the offer, um I can help with your music class I guess....and sure practice sounds fine, just give me a weeks notice or so.” I answered as nicely as I could. Vinyl looked a little bummed out and Lyra and Octavia smiled but seemed nervous with how I said no to Vinyl. God damnit I guess I'm going to have to explain myself about turning it down.

“ Um, Vinyl it isn't that I don't like the offer, I honestly find it very tempting, but I kinda had a falling out with friends on Earth.” I said. SHIT I JUST USED A DIFFERENT PLANETS NAME! Oh god please don't let them notice.

“Whats Earth?” Lyra asked. Well shit I'd like you to meet my friend, fan.

“Well damn, I guess I have to come clean now, huh. Earth is a different planet, In a different dimension, where a species called humans live.” Lyras eyes turned into sunbeams. “ Princess Celestia checked my mind to make sure I wasn't lying or insane you can ask her.” They all looked at Celestia and she gave them a reassuring nod. Lyra looked at me again with a head-splitting smile. I smiled nervously. “ Um is something the matter Lyra?” I asked. I realized that I may have just broke Lyra.

“I KNEW IT I KNEW I KNEW, NO ONE EVER BELIEVED ME, BUT I KNEW HUMANS EXSISTED!” She screamed as she glomped me. For those who don't know, a glomp is a jump attack hug. How Lyra accomplished this is completely beyond me.

“Um Okay......Lyra what are you talking about.” I said, still pretending to be stupid about the world. I mean I can't just go up to them and say, 'Hey you're all a television show for girls!'.

“Oh um Lyra is a researcher of humans here........” Twilight said.

“Ok.....awesome... anyway don't we kinda have to go and catch the last train or something...” I hinted.

“How did you know we were going to leave, no one even told you.” The Mane Six asked in unison. That shit still creeps me the fuck out.

“I.....guessed.” I said. Twilight proceeded to look at her hoof like she had some invisible fucking watch.

“We'll have to continue the conversation on the train. The last one leaves in five minutes!” Twilight exclaimed.

How the fuck....You know what she hangs around Pinkie without being insane, I'm not explaining shit.

“Alright, Lets go then!” I shouted back as we all raced out of the back door of the Canterlot Playhouse.
