CMC Adventures: The Dance

                                Sweetie Belle and Applebloom had arrived at Rumbles house, both of

them were nervous about being at his house Sweetie Belle calmed down when she noticed that Pipsqueak was walking down the road away from Rumble's house.

"Hey Applebloom, it looks like Pipsqueak is headed down the road, I'll see you later okay good luck with Rumble," Sweetie Belle left down the road to catch up with Pipsqueak, "Okay just calm down and relax you can do this," she spoke to herself before catching up Pipsqueak "HEY PIPSQUEAK!!!"

Pipsqueak turned around to see a white filly with a cotton candy mane, "Oh Sweetie Belle, is there something that you needed?"

Sweetie Belle was slightly out of breath as she spoke "Yea, I was wondering if you had any plans for the day?"

Pipsqueak was confused, "Well no, not really, Thunderlane said that Rumble ain't feeling to good," Pipsqueak looked at the filly hoping his answer would suffice.

"Oh, well I was wondering if you'd like to, ya know, spend the day with me?" Sweetie Belle seemed to calm down her nerves about the situation seemed to just dissolve as she spoke to the colt.

"Me and you, spend the day together..." Pipsqueak couldn't figure out how to feel about this, a really pretty filly was asking to spend the day with him "come on you dummy just say yes," Pipsqueak mentally scolded himself for not answering, "Sure I'd like to hang out with you." Pipsqueak could feel a wave of relief wash over him as he finally answered.

Sweetie Belle was happy "Great well, why don't we go the park there has to be something fun to do there, right?" She looked towards Pipsqueak for approval.

"Yea, that sounds like fun let's get going, oh and Sweetie Belle you can just call me Pip," Pipsqueak was happy to have her call him by his nickname.

"Okay Pip, let's get going," Sweetie Belle could feel giddy at using Pipsqueaks nickname.

As Sweetie Belle and Pipsqueak arrived at the park, Sweetie Belle was laughing at something Pipsqueak said, all the stress of her situation just seemed to disappear the two of them just seemed to fit together.

"And then Rumble flew straight into the tree, and I went running to help him out only for me to trip on some sticks and go tumbling over right to where he landed, and when we saw each other we just laid there and laughed at one another. We weren't laughing so much the next day when Thunderlane took both of us to the hospital, and we still snickered," as Pipsqueak finished his tale, he could see Sweetie Belle giggling at his antics she looked so pretty to him and her laugh sounded like a song he was glad he could make her laugh.

"Wow, you two have had some pretty fun adventures, huh?" Sweetie Belle happily asked her question.

"Yea, guess we have, hey do you want some ice cream? I should have enough for two," Pipsqueak looked eagerly at Sweetie Belle hoping to buy her a treat.

"Um, well I don't want you to waste your..." Sweetie Belle was interrupted by Pipsqueaks spotted hoof.

"I won't have none of that, the only real question is what flavor do you want?" Pipsqueak wanted to prove to Sweetie Belle that he was a gentlecolt.

Sweetie Belle couldn't help but smile at his noble action, "I'll take vanilla," Sweetie Belle smiled as she gave her response to her friend.

"GREAT!! I'll be right back then," Pipsqueak headed for the ice cream stand and as he did a thought came to his mind, "I wonder if Sweetie Belle would want to go to the dance with me, I'll ask her before I have to go home," Pipsqueak got slightly nervous at the thought.

Sweetie Belle was smiling as Pipsqueak left for ice cream when she heard a voice call her "HEY!!! Sweetie Belle," Sweetie Belle turned around to see her orange friend, "How's it going with Pipsqueak, judging by that smile it looks like it's going really well,"

"Huh, oh yea, it's going great we were just about to start going to the park with some ice cream," Sweetie Belle looked at Scootaloo her eye's brimmed with happiness, "so hows it going with your plan Scootaloo?"

"Oh, actually it's going great I'm going to Twilight's to find the book I'm looking for, but I really got to hurry, but I'll see you tomorrow at the meeting okay." Scootaloo began to shout something as she left "HAVE FUN AT THE PARK!!!!!"

"Alright here you go Sweetie Belle one vanilla ice cream cone," Pipsqueak had returned with both of there ice cream cones, "so we were heading to the park right," Pip motioned for them to continue there walk.

"Yea we were, I didn't know that you liked chocolate Pip," Sweetie Belle's made Pipsqueak stop for a moment.

"Oh yea it was my favorite back in Trottingham, I used to eat it like everyday," Pipsqueak answered cheerfully.

Sweetie Belle and Pipsqueak had finally arrived at the park the two of them just finished there ice cream cones

and Pipsqueak was excited to have a new friend to have adventures with.

"So, you ready to have an adventure Sweetie Belle?" he spoke with enthusiasm to his new white coated friend.

"Yea, it's just you have some ice cream on you nose, hold on I'll get it," Sweetie Belle wasn't sure what came over her, as she leaned in and licked the chocolate ice cream off of Pipsqueaks nose, she leaned back blushing as she realized what she did, "so um let's go have an adventure shall we," Sweetie Belle nervously tried to get Pipsqueak to continue there plan.

As Sweetie Belle walked into the park, Pipsqueak smiled as a thought came to his mind "I guess she does like me after all, I just hope I don't mess this up."

Hours flew by as the two young ponies had an adventure. The two of them were completely lost in their imaginary adventures, every little bit of stress and humiliation had been forgotten as they had fun, unfortunately every adventure has a stopping point.

"Wow, look at the sun I can't believe we've been out here all day, I'll walk you home Sweetie Belle, uh, were are you staying at the moment?"

Sweetie Belle couldn't help but giggle at Pipsqueak's noble silliness, "I'm staying with my sister at Carousel Boutique,"

"PERFECT!!! let's get going then," Pipsqueak lead the way back to Sweetie Belle's home, Pipsqueak knew what he wanted to ask her and it was making him nervous.

As they arrived Sweetie Belle turned to Pipsqueak who looked as if he was about to throw up, "Um are you okay Pip? you look kind of sick,"

"Oh I'm fine, it's just I have something I wanted to ask you," Pipsqueak looked into Sweetie Belle's beautiful light green eyes.

"What is it Pipsqueak, before you leave I had something I wanted to ask you to," Sweetie Belle looked back into Pipsqueak's reddish brown eyes.

"Oh well, in that case why don't we just ask our questions at the same time," Pipsqueak was relieved that Sweetie Belle nodded to agree, "alright then when ever you're ready."

Both of the ponies took a deep breath and both of them began to speak simultaneously, "I was wondering if you wanted to go to the Autumn Flower Dance with me?"

Each of their eye's grew wide as they herd one another, Sweetie Belle was the first to speak up, "Well... I'd love to go to the dance with you Pip," Sweetie Belle could feel her heart flutter as she answered Pipsqueak's question.

"Really? you would well... I would love to go with you to the dance as well," Pipsqueak and Sweetie Belle laughed as their nerves were finally released.

As their laughter stopped Sweetie Belle  spoke up, "Oh, before I forget I was wondering if you'd like to go to the movies tomorrow night with me, Applebloom, and Scootaloo? Don't worry they're going to try and bring date's too."

"Date? Yea, I'd love to go to the movies with you Sweetie Belle", Pipsqueak was happily surprised at the Second question as he answered.

"That's great, I guess I'll see you tomorrow then, oh, and Pip thanks for walking me home," Sweetie Belle gave Pipsqueak a smile as she said thank you.

"It's no problem and I'll see you tomorrow okay, good night Sweetie Belle," Pipsqueak gave her a weak smile, in his mind "I can't wait to tell Rumble!!!"

"Good night Pipsqueak," she closed the door as she waved goodbye to Pipsqueak, as she turned around she was grabbed up by a white blur.

"OOOOHHHHHH SWEETUMMS!!!!!!! I'm soooo happy for you, I can't believe you have your own little coltfriend, I'm soooo happy for you, oh and you have a movie date tomorrow night, oh this is soo exciting I'm going to have to teach you everything I know about going on dates, oh this is going to be so fun," Rarity was as excited as a school filly hugging her little sister.

"RARITY CALM DOWN!!!!!! I just," before she could finish her sentence Rarity cut her off.

"Calm down? I can't just calm down my little sister has her own little coltfriend, oh come on, I'll tell you what I know about first dates before you go to sleep.

As Rarity left the room, she motioned for Sweetie Belle to follow, "Something tells me this won't be a short lesson."
