I examined the tree closer, something wasn't right, it looked to be carved with a claw. I looked at the surrounding trees for any clues only to come up empty-handed, I sighed and began my jog back only to be stopped by a growl emanating from the undergrowth. I spun on my heel and took out GoldBrand, it's gold color flashed in the dim sunlight, I stole a quick glance up to see Pegasi pushing dark thunderstorm clouds out of the town. I looked back down and around, nothing could be seen within the luscious plant life, but my trained eye caught something any normal Nord or Pony would've missed.

The green glow of a Timber wolf eye seemed to pierce into my soul, I dug my feet into the ground, relaxing my knees as to jump either way if it need be. In my left hand I summoned forth lightning, it cackled within the restraint of my hand. I built up the charge for as long as I could, when the spell reached it's full potential, the wolf jumped out at me soon followed by three others. I release the pent up energy causing the wolf to shatter to pieces. I spun on my heel slashing down upon the wolf that tried to sneak up on me. I pulled my blade out and turned to face the remaining three. They circled me and an idea formed in my mind, I sheathed my blade and in my hands I held flames, I did a slow intricate dance and held my hands up as the flames burned the cool air around me. My hands raised skyward, then I plunged them down causing a large meteor of heat surround my body, hurting only the timberwolves.

I was awash with flames which drained my energy greatly but was worth it as I burnt more than three wolves, there were atleast 4 that were hiding in the brush around me. I grinned in grim satisfaction as a few wolves were running off tails ablaze, it was then I realized what I had did. The forest was on fire! I hid in an invisibility spell and sprinted back to the house. Soon rain began to pelt my invisible form. I looked back at the growing fire to see that the rain wasn't doing much to extinguish it. I gulped and kept on running, hopefully this wouldn't track back to me...

"You failed the mission! You were only supposed to torch three! Not the whole lot!" Brynjolf shouted at me, I looked at the ground ashamed, he took a few deep breaths, "Mercer Frey wants to have a talk with you..."

A memory flashed by as I ran, I remembered the first mission I had failed, I was only supposed to torch three of a residents bee hives but the fire spread before I could do anything and burnt them all. I turned around, the fire still raging, I wasn't going to let this fire do anything to these residents. In my hand I conjured a frost Atronach, he walked over to the fire, and made itself explode, causing a miniature blizzard which put out some of the fire. I summoned two more, I kept on doing this until the fire was gone.

I felt eyes watching me and I saw a few pegasi staring at me in awe at how effortlessly I put out the inferno. I waved and jogged back to Ponyville, this time actually making it there...

I lazily opened my eyes to see a clear blue sky above, and the ground below. I yawned stretching and flapping my wings, I looked down to see that the plants I saw earlier weren't there now... gah! I should have known that I would be put off course by sleeping on a cloud! I growled angrily and snapped at the air. I lost so much distance! I looked around for the beacon that is Alduin. I did a full 360 rotation before finding his position. I rose to and plummeted straight downward scaring a few birds on the way down.

I leveled myself out, flying at insanely fast speeds, I grinned in spite of myself, flying truly is and was amazing. I flapped my wings in the same motion I did earlier to gain speed. I began to see the beacon clearer until I saw Alduin himself, I stopped and hovered, confused, I looked down to see the odd mix of Skyrim and other landly plants, but what was Alduin doing here? I watched in amazement as he summoned the dragon from the dead. A blue glow filled the hole that Alduin had excavated himself, or looked like he did.

The dragon slowly rose like he had been asleep and nothing more, he looked up at us and smiled, spreading his wings he flew up and gave a cry of joy, "I'm free from that prison! Thank you Alduin! Thank you! It feels so good to finally stretch my wings!" I recognized him, but I couldn't name him, he flew off leaving behind Alduin and I, he turned towards me, "Yes, sister? What is it?" I gulped nervously, "Erm.. um.. I found the Dragonborn like you requested." He landed, I followed suit, he was giving me a grin, one he barely gives anydragon, "Please Sister, would you tell me?" I nodded and spoke rather quietly, "He is in the odd town that is full of Equine's called Ponyville I believe." He did something I wasn't expecting at all, he nuzzled my neck and said, "Thank you Sister, would you be so kind as to gather the forces? We shall make an attempt to slay him once for all." I blushed, smiling slightly, I said, "Yes, Brother." I flew off towards the crag near Markarth, where dragons meet to discuss important matters.

I finally reached the outskirts of Ponyville to be greeted by a very sad pink pony, she seemed to come up to me at a blurring pace, "Jiques! A red dragon is here to see you! and it's not Odehviinge or whatever his name is." I sprinted past Pinkie, I racked my mind for any other red dragon, I couldn't remember ever hearing about another red dragon besides Odahviing. His large form sat abroad the street in front of Rarity's boutique. I ran up to him and I finally knew who this dragon was, it was Nahfahlaar, he sat rather glumly as the ponies all went in-doors at the sight of him. His scales shined a deep burgundy as the rain pelted his large form.

"Nahfahlaar, I thought you went missing!" His head slowly turned towards my voice and he spoke rather thoughtfully, "Yes, but I am back, I have news, news you won't like. The dragon Denslenul has betrayed you, she really came here to find you and rally the dragon armies to finally come and kill you. But I have something you'll like to know, as you may know I have a long history of protecting kings and other people. I wish to aid you, will you accept?" Anger burned in my chest, I knew I could trust Nahfahlaar, he had a long history of protecting and being protected. "Yes." The sound of my voice bounced off the wall of every house and could be heard through the driving rain by everypony.

I turned and looked out in the horizon, a dark blotch could be seen in the distance. Fear encompassed me but I passed it down, I jogged to Twilight's house, lightning shooting down on the earth. I walked into the tree, I cried out "Twilight!" She popped her head out of the door to her bedroom and looked down at my soaking form. "Twilight, I need you to get the princess's here as fast as you can, we have a major problem in our hands... sorry hooves." I corrected myself. Spike came down followed by Twilight, "Twilight, Alduin is planning on attacking here soon. We are gonna need an army if we even stand a chance..."

After Twilight sent the message via Spike, we waited for a response. Narsis looked panic-stricken, I kept my cool, Twilight was looking for spells that will help in the battle against the dragons and Spike was eating a tub of ice-cream. He ate a scoop and burped up his ice cream along with the message. I grabbed the letter before it got ruined by the drool that accompanied the ice-cream. I read it out loud...

Dear, Twilight Sparkle

We will be there shortly, I hear the urgency of this, and will be there soon.

Your teacher,

Princess Celestia

I held it up and said, "That's all there is." Soon the room lit with energy as the two Sisters teleported into the library. They both said hello at the same time and I instantly went into talking about the imminent attack. First they were surprised but then they began to form ideas to defeat Alduin and his horde of dragons. The first idea, was of course, friendship. That was quickly shut down, next was killing him, but then the other dragons would be a problem, the next idea was crazier then the last, get Spike to propose a truce. Until an idea hit me I didn't like at all, an idea I didn't want to be a part of...

"...I heard you had something called the Elder Scrolls, is it possible these can help us?" My hands reached towards my pack as I pulled out the elegant roll of paper. How could something so simple be so powerful? I looked at each of them, "I know what I have to do."
