Rainbow Dash, while teaching Twilight how to use her newly acquired wings, ends up landing her in Fluttershy's care with a broken wing. Fluttershy has always had an appreciation of Twilight's friendship. However, her maternal instincts may lead her to a much closer friendship with the injured alicorn.
