Getting other to believe

. They arrived to see the citizens all cranky and being rude to each other.

"Wow, we leave for only 45 minutes and the whole town goes south." Twilight sighed.

"Look!" Fluttershy said pointing to Scootaloo riding up them on her scooter.

“Hey, you missed our lesson grandma.” She snapped at Rainbow Dash.

“Grandma! Why I outta…” Rainbow started, but Triple stopped her.

“Listen kid, tell everypony  to met us at town hall. Triple told her.

Scootaloo did a u turn and speed off, leaving the heroes coughing in a cloud of dust. As they walked through town, it was more apparent that the changelings were at work here. They arrived at Sugarcube Corner to discuss what to do.

“I think we should do something fun so they’ll laugh again.” Twilight said.

“Like what?” Rarity asked.

“How about a snowball fight?” Jack suggested.

Everypony else stared at him.

"What you got a better idea?" he asked.

"Well, snow days are fun, I don't see why not." Triple replied.

They agreed and went to town hall. Everypony in Ponyville was there. Jack could see a pinkish earth pony with her back to him. He made a snowball and threw it at Berry Punch. She turned around.

“Okay, who did that?” she asked, with a slight laugh.

“Well it wasn’t Big Mac lady.” Jack said as he jumped into the air. He got the wind to swirl around, creating a snow cloud.

“Snow Day!” Jack cheered.

The cloud snowed heavily, covering Ponyville in a blanket of snow.

“Free for all!” Pinkie Pie shouted as she started throwing snowballs at everypony with her party canon, the other ponies followed suit, soon laughing and having fun.

“HEY PONIES!” Luna shouted in her royal canterlot voice. Everypony stopped and looked at her. “Who wants hot chocolate?” she asked.

Everypony rushed to Sugarcube corner for a mug. As they received their hot chocolate they started to share stories, and in the process shared laughter which in turned, build kindness. The elementals started to feel better.

“I didn’t show it, but I was feeling weak before, but now I feel great.” TT said to Rainbow.

“It was the same for me too. “ RD said.

They looked over to see Pinkie and Fluttershy doing better.

"You know, something tells me the changelings didn't stop at Ponyville. They must have all of Equestria under  their influence." Twilight realized.

"She's right, we'll have to go all over Equestria and get them to believe in the elements again as well." Luna replied.

The gang hopped into the carrier and headed for Canterlot. Once there, Luna  explained the situation and got Celestia to help.

Celestia decreed that everyone was to meet in the castle. When all the big wigs and common ponies of the capital had gathered in the ballroom, Twilight, Luna and Celestia fired colorful blasts of energy from their horns. RD and TT flew in counterclockwise circles around the beams, making them swirl. Then Jack threw cold air into the swirls, making them explode and snow in colors. The ponies were in awe at the sight. Words could not express how it made them feel, but belief was strengthened. The elementals were feeling stronger and more solid now.

“Wow, it feels like I just got a power boost.” Rarity said.

“I feel ya sugarcube, I feel like I can applebuck for a week.” Applejack said.

No one noticed a changeling watching the events through a window outside. The changeling reported back to his queen.

“WHAT!?” the queen exclaimed. The trapped animals began to cheer. “BE SILENT, OR I’LL FEED YOU TO THE HOUNDS!!!!!!” Queen Chrysalis shouted. The animals grew quiet. “Do you know what this means?” she asked the changeling. The changeling shrugged “No matter,  ready the army, we take the fight to them.” The queen ordered.

Back in Canterlot, all the ponies were having a good time, except Jack, he was outside thinking to himself. Triple Threat walked out to join him.

“Hey, why aren’t you inside, good food.” Triple said.

“Not my style.” Jack replied.

“Jack, thanks for staying with us. I really wish we could have gotten your memories, we could have helped you.” Triple said.

“Yeah, well that’s history, beside, it will be more satisfying to stick it to Queen Chrysalis.” Jack said.

Just then Rainbow and Fluttershy came out.

“Hey TT, are we interrupting?” RD asked.

“No, nothing funny going on here.” TT said, but she blushed.

“Really, it looks that way to us.” Fluttershy said.

A colt came along and tripped over a rock and fell flat on his face. Jack ran over to him and helped him to his feet.

“Thanks mister.” The unicorn colt said, looking up at the stallion. His eyes widened in horror as he looked into Jack's glowing blue eyes. Just then, his father came running up, he recognized Jack at once.

“Get back!” he shouted and kicked dust in Jacks face as he raced off with his colt. Jack sighed. Triple laid a hoof on his shoulder.

“Hey, no shame in being misunderstood.” She said encouragingly.

“STOP! NO PONY MOVE!” Rarity suddenly called.

Everypony stared at the unicorn that just came out of the castle.

“Look down.”  Rarity whispered. Everypony looked down to see a bug.

“Rarity, that’s a dungbeattle.” Fluttershy said.

“Do you any idea what dungbeattle eat and live off of?” Rarity asked.

“Yes, they live off …” Fluttershy started but was interrupted by a white hoof in her mouth.

“Don’t say it.” Rarity said sternly.

Jack, seeing an opportunity blew a kiss of cold air to Rainbow Dash, making her sneeze, which scared the dungbeattle who jumped on Rarity, making the seamstress panic.

“AAAAAWWWWW!!!! Get it off!” Rarity screamed.

Rainbow Dash slapped the unicorn, which the bug jumped onto the Pegasus. Dash tried to shake the bug off, but to no use.

“Get it off!” she cried.

Triple slapped the other Pegasus and the bug hit the ground, which then revealed to be a changeling.

“Get it!” RD shouted.

The changeling ran off with the ponies in hot pursuit. The changeling called to the other changelings hiding around the corner. Each pony followed a changeling into net trap. The changelings dragged the caught ponies to the underground tunnel system and into a room their queen was waiting.

“Well well well, what have we here? Some of the elements of harmony.” The wicked queen laughed.

“Let us go or well show you what the elements can do!” Dash yelled.

“Oh please, you may have gotten Ponyville and Canterlot to believe again, but you have a long way to go if you’re going to make all of Equestria to believe.” Queen Chrysalis taunted.

Then she noticed the blue earth pony among the group of caught ponies. The changeling queen stopped at this.

“Jack, this isn’t even your fight, why do you carry on?” she asked the blue earth pony.

“Mostly to fix that bad hair cut hair cut of yours.” Jack replied sarcastically.

As queen mused this for her vanities sake, Princess Luna snuck up and pounced on her. The two wrestled on the black sanded floor with Luna pinning the changeling to the ground.

“It’s about you showed up.” Chrysalis laughed.

“Like I’d miss a fight.” Luna said.

Chrysalis kicked her off and got up. Luna and Chrysalis charged at each other, colliding horns as they did. Chrysalis decided to use the sand to her advantage; she wrapped Luna up in some sand with her horn. The sand prison took shape of a cocoon and hardened.

“Ha,ha,ha, It seems Princess Luna was no match for me!” the wicked queen laugh.

“Oh, then maybe Nightmare Moon is!” Rarity shouted.

Chrysalis turned around. The cocoon was shattered to pieces. Among the fragments stood dark figure as tall as her, staring her straight in the eye, catching the wicked queen of guard.

“Who are you?” Chrysalis asked the  armored figure.

“I’m your worst nightmare.” said the figure as she shot a powerful beam at the changeling, sending her flying into the night sky. The other changelings quickly flew after their queen.

Once they were gone, Princess Luna assumed her normal form.

“Okay, remind me not to get on her bad side, Jack said.

Luna freed the five elements. “You okay?” she asked.

“Yeah, no thanks to these lovebirds.” RD said.

Triple punched Dash in the shoulder. They returned to the castle.

“Where have you been?” Twilight asked.

Once she was caught up, a worried look came across her face.

“We have to keep moving, there’s no telling how long it will take Chrysalis to get back.”

“Hey guys,” Pinkie said. Her mane was strangely expanding and contracting, like a heart would beat. “While you were gone I was lifted up in the air by the light we saw earlier. It enhanced my Pinkie scene, so now I have a bunch more signs of oncoming dangers and I can see things coming from the future.This one you see now  means something bad is coming in 10 days.”

“We don’t have a moment to loose, let’s go!” Twilight said. The elementals, Luna, and Discord got to the carrier.
