Queen Chrysalis was infuriated. Her plan to overtake Canterlot during the royal wedding had failed miserably due to those confounded ponies. However some good had come out of it. One of her most loyal soldiers had found a special book in the Canterlot library.


The book detailed travel between worlds and how one might go about doing such a thing. After reading up on the subject she felt prepared to try it. The book specifically detailed that the planet that one would end up would have intelligent life so she assumed that whatever was on the target planet could be used to provide the much needed love for her desperate swarm.


Four guys are minding their own business when the changelings struck. Each one is captured and taken together to a remote location. After discovering what the goal of the changelings is they are subjected to a powerful teleportation spell. However, when the spell is interrupted, something goes wrong. Instead of being sent to the main changeling hive, they are separated and changed. How will they deal with this? More importantly, how will Equestria deal with them? Can they even keep their sanity long enough to survive this new, harsh environment?
