Nigel Burke, world-famous terrible surgeon, has ended up in Equestria. With Pinkie Pie and Twilight Sparkle as his nurses, how can this go horribly, horribly wrong?

So, a Surgeon Simulator 2013 crossover. Like that hasn't been done before. Anyhow, I'm going to be taking a few liberties with Nigel here, because he doesn't have much characterization already beyond "terrible painkiller-addicted surgeon who works with the wrong hand". Weirdly enough, this one's easier to write for than BaPiLV. Not sure why that is.

Suggestions for who Nigel should operate on, please! I don't wanna have to pick "Random background pony #?" every time.
