Chapters I sat on the bean-bag chair, that was in the middle of the living room. I waited, along with Jarrett, for Colin to bring the new game CD. The new game was called "The rise of exgrotes" It was a survival/horror game which was made by the same people that made Amnesia: The Dark Descent, so I new it was gonna be scary.
Finaly, Colin entered the living room, with the video game. It showed a man in a fancy looking suit running down a hallway of what looked to be a hotel. He was running from somthing that was just around the corner of the hallway. You could only see the shadow of what was chasing him, on the wall to the left of the running man.
"That. Looks. Awesome." Jarrett said looking at the cover. "What do you think, Nolan?" Jarrett said looking from the cover, to me.
"Yeah, looks great..." I said, but my attention wasn't on the game cover, it was on the flat-screen TV. Every couple seconds the T.V. became staticy for a moment, then going back to normal. Jarrett raised his eyebrow in a 'say what?!' fashion. Then he noticed what I was looking at.
"I think your TV is broken..." Jarrett said. I walked up to it, along with Colin, and Jarrett. I looked at the screen for a second, and all of the sudden I heard a disfigured voice say,
"Portal... opens.... NOW!" The last word was shouted, as a purple, and green vortex replaced the floor, and Colin, Jarrett, and I fell into the portal.

It was a normal afternoon in ponyville. The sun was starting to lower, and the day was starting to end. Six ponies gathered inside a hollow tree to have a sleep-over....
"Okay, girls. It's time to read scary stories" Twilight, the leader, and smartest of the six ponies said over the sound of lauging. She repeated this four times before the five other ponies noticed her. By this time she was annoyed, and shouted the line to get the ponies to listen. The six ponies sat in a circle.
"Rainbow, you're first" Twilight said to Rainbow Dash, but before she could start, a purple, and green vortex opened up under them. The all fell in before they knew what was going on, only leaving a wide eyed baby dragon, who was woken up by twilight's yelling.
_________________________________________________________________________________________________
I fell through the floor, literaly. I watched as Colin, Jarrett, and, I fell through the vortex. We fell at an fast rate. It was to the point where everything was blurred, but I could still make out shapes. Colin was to the right of me. Curled up in a fetal position, whilst sucking his thumb, and Jarrett was about ten feet below me. He was in a canon-ball position, and I was just falling, legs first, and both arms raised, do to the wind pushing them up.
I looked to Colin, and casually said, "Hey, how ya' doin', man" Colin looked at me like I was a madman.
"Well, I'm plumeting through a portal that opened up below us, in the middle of your living room, so I'm doing pretty good" He replied sarcasticly. Suddenly the portal vanished around us, and we fell onto a hard stone cold floor. We definatly wern't in my living room. The room I was now in, had candles, but none were lit, and the floor, and walls were made of rock. While the roof was made of rows, and rows of boards. Each one had cracks, and looked like they were about to fall apart.
"Well this is great..." Jarrett said rubbing the back of his head, because he landed on his head. Colin, had a soft landing spot. Too bad his landing spot was on my back. I made an 'oof' sound as he landed on me. He rolled off me, and slowly stood up. Then I struggled to stand up. Jarrett noticed this, and helped me up.
"Anypony know where we are?" A voice said on the other side of the dark, castle-like room.
"No, Twilight" Said a girl, with a western accent. Their conversation was interuppted by Colin, who shouted,
"Who's there?!" A gasp was heard, and then the unbelievable happened.
_________________________________________________________________________________________________
A light appeared inside the room, but that wasn't the crazy thing. It was the thing that was making the light.
A purple unicorn, sitting next to five other ponies, was projecting the light from it's horn. Colin, and Jarrett, and I all couldn't believe what we were seeing. We all went wide eyed, and stared at the six ponies that were in the room with us. They did the same, and stared at us. Suddenly, the pink one burst out from behind the others, and started talking at a fast rate.
"Hi i'm Pinkie Pie! This is Rainbow dash, AppleJack, Twilight Sparkle, Rarity, and Fluttershy!" The Pony said, while pointing from pony, to pony, while saying their names.
The pony, that was making the light facepalmed, or is it facehoofed? Yeah let's just go with that.
"Pinkie! Get away from those things! We don't know if they're friendly yet!" The purple pony said. Pinkie didn't listen, and just got closer to my friends, and me.
"What's your name?" She said, and stopped talking for once to let us talk. Jarrett elbowed me to speak up. He chose me instead of Colin, because in these cases, Colin would most likely try to kill the six ponies. That's what he's like. 'Shoot first, and ask questions later' kind of guy. It makes me question, 'Why am I friends with this guy?!'
"My name is Nolan, and this is Jarrett, and this is Colin..." I said, studdering inbetween every name. All the ponies, except for Pinkie Pie gasped at me talking. Pinkie Pie took another step closer, and whispered,
"I can tell we're gonna be really, really close friends" She whispered, and she giggled, and the returned to her friends. The only person, or pony to hear what pinkie had said to me was Jarrett, and he just raised one of his eyebrows, like he was saying 'say what?!'
The purple pony spoke up, and asked us if we got here by being sucked into a portal. We said yes, and she put her hoof to her chin, and tried to figure out what was going on.
Suddenly a voice, the same on that I had heard before the portal opened, said, "Ahhh, you're here already. Now I guess you're wondering what i'm doing with you. Well it's simple really. I need you here, so you're not on Earth, or Equestria when my armies attack. Now head through that door over there, will you?" The voice said.
I looked over to the door, that was on the other side of the room. I slowly walked towards the door. I reached for the door handle, and grasped it. I turned the door knob, and opened the door. The door opened up to what looked to be the lobby of a hotel. Two things disturbed me, one the lobby was set aflame, and two there were a couple zombies standing around in the places where there wasn't fire.
Colin was the first to find out where we were.
"OH MAH GOD! WE'RE IN LEFT 4 DEAD 2!"
"Guys, I see a tank!" I warned the others.
"Where, where!?" Colin said.
"It's right behind all of the zombies!" Jarrett told Colin. Twilight then spoke up.
"What are you talking about, and what are those?" She said pointing to the crowd of infected. I turned to the ponies, and said, "We'll explain later, just don't freak out about what we're about to do" I turned back to the horde, they were only about thirty feet from us. You may be thinking that we are stupid for not running, well we were in a corner, so there was no where to run.
Finaly, the zombies reached us. I raised the ax, and brought it down on an infected's head. It's head split in two down the middle. Blood, and brain splattered on the floor, and the zombie fell to the floor. I heard six small gasps from behind me.
"I think i'm gonna be sick!" I heard Rarity say.
Another infected reached me, and fell victim to the ban hammer... I mean ax. It fell to the floor, and a small blood puddle formed on the marble. I turned to see Jarrett crack a zombies skull with the baseball bat, and Colin stab a zombie in the chest. We continued to kill zombies until the tank was apon us. It targeted me, and started charging. I made a quick slice with my ax. The ax made a cut, all the way across the chest of the tank. The tank yelled, and punched me. I flew across the room, and I hit the wall. I looked up to see the tank slowly making It's way to me. I tried to get up but couldn't.
Colin, and Jarrett tried to get the tank to go after them, instead of me, but the tank kept staring at me. It got to the point where Jarrett threw a glass bottle at the tank's head, the bottle smashed on the tanks head, it did nothing. Once the tank was standing over me, I closed my eyes tight, waiting for the tank to crush me. After a few seconds of nothing I opened my eyes again. What I saw amazed me.
Fluttershy was using the stare on the tank. "Now, can you explain to me why you're hurting my friends?!" She said in an angry mother tone. The tank took a step back. The tank growled , and took another step back.
"Huh!?" She said. Fluttershy flew up to the tank's eye level, and put her hooves on her hips. The tank looked down to the floor, and didn't make a noise. 'did she just make a tank feel guilty about hurting me? ' I asked myself inside my head.
The tank turned around, and ran right out of the hotel. Fluttershy then flew over to me.
"Oh you poor thing..." She said quietly, as she inspected my wounds.
"Just help me up, I can make it" I said. Fluttershy reached out her hoof, and pulled me up. I looked around the room. Bodies of zombies were scattered around, and all six ponies, and my friends looked at me, Worried that I wouldn't make it.
I looked past that, and saw a red door across the room, about seventy feet from us. A safe house! I pointed it out to my friends.
"Good, there's probably a first aid kit in there that you can use" Colin said.
"And weapons" Jarrett added.
I looked over to the six ponies, who were still looking at me with worried expressions. "Follow us" I said, and turned back to my friends. We started walking to the safe house. Well I was limping pretty badly, but everyone else was walking. We reached the safe house, there was no infected left inside the lobby, so we didn't have any trouble getting there.
We entered the safe house, there were four med kits, and guns. I grabbed the med kit, and healed myself. After I finished, Applejack walked up to me.
"Ah belive you owe us an explaination of what's going on, partner" She said to me. I sighed, sat down, and began telling all six ponies what was going on.
Getting ready for the rescue
Our group made our way through the parking lot, picking off lone infected. There were no special infected in the parking lot, so securing it was easy. The ponies kept their positions behind my friends, and I. Colin hummed a lulliby song as he crushed a zombies head with the stock of his automatic-rifle.
"I don't think that fits the situation, colin!" Jarrett shouted, grining. I decided to check on the ponies, poor ponies, they're probably going to be traumatized because of this. I quickly turned my head. Rarity was freaking out, and jumping at every gun-shot, Twilight was writing somthing in a notebook. Probably writing down everything that was happening. Fluttershy was hiding behind Rainbow, who quickly turned her head the other way when our eyes met.'Was she just staring at me?' I thought before just shrugging it off. AppleJack, and Pinkie were trying to get there minds off the fact that we were stuck in a practical hell-on-earth, by playing a game of simple "I spy"
"I spy with my little eye... something red!" I heard pinkie say to AppleJack.
"Pinkie, you're making this too easy. You've been doing "blood" for the past three turns!" AppleJack responded, looking annoyed.
"It's not blood silly! Try again" Pinkie said, bouncing like nothing life-threatening was happening. AppleJack sighed, and looked around.
"... The fat ones shirt" AppleJack said flattly.
"HEY!" I heard Colin yell behind me, "I can hear you!"
I rolled my eyes before turning back around.
A couple minutes later
"I think that's all of 'em" I said to my friends, who, like me, thought that every last zombie in the parking lot was dead. My friends nodded, and Jarrett turned to the ponies.
"C'mon, we're leaving!" Jarrett yelled to the six Equestrian beings, that were with us. The ponies gathered up behind us, and we readied ourselves to set out, everything was calm, we could hear the sound of car alarms, and gun-shots in the distance, but where we were. Everything was quiet. Atleast, until Jarrett walked past a pearl-white colored car, and two zombies opened the door of the back seat. One was a child, that had ripped cloathing, and blood all over his face, the other was an adult wearing a black T-shirt, and wore broken glasses.
Jarrett quickly got rid of the older infected, then he grabbed the young one, and chucked him across the parking lot. A couple seconds later I heard a thump, then a cat screeching.
"Well, that was humorous" I simpley stated. I heard a giggle behind me, and it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who the sound belonged to. Rainbow. I looked over to Jarrett, and he mouthed somthing that looked strangly like he was saying 'I think the rainbow haired one likes you' but I couldn't be sure.
"Okay, let's move out, hopefully there won't be any distractions" Colin said, impatiantly. I nodded, and led the group to the entrance of the parking lot. I took only one step on the road before there was another inturruption. Don't be annoyed though. This one was a GOOD inturruption.
The sounds of helicopters filled the air, and we saw multiple goverment-issue transport helicopters fly across the sky. I stood on a hood of a nearby car, to get a good look at where they were heading.
"Welp, boys, girls, ponies... and Colin" I saw Colin narrow his eyes at me, and I grinned. "It looks like we're going to a amusement park!" I said. "As it apears to be where those helicopters were heading," I said.
"Let's move out!"
Trip To The Park {Part 1}
I stood at the front of the group, while Colin, and Jarrett walked behind the ponies. Strangly, there were only common infected around. We didn't run into any Hunters, Spitters, Jockeys, Tanks, Chargers, you get the idea.
A small group of infected ran out of the alley-way, and was quickly cut down by Colin, who made a remark about one of the infected looking like Jarrett's mom, and ended up getting punched in the face by Jarrett. Then I kicked him in the gut a few times, and spit on him. Nah, just kidding, not about Jarrett punching him, that was real though.
"My hooves are absolutly filthy!" Rarity complained. I turned to her and said it wasn't the best time to be complaining about her hooves being dirty.
Rainbow Dash was still too injured to fly, and was leaning on Applejack for support. Poor girl....
Pinkie Pie was in her own world, bouncing playfully, and she had the largest smile on her face. If anyone here was on cocaine, it was her.
Fluttershy practicly latched herself onto Jarrett's leg, he tried to shake her off a few times, but she would only hold on tighter.
Twilight was using magic to write something on a notepad, probably some type of diary, or maybe she was writting down facts about the world she was currently in. It really didn't matter to me.
I then turned over to my two friends.
Jarrett, who was wearing a blue t-shirt, had a scratch on his cheek. He had blonde hair, and he was probably the most 'scrawny' of the group. Jarrett was a smart person, too.
Colin had a red shirt, and was the heaviest of the group. He wasn't fat by any means, just bigger then the rest of us. Colin was border-line sadistic. He was a fun person to hang out with, just you do NOT want to see him angry. Especially when they're no consequences. He was basically untouched by the infected, unlike Jarrett, and I.
My name is Nolan, I have a black hoodie on, and I'm the jokester of the group, I'm also the leader of my small trio of friends. I had a few minor cuts, and bruises. Nothing serious.
I looked back at Jarrett, and noticed Fluttershy was basically 'piggy-back-riding' him. Her hooves wrapped around his chest, which probably wasn't hard for her, since, Jarrett was skinny as hell. He seemed to be ignoring Fluttershy. She burried her face in his back, and tried to block out the practical hell surrounding her, and her friends.
I saw a large group of Infected ahead, and did a quick wistle. In a matter of seconds the whole group was listening to me.
"Hey, see that huge group of zombies ahead?" I whispered, pointing at the horde.
"Holy shit, I almost didn't see that..." Jarrett whispered back. The ponies of the group flinched at his 'language.'
"I think I could take 'em." Colin said, gripping his assault rifle.
"We can't take this big of a risk, we only have one medkit left, and you have it!" Hissed Jarrett.
"Take no risks, win no victories. Take no risks, suffer no defeats. We have to try!" Colin said in a serious voice.
"....I say we do it!" I cut in. Colin grinned, but Jarrett crossed his arms and frowned at me. "C'mon get ready!" I said as I took one more look at the group of 100+ infected.
Trip To The Park {Part 2}
"How are we going to make sure the ponies don't get hurt?" Jarrett asked, obviously worried about the butterscotch pony on his back.
"We could leave them here?" Colin suggested.
"It wouldn't be safe for them to be alone in the open," Said Jarrett. Colin looked at Jarrett for a second before noticing a small store over his sholder. It was a cafe, there were no windows, and only one door. It would be easy to clear out any zombies inside, and then it would be safe for them to stay there while my friends, and I kill all of the common infected.
Colin pointed past Jarrett, and we all looked at where he was pointing to. I knew what he ment.
"Good idea, c'mon follow me!" I ordered. We all walked up to the cafe, and then Colin kicked the door open.
The entire store was only one room with a few tables, and a counter with a cash register on it. The floor was stained with blood, and a single dead body was slumped against the wall across from us.
Colin aimed his assault rifle, and shot the body three times in the head. Which, on the third shot, exploded into tiny pieces. The ponies all had widend eyes, and Fluttershy burried her head in her hooves.
"I would've thought they'd be used to it by now..." Colin said to me.
"They won't ever. Trust me" I stated, looking at Rainbow Dash.
"Why'd you shoot him anyway?" Jarrett asked, as he checked behind the counter for any lying down infected.
"I've played too much Dead Island to trust dead bodies in a zombie game!" Colin answered. I nodded, and so did Jarrett. The pony gang got comfortable in several cafe chairs, and looked at us. I was about to walk out of the door when I heard Twilight Sparkle ask me a question.
"How old are you guys?" She asked, using magic to hold up a pencil, and a notebook.
"I'm 15, Nolan is too, and Jarrett's 14" Colin answered for all of us.
"Why does Nolan have an accent, but you two don't?" Twilight asked as she jotted down our ages.
"Because I'm German, and these two are American," I answered, and before she could ask another question, I walked out of the cafe. I was followed by Jarrett, and then Colin.
I loaded the Sub-Machine Gun I had, and turned my head to my colleages.
"You guys ready for this?" I asked.
"Let's do this!" Colin, and Jarrett said at the same time. The crowd of zombies had not seen us yet, so we had the element of suprise when we started firing our guns. Infected sprinted at us from alleyways, rooftops, and from inside buildings.
I gunned down two infected, and turned to see Jarrett shooting his auto-shotgun, and Colin burst-firing his rifle. I noticed something on the roof above Colin. It took me about a second to figure out it was a smoker. Before I could warn Colin, I was hit from behind.
I quickly turned around, and took care of two infected. One of which had only one arm by the time I was done with it. The sound of a smoker grabbing someone, and Colin yelling "Get the hell off of me!" was all I needed to turn around again, and shoot about fifteen rounds into the special infected. It released a large amount of smoke once I killed it, and it let go of Colin.
He thanked me, and continued to kill infected. Soon we heard a loud roar. Jarrett was the first one to realize what it was.
"Oh great, a tank's coming!" He warned.
"I hope it's the same one from earlier, I wanna play jump-rope with it's intestines..." Colin said, full of anger, and insanity.
"....."
)()()()()()()(
I fired mag, after mag into the incoming tank.
"Kill the son of a bitch!" Jarrett shouted, starting to panic. The tank was closing in, and fast. The tank pushed a car out of the way, and trampled a few zombies. We were focused on the tank, if an infected would get too close we would kill it, but we were focused on the tank. The tank was about ten feet from us when it was side-swipped by...
"IS THAT JIMMY GIBBS' RACE CAR!?" Colin asked. Yes it was, this was the very same car used by the four survivers in the game to escape "The Passing" and "Dead Center"
The tank went stumbling across the street, but then was put down by a grenade launcher shot. The shooter was aiming from the passanger window.
"Hey, Y'all alright?" None other than Ellis asked, as he jumped out of the drivers seat. Nick got out of the passangers seat, while Rochelle, and Coach got out of the back seat.
"Yeah, we're fine, I guess." Jarrett said, reloading his shotgun. Colin walked over to the tank, nealed infront of it and whispered.
"I'm going to find your family, and EAT THEIR LIMBS!"
"Is he sane?" Rochelle asked, looking at Colin.
"Yeah, his name's Colin, he's just.... mad at that particular tank... Anyway, my name's Jarrett"
"My name's Rochelle, and this is Ellis," Rochelle said.
"Hi," Ellis said, he sounded happy that there were more survivers.
"I'm Nick..." he said, gripping onto the grenade launcher he killed the tank with.
"Nice to meet you Nick, I'm Nolan,"
)()()()()()()()(
After we talked for a bit, learned each others ages, and stuff like that.
"So you guys wanna join forces, and kill them sons of bitches together? We were just heading to the carnival evac" Ellis asked.
"Sure, but we got a few more survivers waiting for us in the cafe down the street," Jarrett said, pointing to the cafe.
"They can come!" Said Coach. We all started walking down the road to the cafe, shooting a few infected here, and there.
"Now I gotta warn you the others are.... Different..." I warned. Thinking to how this'll turn out, when they first see the ponies.
"What y'all mean?" Ellis asked, a confused look on his face.
"You'll see" Colin said, grinning.
After a few more questions, we arrived at the cafe.
"Okay, just don't freak out...." I said as I opened the door.
"What? I don't see what you're talking about, there's nothing in there!" Nick said, examining the interior of the cafe.
"WHAT!?"
Trip To The Park [part 3]
"Oh fuck! Where are they?" Jarrett panicked, looking around the cafe. I turned to the main characters from the game and started explaining.
"Listen, us three and the people who are missing aren't really from this world. You may not believe me now, but when you see the others, you'll know that they're not from here." I said, turning back around afterwards to start searching the cafe.
"Wait.. Watchu mean by that?" Ellis asked with a confused voice.
"We're not from here, when we find the others... Well Nolan already explained, you'll see." Jarrett said, as he watched Colin go into the kitchen.
The characters from the game sat down in the chairs around the Cafe, and started to talk among themselves. I was more focused on finding the ponies, that I only caught one sentence.
"They're obviously insane, we should leave." Rochelle said, in a hushed voice. I knew they didn't trust us, but when they saw the ponies, they'd believe us.
"Hey guys!" Colin yelled, "Come here!" Jarrett and I ran into the kitchen. The kitchen was rather smelly. It was half covered with several year old food, and the rest was blood. Colin was leaning up against the wall, with his ear pressed up to it.
"What is it?!" I asked, loudly. Colin quickly shushed me, panicked.
"Don't you hear that?" Colin asked. Jarrett and I were silent, and listened for about five seconds.
"Sooo... What are we supposed to be hearing?" Jarrett asked.
"There's a witch somewhere. Hear the crying? I think it's in the back alley, cause it gets pretty loud when I press my ear up here." Colin went back to the wall, and started listening again.
I looked over to Jarrett to see what his reaction was to there being a witch so close to us. The reason why I wanted to see his reaction was that in the game Left 4 Dead, and Left 4 Dead 2, Jarrett always alerted the witch, on accident, of course. Even if he was no where near a witch, and one of the other players was actually the reason the witch was alerted, she would always go after Jarrett.
Jarrett was wide eyed. He was just standing there, staring. I chuckled. "Scared the witch is going to attack you for no reason, huh?" I asked, smiling, looking back on it, I should have probably been more worried about the ponies, and not joking around, but honestly, I didn't really care for them, as far as I knew, they were probably a figment of my imagination.
Jarrett blinked and turned to me. "No, don't you get it? The girls probably heard the crying, and thought it was a real person! They're probably in the back alley right now! Dude, we HAVE to go out there!" Jarrett said.
Colin turned, and cocked his assault rifle, "Well then... Let's go fuck up that witch." He said.
"We're probably going to die." I said.
"Yeah, probably." Colin agreed. We ran out the kitchen, and out of the cafe. We turned the corner to the alley, and then turned the other corner to see the back alley.
"Oh fuck." I said, quietly. The ponies were grouped around a green door, Fluttershy was talking through the door.
"Hello? It's Okay, we can help you... Um... Please stop crying..." She said. The witch was obviously right on the other side of the door.
"Maybe we should just force the door open, I could kick it." Applejack said loudly. The witch reacted to the loud talking and growled loudly. I could tell the longer that the ponies were standing there, the more fucking pissed the witch was getting.
"What the fuck should -" I was in the middle of saying before Colin started shouting.
"FUCKING RUN! GET THE FUCK OUTTA DERE!" He shouted, shooting several assault rifle shots through the door, most likely hitting the witch. This caused two things to happen at the same time.
1: The ponies turned around, and started to run away from the door.
2: The witch, now pissed because we shot at her, busted through the door, and started to run at Colin.
We all open fired at the witch, as the ponies ran passed us, and re-entered the cafe. The witch screamed, and pushed Colin onto his back. She was standing over him, about to kill him, when she saw Jarrett out of the corner of her eye. She turned to Jarrett, and stared at him.
"THIS IS BULLSHIT!" Jarrett yelled, taking off, the witch ran passed me, bumping shoulders with me. Colin quickly got back up, and started firing at the witch. I also started shooting. Jarrett turned around, and started shooting his Auto shotgun at the witch, and after about three shots, she went down. "Dude... Witches are fucking scary!" Jarrett said, breathing heavily.
We all settled down and walked back in the cafe. The ponies were all sitting down, talking, as soon as we walked in, they stopped and looked at us.
"What was that all about?!" Twilight asked, a mad look on her face. "We were trying to help the poor thing!"
"It's not a 'poor thing', it's a monster." Colin said. Reloading his gun.
"Then why was it crying? It was in pain." Fluttershy said quietly, looking at Colin.
"It's not actually crying, it does that to lure in unsuspecting survivors, and murder them." I said, sitting down at one of the cafe tables. All of the ponies looked at each other, realizing that they were really close to being slaughtered by the witch.
"Listen... It's dangerous out there, and you guys need to stick close to us, no matter what." Jarrett said, very fatherly.
"That was really sudden warning, though... Probably could have gone without it." Rarity said, talking about Colin shouting in the back alley. Colin grinned, and was about to say something when I realized something...
"Wait a minute.... Where are the characters from the game?!" I said looking around the cafe.
"Who's these 'Characters from the game'?" Pinkie Pie asked, it was the first time she had spoken to us directly. "They sound like nice people!" It was good to see that Pinkie was returning to the Pinkie that we had seen when we first met.
We all ran out of the building, and I looked to where Jimmy Gibbs' car had been, I saw it speeding away. Colin, who was sure that the characters would help us, shouted.
"FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK YOOOOOOOOOUUUUUU!" He shouted. His breathing was shaky for the next few seconds.
"Dude, it's okay, we all couldn't fit in the car anyway." Jarrett said.
"We have to get to the evac before them!" Colin said, full of anger. "If we get there before them, and set off the music, just like you do in the game, we can get on the chopper before them."
"Won't that mess up the storyline of the game?" I asked.
"They just screwed us over, so let's screw them over!" Colin said.
"Dude, they're in a car, they can just drive there." Jarrett said to Colin.
"Nah man, you don't remember the beginning of the Dark Carnival campaign in L4D2? They're going to have to stop do to the road being full of cars." I said to Jarrett.
"So you think we have time?" Jarrett asked.
"Totally, If I remember correctly, after they start to go on foot, they don't go straight to the evac, they spend a few hours fighting through a motel, and a tunnel of love. So if we go straight there, instead of going through all of that bullshit, we can probably end up at the finale stage about 20 minutes before they do." I explained.
"Let's go screw over the L4D2 characters." Colin said, as he started jogging down the road. The carnival was visible in the distance. It was about four miles away.
"Ok, GIRLS COME ON, WE'RE LEAVING!" I shouted into the cafe. I then followed Colin, along with Jarrett, Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Twilight, and Fluttershy.
"I think we might actually be able to do this!" Jarrett said happily.
I was in a video game, along with six brightly colored ponies. The phrase 'am I high' kept going on, and on, in my mind. A loud screech interrupted my thoughts. "The horde is coming, what the hell do we do?" Jarrett said nervously. I squinted to look through the smokey room for anything that could help us fight the infected. I saw a baseball bat, a kitchen knife, and a fire ax, sitting in a pile on the clerks counter. I looked to see if there were any infected coming, there wasn't, so I sprinted for the pile of weapons. I was there in seconds. As I picked up the melee weapons I heard pounding on the door that led outside, which meant that the infected were already apon us.
I ran back to the group, and I tossed the baseball bat to Jarrett, and the knife to Colin.
The door burst open, and infected came pouring in. Rainbow Dash stepped infront of us.
"Let me handle this!" She said, but before she could fly towards the infected, and probably die, Jarrett grabbed her tail and pulled her back. "No!" He said sternly, "Stay behind us"
I looked at the crowd of infected that were sprinting at us, and noticed somthing behind all of them.
'Wait, what the hell is that? Is that a- nah, it probably isn't... OH MAH GOD THAT'S A TANK'
"-and we're currently inside one of those 'video games'?" Twilight said, making sure she heard me right. I had to explain TV, video games, and computers in detail before the ponies got what I was saying.
"Yes! Finaly, you get it!" I said joyfuly.
"Ok, but how do we get out? Remember, Equestria, and Earth are in danger!" Rainbow Dash asked. I turned to her, and said,
"That, Rainbow Dash, I don't know" I stood up, and walked over to where the weapons were.
"An assault rifle, an auto shot gun, and a silenced sub-machinegun" I mumbled as I looked at all the guns that were lying on the wooden table.
"Well, that's enough resting! Let's move, if we stay in the same spot then we'll never find our way out" Colin said, getting up from the folding chair he was sitting on. I grabbed the silenced sub-machinegun, and loaded it. Colin walked over, and grabbed the assault rifle, and Jarrett cocked the auto shot gun, and stood by the door.
I turned to the ponies, "You guys ready?"
"As ready as we'll ever be, parter!" Applejack answered. Jarrett opened the safe house door. It led to the parking lot, and it was dark out. My friends, and I all turned on the flash lights that were on our guns, and slowly stepped outside. Soon followed by the ponies. Fluttershy was hidding behind Rainbow Dash, and Twilight helped light up the area, using her horn. I heard a growl, and stopped. I looked around, ready to shoot. I heard a loud screech, and turned around.
Rainbow Dash was on the ground, and a hunter was pinning her down. Before the hunter could start attacking Rainbow, I raised the gun up to the hunter's head, and pulled the trigger. Even after the hunter was dead I kept filling the hunter with bullets. After I ran out of bullets in that clip, I kneeled down to Rainbow, who had her eyes closed tight in pain.
"Rainbow, where's the wound" I asked. she opened her eyes. She looked rather pretty. I mentaly slapped myself for thinking that. She's a goddamned horse! But still...
She rolled over, revealing a gash all of the way down, from her neck to her lower back. Her five friends gasped at the sight. I looked over to Jarrett. "I'm gonna have to use your med kit" I said, remembering that I used mine, after the tank beat the crap out of me. Jarrett sighed, and tossed me the med kit. I looked over to Rainbow again.
"Okay, Rainbow, this might sting..." I said before starting to heal her.

Rainbow Dash's POV
Like Nolan said it did sting a bit, but I didn't care, or notice. I was still trying to figure out what these feelings I was getting while around Nolan ment...
