Rainbow Dash is surprised to find herself taking care of Twilight, instead of Twilight caring for her.

When the alicorn, Twilight Sparkle crashes and lands hard, Rainbow rushes to her aid. Was she confused? Yes! Normally Twilight would take care of her, but when she has to take care of Twilight, she pulls a blank.

What happens when the two are under the same roof? Will stronger feelings emerge?
