After being tormented for her strange appearance and powers, Rainbow Moonshine decides to move to a small and quieter town to start over. She also promised herself to lock her heart and throw out the key. Until she meets a strange new colt, who has lost someone special, as well he has a secret of his own. This new information makes her wonder, could she open her heart once more?
