My Little Frozen

There once was a beautiful Princess who had a sister. Her name was Anita. They were great sisters who got along perfectly together. Their mother and father were king and queen of a place called Arendelle.

Their daughter Eris was unique in ways that her sister could not understand. The kindom started to collapse the day when things started to go wrong.

-- Eris's past --

"Eris! Eris! Come over here!" My sister exclaimed in her cute voice, waving her arms at me. It was a cold and wintery day. Just the way I like it. I trudged my way over there. She picked up something that sparkled and looked at it. "Look what I found Eris!" She raised a crystal diamond necklace up to my face. "Its for you!" She put the necklace onto my neck and I heard a click from the chain.

"Thank you I love it!" I exclaimed. It felt heavy on my neck. "Are you hungry Anita?" I asked.

"Yeah! Lets go home and get us some yummy soup!" She dragged me along with her playfully and we went back to our house.

I slurped from the soup bowl unladylike. "Is it good Eris?" She asked me.

"Of course I love chicken soup on a cold day!" Anita slurped from her soup. We were at the big dining table fit for a thousand men. Waiters were moving around the room. "Mom and dad should be here soon," Anita continued. "The cooks made soup for a lot of people so we could have like a dozen of helpings if we wanted to."

I smiled at her. When she was little she used to exaggerate a lot. It was adorable. I was only a two years older than her back then. She was six while I was eight. We got along together great.

After that the maids came and made us take our usual nap. Anita and I slept in the same room together. Our beds sat side-by-side. Our room had pink wallpaper and a wooden floor that had a rug leading from the entrance of our room to the beds.

Anita jumped on the bed beside me. "I'm not tired! I want to go play outside some more!" She complained, and threw a fit. Kicking the bed angrily was her tantrum. "Its not fair I want to go do something!"

I rolled my eyes at her. I was tired and wanted to go to sleep, but when Anita is awake she bothers me. She either wants to go outside or play with her dolls.

I tried to get some sleep, but then Anita sits on top of me and pokes me till I open my eyes. She was rambunctious back then. She was filled with energy that could fill an entire room. I pulled the covers over my eyes and tried to go back to sleep again.

Anita jumps off the bed. She went and got herself a pillow and threw it hard at my face knocking me off the bed. "Anita!" I yelled rubbing my head. It hurt, but it didn't cut any skin.

"Eris! I see snow!" She said pointing at the ground below me. There was ice underneath me. Where did it come from? I don't know where it came from, but I wanted to go outside to at least satisfy my sisters needs. We put back on our winter clothes and snuck outside the castle.

"Do you want to build a snowmare?" My sister asked. I nodded, and we started rolling our three balls. We made the bottom, the body and then the head.

"What do we call it Anita?" I asked my sister. It was a cute snowmare.

"Let's call it snowy!" Anita said, we started putting the added details to the snowmare. we put three black buttons on to the body. Put two twigs on the side of the body for the arms. Put two coals on the head for the eyes. Anita put on the last touch by putting a carrot for the nose.

I went behind the snow and put the arms in. I then pretended to be the snowmare and said in a silly voice "Hi I'm snowy and I like warm hugs!"

Anita giggled and hugged the snowmare. "I love you snowy!" She exclaimed.

I satisfied my sister for one day. We walked back home. We silently entered the castle and went straight to our rooms. It was late and mom and dad never came home. We were in the clear for now. I slept that night knowing something felt different beneath me.

There was frost covering the entire bed. I ignored it and went into a deep sleep knowing in my heart something was wrong, but what should I know I was a little kid back then. The impossible things that eventually led me to my doom showed the first signs after I got the necklace and thats when things started to take a turn for the worse.

-- Eris's Present --

My prison cell is dark and depression has taken me over. I turn on the cold hard bed knowing that no one is going to save me. For ten years I've stayed here in the darkness waiting for someone to let me go. Whether it be Celestia or someone else I would be grateful; but when ten years go by without a notification on anything about outside of here, you learn to keep secrets to yourself.

The cold hard bed hurts my back, but the guards do not care. They could care less about a queen who wanted to takeover Equestria. I'm the only alicorn that has been locked up. I sit here in the darkness and sleep. I cannot use my powers here. They are useless. This cell was specifically made by the Princess herself: Princess Celestia. I have a very distinct hate for her.

That rotten Kingdom loving Princess! Where has the time gone? Have you forgotten about me or do you simply not care for my sister? I have not heard anything whatsoever of my sister. Ever since I turned her to ice they said they would try to bring her back. Ten years go by and no solution was found or heard of. I'm sick of waiting here in the cold dark cell of mine.

I wish I could escape, but my ice powers are hard to even start in here. I can only use a second of my time everyday to muster enough power to turn these shackles to ice. I know I'm getting close to breaking them and when I do Princess Celestia will be next on my list of things to conquer.

I hear guards gossiping outside. They whisper things like "Princess Celestia might be coming," or, they talk about a cure for my "predicament" that I'm in. The predicament being that of my ice powers.

I hear someone clopping outside. My cell is the most secure in the whole entire prison. Rarely anyone goes by my cell. Today must be a special day for me. I smile evily and start to sit up in my bed just listening to the sound of clopping get closer, and closer until I hear a click of the door. I hear the chatter of the guards welcoming no one other than: Princess Celestia.

The door slowly creaks open revealing an Alicorn with long colorful flowing hair and is even taller than me. She walks inside and they shut the door. Only the light from outside the room is showing. Princess Celestia lights the room with her magic. Making the room brighter in comparison than it was a few seconds ago. She daintily down on the floor in front of the door. "It has been along time Princess Eris." She wants only to small talk with me and that's a shame. I deserve more than just small talk. I deserve Equestria.

I play along with her little game of barely catching up with the ten years I've been imprisoned in here. "It has been awhile." I say calmly. Pretending to act normal. Celestia's voice is as feminine as a queen. Mine has evolved to sound just like her only a little bit higher in tone.

"I understand you want out of here, but you haven't been able to control your powers ever since-"

"I turned my sister into an ice statue." I interrupted. Things haven't been the same since. My powers started getting crazier and turning against me. I nearly turned everyone into ponysicles and even their houses couldn't protect them from my harsh winter.

Celestia looked at me with a face-less expression. I just wanted to smack her. She should care about me and Anita. Anita was her best friend ever since Luna was banished to the moon. I could sense she wanted to tell me something, but didn't want to say it now.

"I have something to tell you-" Princess Celestia was interrupted by a guard. "Princess Celestia a villain has escaped from prison!" He exclaimed, Celestia quickly got up and went to the door. I mustered my powers and broke the chains and went past Celestia out the door.

I turned the ground below me to ice so that Celestia would slip and fall and not have enough time to get up. I ran left through a long hallway past doors and doors filled with no one they were all empty. I came up at a dead end and turned right and there was the prison entrance. I ran out and spread my wings and flew off into the air. Celestia was too late to catch me. I'm going back to Arendelle.

Celestia's top priority was Eris. She would have to deal with the other prison break out later. Celestia didn't get a chance to tell her the good news. Her sister was unfrozen. A pony with orange hair stepped out. Her hair was braided and she was sad. Looking down at the floor she didn't get to see her sister, but she knew her sister had powers that were unimaginable.

"I'm sorry Princess Anita, your sister has broken out of prison." She apologized. "We need to find her soon. Equestria has changed since you have last been here Anita. Your kingdom is non-existent. Eris has managed to take an entire kingdom down with her powers. Will you accompany me on this journey?" She asked Anita. Anita nodded. "We will leave immediately."
