When a catastrophic event happens simultaneous in both Equestria and Earth, a portal tears open and connects the two worlds for just a few minutes. It only takes seconds though for the full power of the portal to reveal itself as it begins sucking in ponies and humans and transferring them to the next world. Now when a certain mare wakes up and meets one of Earth's local inhabitants, she must use his help to find the others that have been scattered around and hopefully find a way to get them all back home.

Authors note: Ok this is my first fanfic and personally I think that it is not that good compared to most of the fanfics here so I would like it if any of you read it to please give me some tips on how to improve this.
