Chapter 1: Fateful Day
"Come on and get back up you piece of crap!" I yelled as I circled around the asshole lying flat on his face, twitching at my feet. I couldn't help but smile thinking that this is what he deserved after all the shit he has been talking about me for a certain hobby. It was ironic at how the scenery was, because it had been a beautiful day. Out in the park, birds chirping, and the warm Californian sun beamed down through the lime green leaves of the tall healthy looking trees. And no one was here to enjoy them except for me and this asshole lying on the ground next to me. I was just getting used to the beauty that the day offered until I heard the muffled groans coming at my feet. Knowing now that he was still conscious I bent down to have a little fun in my victory.
"Awe, come now. What happened to all that tough talk about kicking my ass for being different from you dumbasses?" I said in a teasing voice.
It was now that he decided to try to turn and face me. He just grunted as he attempted to use whatever strength he had left to turn. I watched just seeing his pathetic attempts to get a couple inches off the ground before dropping with a thud back on the concrete. I just stood there and laughed telling him to try harder every time he fell. Finally after some time he just flipped himself on his back. It was now that I got to see how screwed up I made him look. His face was bloody and swollen from all the punches he had received. His left arm had a long cut running down from the shoulder to the elbow and his right arm clutched his chest as he tried to breath literally gasping for air. I couldn't help but laugh thinking again that this is what he deserved.
"Fu-fuu" He sputtered as he was unable to say anything clear due to the blood bleeding from his mouth.
"What's that my friend? I think your gonna need to speak up." I said lifting my hand up to my ears.
"Fu-Fuc-Fuck you pony fucking piece of shit."
That's when I snapped. I yanked him up from the collar of his shirt and cocked my arm back preparing to deliver the final blow. His eyes closed shut as he tried to prepare himself for the inevitable. I was just about to let my fist fly when all of a sudden I felt my self being yanked down and then feeling hard concrete against my face. Someone had came from behind and was now pinning me down, so I flailed my body hoping to get whoever was on me off. Next thing I knew, my arm was bent behind my back and put into an iron lock from whoever was attacking me. A sharp twist of my arm sent a horrible feeling of pain throughout the right side of my body. I wanted to yell because of the pain but my mind kept telling me to show no weakness so I just gritted my teeth and waited until I was given the chance to get the upper hand.
"Drew you better tell me what the fuck is going on before I twist your arm into a knot!" came the voice of the attacker. With the sound of his voice I realized him instantly.
"Get off me Garrett! This asshole is getting what he deserves for biting off more than he can chew!" I growled back in response. I instantly felt my arm being bent further.
"Listen Drew, I know you hate most of the assholes here but you gotta control your temper. You have been gettin out of hand after everybody you drop and I hope you know that so I just need ya to calm down, then I'll let ya go."
It took awhile for his words to seep in to realize what I had been doing. I will admit that it first came to a simple punch to the face to gut kneeing, and then muscle twisting, until finally just plain beating them to a pulp.
"Make up your mind now man. I don't wanna break your jerking arm." Garrett said again ruining my train of thought.
"Fine man you got me, I'm cool" I said laughing at the little joke he made.
The weight lifted off of me and he immediately grabbed my shoulders and lifted me to my feet. While I was rubbing my arm to get the blood circulating again, Garrett went over and bent down over the limp body lying on the ground checking if he was ok (because he sure as hell didn't look that way.)
"Dude you fucked this guy up."
"Yeah we'll he-"
"He deserved it I know, that what you always say." he interrupted "You do know that not everyone who pisses you off deserves this kind of punishment, I mean look at him he's unconscious, his face is messed, no part of his face isn't covered in cuts and deep-purple bruises, and I think you broke one of his ribs."
I couldn't help but stifle a laugh. Garrett is a junior in High school and was a total geek. He's just one of those classmates that has almost all honors classes, and those honors classes all had to do with either medicine or the human body. With that said, he now knows almost everything related to the human body and what medicines are needed if you have a certain symptom. Now just from what I said you expect him to be one of those scrawny pale kids right? Well you're dead wrong. Garrett is 6ft 2 and had the body of a soldier who went through almost a years worth of training. To add to his perfection he had cropped blonde hair, green eyes and perfect white teeth. Hell he even has a good attitude of only wanting to help all the time. So with a perfect body, good looks, the brain of a medical genius, and a helping personality, it would be a lie to say that I was not jealous of him because I am far from perfect. I'm just the regular freshman with a bunch of crappy grades. I am 5ft 11 and like my friend I'm also well muscled toned except unlike him I didn't really try to workout every time I was free. I have spiked black hair and brown eyes again unlike his. Almost everything else though we're kind of the same.
"We gotta get this guy to the hospital man." said Garrett.
Looking down at the body I knew he was right "Fine."
"Ok, well then help me get him to my car."
With that said we picked the guy up and brought him to my friend's Mustang. We just stuffed the dude in the back seats.
"Hey man you need a ride?"
"Sure, I could use a little break after beating that meat bag." I said pointing at the unconscious body
Garrett just gave me a venomous glare as he walked up to the get into the driver seat. "Just get in the car, Drew."
I chuckled and got into the car. Once in I saw dangling from his wheel a keychain of Applejack.
"Still into the Apple bucker I see."
"Shut up, your the guy who introduced me to this Brony stuff."
Ah yes, even though we may not look like it and we certainly don't act like it we are into My Little Pony, but have been into it since the series' first episode. We are pretty hard core about it too after our first year when we took road trips to go to the conventions about them. Even though we embraced the so-called Bronies, we both didn't like to let others know we were into them so it seems that we are closest Bronies.
We have been driving for about half an hour and every now and then Garrett would tell me to check up on the guy in the back. I just kept on saying he was fine even though I have no idea how well he was doing.
"Hey dude can you check on him agai-"
Just then a huge boom came from the sky and caused the car to swerve to the right. My friend just slammed on the breaks as we slid a few feet until coming to a still stop.
"Holy shit what was that!" I yelled.
"I don't know but it's passed come on let's keep going."
I was going to agree with him until I looked up in the sky and saw that right dab in the middle of my sight was a swirling vortex which radiated bright neon colors in all direction. "What the?" I whispered. I opened the door and walked out to see if my mind was playing tricks on me, but it wasn't. Soon afterwards Garret followed and stared at the sky with his mouth agape. Even with all this weirdness there also seemed to be something else. It looked as if the light was spreading.
"Hey Drew."
"Yeah."
"Are we stoned or something."
"I don't think so."
We continued to stare at the sky until Garret suddenly freaked out, realizing that we still had to go to the hospital. He yelled at me to get in the car but I just told him to go on without me so I could stare at this most unusual phenomenon. With that said he sped away like a crazy person. After the sound of his engine was gone I sat down and stared at that strange swirling vortex thinking to myself that it looked as beautiful as the arctic spectrum. I kept staring in wonder in what it was when suddenly I saw sparkle of purple light near the bottom of the swirling vortex. "What the fu-"
Suddenly an something shot through the sky in lightning speed and came crashing down just a few feet in front of me. Dust immediately picked up and I covered my mouth with my jacket just trying to keep it out. My eyes and mouth burned from whatever smoke or debris got in through my jacket. Once the dust settled I saw the crater that the it had left. I wanted to go and see what came crashing down in there but my mind told me otherwise.
What if it radioactive and if I get to I'll go bald or what if there's a killer virus leaking out or what if or what if. My mind just shut down after that and I waited until I calmed down enough to understand and process what had just happened. "Ok just walk away..." I said to myself but curiosity got the better of me and I found myself walking slowly to the crater. Millions of horrible thoughts ran through my head of what could be in there as I walked closer. My heart rate was beating like crazy with every step I took and my breath going faster and faster. When I got close enough to see what was in the crater my mouth just dropped at what I saw. In the center of the crater was naked girl lying down.
"Oh my god!" I muttered. Immediately I skidded down the charred earth until I reach the bottom of the deep crater. If I would have been looking up I would have seen three more sparkles of light appear and the vortex disintegrating but my attention was on the girl lying in front of me and hoping that she was alright. Reaching the bottom I quickly ran to her side and thought of what to do.
"Ok, Ok Garrett taught you what to do to see if their alive, umm, oh yeah check their pulse." I proceeded to pick up her wrist and placed two fingers on it. I breathed a sigh of relief when I found that she was indeed alive.
"Oh, thank god your alive!" I sighed....."Wait how the fuck are you still alive!" I yelled as I stared at her in disbelief. It was now that I got a good look at her. She had perfectly smooth skin and a very slender looking body. Her face was also very beautiful and also had luscious real hair just to compliment her looks. She also had a very cute looking pink bow attached to the back of her hair. Wait what am I thinking! After years of trying to act tough did I just really compliment on a girls looks?
"What's going on with the world!" I yelled to sky unable to keep cool after experiencing todays sudden strange events.
I guess that woke her up because next thing I knew her eyes bolted open and just stared up at me. What I saw were some of the most beautiful eyes I have ever see. They were wonderful shade of pink and seemed to sparkle in the sun. Just looking at them made feel calm and relaxed. My heart rate raced as we both stared at each other. Too bad because in a heartbeat the mood changed instantly.
"Wh..what happened! Twilight ...Applejack......CLOUDCHASER!" With that said she jumped at me and pinned me down to the ground.
"What have you done to us you beast?! What magic have you used on us?"
I was at a lost for words as she named all these fictional characters from a tv show. I tried to speak but my mouth couldn't say all the thoughts that were flooding mind. First I wanted to say that she was completely nuts and second that her bare chest was in front of my face.
"Answer me before I beat the buck out of you" she said as she cocked her hand back. I waited for the blow but soon saw a change in her expression. From anger it came to confusion as she pulled her hand out in front of her. She looked at her hand as if it was an alien and screamed. I pulled my hands up to my ears just to keep out the horrible noise when suddenly she collapsed. I got myself up and again tried to process what I had just heard.
"Ok logic you haven't been helping at all so screw it I'm going with my gut." my mind just simple with that known. Knowing that there was a naked girl lying there I decided that she needed shelter after noticing that it was getting dark. Taking off my jacket, I covered her body to hide her womanly parts and slowly picked her up. With her over my back I climbed out of the crater and proceeded to the long empty road. I started to walk down the road when something in my head seemed to flick on.
"What the hell just happened?"

Chapter 2: Welcome home
"Oh thank god I made it" I sighed in relief as I reached the front porch of my house. It had been a hard and long walk to get from the crash site to here due to all the hills I had to walk over and already I could my legs beginning to give away. It also didn't help that there was an unconscious girl getting a piggy back ride from me throughout the whole walk but it was amazing that she stayed unconscious throughout the whole thing too. Even with all the awkwardness of me carrying another body, it didn't feel all that bad. For starters she wasn't that heavy at all and was easy at first carrying her. Next I couldn't help but feel comfortable by the fact that I was feeling the warmth of another person (even though she was completely naked except for the jacket covering her) as her head rested on my shoulder. It was a great feeling that I haven't felt in a long time.
After what seemed like forever to reach the front door due to my exhaustion I opened the door (I don't like my door locked) and barged in. I took a some stumbled steps across the hallway until I reached the guest room. Flicking on the lights I carefully placed her on the bed and covered her with the blankets. I followed by jumping back and slouching against the wall.
I breathed a sigh of relief of finally being able to get rid of the weight on my back and for finally allowing my legs to rest. After catching my breath from all that, I took a good look at her and realized again how beautiful she looked. She seemed to be as old as me telling from how young she looks and how spunky her body was. Her teal hair still seemed to sparkle every time it moved whenever she breathed. Her face just showed off her beauty from her curled eyelashes to her luscious lips. Just looking at them made me wonder what a kiss would be like from her.
"Whoa there Drew, control yourself." I muttered to myself "Ok so first I find a swirling rainbow colored vortex, the sky sparkled a purple for a second, something falls from the sky and crashes in the ground, I find a naked girl in the aftermath, and I bring her home."
"What do I do now?"
I wondered why I didn't bother to stop myself to ask myself that after the carrying part was over. I pondered over this and tried to think of all the reasonable ways on how to handle this. I could call up Garret and tell him to drive her to the hospital but he was probably hitting it with the books again. Or I could call the police and tell them but they might assume that I took advantage of her once they find out that she has no clothes. After some thinking I decided to call the police thinking that they would be able to take care of her where's I am not.
I took out my cell phone and dialed the three digit numbers. I heard a couple of beeps until a female voice cracked through.
"Hello, the *static* you have dialed is unavail-*static* at this time. *static* try again later."
"Damn, well that's just swell." I cursed. Looking over to the girl I saw how peaceful her face was as she slept and couldn't help but smile. Deciding to call it a day I walked out of the room and gently closed the door.
"Looks like I'm stuck with you for now." I whispered
I walked down the hallway until I reached my room. It wasn't a sight to behold with all the clothes and empty energy drink cans lying around. The barf green walls didn't seem to help in any way to help lighten the mood in this room either. Lying in one corner was my mattress completed with a single pillow and a thick blanket. Next to it was my coffee table which was littered with whatever junk I hadn't cleaned up in the past few days. Directly in front of my bed was an Xbox attached to a HD plasma screen hooked up on the wall. And then next to my window was my pride and joy, a custom made gaming computer.
Walking over to my computer, I took a seat in my office chair and pressed the on switch. Immediately the computer fans hummed to life and the alien emblem appeared as the screen flickered on. Moving the mouse, I clicked on the Internet explorer icon to check my email. I went on to my account to hear a beep followed by a message which read "1 new message." I quickly moved my curser onto the message and opened the message.
Dear Drew,
It's mom again, just checking on how your doing home alone. Is everything fine? Please just reply to this so I know your doing fine, you have no ideas how much this has stress I have been feeling ever since our plane landed in Miami a week ago. It just doesn't feel like a family vacation without you here with the rest of us.
I chuckled at the thought of my mother stressing out over me on the yearly family vacation when she could be relaxing on the beach or just playing at one of the casinos. Yet there was my mother, sending me an email almost everyday just to find out how I was doing. I couldn't help but get a warm feeling in my chest for knowing that.
As for us we're doing fine, your father has just taught your brother (Bubba) how to surf and it seems that now your brother just can't stay away from the ocean for more than a couple minutes. Your sister (Chyna) is also having a great time in collecting all the sea creatures in the reef. They were very nice but the most disgusting thing she brought back into hotel room was this huge, orange colored slug creature uhh. Well with all that we're doing good. Hope you like the picture we attached at the bottom!
Scrolling down the letter, I found the download button for the picture. Clicking on it an envelope animation opened up and the picture flew out and onto the screen. On it I saw my mother smiling with her arms around my father who also gave the same heartwarming smile. To the side of them I saw my little bro holding a surfboard who was dripping wet and covered in sand. Finally next to him was my sister who held out both hands with something long and orange lying flat on her hands. Behind them was the sparkling blue water of the ocean and the sun burning brightly overhead.
I smiled knowing that they were having a great time and also being able to learn and see new and exotic things. Flipping out my keyboard I started on my letter.
Dear Family
I am doing fine now that I know that all you guys are having such a wonderful time. Don't worry though, I may be young but I still know a thing or two about cooking so you don't have to worry about me starving. Not to mention you guys gave me that debit card that has more than enough money to last me for the next couple of weeks. I also hope you guys know that if anything goes wrong I still got Garrett to watch my back so don't worry about me and just enjoy the rest of your vacation ok. Well can't wait to hear from you guys again.
From,
Drew
"Finish and send," With that I clicked the send button and turned off my computer. Turning over I checked my clock to see what time it was.
"1:05?" I yawned "Better get ready for bed," I got out of the chair and looked for whatever clothes looked clean enough to wear for the night. Rummaging through the piles of clothes I chose a chose sweat pants and a white T. I walked out of my room and turned to the entrance of the bathroom to turn in the water to prepare for my shower. I quickly took off my clothes and walked to the steaming water.
"Ah, this feels great." I said to myself. It was great to feel the warm water relaxing my body after that long walk I took caring that girl. I lost track of time as I just stayed there letting the warm water sooth the aches that I felt when suddenly I heard a loud knock on the bathroom door. I jolted up at the sudden noise but relaxed as a single thought ran through my head. She was awake.
"Hold on I'll be right out," I said as I turned off the water
Knock, knock
"I said I'm coming," I said louder, quickly slipping on my boxers
Knock! Knock! Knock!
"What the hell! I said I'm comi.."
Suddenly the door flew opened right as I was about to open it and there in front of me stood the once unconscious girl. She stared at me, eye to eye, her pink eyes filled with fury. She breathed through he clenched teeth and every breath she took was heavy as her chest raised and drop with every deep breath of air. I also saw that her hands were clenched into menacing looking fists which shook in her anger. I felt fear seeing a person this angry just staring at me.
"Um, you ok?"
Just like that she launched herself and punched me square in the face. Knowing how light she was caring her back to my home I expected her punch to be weak but man was I wrong. Her punch felt like someone had smashed a brick in my face with all their strength. My body flung back and the next feeling I got was my head smacking hard against something followed by the sound of something shattering. I grunted as I put my hand on my head to try to massage the pain away. I quickly pulled away my hand and held it up in my face when I felt something warm and wet trickle down my neck.
"Shit," I muttered when I saw a good look what was on my hand.
Blood. My hand was covered in it when I came to look at it and I could still feel it dripping down my neck. I felt suddenly dizzy after that and began seeing black spots in my vision. Pulling up my head I saw the girl whose eyes once filled with anger now wide open with worry. Her hands covered her mouth as she slowly stumbled over to me.
"I-I-I'm so sorry."
I blacked out after that.

Chapter 3: The Nightmare
"Ha ha, oh man Cheryl that movie was great, I just can't stop laughing!"
"I'd new you'd love it, that's why I chose it for our monthly theatre routine."
"Your the perfect girlfriend a guy could ask for, heck you know me inside and out don't yeah?"
"I wouldn't say that." she said giving me a dirty look.
I don't know what happened but the next thing I saw after, whatever was giving me this headache, was leaving the theatre with my old girlfriend. I couldn't believe what I was seeing but just being able to see her smile was enough for me. Even though I dealt so happy I couldn't help but feel something nagging in the back of my head telling me that I've seen all of this before.
"Whoa there I was talking about emotion wise jeez." I said backing off
"Sure you were." she teased.
Walking down the streets we both laughed as we told some of the most corny jokes and even teased or push each other if some of our jokes came out in a way that seemed a little sick. Walking down we got close until I put my arm around her to bring her closer next to me. She rested her head on my shoulder as we continued down the lonely sidewalk. She went quiet for some time just resting on my shoulder. Even with her I still had a bad feeling for all of this it just didn't seem right. I guess I must have been thinking about that for awhile because Cheryl starting nudging me.
"Sorry babe, got caught up in one of my moments again," I said sympathetically "What's up?"
"Well it's getting late so I think we should take a little shortcut to get ourselves home," she said pointing to a narrow alleyway that cut down across two three story apartments.
Looking at the direction of of her finger my stomach dropped. I couldn't put my finger on it but it seemed that the very darkness in the alley radiated an evil that I could not explain. Just looking at it made me feel so many strange emotions such as anger, fear, and excitement but it was fear that stood out in front of them all. I could feel my face begin to lose its warmth and the sweat beginning to drip down my brow.
"Earth to Drew you there," Cheryl snapped as she waved her hands in front of my face.
"Cheryl I don't think we should go through there." I choked out, my lips trembling with fear.
"Why not?" she asked not seeming to be aware of the sudden change in me
"I don't know ok but you gotta trust me when I say that I just don't have a good feeling about that way."
"Whatever Drew, but unlike you I wanna get home as quick as possible so I'm going either with or without you," and with that she ran off towards the entrance of the alley.
"CHERYL!" I yelled as I ran after her. Running into the darkness of the alley, I immediately lost sight of Cheryl.
"CHERYL," I yelled out trying to find out where she was. No reply came and the knot in my stomach tightened. I turned my head frantically around the alley and at entrances to other alleys that didn't seem to be there when I came in. It was if the walls were moving. I was now sweating like a madman now just trying to look for Cheryl.
"CHERYL!" I yelled again hearing it echo through the walls of the many alley ways. Again there was no reply. I fell to my knees after hearing nothing and my mind was soon filled with horrid thoughts in what could have happened. All was quiet until I heard a little whisper come from all directions around me.
"Wake up"
"Huh," I stuttered as I quickly got to my feet "Who's there!"
"Wake up"
"I swear if you did anything to my girl I will break your fucking skull in you hear me!" I yelled to whatever talking to me.
Whatever I did didn't help because the voice soon came louder every time it spoke always telling me the same thing over and over again. It was now coming from everywhere each with a different tone. Sometimes it was quiet, sometimes it was loud, but either way no matter how loud it was it ranged in my ears and made my head ache every time.
"Wake up"
"Wake up"
"Wake up"
"WAKE UP!"
My head thumped harder and harder every time it came and felt as if it were ready to burst in whenever it felt the voice saying the same message over and over again. I couldn't take it anymore I raised my head up into the air and screamed, begging for it to stop. I screamed until I felt as if all the air had escaped my lungs and was sitting there gulping it in as sweat poured down from my head. That was when I heard another scream coming from another alley. I didn't waste anytime as I already knew the voice that it belonged to. Jetting down the alley the scream became more audible with every step I took. As I got closer though a bright light soon came into view. Running closer and closer I saw the walls around me crumble and replace with the same bright white light that was in front of my view. I didn't care for this though, the only thing on my mind was getting to Cheryl and getting her out of danger. I turned a corner as I heard her scream right on the other side. I took one final step before the ground beneath me crumbled and I fell into the light. I reached up my hand, hoping to grab something to get back up but found nothing. As I fell it just got darker and darker. A cold feeling was creeping up my spine as the darkness began covering all around me. Soon enough there was nothing but darkness.

Wake up.......
Suddenly, another light appeared and with it the voice returned. Though the voice was there it didn't drive me mad nor did it give me the headache. I only looked at in wonder wishing I knew who it was. This time though the voice seemed to be sad and begging me to wake up. With every passing second the voice came in more audible until finally I could her the voice of a crying girl talking.
"Wake up please, I'm so sorry......I didn't mean to hurt you like this, please just wake up."
Hearing that my body was suddenly trusted forward into the light in breakneck speed. I felt my body get warmer as I came closer to whatever the light was and like the darkness I was then engulfed by light.
Chapter 4: Getting to Know Each Other

Chapter 4: Getting to Know Each Other
It all came to me very slowly when I came too. I opened my eyes to only find that I was only able to see through my left eye. I felt a pang of fear worrying for the worse until I blinked a few times and felt my right eye's eyelashes brush against something soft. I soon realized that there was something tied around my head to no doubt cover whatever wounds I received from today's previous wrath. The first thing to see was the chandelier above me which was illuminating a bright light that took awhile for my eyes to adjust to. Once adjusted I saw that there was a single large red bow right in the corner of my eye. Turning my head I saw the teal haired girl crying with her face in my left arm. It could be easily seen that she had been crying for some time just from the look of face which was now a bright shade of pink and how the carpet where my arm lay was soaked.
"I'm so sorry, please just please wake up," She choked out as another wave of tears came rolling by.
I couldn't take the sadness any longer. Taking my right hand, I slowly placed it on top of her head and gently began stroking her hair. Her body shuddered from being startled by the sudden feeling but soon relaxed with every stroke which helped to calm her. Eventually the sobbing ended and be both laid there on the floor in silence.
Minutes passed and we were still there lying in silence. Funny that I was lying with the girl who only hours ago knocked me out cold with a single in pure anger and now was just lying there hoping that I would be alright. For some reason this didn't feel awkward for me at all but rather seemed nice. I can't remember when was the last time I had laid next to a girl besides Cheryl. Suddenly remembering her name sent a sudden chill throughout my body and so I decided to try to block the name out of my mind for the time being. Seeing that she did whatever she could to help me from whatever damage my head sustained I decided to thank her.
"Um, thanks for patching up my head." I muttered
She lifted her head to look at me, her pink eyes were bloodshot and her once perfectly styled hair was now in a mess. She sniffed a few times before answering.
"Your not angry with me?"
"No, I'm kinds more surprised that you were able to hit me like that."
She gave no reply and only hung her head down.
"Hey it's no big deal, I'll just call up my friend to patch me up tomorrow." I said sympathetically
It didn't seem to help as she looked back up at me, eyes full of tears.
"Why are you treating this like no big deal," she said raising her hands "You were bleeding so much and I was so afraid that you were going to die," "I kept on trying to wake you by shaking you but your body just went limp and whenever I tried yelling for you to wake up you didn't budge." "And you just kept on bleeding throughout it all." "I may have been able to stop the bleeding but you have no idea how much there was!"
I was in shock in her sudden outburst but I followed the movements of her hands and was shocked to see the condition they were in. Both her hands were covered in dry blood, my blood. I suddenly felt terrible knowing that this was all my fault. I had taken her to a place where she has never been and obviously scared her which caused her to punch me in self defense. Then she stayed with me and tried for god knows how long to stop my head from bleeding. I just continued to stare at the hands though as if they were just reminding me over and over again that all this was my fault.
With that she collapsed on my arm and began to cry once again muttering to herself how stupid she was and that this was all her fault. As for myself I dealt beyond guilty now as I saw the girl cry heavily right in front of me. I got up slowly, ignoring the thumping in my head. I got close to sit next to her and soon embraced her.
"It's not your fault, it's obvious that you are scarred and confused right now and whatever you did was out of fear for your own safety." "There's no need to feel guilty for any of this, you had no power in what recent events just occurred which landed you into this position." " Just please stop crying and worrying for me when you should be thinking of yourself right now." "And if it helps, I forgive you. I just hope you can forgive me for putting you through all of this."
The only sounds that were heard in the silence that followed were the low somber cries and the clock ticking.
"Thank you." She said looking up and smiling
I smiled back at her just staring at he beautiful pink eyes while she looked back at mine. We suddenly blushed from not realizing what we were doing and turned our heads away in embarrassment.
"You must be hungry, you want to go down to the kitchen with me and get a bite to eat?"
"Sure, that sounds nice."
I got to my feet and turned around to help her get to her feet. What I saw left my face in a completely new shad of red. Quickly I turned back around.
"WHY AREN'T WEARING ANY CLOTHES?" I quickly asked
"Well I didn't think I would need to since I've nobody that I know of wears them everyday." she responded dumbfounded at my question.
"WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE DO YOU HANG AROUND WITH?" "You know what never mind just go into the shower and clean yourself up." I said pointing to the bathroom.
"Huh?"
"Oh for the love of-" I turned around to picked her up and then ran as quickly as I could to the bathroom. Once she was down I pointed to the shower.
"Ok just use that to wash off the blood and I'll come back with some clothes." with that said I sped off to parents room. Once in I went to my mothers dresser and pulled out a sleeping gown and a pair of undergarments. Walking back to the bathroom I could already see the steam from the hot water escape through the bottom of the door. I gave the door a quick knock to tell that I was here.
"Hey I got your clothes ready, I'll just leave em here for y-." I wasn't even able to finish the sentence as the door suddenly flew open and I felt someone tackle me down. I looked up to see her now wrapped in a towel (thank goodness) and grinning ear to ear.
"I don't know what magic you people are using but how is it that that contraption can just produce hot water without the need of anything to heat the water?" She asked with both childlike excitement and curiosity.
"Uh technology." I said as it was all say due to being surprised by her question on how the shower worked.
"That doesn't seemed to explain much."
"Whatever, just get dress and meet me in the kitchen. I'll get the food ready." with that she got off me and proceeded to grab the clothes and go back into the bathroom.
"What's wrong with that girl?" I muttered to myself. Oh well a bunch of weird crap has been going on lately, mine as well just ignore most of it. Walking into the kitchen, I flicked the lights on and opened the fridge. Only things in there was a box of leftover pizza, a salad, bottles of water, and some fruit. It want much to work with but I decided to make the most of it. Grabbing out two plates I placed some fruits and salad on them. I took out two slices of the cheese pizza and stuffed them into the microwave to warm them up for us.
A couple of seconds later I pulled them out and placed them on our plates. Setting them down on the dinner table, I went back to grab some cups for the water. I was pouring the water when suddenly I heard a deep girdling sound. I turned my head to the entrance of the kitchen to find that the girl (now fully dressed) blushing and clutching her stomach.
"Come and sit down, the food is all ready," motioning her to come in.
Like lightning she ran to her seat and already began eating the fruits and salad. I stood there wide mouthed at how fast she was eating her food. She sure was hungry.
"I can see that you hungry but you should slow down before you choke."
"Mm hmm." she muttered through her full mouth
Once I saw that she had slowed down on eating her food I decided that I should start eating as well so I took my seat across from her and began at my plate. We both at in silence for some time just eating our food. It was this time that I didn't know her name or for any matter anything about her so I decided to start a conversation.
"I don't seem to have caught your name." I asked looking up to her.
After taking another sip of her drink she place her cup down and replied with the most strangest name I have ever heard on the face of the Earth.
"Oh, well my name is Flitter. What's yours?"
I couldn't believe what I had just heard. She actually named herself after a background pony in the My Little Pony series. I just face palmed my face and looked back up at her.
"Ok is that like a nickname or something because I know for one that that name is not your real name."
"Hey I wouldn't just tell you that if it wasn't my real name ok, Flitter is my name, now what's yours?" She stated, her face turning serious.
"Ok Well, my name is Drew."
"Drew? That sounds like an unusual name."
"Unusual to where?"
"The place that I'm from, Equestria."
That's it, I can't take this insanity any longer I thought. First the strange color spectrum, then the naked chick, being knocked out and having an unknown head wound, then hearing that she's from Equestria? What's next, finding out that the sky is gonna turn pink and rain chocolate milk?! I just slouched in my seat and rubbed my temples to try to keep my head from exploding from all the information that I was receiving and from the massive headache I was feeling. Looking at her I could tell that she was being serious. When she was talking about her name or where she was from, she would get a kind of stern look in her eyes like when your parents ordered you not to do or touch something.
"So just out of curiosity are you like some kind of hardcore pegasister or something?"
She looked up from her food to only give me a confused look.
"I don't know what a pegasister is but I can tell you that I was once a pegasus and that I do have a sister.
"Ok this is getting crazy, how are you a pegasus? You are human, look you have no wings and no hooves, you can't be whatever you claim to be. Oh and the name too ,god just pure gold right there, choosing a name after a background pony. Hell you even went all out just to get her hair style, you have the bow and everything!" I closed my eyes and sighed in relief finally being able to get all that out. When I opened my eyes though I saw that her eyes we're now filled with the same fury which she had when she punched me. I couldn't help but twitch remembering how much power she had in that punch.
"Are you saying you don't believe me?" she asked giving me a quizzical look.
"Actually I don't know what to believe anymore after all the crazy stuff that has happened to me in a day."
"Then what do you need to see to believe me?"
"I don't know this day has been full of surprises that I just haven't believed in until today. Hell I guess showing you cutie mark would help but oh wait your not a pony and so can't have a cutie mark."
I guess I made her snap because she immediately stood up and glared at me. I didn't waste a single second in taking my arms to cover my face and closing my eyes shut, waiting for her to unleash her fury upon me. I waited for some time but it never came. Slowly opening my eyes I saw her bent over and revealing her posterior. I should have been surprised by that but I was more surprised on what was on it. Sure enough it was Flitter's cutie mark showing as clear as day to me. I felt the color of my face drain as the revelation came to me on what was going on.
"Is- Is that what I think it is." I said my voice trembling.
"Yeah it's my 100% genuine cutie mark. Believe me now?"
I'm guessing it was now that my mind couldn't take anymore because after that it just went black.
