Twilight and her friends are sent on a quest to investigate a mysterious incident that occurred in the small mountain village of Coltsgold, where the wildly eccentric scientist, Doctor Whirligig Velocity, may have created a big problem for the small mining town. It is up to Twilight Sparkle and her friends to travel there and unravel the mystery plaguing the town.
