Chapters Rainbow Dash was doubled over in pain. She felt like her stomach was performing flips inside her body. The night was going so well up to this moment. Twilight quickly trotted back to the kitchen tucked in the back of her room at the Ponyville Inn. After the destruction of her Golden Oaks Library, Twilight couldn't sleep in her new castle. She started reading off the ingredients in the recipe. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary and Rainbow Dash assured her that she had tried bovine milk before tonight. Twilight furrowed her brow. "That stupid pegasus," she muttered to herself.
The Princess slowly walked back out to the dining area. Dash was sprawled out on her back, still moaning in pain. Twilight recoiled when she smelled a foul wind in the air. She made sure to only breathe out of her mouth as she moved closer to Rainbow. Twilight rolled her eyes at the sight of it all.
Rainbow had actually made herself look nice for the evening. Her mane was brushed, her eye shadow was a bit darker, and she had definitely made sure that her eye lashes were presentable. It was their first official date afterall. A rather odd series of events took place and Twilight still wondered how she ever agreed to date one of her best friends. She wasn't previously attracted to mares, and she was uncertain if she was even attracted to Rainbow especially now with her in her current state.
Dash was in the same frame of mind. Equestria was very open sexually and while she didn't initially have an attraction to one of her best friends, she wasn't closed off to the proposition. "Rainbow, I thought you were going to take this seriously. It doesn't make sense that you would lie about something so stupid," Twilight's voice was more disappointed than angry.
Dash shook in pain and spoke, "Sorry. But you seemed so excited about tonight's dinner and it looked like you slaved over this amazing meal all day. I didn't want it to go to waste. And I'm awesome. How was I supposed to know that a glass of milk could do this to me?" It took her almost three whole minutes to mutter those few sentences.
"Ugh. It smells awful in here," Twilight accidentally said aloud.
"Sorry," said a very embarrassed Rainbow Dash.
"It's okay. Your heart was in the right place. I just hoped that you could have tried my-OH NO! My flan!" Twilight rushed off and quickly slammed a glass casing on top of the dessert.
Rainbow rotated slowly on the floor so she can see what Twilight was doing.
"Twilight?"
"I wanted the flan to breathe a bit before we ate it, but I definitely didn't want to let it breathe...THAT!" Twilight answered.
Rainbow Dash blushed with embarrassment and lifted her front hooves to cover her face, "This night is ruined."
Twilight quickly looked around her room, "Maybe I have something that can help your lactose intolerance?"
Rainbow Dash again blushed with embarrassment. She looked over at her saddlebag. She knew there was something in the bag that could help her, but she was mortified as to what Twilight would think. Another sharp pain in her abdomen caused her to yelp in pain and unwillingly release some pressure. She sighed. She couldn't fly in this condition and she definitely didn't want to spend this first night together doubled over in pain on Twilight's dining room floor, making a flan taste terrible.
"Twilight... I... I have something in my saddle bag," Rainbow moaned.
Twilight growls in frustration as she walks back into the dining room, "Why didn't you tell me soo-Oh wow it smells awful in here. Uh...Sorry. I know you are already embarrassed enough as it is, but wow. Put a cork in it." She fanned her hoof in front of her face as she trotted past Rainbow. She tried to make light of the situation, "Keep that up and I will start calling you the Smelliest Pegasus in Equestria."
Rainbow Dash laughed a bit through her gritted teeth. Her laughter shook her gut a little too much and a high pitched squeak puffed out from her behind. The room again filled with her retched air. She wagged her tail to fan the smell away from her. "Make me laugh again and I will make sure I fan it your way next time," Rainbow jokingly threatened her friend.
Twilight was busy digging through her friend's saddle bag. She sat down in frustration and used her magic to levitate everything out of her bag. Most of what she kept in her bag wasn't really anything to keep note. The first object to catch Twilight's eye was the first Daring Do book she gave to Rainbow. It had definitely seen better days. The spine was worn out and several pages were folded. It was obvious that Rainbow had read the book dozens of times. Two Wonderbolt pins were in her bag. Some tattered parchment. A broken quill. "Wait! Rainbow! You were supposed to use that to take your pill," Twilight protested.
Twilight looked down at her friend, who's face was now a beet red. Her friend muttered something.
"What was that?" Twilight asked.
Rainbow muttered again.
"I can't hear you..."
Rainbow rolled away from Twilight, "It's a suppository."
Twilight's mouth hung wide open until a loud bellow of gas erupted from her friend's butt. In response Twilight promptly closed her mouth until questions started to pour into her mind.
"That doesn't make any sense. They don't make any pills like that for adults because we are unable to insert them ourselves. Did it come with some sort of device that you could use to get it inside?" Twilight asked. She was hoping that her friend wasn't going to suggest what she thought she was going to suggest.
Rainbow was now able to communicate a bit better after the few expulsions of gas, but she felt a lot more was on its way. She eventually answered Twilight's inquiry, "Yeah, It came with something that looks like a back scratcher, but I never used that."
"Used? So you have taken one of these pills before?" Twilight asked.
"Ten," was Rainbow's answer.
"TEN?! And not once did you use the device that came with them?" Twilight was genuinely confused.

Twilight smiled but still felt a bit disgusted by the proposition, "If I like what I hear...I can use my magic. Yes."
Rainbow Dash thought for a bit, "Remember the last time Flim and Flam stopped by? The time they had the miracle tonic?"
Twilight nodded.
"Well, that wasn't the only thing they were selling."
Twilight frowned.
"I know, I know. Never trust a snake oil salespony, especially those two. But I heard that Applejack had endorsed their new cure all elixir and I had massive gas pains due to trying out some veggie tacos from a roadside vendor. I thought that I could spend a few bits and get some relief. I couldn't just fly up in the clouds and let it rip for an hour like normal, I had to be somewhere. Well I went to Flim and Flam for help. My ears were actually ringing after the first time. It's just a gargantuan trumpet to let you know it is time to insert another one," Rainbow Dash explained.
"No, it wouldn't keep your gas in your stomach because you would be feeling gas pains all month. I think the proces-wait. Are you telling me what I think you are telling me?" Twilight asked, fearing the answer.
Rainbow nodded, "Yeah, that's why I really suggest that we get that thing inside me as soon as equinely possibly."
"This is just so hard to swallow," Twilight muttered.
"That's why it's a suppository," Rainbow could barely say before bursting into uncontrollable laughter.
Twilight rolled her eyes and gave Rainbow a feigned look of frustration as she was trying to hold back her own laughter, "Well, turn around, let's get this over with."
Rainbow jumped with excitement. She couldn't believe that she had talked her friend into doing something so nasty for her. Though Twilight didn't know the half of it. Rainbow happily spun one hundred and eighty degrees and lifted her tail in the air.

"I am not one of your stallions that begs you to humiliate them. You will never expel flatulence like that in front of me ever again. Especially while aiming right at me!" Twilight shouted.
"It was just a fart," Rainbow quietly retorted.
Twilight glared at her as the pegasus returned a sheepish grin.
"Ugh. I can't stay mad at that muzzle for more than half a minute. Seriously though. Something like that shouldn't be equinely possible. I am certain that if I had you hooked up to a machine that collected all of that excretion of air, it might have had a volume of possibly 70 kilos." Twilight muttered, ashamed that she was genuinely impressed.
Rainbow wondered if that was a lot, but was to afraid to ask. It was one of the hurdles of dating a pony as smart as Twilight. She knew she was going to feel stupid a lot of the time, but hoped that Twilight was understanding.
Twilight sensed her friend's uneasiness and answered her inquisitive look as simply as possible, "The volume of that flatus was close to that of a full grown pony."
Rainbow's mood instantly changed from confused to accomplished. Without thinking, she asked, "Do you think there is an Equestria Record for that?"
Twilight rolled her eyes and laughed at her friend, "No. I don-do you hear that?"
For the past several moments since Rainbow's last expulsion of gas Twilight was hearing a high-pitched noise. She thought the cause was the suddenly loud noise Rainbow produced, but in moving her ears around the room she realized there was an actual source of the noise. She followed the noise with her eyes until she saw something she wasn't prepared to process mentally. The next noise she heard was her own screaming.
Twilight started screaming when she saw the source of the high pitched noise. She quickly moved the pill away from Rainbow Dash's butt and Rainbow quickly turned around to face her friend.

Rainbow Dash had known for quite some time what was in the pills. She had accidentally broken one open during a vigorous ride on the Stallion 540. She was hoping that this one didn't break open because she didn't want Twilight to find out what was in the pills. She watched Twilight closely as the pill was brought between them. Rainbow's eyes focused on the pill. It actually looked like half the pill was melted away. Inside was a tiny, mosly hairless, creature cowering in the bottom half of the pill. She noticed that the creature was mostly clothed which was not always the case.
Twilight looked down at the creature and back at Rainbow. She quietly asked, "Do you know what this is?"
Rainbow actually didn't really know what it was, she just knew it felt fantastic to have one trapped in her colon, locked away from any hope of release behind her puffy anus. She shook her head slowly.
The princess sighed, "This creature is known as a homo-sapien or human. I lived with their kind very briefly. Remember the stories I told you?"

Pegasus digestion was a marvel, even in Equestria. Due to the need to never being weighted down, everything a pegasus pony consumed would be turned into helium gas. "I guess I view smaller forms of life differently than you, Twi..." Rainbow looked down and twisted her hoof on the ground.
"What do you mean?" Twilight asked with genuine curiosity.
"Well, having a Griffon as a friend when you are young really opens your eyes to the possibility of eating non-vegetarian food," Rainbow was actually a little embarrassed by this. It was still a bit of a taboo for a pony to eat meat. Her stomach churned again. The milk was getting ready to release vengeance on her digestion, "Twi, time is of the essence. I need him inside me. That milk is still doing a number on me."
"I will not force this human into your foul colon!" the princess reinstated with authority in her voice but a wide smile on her face.
Twilight backed up and moved the human away from the pegasus. Rainbow lowered her front legs and head to the ground and raised her butt high in the air. She shook it left and right and then pounced at Twilight who was waiting for it. The unicorn used her magic to teleport herself to the other side of the room and Rainbow got nothing but teleportation residue.

"Oh it is on!" Rainbow charged towards Twilight and leapt into the air. Shockingly enough, Twilight did not teleport away this time and, instead, caught Rainbow Dash. Twilight was completely frozen in shock, but quickly came to her senses and put Rainbow's muzzle in stasis using her levitation spell. She pulled the human out of Rainbow's maw and marveled at the fact that he was still in one piece and, other than a few teeth marks, no worse for ware. Twilight released Rainbow's muzzle and she finished chomping with an audible snap as her teeth collided without a human to buffer.

Twilight rose the human back between them and looked at him with wonder, "I have to wonder if pegasus stomach acid is the only thing that can hurt him."

Chapter 4 of 4 [POV/Epilogue]
The paper on your desk is covered in poorly drawn scribbles. It is your last day of being a high school student. You look up at the clock and painfully watch as the seconds pass by. "Doctor's Appointment - 3:45PM! Snooze or Cancel Alarm," displays on the high definition screen.

Your phone shows a myriad of social media posts about all of your other friends getting half-days. At least it was a Wednesday, so you still only had half a week of class. You wipe the sweat off your brow and walk towards the end of the two lane street that led to the cul-du-sac of your school's entrance. When you get to the end of the road, you turn right.
The reason for the doctor's appointment didn't seem so serious, but any extra time you had to be away from your computer was always an inconvenience. The young receptionist calls you in, "Welcome! Do you have an appointment?"

She pulls out an appointment book and scrolls through the day's appointments. You walk over to the desk and the door clangs shut and the bell rings again. The sound of a ringing bell comes from the portal and the unicorn in the portal finishes the fake doctor's sentence, "Or the fastest Pegasus in Equestria."
Flam pushes the vials through the portal. Your eyes grow wide with fear as you notice the humans that get pushed through are instantly encased in tablet shaped pods. You quickly look back at the fake doctor and he smiles as you are pushed through the portal. Suddenly your world gets dark as you are encased in a gel-tab-like capsule. Screaming only hurts your own ears and punching the walls only tires you out. Gasping for air in the darkness, everything is flipped upside-down and then turned sideways. The sound of plastic crackling hurts your ears. A loud hiss signals that you have been sealed in an vacuum locked pack and you are frozen in stasis.
The loud sound of atmosphere leaking pulls you out of stasis over ten months later, but to you it was just a second. It is still very dark in you chamber, but you can hear muffled voices. You press your ear to the wall. Suddenly a wet looking monster presses its mouth against the side of the wall. The liquid on the ring of the mouth made the skin look clear as day through the translucent walls. The monster gurgled and growled at you, but then it did something you weren't expecting. It released a torrent of foul air. The heat melted way the wall it was pressed against. The horrid odor filled your capsule as the air kept pumping out of the huge monster's mouth. The roar of the monster fades and you realize that you weren't deaf. You look back at the monster and realize that it is a fat, equine, cyan, puckered anus. You start screaming as you stare into your fate.
Thundering movement knocks you down. You turn away from the massive asshole and see a giant purple unicorn looking down at you. You both scream. The awful smelling anus quickly moves away from you, but the owner of the fat pucker is now looking at you and her friend. Falling down in your remaining refuge, you cower as the colorful equines argue above you. "I will not force this human into your foul colon!"
The words rang out quiet enough for you to hear ever last beautiful syllable. Suddenly you are pulled away from the cyan pegasus by a magenta light. Your heart leaps into your throat as the pegasus charges for you. Quickly you look at your savior, the purple unicorn with wings.
"Do something!" you try to shout but your voice is caught in your throat. Looking back at the charging pegasus, you freeze. Suddenly the whole world disappears and reappears in an instant. Every hair on your body tingles as you realize that you are on the other side of the room. Did I just fucking teleport?! You smile up at your savior and cheer her on.
The pegasus charges but you don't care. You have a unicorn to protect you. The pegasus connects with the unicorn. You wonder why she didn't teleport. The magenta light glows brighter as you are safely levitated away from the ponies wrestling. The pegasus with the rainbow mane released another foul blast of wind and you gag on the horrid effluvia.
Turning back to the ponies wrestling you cry out when you see that the cyan pegasus had won. They are joking about deadly weapons when everything gets quiet. The cyan pegasus is pushed slowly into the air by a magenta glow, just like the one holding you in the air. You watch as she is placed softly on the ground and then runs back to the purple unicorn to sit right next to her as the unicorn sits up. Suddenly the magenta aura around you glows brighter as you are pulled back towards them.
The two muzzles are pointed directly at you and each other as they discuss your fate. Again you are too close and their voices too booming for you to make out exactly what they are saying, "Deadly, absurd, empathize, rump, dragon, pony, shoving, backdoor, humans, crawling, inside, stomach, pills, third, shoved, dildo, butt, butthole." Their argument rages on and you watch as they go back and forth. You realize that through all of this, your heart is racing and your dick is rock hard.
The rainbow maned pegasus turns back to you, looking down at your body, "Twilight?"
