Colgate's Practice

After Colgate closed up shop for the day Lyra headed home like she always does and Colgate and Pinkamena headed downstairs to the hospital. They had the ultimate patient now, one who Colgate plans on punishing far more harshly than the others. When they headed down into the hospital all the patients were awake. The first one to say anything was Celestia.

"COLGATE, RELEASE US OR I'M SENDING YOU TO THE MOON FOREVER!"

Colgate walked over to the princess and smacked her. She laughed, "Yeah right Celestia. Once I'm through with you, you won't even be able to levitate a quill, much less banish anypony anywhere."

Celestia began thrashing about in her chair. Colgate shook her head and ordered, "Pinkamena, go get my tools, it looks like we have another unruly patient."

Pinkamena grabbed Colgate's drill, some bolts, some nuts and a wrench. With Celestia's magic disabled by the horn cap and enchanted chains, Colgate was easily able to hold her in place as she began to drill holes through her legs. Celestia was screaming out in agony as the bit began to drill through the bone in her leg. Blood was squirting out like water does from a fountain. Colgate opened her mouth and began to drink the warm liquid. She couldn't get enough of it. She said excitedly, "Wow, Alicorn blood is the best!

Celestia saw this and screamed, "You are pure evil Colgate! Pure evil!"

Colgate ordered, "Pinkamena, smack her when she speaks. I never gave her permission to speak."

Pinkamena nodded and smacked Celestia silly. Celestia began cussing Colgate as she finished bolting her hind legs to the chair and moved on to her front legs. Pinkamena followed orders and continued smacking her harder and harder. Finally Celestia began trying to force that horn cap off. Colgate could see her horn glowing and sparks flying out from the base of her horn. Colgate knew it could be disastrous if she was able to remove the cap, so she decided that she must permanently disable Celestia's magic.

Colgate ordered, "Pinkamena, do whatever you can to make her hold her head still. I have something I must do to make sure she doesn't break free."

Pinkamena did the first thing that she could think of. She grabbed a knife and held it to Celestia's throat. Celestia quickly stopped moving her head but started crying uncontrollably. She cried, "Why Colgate? Why are you doing this?"

Colgate smacked her harder than she had any other patient she had. She screamed, "Because you LIED TO ME! I write a pain free root canal spell for you, you promise me you would take care of your teeth but then you don't! Liars MUST be punished severely!"

Before Celestia could say anything else she felt a great amount of pressure on her horn as Colgate had it clamped between her teeth at the base. Colgate grabbed a hold of the back of the chair to brace herself as she began pulling her head back further and further. Finally, a powerful burst of magic came from Celestia which caused the horn cap to go flying across the room. The whole basement shook but that would be Celestia's final spell. Colgate ripped Celestia's horn straight out of her skull. Even the nerves that connected it to her brain came out with it.

The energy released from this caused every chair to go flying and it caused injuries to other patients. Pinkamena and even Colgate herself were thrown back and suffered some bruises but Colgate didn't care. She achieved her objective. She marched over in front of Celestia levitating her horn dancing and screaming in triumph. She shouted, "This is truly a great day for oral hygiene in Equestria. The leader of Equestria pays the price for thinking she is above taking care of her teeth!

Pinkamena laughed, "Yeah Celestia, now you're nothing more than an overgrown Pegasus!"

Colgate had noticed that blood was shooting out of the hole in her head so naturally she took straight to it, soaking her entire face in blood. Pinkamena asked, "Colgate, can I have some?"

Colgate realized that she needed to let her assistant in on the fun. She replied, "Of course Pinkamena! There's still plenty flowing out!"

Celestia's head was pounding in more pain than ever before as Pinkamena began to suck the blood out of the wound. Finally the blood stopped flowing and Celestia's two captors stood in front of her, their faces a deep red, taunting her in their triumph. Colgate laughed, "Well Pinkamena, shall we turn her into an overgrown earth pony now?"

Pinkamena laughed, "Of course!"

Pinkamena was easily able to hold the much weakened princess in place as Colgate grabbed her chainsaw. She fired it up and began to saw into the base of her left wing. Celestia's body began to convulse so violently that she threw Pinkamena clear across the room. While it was far from being a clean cut, Colgate was able to get her left wing sawed off. She grabbed it and stood in front of her captive and laughed, "Well, now you're only HALF A PEGASUS!"

Celestia yelled, "You'll never get away with this. My sister will kill you two for doing this to me." She tried to lunge forward but only caused her to be thrown back harder into the spiked chair. Pinkamena was finally able to get up and walked over to her boss smiling. Colgate said, "Pinkamena, since she threw you across the room how about you finish this?"

Pinkamena laughed hysterically as Colgate handed her the saw. She got to work on Celestia's other wing. Her cut was much smoother as Celestia was too weak to thrash about in her chair. It didn't take long for Pinkamena to get the wing cut off. She turned the saw off and joined her boss in front of Celestia, who was now screaming so loudly in agony that it was almost deafening. The two began to eat her wings in front of her and simply gave her an evil smile. Colgate said, "Oh, there are more things we must do."

Colgate grabbed Celestia's horn, which was very sharp. She dug it into the fallen princess's abdomen and carved the word "tyrant" into it. All that remained was one more punishment, which would be the most humiliating of them all. Colgate took a knife and began to cut her cutie marks off of her. Celestia began to cry as her very identity was being removed from her. Five minutes later Colgate had them cut off. She stood in front of the princess holding the hide from her flanks. Colgate and Pinkamena looked at their flanks and then looked at Celestia. Colgate laughed, "Hey Pinkamena, you know what this makes the princess now, don't you."

The two began to laugh, pointed their hooves at her and shouted, "BLANK FLANK!"

Colgate was hoping that this would crush Celestia's will to live but it only brought out anger from the princess. Celestia continued to scream and shout that Luna would punish the two severely. Colgate decided that she must be shut up. Colgate grabbed her drill, forced Celestia's mouth open and began to drill into the tooth that was rotting. Celestia still had enough energy to thrash about again but that didn't stop Colgate from hitting her target. She drilled her way through the tooth and destroyed her upper jaw. Colgate pulled the drill out and said, "Alright my precious princess, your punishment is over. Now we wait for you to die."

Celestia, still having her adrenaline flowing had a fiery look in her eyes and mustered up every ounce of energy she still had. She lunged forward and managed to rip her hind legs out of the chair's legs, yet her front legs remained bolted into the arms. The force from her being thrown back caused her front legs to become dislocated. As her front legs were ripped out of their sockets Celestia screamed, "Curse you Colgate, curse you!"

Colgate realized that only one thing could be done at this point. She looked at her assistant and asked, "Shall I put her out of her misery? Shall I end the pathetic wretch's life?"

Pinkamena was jumping up and down, giddy with excitement wondering what Colgate's plans were. She said, "Sure, let's finish her off!"

Colgate had finally done what she wanted, she crushed Celestia's very desire to be alive as Celestia began to sob and ask, "Colgate, would you please just kill me? I don't want to be alive anymore. You win."

Colgate shook her head and in a solemn voice she said, "Damn, you're weak Celestia. At least Moondancer was begging for her life as I lowered my saw towards her abdomen."

Celestia sobbed, "But I've been reduced from being the most powerful being alive to being nothing more than a bug under your hoof. Just kill me already."

Colgate was ecstatic upon hearing this, so she grabbed Celestia's horn, gave the weakened Celestia a smile and said, "I'm sorry Princess, but you are far too gone. I am afraid I have to do the only humane thing."

Celestia cried, "Just end it already."

Colgate's warm smile turned into a scowl as she began ramming Celestia's horn into her chest violently, again and again. As she plunged it into her heart, Celestia let out one final agonizing scream before she took her final breath. Colgate laughed, "You know something Pinkamena, I had never had so much fun before in my life! Seeing the life leave her eyes made me feel like a QUEEN!"

Pinkamena asked, "Colgate, what are we going to do with the body? I don't think it will fit through the meat grinder."

Colgate replied, "Very true Pinkamena, very true. I know what to do."

Colgate grabbed her chainsaw and began to cut the princess's remains into three pieces. Once she done this she then ran the pieces through the meat grinder. When her entire body had been ran through Pinkamena and Colgate started feasting on the sweet Alicorn meat. Colgate offered some to her patients but naturally, they had no desire to eat any. Colgate laughed, "Oh well, your loss. That leaves more for us!"

Now that Celestia was taken care of, Colgate knew of one other pony that she wanted to punish, her former boss, Doctor White Tooth who lives in Fillydelphia. She knew that capturing him and bringing him back to Ponyville would not be easy, but that it would be well worth it seeing the boss who was so demanding pleading for his life.
