Colgate's Practice

When Rarity was coming to she looked around her surroundings. She found herself in a dimly lit room along with three other ponies. With the sedative wearing off she realized that her entire back and her legs were covered in blood. She shouted, "MY FUR! IT IS RUINED!"

Colgate walked over to her patient and laughed, "Well, well, well, it looks like little miss Rarity has awoken."

Rarity shouted, "You beast, how could you do this? How could you ruin my fur like this?"

Pinkie looked over to see her friend in the chair next to her. She asked, "Colgate, how could you do this to Rarity? She never did anything to you."

Colgate smacked Pinkie for speaking out of turn. She sneered, "Yes she did. She came into my office with cavities so she must pay the penalty!"

Rarity continued to scream and yell, very loudly. Colgate was worried that her yelling might be heard upstairs so she gave her some strong sedatives to get her back to sleep. When she saw Rarity fall back asleep she laughed, "Well this is more like it!"

Before she headed upstairs Moondancer said, "Colgate, my stomach really hurts. Could you please remove that tooth you made me swallow?"

Colgate smacked her and replied, "Do I look like a surgeon to you? I could try to remove it but I'd probably kill you in the process!"

Moondancer began to cry as Colgate headed back upstairs. After she had left the three patients that were awake began to talk amongst themselves. Moondancer asked, "Bon Bon, Pinkie, if I do die will you avenge my death? Will you make sure that she gets punished?"

Bon Bon replied, "Yeah, if we can ever get out of here ourselves."

A couple hours later Rarity was waking up again hoping that everything that had happened that day was just a nightmare but quickly realized it wasn't when she felt the spikes in her back. She looked to her left when she heard Moondancer's cries getting louder as the tooth was moving into her intestines. She asked, "Moondancer darling, whatever is wrong?"

Moondancer cried, "A couple of days ago Colgate forced me to eat Bon Bon's tooth."

Rarity was stunned. She asked, "Why?"

Moondancer replied, "Because Bon Bon and I were talking and she heard me refer to her as a psychotic bitch."

Bon Bon added, "And she ripped my leg out of it's socket for saying buck you to her."

Rarity replied, "Well, when I get out of here I will avenge all of us. I will make sure she is punished." She paused and looked at Pinkie. She asked, "Pinkie, how did you wind up in here?"

Pinkie pointed her hoof towards the meat grinder. She replied, "I caught her stealing that meat grinder from the butcher and she wanted to make sure I never told anypony she stole it."

They continued to try to comfort Moondancer as the pain moved into her lower abdomen. Her small intestine was trying to push the tooth through but at the same time it was tearing a hole in it, causing digestive acid to drip into her body. At first the effects were just stinging pain but by the time Colgate closed the office and came down to check on her patients she was screaming in agony.

Colgate stormed over to her and smacked her. She shouted, "WOULD YOU SHUT UP? I can't have you screaming like this."

Moondancer cried, "It hurts so bad. Please, I know you're not a surgeon but could you please try to remove it? I don't want to die."

Colgate got a sadistic smile on her face and replied, "Oh ok, I'll remove it."

Colgate headed over by her meat grinder and got her chainsaw. She headed back to Moondancer and saw all four of her patients with a terrified look on her face. She screamed, "You said you were going to remove it, not cut me open!"

Colgate sneered, "Hey moron, I would have to cut you open either way so I figure I may as well do it with style." She started laughing and asked, "Any last words Moondancer?"

Moondancer started trying to kick herself loose but to no avail. Colgate fired up her chainsaw and lowered it down to where it was just mere inches away from Moondancer's lower abdomen. She turned her saw off and asked, "So everypony, who will want to help me dispose of the evidence?"

Moondancer cried, "What do you mean?"

Colgate replied, "Say 'aye' if you want pony burgers."

They all screamed "no." Moondancer screamed at Colgate asking how she could be so barbaric and tried pleading with her to spare her life."

It did no good though, Colgate turned her saw back on and lowered it into Moondancer's abdomen, causing blood and guts to go flying everywhere. She turned her saw off once she had shredded her intestine. She bent down and began to eat Moondancer's intestines until she felt a hard object in her mouth. It was Bon Bon's tooth. She pulled it out of her mouth triumphantly. She looked at the remains and laughed, "There, I removed it. Happy?"

This caused her other three patients to start vomiting and crying uncontrollably. During that day they had grown close to Colgate's first victim. Colgate saw that they had blood and guts splattered all over them. She sneered, "Well it looks like it is bath time for you three!"

Colgate grabbed a hose and soaked the three remaining patients with water. She then looked at Moondancer's remains and asked, "What's that dear? You want a shower too? Sorry but you've been a very bad patient and you don't get one!"

She then unchained the unicorn's remains and took them over to her meat grinder. She began to run the corpse through it and out the other end came ground meat and tiny pieces of bones. She grabbed some of the meat and ate it. She asked, "Hey girls, you want a bite? She is delicious!"

This caused Bon Bon and Rarity to vomit again but it woke up a different side of Pinkie, a side that Colgate may find useful. While she did secretly want a bite she declined the offer because she did not want to anger her fellow patients. Soon though, Pinkie would go from being a friend of Rarity's to a foe.

As Colgate washed herself off she felt a great sense of relief. She felt like she had wiped out the first cancerous tumor of poor oral hygiene yet she also realized that she had many, many more to take care of. Yes, she was happy when patients would come in and have good teeth but she wanted more patients with bad teeth to come in so she could continue to wipe out the problem. Eventually though, it would be more than just Ponyville residents that she would target.
