There is something to be said about memories. Even after he has them, Hokey Smokes is still trying to piece his memories together. He might know who he is, but the memories of friends and family have left him with little to do besides wander around. There has to be a way he could find them, a way he could finally discover the people that actually care about him. A mishap with directions, thanks to his own inability to concentrate on the smaller details, has landed him back at a town that he is sure despises him.

The grumble of his stomach is enough to make him stick around, and an orchard is soon found. Hokey Smokes is well aware that somepony might have a problem with him being there, and with him taking apples, but that isn't what is on his mind. With a single apple for dinner, he goes to sleep for the night. He is completely unaware of the ponies who live there, until the next day when one of them finds the incriminating evidence of the apple core sitting next to the unicorn.

How will they react? How will he react?

This is sequel to my other story (http://www.fimfiction.net/story/12868/What-is-Real%3F). I would suggest you read it, as it establishes who this character actually is. I will also be pulling some elements from there, for continuity's sake, as time goes on.
