Chapters My name is Eclipse I am a guy with long black hair that has a pink stripe in the middle, which reaches my shoulders in a messy fashion. I was put here when I was 14, I am now 20. I was taken out of Middle school and taken to the PonyVille Mountain Center for the clinically insane. My Doctor, Doctor Twilight Sparkle, said it would be healthy to write my lifes story. Nothing censored So that's what im gonna do. I'm not the best at writing but, Twilight says I should write every day to get better. She gave me a book, A kind of journal; he said that it will help me get better to write down my problems, No matter how much it hurts. So...Here we go I guess.
April 1, 2009 The day it began.
I was born on May 23, 1995. I am currently 20 years old, but will be 21 in the next two months. Anyway, I was born a fully healthy Baby boy. My parents have always wanted a child named Eclipse. I'm not sure why though.
For most of my childhood I was alone. I sat alone in the back of the class, I was always pushed around and picked on, I was shy back then so i did nothing but take it. I had this bully in middle school, he would always pick on me the most. Swirlies, wedges, writing on my face while I sleep...And countless others that are far too embarrassing to say here.
One day he was picking on me as he usually does, but this time he thought he would beat me up. He was kicking me and punching me all over, while he did no one even considered helping. They just stood watching...laughing. Even the teachers didn't help. That was the day I finally snapped. I kick his face and grab the nearest object near me, Which was my backpack, and sling it across his head. Everyone watched in horror as I keep beating him with my bag, which was filled with books because i loved to read. I didn't stop until his entire head was crushed. I look at myself, the scene, and my backpack, I start to grin. Why am I grinning?! Why am I loving this?! What's happening?! These were the only thoughts going through my head as two forceful hands grabbed my arms and forced them behind my back. They handcuff me and force me up, I look at the crowds faces and laugh. If you could have seen them...it was priceless.
My laughter becomes uncontrollable and erratic, I also started to say stuff I didn't want to, "I'm going to kill you all!" And, "I will rip your hearts from your chests and make you eat it you pieces of fucking shit!!" I had no Idea why i was doing this...at that moment I didn't care. All I cared about was the boy I just killed, He'll never have a future...he'll never grow up and have a family...All because of me. For some reason, I was sad and Ecstatic!
I feel hot streams flow down my face and realize i'm crying, But I am still grinning big. They drag me outside and shove me into a police car. I barely remember the trip to the facility. I have no idea why, but I was happy that I did it. I always hated him, almost everyone hated him. Before I knew it the door I was leaning against was swung open and I fell out on my face. More hands pick me up and uncuff me.
I ball my fist up and swing at a guy in full white. He dodges it and another guy in white holds back my arms. The first guy stabs a needle into my neck and injects me with some kind of sleeping drug. Soon my world starts to go black. The last thing I remember before falling asleep is someone putting a coat on me.
Well...there you have it. That's how I was admitted into this Asylum. That's all I need to write for today.

Journal entry - March 23, 2015
"He's the perfect (Couldn't hear) for this research!"
"No! He's getting better by the day! You can't just (Couldn't hear) him!"
I couldn't get the rest of the conversation as a nurse walked by and busted me eavesdropping. But...I didn't mind that she caught me, I think she's pretty. Her names, Fluttershy. Her beautiful Pink hair perfectly cascades down her head. Her eyes a amazing violet eyes.
"You fucking bitch!" The man screams in her face, he slaps her and i get mad. Really mad. I walk up to him and punch him in the face, causing him to fly at least a foot, he lands with a loud thud and a groan.
I pick him up and make him face her. "Apologize!" He spits blood in her face. I grab his balls hard and squeeze. "A.P.O.L.O.G.I.Z.E." With every letter I squeezed harder and harder. He lets out a high pitched yelp.
"I-i'm sorry miss!!!" He says quickly hoping I'll let go, I don't.
"Do it better." I growl into his ear.
"I-i'm sorry I slapped you!! I-i should never hit a woman!" He yelps quicky. I let go and he lets out a heavy breath he was holding.
"Now get out of my sight." He quickly rushes off. I hold out my hand to her. "Are you okay?"
Her face starts to get red, "U-um...yes I am. Thank you." She takes my hand and I lift her to her feet. "You didn't need to do that."
I smile. "I did." My stomach is a hive of Butterflies. She smiles too and kisses my cheek as she walks away. My heart melts, I am in love. I look to see that everyone is smiling at me.
Twilight smiles at me. "Good Job Eclipse." She pats my back. "You're coming along very well."
The rest of the day goes on as usual after that, But the night...the night was great.
Fluttershy walks into my room before curfew. "Eclipse...here I just wanted to give you something for standing up for me today." She holds out a box of chocolates. I smile and take it, It feels light. I open it to find all of the chocolates gone. I look back at her, I only now notice the chocolate at the corner of her mouth. She blushes. "S-sorry...I love chocolates."
I smile and say. "It's okay. I'm not much of a sweets guy."
She smiles back. "Well...My shifts over I should head home." She begins to walk out and stop her.
"W-wait um...Fluttershy?" I feel my ears get hot. "W-will...will...nevermind."
"What is it Eclipse?" Her eyes are shining brightly. Wow...That's it!
I feel my face get massively hot, I Stand and rush to her. Before she can react I kiss her passionately. I Have know her for...5 years now. I have too...I can't take hiding my feelings anymore. She doesn't resist, Instead she melts into my arms. I pull away. "I love you. I want to be with you forever. I...I'm sorry. I couldn't hide these feelings anymore. I-" She places a finger over my lips.
"Shh...I love you too Eclipse." She smiles at me, God...I could look at that smile all day. I embrace her lovingly and she gives back. After a few minutes we separate. "I should get home before it get's too dark." She kisses my cheek and waves me goodbye. I wave back and sigh happily. I slip into bed and fall asleep, smiling.

Journal entry - March 24th, 2015
I have no Idea what my Twilight was explaining to me today. She keep talking about...I'm not sure. All I know was...it was 6:30 when she started talking and when she finished it was 7:47. She shook me when I zoned out. The whole time I keep making a list of why I love Fluttershy.
She's cute, funny, adorably shy, a happy person, completely positive, he wonderful voice...I would say more but...I can't be here all day.
I've noticed the more time I spend here, The more Nightmares I have. There of...me in a very dark place. A distant cry for help is heard in the background, I look on all sides but see nothing but darkness. The cry gets louder and my head starts to hurt. The cries turn into screams and my head pounds so loud I can't even hear myself think. I scream, "SHUT UP!!" The cries stop. I feel weak and fall to my knees and land in something wet. I look down to see that i'm kneeling in a pool of blood followed by a stream, multiple streams feeding it. I slowly look up to see everyone...everyone I have ever known or seen in a large pile beaten, bloody, and without eyes, tongues, fingers. They all stare at me. The cries start again, so loud I cover my ears, which are bleeding from the sound, and fall into the pool of blood; Covering myself in it. "SHUT UP!! SHUT UP!! SHUT UP!!" I begin to cry as the screams stop.
I hear one...One voice that I fear every night. A girl walks to me and sits beside me, and pets me. Her...long pink hair covering her face and body, But I know who it is. Fluttershy. "Shh...It's okay eclipse. I forgive you...But..." She puts her eyeless face in front of me, some blood dripping onto my face. "WHY ME?!" She creams at me, I then wake up panting and gasping for air. I look around the dark cell like room. I don't go back to sleep for the rest of the night, I only cry into my arms.

Journal entry - March 25th, 2015
Doctor twilight got someone simpler to explain to me what she was talking about yesterday. I think...her name was Rainbow Dash. This is what I can remember what she said to me.
"Alright Eclipse, You ready? This is a lot of info to take in." I nod. "Great. Apparently Twi says that you're a perfect patient for an experiment that should help you get better. It'll be an operation, so you won't feel a thing. Also, Twilight says that you're not good at learning...you're...how did she put it? I think it was...Border-line retarded. Which means that-"
I cut her off, "I know i'm dumb."
"S-sorta..." A small blush appears on her face. "You can read and write but, you don't know much else do you?" I shake my head. I only got into middle school because the teachers didn't want me to be in there class anymore. i would ask, Why is that that? After a while that gets annoying to them for every question. I try hard, I really do, But...I just can't get it.
She continues, "Well...there also gonna try to make you a little smarter. Just enough so you can learn for yourself." She Says some other stuff that I don't remember.

Journal entry - March 26, 2015.
Nothing much happened today. A few Doctors asked me a lot of personal questions.
"Have you ever had an STD?" or, "Have you ever smoked?" And my favorite, "Have you ever drunk or eaten any of your own bodily outputs."
They ask questions for a few hours, then look at each other and leave. I ask Twilight what they were doing and she said, "Don't worry about it." I shrug and look at the clock smiling. Medicine time! I walk back to my room to find fluttershy sitting on my bed, she smiles when I walk in. She rushes to me and hugs me tightly. She was sick yesterday. I hug back, blushing slightly. I give her a quick kiss on her lovely pink lips and she giggles.
"Nu-uh~" She wraps her arms around my neck and pulls me into a kiss. Man...she is strong, At least for a girl. My face begins to burn as I kiss back. I look deep into her half lidded eyes and smile while I kiss her. I pull away stare into her eyes...her beautiful eyes and say, "I love you fluttershy."
She smiles, "I love you too Eclipse." I begin to tear up, she notices and wipes my eyes. Her eyes still full of love, now have concern in them. "What's wrong Eclipse?"
I shake my head, smiling and wiping my eyes. "I-i...I'm just lucky. I never thought anyone as amazing as you could...could fill my empty soul." I smile at her and she smiles back.
She gives me a quick goodbye kiss and leaves, waving at me. I wave back, smiling.
Welp...that was the highlight of my day. Goodnight! Man I am so happy!

Journal entry - March 26, 2015.
The hospital was burned down! Almost...A few rooms were on fire but the sprinkles put them out. Apparently one of the patients here was, "Interested" With fire and somehow got a lighter. No one was hurt...except for the guy with the lighter. He got burned over 50% of his body. Twilight said something about the experiments research. I think...it was that it was held back to another date. Apparently the sprinklers fried all of the computers and destroyed all of the papers. Luckily my journal was in the desk I use to write on. Lucky huh?
Fluttershy went off to find me and I felt my face melt form the heat. I could see her bra through her shirt...I keep staring and she noticed. I guess she didn't know because she covered them with her arms and rushed off, her face just as red as mine. I keep standing there red-faced.
We spent the rest of the day outside, until most of every thing was dried.

So Twilight told me that my operation would be on My Birthday! I'm guessing she planned it that way. She introduced me to a nice man who shook my hand lightly, he said that he was going to be testing and observing me for the next few days. He pulled me into his office and started to...touch me. I asked him to stop but he said it was part of his job. He patted up my sides and my legs. He did the same between my legs.
He stops. "I am sorry about that...It's a kind of Phobia. A patient was hiding a metal fork on him and...well he stabbed my chest. But anyway, sit please." I nod and sit in a chair that is in front of his desk. "Now...Eclipse I am going to show you a card that has ink on it. You tell me what the fist thing you see is. Don't think just say."
I nod. He holds up a card that kinda looks like a skeleton. "Death." He nods and holds up another, Which looks...like a sandwich, if I squint. "Food." He nods again. "And this?" It's a blank card. For some reason, I only see fluttershy...without eyes, a tongue, and lips. "F-fluttershy" I spout it quickly to avoid saying the real answer. He smiles at me and writes something down. It seems like letters. "You can go now."

I am not sure what it means...maybe it's just a code so the patient can't see the results. Or even understand them. I nod and stand and leave.
I spend the rest of the day trying not thinking about fluttershy, but I can't. The more I try to not think about her the more I do. I don't even eat or take my meds. Oh well...

Journal entry - April 4, 2015
That's the only thing i'm worried about.
Fluttershy's in the hospital, She's gotten very sick. I asked Twilight if I would stay with her while she recovers but she said, "Until we can figure out what she has we can't let anyone near her." I felt sad...very sad, I was ready to cry...I think I was actually crying already. An unknown disease? A parasite? Thoughts of what she could have were flooding my mind. Twilight told me not to worry and that they were gonna do everything they could to help her. This made me feel a little better...but not much.

Journal entry - April 12, 2015
Twilight said that I don't need to write every day, as long as I can remember what happened.
Fluttershy is still in the hospital, I heard Twilight talking to some other ponies about it. I think they were friends. They was the Rainbow one who told me what the surgery would do the first time who was now wearing what looked like a track suit. Another had Pink hair, her outfit is too odd to explain. Another was sorta Southern with blond hair. They last one had white elegant clothes on and Blue elegant looking hair.
They're all crying. Twilight was too as she said. "We'll start Fluttershy on chemo immediately..." Chemo, What's that? I walk around the corner and ask what's wrong.
"O-oh...(wipes eyes) I wanted to speak with you...you can see Fluttershy now."
"I-i can?! Thank you!" I hug her tightly, she hugs back and I feel something wet my shoulder...her tears. "Why are you all crying? Fluttershy's fine now right...?"
They look at eachother. "Um...yes Eclipse Fluttershy is fine but...we need to keep her in the hospital for a while..."
I start to ask why but she stops me. "Please don't ask why."
I nod slowly. "When can I see her?"
"You can now...but you have to finish your Journal entry yes? Once you do we can leave."
I nod and rush off.

Journal entry - April 20, 2015
I walk to her and she notices the chocolates, which are in a Heart shaped box.
"Are those f-for me...?" Her voice and raspy and dry, Far from her normal angelic voice.
"Y-yea..." I hand them to her, she grabs them and drops them. Luckily they land on the bed.
"Sorry..." She starts to pick them up and can barely lift them. I pick them up and she scoots over enough so I can get in the hospital bed with her.
I get in and open the box. I pick up a piece and guide it into her mouth. It takes her a second to chew and swallow it. It takes her longer to do the same for me. I chew and swallow. We look into eachothers eyes and smile. T F
That was...8 days ago I think? Fluttershy has only gotten worse...I have to help her do everything. I don't mind, As long as I'm with my love. I wouldn't care if we the only people in the world...because right now we were to each other. I haven't left fluttershys side since I got here. We sleep holding eachother. I usually cry after she's fallen asleep...She will get better I know she will.
I am going to stop writing until the surgery.

I told Fluttershy the surgery is today. She seemed very sad. I told her I would be back as soon as it was over...I asked Twilight if we could share the same bed and she said that as long as I didn't hit my head it would be fine.
I...I did somthing I thought I never would. I made love to Fluttershy that night. We already had before but...it was special that night. I...I'm not comfortable writing that part out. We kept saying how much we loved each other all night until we fell asleep in eachothers arms.

I hear a raspy, "Eclipse...?" Her friends move aside to reveal fluttershy...she looks awful...how could this happen?! She...she looked bad before but now was...
I rush over and grab her hand gently. "W-what's wrong Love...?"
"It's time...I'm sorry...I love you so much..."
I feel hot streaks of tears on my cheeks. "I love you so much too Fluttershy..." I kiss her softly. She kisses back and slowly lets go of my hand and falls limp. I hear her heart monitor, "Beeeep" signaling her death. I pull away from the kiss and hug her lifeless body muttering through my tears. "No...no...please..." I hear everyone cry behind me.
I don't think i'll be writing for a while.
Journal entry July 16, 2015
I don't know why I am still writing this...its been two months since I lost the love of my life. I stay in my old house now...My parents died a few years ago so I inherited the house. I haven't left it for those two months. The operation was a failure...I'm not sure if I wrote that in the last entry...I don't want to go back and read that. I've only been able to think of Fluttershy. I miss her. I have cried every day for her. ~~I don't think I can take it anymore.~~ Twilight has asked to see me but I tell her to go away. My life is nothing but sadness. It will all end soon
This is my last entry. I have to be with fluttershy, I don't care where, when, or how But i have to.
"I say I don't care anymore but, the truth is I care too much."
"It's so hard to forget someone when they gave you so much to remember."
I end this with Eight letters, three words, and one regret. I Miss you.
As I finish the last sentence and slowly close the book. I sit in a chair and look at a photo of Fluttershy and me smiling. So happy...
Tears fill my eyes, I set it back and smile. "I'll be there soon My love." I take a handful of pills and feel my chest hurt immensely. I grab my heart and arch my back. I look at the picture and smile. "Soon..." Everything suddenly fades to black.

Chapter 4. Love comes in many forms.
I open my eyes...wherever I am it's dark. Very dark. I see a figure with pink hair...a girl. She turns around and notices me. "Hello...my love."
She fully turns around, "Hello love." She smiles. It's her. I rush to her and hug her tight.
"I missed you so much!"I start to cry.
"I missed you too...come with me." She takes my hand and we walk into the darkness.
Soon we come to her house...somehow. "She opens the door. "Welcome home my love."
I look around. We are in ponyville...full of other people. Its just like...like the real world. But better...I have Fluttershy with me. I smile and walk in. "Good to be home."
