2 years have passed since the Summer Sun Celebration. Galaxy, his wife Crystal, and their friends have lived peacefully. However, after an attempted murder of a close friend of Mocha's that he swears wasn't him, Galaxy is framed and leaves to find answers, resulting in him confronting the deeper, darker side of himself, Nightmare. Just what is Nightmare's plan? Simple, to resurrect Nightmare Moon and plunge Equestria into darkness. Can Galaxy's friends save Galaxy from his nightmares and stop Nightmare Moon and Nightmare? Or will Equestria be cast into the night forever?
