(If you're going into this story new, Emily's Mind mind was made with the in intention of pointing out the flaws in the storytelling of Human in Equestria stories that have Anthropomorphic ponies instead of regular ponies, with a little bit of Half-Life elements thrown in, you're, also, not supposed to realize just what exactly is going on, like Emily, because it's not super-obvious, the same way Emily doesn't really acknowledge others advice to- (NO SPOILERS!!!), she just kinda moves.
