Galaxy and the gang thought that after defeating Comet, Equestria would return to normal. Their victory was short lived. One last challenge faces them, and the could bring about the end of all life. Galaxy's brother, Comet, has found a dark substance that could destory Equestria. It's name? Haggarium, named after a pony witch that once served Sombra 1,000 years ago. All of it's stores were depleted, save for one.

Princess Luna is eventually sent to Ponyville by her sister after refusing to leave her side to aid Galaxy and his pals to help her take back Canterlot and free her sister, Celestia, who has been taken prisoner by Comet in her own castle. Mocha is taken captive by her ex husband, Valerium, who apparently has been in league with Comet since he left her. After a key member of their group is injured, the rest of the group must storm Canterlot to save Mocha, but what happens when they're forced to fight her? Will they save the world, or will Comet rule Equestria forever?
