Princess Celestia

Jake happily slept in his bed. Nothing in the world was going to bothering him. His Pokemon around sleeping away as well. Jake rolled over as he happily dreamed away. Even though he knew Twilight liked to wake up early, he never enjoyed it. So Twilight at times would let him sleep a little longer. But today wasn't exactly going to be one of those days.

"Jake get up!" Screamed Twilight as she burst into his room.

Jake rolled out of bed onto the floor, which woke him. His Pokemon yawned and looked at Twilight who frantically danced in place.

"Jake!" She said

Jake poked his half sleep head up to look at Twilight. "What Twilight?"

"You need to get ready, right now." Said Twilight

"Mind telling me what's so important." Said Jake

"Princess Celestia is coming over to visit. I only got a letter from her a few minutes ago. She could be here any minute." A knock came rolling through the library from the front door. "Oh no, she's here!"

Twilight ran down the stairs to answer the knocking on the front door. Jake just rolled his eyes as he got dressed for the morning. His Pokemon looked up at him. He walked down the stairs and saw Twilight talking with another pony. The pony was regal in nature and was royal by sight. Jake could tell it was an alicorn by the fact of both a horn and pair of wings. The alicorn had a white coat and ethereal mane that flowed with no existence of wind. The eyes were magenta in color. Gold jewelry, including a crown, sat on the body of the alicorn. Last was a sun cutie mark. Twilight looked to see Jake standing at the bottom of the steps. She walked over and stood next to him.

"Princess Celestia, please meet Jake the Pokemon trainer." Said Twilight

"Nice to meet you." Said Celestia

"To you to Princess Celestia." Said Jake

Celestia had outstretched her hoof, and Jake took it. He gently gave a kiss to the golden metal hoof covering. Celestia giggled as Jake let it go.

"My, you sure know how to act towards royalty." Said Celestia

"Well thank you, princess. Now, if you excuse me, I have to feed my Pokemon team their breakfast." Said Jake

Jake walked into the kitchen and down the stairs came Jake's Pokemon team. Twilight started to act nervous as she looked at Celestia. Celestia looked at the Pokemon that stood outside the kitchen as Jake brought out a few bowls of food before going back in and bringing out a few more. His Pokemon thanked him with their noises and went to eating. Jake returned to Celestia and Twilight. Celestia still looked at the Pokemon while they happily ate breakfast.

"I see you take such good care them." Said Celestia

"I can't take all the credit. Fluttershy makes their food and makes sure they are healthy." Said Jake

"Ah about that, I want to thank you for defending Ponyville from Team Catastrophe. I'm also sorry how my subjects treated you after you defended them." Said Celestia

"No problem princess, I knew that the ponies would fear me. But I'm ok as I have some great friends, and that is all that matters." Said Jake

"Nice to here my ex-student has a new friend." Said Celestia

"Well, I should thank you for sending her to Ponyville to learn about friendship." Said Jake

"Well, I wish I could stay, but I have work that must be done up in Canterlot." Said Celestia

"Then might I ask why you came down?" Asked Jake

"I came down to see you Jake and to thank you for helping Ponyville and apologize for the way my subjects acted, but also to give you a gift." Said Celestia

"A present." Said Twilight

Celestia walked to the front door and seemed to be talking to somepony. She came back in with a small briefcase. Celestia carried it in her golden aura that came from her horn. She levitated it in front of Jake. Celestia used her magic to pop it open, and inside was Kalos region Pokedex and another Poke Ball. Jake took both before Celestia moved the case down and flipped it over. She opened it, and Twilight also had, a Poke Ball, Pokedex, and Aura Reader in her coat color.

"What are these gifts for?" Asked Jake

Twilight took the gifts in magic before Celestia closed up the briefcase and turned to Jake. "These are a gift to you from me. You see before you came, I had been learning how to defeat Team Catastrophe. I was able to use my magic to take some of their Pokemon and purify them at the Tree of Harmony. But I knew it wouldn't be enough. So I sent Discord out to grab a human from your planet who knew these creatures. I guess he chose you. Now I was just going to give you a Pokemon, but Discord forgot to give you a Pokedex. So I brought you yours."

"But why, give me a Pokemon, an Aura Reader, and Pokedex." Said Twilight

"Because I know Jake can't do it alone. So I'm giving the whole mane six a Pokemon, an Aura Reader, and a Pokedex. Now Jake train them on how to use their Pokemon as it will train yours. Now, I must take my leave to meet the other elements. Oh, one more thing, Jake please come down some time to Canterlot, I will happily treat you to a tour of the city." Said Celestia

"I will, thank you, princess." Said Jake

"Oh please Jake, Celestia is okay." Said Celestia

Celestia walked out the door and closed it. Jake pocketed the Pokedex. He looked at the Poke Ball.

"Why don't you see what Celestia gave you, Twilight." Said Jake

"Ok." Said Twilight

Twilight tossed the Poke Ball up, and it opened up. An Axew appeared in front. Jake took out his Pokedex and pointed it at Axew. Just like the anime, it spoke the entry about Axew.

"Axew the Tusk Pokemon. They use their tusks to crush the berries they eat. Repeated regrowth makes their tusks strong and sharp."

"I hope Spike doesn't get jealous with you having another dragon in the house." Said Jake

"Oh, you. Hello, Axew." Said Twilight

"Axew."

Twilight rubbed Axew's head making her smile and laugh. Oh that is to cute. Jake looked down at his Poke Ball and sent it up, and it opened up. When the light disappeared, a Buneary was standing in front of me. Oh yes! I'll have to thank Celestia when I see her for a Buneary, which happens to be my number one cutest Pokemon. Jake moved his Pokedex over to Buneary.

"Buneary the Rabbit Pokemon. Its ears are always rolled up. They can be forcefully extended to shatter even a large boulder."

"Why hello, Buneary. Welcome aboard my team." Said Jake

"Buneary."

"I wonder what the others got? But I still wonder why Celestia gave me all of this stuff." Said Twilight

"Because I can't do it alone. I need somepony to help train my team. Plus there might be times where I can't always fight, so somepony else will have to step in. Though the Pokedexes are a nice touch." Said Jake

"So what are Pokedexes used for?" Asked Twilight

"They tell you a little info about the Pokemon you see. They also store any Pokemon you might see." Said Jake

"I think we should go see the girls. I bet they're wondering a lot about their Pokemon. Not mentioning, we should get Axew and Buneary checked out by Fluttershy." Said Twilight

"I couldn't agree more." Jake stomach grumbled. "But first some breakfast."

"Oh you, but I could go for some too." Said Twilight

The two walked into the kitchen to get some breakfast as Axew and Buneary mingled with Jake's other Pokemon.

Celestia stood in the night air. She watched as her sister's moon rose high to the sky. Celestia watched as Luna placed a few stars in the inky dark sky. She smiled out how well her sister had taken over the night sky again. Celestia felt a magical surge open in her room. A second or so later, Discord walked up to her.

"So you went to see Jake." Said Discord

"Yes, I gave him the Pokedex and a new Pokemon. I also gave the mane six everything they will need to fight alongside him against Team Catastrophe." Said Celestia

"Tell me, are you ever going to tell him the truth. I saw the look on your face when you saw him." Said Discord

"The time isn't right yet." Said Celestia

"Then when is, I've known you for too long Tia. I still see the pain in your eyes when you grab that picture frame. Sooner or later he's going to find out." Said Discord

"You still promise not to tell him about anything." Said Discord

"I swore I would never do such a thing. But I'm just afraid what Jake will think when the truth does come out." Said Discord

"Please leave me Discord." Said Celestia

"As you wish Tia." Said Discord

Discord had snapped his fingers before he disappeared. Once he was gone, Celestia walked over to a closet in her room. She opened it and bent down to an unmarked box. Celestia opened it and pulled out a picture frame. She used her horn to light up the area. Celestia ran her hoof across the glass as tears fell onto it. She sat down on the floor and cried on the picture in her hands. I'm so sorry to you both. Celestia held the picture close to her chest and just cried.

Oh my, a mystery. I just love putting in a good mystery to keep you all coming back to read more. But this mystery will be staying here for a while. Now to a quick note, the mane six will become Pokemon trainers. They will have a team of six as the series goes on. Jake will have more than six Pokemon he can pick for his team. The Pokemon the mane six got from Celestia will come about in the next chapter. Another quick note, my Pokemon blog will restart next Sunday with Ice Type Pokemon.
