Look at this girl in her backyard gardening. Well, it looks like all she has is three patches of grass. Meet Crystal Lullaby. She was no gardener she was one of those misinformed health nuts. She was a fast runner, and the Equestrian Games were around the corner. The three patches of grass were a part of her new diet.

Pieces of grass, vitamins, and fresh veggies were put into her juicer. She would make herself a healthy smoothie. She wanted to maintain her speed and be as healthy as she could be for the Equestrian Games. Human Rainbow Dash know a lot about being fit. She can tell us all about it.

“Nutrition and exercise can help with strength and health in anybody. It can also in some cases make you live longer. Many athletes like me do have a protein drink we have to help us grow more muscles. You must be careful what you drink. You may be paying about maybe fifty dollars for it. In reality you get scammed. If you make your own that could be perfect with outstanding or disastrous results and lead to terrible health. However, this girl thought she could be faster then me. That's impossible."

Crystal Lullaby seemed to be in no trouble whatsoever. However, the drink really didn’t do anything positive or negative. Still, she was fast, and it seemed that nothing would take her down. Until one day she realized she had to head out of town for a while to go to a concert to a band she liked. Even though she hated anyone from Canterlot High she needed someone to keep her three patches of grass alive. She got a gardener known as Wallflower Blush from Canterlot High to keep her three patches of grass safe.

Wallflower came to the house and saw a problem with the grass. It seemed some rats came from her neighbor’s house and decided to make it their home. Wallflower had poison to kill the rats and not harm the grass. The label of that poison did say it didn’t affect plants. However, it did say it affects humans if ingested. Nurse Sweetheart what are the effects of this poison?

“Rat Posion can be actually used as a blood thinner which we sometimes use as a medication for people that have too many blood clots. If this isn’t used in a controlled state and just ingested by a person there could be huge health problems. If this poison is ingested day after day your blood will become very thin. You’ll have serious digestion problems and it’s not a fun time.”

When Crystal Lullaby came back, she went back to eating her homemade smooothie’s. Day after day she felt worse and worse. She never thought that the smoothies were the problem making her sicker, she kept on drinking them like shots. With the Equestrian games coming soon she felt worse than ever. She finally came to her senses and decided to stop drinking the smoothies she made. Too bad the damage was done. She decided to go to the hospital to see what was wrong. She called the hospital and was talking on the phone with the woman in the front office of the hospital to schedule an appointment today. Then suddenly all of the blood vessels in Crystal Lullaby’s head exploded.

*Plop*

She fell to the ground dead.

“Hello…Miss…Are you there?” The woman on the phone asked.

Nurse Sweetheart what happened inside Crystal Lullaby’s body. “If help is not received many days after ingesting rat poison in huge amounts your blood is so thin you won’t be able to make any blood clots that help you stay healthy. You will bleed profusely in your joint areas. Then finally all the blood vessels in your brain will explode and basically your brain becomes a bloody mess and you’re dead.”

Crystal Lullaby was a fast runner and wanted to get first place in the Equestrian games. Too bad she wasn’t alive when they started. She thought those smoothies she made would help her win. If anyone knew what she was doing…It would blow their mind.
