Prologue: You Are My New God Of Chaos
It’s just past noon, the sun was hot and beating down on the skyscrapers of the city of Austin, Texas. Everyone was going about doing their own thing. Going to work, or going somewhere to escape the heat of the brutal summer. One of these people who was hard at work was a young man named Malakai Ryder. A mechanic and motorcycle junky fresh out of high school. The sound of old school rock playing over the stereo system as he worked on one of the bikes that one of his fellow gang members had paid him to fix. He was deep in his work, the only thing that he could really here was the music that helped him concentrate That is until someone came in and called out his name.
“Malakai! You there, brother?!”
Malakai blinks a few times and comes up from the side of the bike and sees that it was the same guys whose bike he was working on. He walks over to him and shakes his hand with a firm grip.
“Ah, good to see you again, Brian. She is ready to hit the road again. And it’s a good thing that you brought her in. Your brakes were about to go out. That could have spelled trouble for you.”
Malakai’s accent was slightly texan, sometimes you could hear it in his voice, sometimes not. His voice was deep and raspy, indicating he was indeed growing up quickly. Brian nodded and walked over to his bike. Even more impressed that he took out a few scratches and dents even without being asked to do so.
“Wow...she is looking like the day I first got her. You didn’t have to do all that.”
“Naah, it’s no trouble. It gave me something to do after all. You know how I am when it comes to bikes.”
Brian then switches his gaze over to Malakai’s bike. Nodding in agreement when he saw the black motorbike that had a deep gray metal skull that the front of the bike, the eyes being the light source and the metal rib cage that rested over the gas tank and the custom wheels. It really suited a man like Malakai, considering when he wasn’t working, he had a skull painted on his face when he rode with the gang on their long road trips. Brian then remembered why he had come to see Malakai in the first place. And then reached into his coat, pulling out a large well-wrapped package of cocaine.
“The boss has asked you to deliver this in Bassdrop to his son. He said he could only entrust this to you since you don’t really have a police record. Which is amazing really. I guess that is one of the reasons why we call you Ghost.”
Malakai finished washing his hands at the sink and dried his hands off with a nearby towel. He looks at the brick of drugs and nodded.
“That’s right, it is the big man’s son’s birthday today isn’t it?”
“Yep, and he wants you to go there and have a good time as well. You have been doing such a good job around here lately, he feels you have deserved some time off.”
Malakai laughed lightly and took the cocaine and slid it in his own leather jacket after putting it on along with his desert scarf.
“As fun as that sounds, you know how i feel about drugs and all that. But I suppose I could cause a bit of chaos on the way. Club a few mailboxes, smash some car windows, make people’s lives a bit harder so long as they don’t get hurt.”
Brian just laughed and patted Malakai’s shoulder.
“It’s amazing how you are able to stay in the gray so easily. Then again, bossman has a specific set of rules set aside for you. Nonetheless, it’s good to have someone like you working for us. Be safe out there, brother.”
--Later-
After having dropped off the package at it’s destination, Malakai stopped off at a local restaurant to get some food in his belly. However, it turns out that there we a few rival gang members in that same building and recognized him when they came in. They came up behind him with a wicked grin and crossed their arms as they surrounded him.
“Well well, look who we have here boys. The youngest of our rivals, here enjoying a nice dinner. And he is their mechanic too.”
“A little far from home, aren’t you, kid?”
Malakai sighed and sat his fork and knife down.And he was enjoying his stack of pancakes so much to. He gets up from his chair he was sitting at the bar top and looks up at the three large burly men before him.
Come on guys. In here isn’t really the best place to do this. This is neutral territory and you and I both know this. Plus the old woman who runs this place doesn’t need any issues here.”
They laugh and draw their knives. However, Malakai was quicker to react and grabbed the nearest salt shaker and took off the top, slinging it in an upward swing, landing it in all their eyes, causing unbearable pain to the men. He pulls his way through and leaps over tables and rushes out the door. He leaps onto his bike and starts it up. The engine roared like a demon from hell and he was off, a large dust cloud left behind as he made his way onto the road. As he was driving at near top speed, he could hear the sound of other bikes slowly catching up to him. He pulls his desert scarf up over his face to keep to dust and sand that was on the road from getting in his mouth and nose and kicks up the speed on his bike a bit higher. He knew it was the rival gang members trying to get close enough to him Soon enough he heard gunshots as they flew past his head. He knew that he needed to lose these assholes before he ended up dead.
“I may not have a gun with me, but I can still fuck your shit up, boys…”
He said as she lifted his left foot up and kicked one of the hidden levers on the side of his bike. This activated a small compartment in the back of his bike that spat out a black smoke dispenser that flowed behind him, effectively cutting off vision of him to the others that were behind him. And once that was done, he kicks the second lever, this time large metal barbs he had cut from barbed wire fall out onto the road. And just like that, he hears tires popping and the sound of metal crashing behind him.
“Don’t mess with someone who thinks outside the box, motherfuckers!”
He said as he continued to speed down the highway, giving them the middle finger as he rode off. Once he turned around to focus on the road, however. He was suddenly swallowed up by a strange light. It was a spectrum of many colors and he flew through the tunnel on his bike. He quickly comes to a stop, his tires screeching on a..nonexistent surface of sorts.
“What..the hell? Did someone at that party slip drugs in my drink? Take about a delayed reaction…”
The place he was now in was like he was standing above the clouds. The sky was lit like it was between the sun setting and night rising. He puts his kickstand down and gets off his bike after shutting it off..What the hell was going on here? He was beginning to think this whole entire day was a dream, as this couldn’t be real...right?
“You are a hard human to find, young Malakai. I have been trying to find the right time to bring you to my realm so that I may offer you something that you may enjoy.”
Said a warm, motherly voice that seemed to be all around him. And it made him feel just as warm. A white light appeared before him and a bipedal figure stepped out. She was tall, had white fur and an autumn red mane with magenta eyes. She was...part equine? What in the actual fuck?
“Uuuh...I am a little confused. Did I get slipped some acid or something and I am paying the price for it now?”
The mare giggled and shook her head.
“Oh no. I can assure you this is real. But I have brought you here because I am in need of someone that I can name as my master of chaos. You see, my daughters went a little overboard and destroyed my last one. So I figured I’d try something a bit more different. Grabbing a being from another realm entirely. I have been watching you Malakai. And you seem to maintain a balance of...I believe the term is being chaotic neutral. You aren’t exactly good, but you are far from bad as well. So then, I have a proposition for you. You can either return to your world and live out your life, not remembering any of this or, you can become my new master of chaos and do whatever you wish. The power to very well rip the fabric of reality would be at your disposal. Would do you say?”
He was still thinking that this was part of some kind drug he was tripping on. So he just humored this whole crazy thing and shrugged, offering her a smile and shrug.
“Ah hell. Why not?it could be fun! I do like causing chaos...so long as I don’t bring real harm to others anyways.”
The mare clapped her hands together with a happy gasp and wrapped him up in her arms, holding him closely into a hug and nuzzled him gently.
Whoa...she is so soft and warm...she smells REALLY good.This can’t be real…
“Excellent! I had a talk with my daughters about this and they knew they did wrong. So don’t you worry. Just maintain the balance and you will be a..hmm..I believe your kind call beings with great powers...gods? Yes, that’s right.”
She sets him back down and places a hand in front of him, a dark blue and purple stream flowing from her hand and into Malakai’s body. He was lifted into the air for a few moments as the stream swirled around him and into his chest. He then fell to his knees and onto his side. Before slowly sitting up and looking up at the mare once more.
“And done! Now then, off to Equestria you go, my young Malakai. Maintain the right amount of chaos in my world and all will be fine. I will check on you every now and then to see how you are doing.”
Equestria...why did that name sound so familiar to him? Before he could think on it any further though, he was then thrown into a state of sleep, his vision blurred and his eyes closed.
--Night Time, Canterlot Castle--
Princess Celestia was fast asleep in her bed, dressed in her usual revealing nightgown that hugged her body in all the right spots. Her eyes snapped open as she sat up in her bed with a sharp gasp. He sister having opened her door just as she had awakened.
“Sister! Did you feel it?!”
Asked Luna with a shocked and worried expression on her face. Celestia slowly nodding in return after getting out of her bed and rushing to the edge of her balcony.
“He is here Luna...and something tells me, he will not be like Discord. Equestria is going to be in for quite a new age of chaos…”
And she was right. For Malakai would indeed be a much different god of chaos than what they had seen previously...

Act 2: Malakai Meets The Main Six
It was just another day in Ponyville, all was going wonderful, a regular day. When all the sudden, another storm appeared, this time..it was ice cream! Even on cones! The roads were now hardened and waxed to the point where ponies were sliding around and plants were dancing all about. Street lamps were walking about tipping their tops to the ponies. And even Flying computer screens were flying around screaming ’HAX!’ And the sun got the trollface plastered on it. It was even doing the laugh! Malakai figured it had been quiet enough for the last week. So he took it upon himself to liven things up a bit. Malakai was in the town, skating on the roads in his socks. The best way to wax road skate! It was even making the silly squeaking sounds as he glided across the floor.
“Ah, what a beautiful day to be out and enjoying the wonderful weather!”
He said to himself with a big smile, his hands resting behind his back as he skates around ponies who were having issues maintaining a firm stance just to stand. And yet still sliding down the streets. Malakai couldn’t help but chuckle to himself as he started sliding down the street himself while spinning around clockwise with his hands in his pockets now. He spots a rather attractive mare from a distance away and quickly changes his clothing into a half opened black long sleeved silk shirt, tight leather pants and sunglasses. He starts circling around her while he has a saxophone in his hands, playing ‘Careless Whisper’ while he circles her for a few moments before moving on. His normal clothing reappearing on him in the process. Yes, Malakai was having the time of his life. And as long as none of them were getting hurt, he felt like his type of chaos would be fun to have around for awhile.
“Who knew that being able to bend reality to one’s will would be so entertaining!”
--Canterlot Castle, Throne Room--
“He is at it again, sister! We need to stop him!”
Shouted Luna as she watched through the spyglass from the balcony. Clearly, she wasn’t happy with how Malakai was just toying with all the ponies he was coming across. Luckily he had already called Twilight and her friends to the castle before the chaos already started. Twilight and her friends bust through the door.
“We came as fast as we could, Princess Celestia! We are well aware of the situation. But what can we even do..?”
Celestia sighs lightly and stands up, making her way to her star student.
“As you know, Luna and I destroyed Discord because we couldn’t risk him returning to try and take over Equestria again. So we used the elements of harmony to make sure that there was nothing left of him. But…”
She takes in a deep breath and exhales.
“Out of some kind of divine choice, Faust saw fit to find a replacement for him. She also forbade us from destroying this one. That is why I need you, girls, to wield the elements once more and put a stop to him. Should he be following the same path as Discord once did and try to take over all of Equestria, we must shut him down now.”
Celestia filled them in on what she and Luna knew about Malakai, which wasn’t much. After all, he is an unknown, a rogue element. Twilight and her friends gave a firm nod. Celestia passed off the elements to them before heading out back to Ponyville to stop the evil human from causing trouble...or so they thought.
“Good luck, my little ponies. Stay safe out there…”
Celestia said before the element bearers left, ever determined to stop Malakai from his evil wicked ways.
--Back In Ponyville--
Malakai was busy running from a few guard ponies with a bag full of money around his shoulder. He didn’t steal it of course, but it added to the chase. He was wearing a black suit and tie with a hockey mask on and blue gloves on his hands.
“I got a cloaker and a dozer on my ass! Where is the damned van?!”
He said as he runs up the side of a building and into the hole of a chimney, then appears outside the house in his normal clothing again and goes back to skating along the road in his socks once more. He did a few spins in the air as he went along. That is until he finally came face to face with Twilight and her friends he offers them a friendly smile and waves to the group of mares.
“Ah you made it, I’m so thrilled.”
He said in his best Joker voice. He stood there with his hands behind his back as he watched them eye him.
“Well, he certainly does look a bit better than Discord did. But he still looks weird…”
Said Rainbow Dash and she arches a brow at him with her arms crossed under her chest. Malakai grins and crosses his own arms.
“Hello to you too, Skittles. Tasted the rainbow lately?”
He said as he made skittle fall from her mane and tail, the hard fruity candy hitting the ground which made the mare grumble in anger.
“HEY!”
She shouted as she charged at him. He disappears and reappears, watching her slam into a stack of hay bails he had set out just for that purpose, knowing full well that the pegasus mare was quick to anger.
BAM!
He then turns to the rest of the group, already seeing Pinkie going for the sweet and falling ice cream that was coming down from the sky. He stands there again with his arms crossed.
“So, who is gonna come at me next? The bookworm? The fashionista? The farm pony? Or is the sweet, timid animal lover going to show us an ugly side that she has been building up for some time?”
Malakai leans forward as Rainbow attempts to tackle him once more, totally missing her mark...again. Twilight fires a few magic bolts his way. He suddenly appears in a long coat and sunglasses and beings to bullet time dodge, slowing down everything as the bolts pass over him. He then comes back up on his feet in his normal clothing again.
“What in tarnation is with this guy?! He is not fighting’ back and yet we can’t event touch him!”
Applejack said as she tried her own hand at tackling the human down. Her gaze solely focused on him now.
“Banana peel.”
He said with a grin and raised a brow.
“What-?”
She slips on the peel and falls on her rear, even the comical banana peel slip was heard when it all happened. Malakai could help but laugh at all that was happening. He stands there with a smile and opens his arms wide to them.
“You know, you got your little sparkly element thingies there. Why don’t you blast me with it already? Right here. Come at me, bro.”
He said with a toothy grin. He knew how the elements worked, and he was more than ready to see just exactly what they could do to him. They quickly get into the formation after Pinkie scarfs down a few more ice cream cones and watches them all do their little friendship blaster. Once the rainbow consumes him he becomes encased in stone, standing in the same stance he was in what he was waiting for them to fire.
“HA! That’ll teach you, cocky freak!”
Said Rainbow as she flies up into his face. Though something unexpected happened. Malakai walks up behind them and rubs his chin in thought.
“Hmmm, good likeness, you've really captured my strong jawline and my beautiful eyes. Well done girls!”
They all jump away from him screaming, nearly falling in the process.
“How did you...what did you? HUH?!”
Shouted Twilight in absolute disbelief that he wasn’t immobilized and turned to stone., her eyes wide as saucers as she watches him walk passed her.
“I-I don’t understand...the elements, they are supposed to banish evil...so why didn’t it work on you…?”
Malakai stopped and turned to her. A wide grin on his face.
“Oh..you thought I was…?”
Malakai falls to the ground in laughter, rolling around as he does so. He stands up quickly and rests his arm on her shoulder.
“Oh, girls. I am not evil. Sure, I am mischievous. But nowhere near evil, it’s just fun to mess with ponies now that I have godly powers to summon and do whatever I wish. What did you think I was going to do? Try and take over Equestria?”
“Um...maybe?”
Said Fluttershy who watched from behind Applejack nervously. Malakai disappeared and reappeared beside her and lightly placed a finger under her chin, his eyes meeting hers instantly.
“See?Some pony willing to give me the benefit of the doubt. That is why you are my favorite pony, Fluttershy...so sweet, so caring..beautiful.”
He said before reappearing in front of the whole group again. Leaving the yellow pegasus mare both blushing from shyness, and his compliment. Would somepony truly be evil with the way he looked at her? She didn't think so.
“So you just do this because you can?”
Asked Twilight. Malakai nodded in return.
“Mhmm, and because it’s fun. So long as no one else gets hurt, that’s all that matters!”
Twilight puffs her cheeks in slight anger and stomps up to him.
“Now listen here you! Harmless or not, you better fix this back or I’ll-”
She stops frozen in her tracks as Malakai holds a book in his hand and a zippo lighter in the other, a wicked grin on his face slowly starting to spread.
“While I will not harm living things, objects are another story. One more step and this priceless, one-of-a-kind hardback book of ancient spells goes up in flames. And do you want that, sweetheart?”
“You-...you wouldn’t dare…”
She said in a horrified whisper. Malakai flips the metallic lid up and hits the flint, the flame coming out from the hole of the container.
“Let’s not set this situation ‘ablaze’ now.”
“You are a monster!”
She shouted in anger at him. She was overreacting as she always did with books. But she backs down back to her friends keeping an eye on the book. If really was as special as he claimed it was, she wanted it...badly.
“I knew you were a smart unicorn Twily. Here you go.”
He said before tossing to book to her. She catches it with her magic and starts putting the book as if she was comforting it. Her friends watched on in a bit of shock at her reaction. Once she opens it however, she isn’t met with spells and incantations. Oh no, she is met with a pie to the face. Lemon meringue to be exact. Malakai laughs hard, disappearing and taking the whole mess with him, cleaning up Ponyville all on his own. Twilight was furious. But Pinkie and Rainbow actually found it pretty funny.
“Oooh when I see you again, you are gonna get it!!!!”
She shouted out. Malakai reappeared on the outer edges of Ponyville with a clone of himself.
“Excellent job Malakai.”
“Why thank you, Malakai, you are the most handsome and smartest being ever in this land.”
“Why thank you Malakai, I know I am. It was the best idea ever.”
He said before high-fiving himself and walks along the pathway that was next to him. Where was he going? No one knows, not even him.
“I think I am really going to like this gig more than i thought I would…”

Act 3: I am Not Here To Cause Chaos...For A While
Fall had just come to Ponyville and Canterlot. The cool crisp air flowed constantly and the trees have changed their lush green leaves to beautiful autumn colors of orange, yellow and brown. Malakai was out enjoying the weather and scenery himself, roaming the Canterlot gardens simply because he knew he could. After havi.ng made it clear that the elements of harmony had no effect on him, he has been strutting around in his freedom. A big smile on his face. But for nor he wasn’t causing chaos. Nope, he was simply exploring the land he had thought to be a fantasy before he came here. He heard the sound of hoofsteps landing behind him along with the flapping of wings. He could tell who was behind him but the kind of stare he was feeling.
“What are you doing here?”
Asked Celestia with a slightly irritated tone. She had her arms crossed under her ample breasts as she stared down at the much short human. Malakai turns and offers her a genuine smile.
“I am just exploring is all. I have been so busy with my new line of work that I have not gotten to know this new land I now live in. Well, technically I don’t live in this land, but I do come here often. It can get quite lonely in my realm. By the way, I saw your face when Twi told you that I couldn’t be contained by the elements of harmony. Well worth it.”
He levitated into the air and got to eye level with her, his face inches away from hers.
“Discord may have been a villain with the power of chaos. But that power doesn’t exactly mark one as a bad person.”
Celestia knew he was right. She had great power but wasn’t an evil pony. She had watched him for a while ever since he couldn’t be contained. And yes, he did cause chaos for days on end. But would go out of his way to make sure that no one was injured. He even cleaned up his messes so that others wouldn’t have to worry about it.
“I am going to share a bit of wisdom with you that one of my favorite video game characters once said, “Powers don’t kill people, it the people BEHIND the powers, that kill people. Think about that.”
He the.n lifted himself further up into the air away from her with his hands in his pockets.
“If anything, your precious elements didn’t effect me because they cannot tell what side I am on. Chaos is a neutral element when you get down to it. It is neither good or bad. Though you and your kind see it as a bad thing because of the last wielder of it was bad. Chaos and harmony are like darkness and light. One can’t exist without the other. Chaos just has the upper hand in most things because well...it’s chaos.”
She looks up at him with those magenta eyes which were still glaring daggers at him. It was making her so very angry with how he was educating her. She was the ruler of Equestria and being taught a lesson by someone she saw as an enemy made her blood boil.
“What are you trying to tell me, Malakai?”
“Good and evil? Those two have rules. But chaos has no rules. Discord had chaos, but he sullied it with evil…”
He holds his hands out to his sides with a grin as he levitates there.
“Neutral chaos is the purest form of chaos. And I plan on giving this realm exactly that. But don’t you worry, Sunbutt. There will be days where I will be here just as a simple human. This land is pretty nice. Just never thought I’d actually get to see it in person. But, that is a story for another time.”
That nickname definitely rubbed her the wrong way. But she couldn’t confront him because she knew he was right. The way he spoke certainly didn’t match his appearance. He was smart...logical in his thought process. Which was extremely contradictory to his actions when he is creating chaos.
“Your mother made it easy for you to destroy a villain. But then she chose someone, not of your would that walks the grey line in perfect balance. And I am sure that down the road, whether it be a crazy changeling queen or some kind of dark shadowy pony or even some kind of centaur beast comes along and tries to pull me to their side. I will refuse back..well, I like doing things my own way. Anyways, I think I will pay a visit to Ponyville and see what Starbutt is up to. But before I go….”
He snaps his fingers, the entire garden turning into cakes of various shapes and sizes, even cupcakes appeared. He chuckles and disappears after saying.
“Enjoy, Sunbutt.”
”MALAKAI!!!”
Celestia shouted in the royal voice, making the whole castle shake. Malakai reappeared in Ponyville with a light chuckle as he walked along the street that leads into the town. He couldn’t help himself in teasing the almighty princess of the sun. She was just too much fun. Eventually, he made it into town. And when he did, ponies just stared at him with a mixture of worry and confusion. Normally when he makes his entrance, he brings chaos with him. But it was just...him. As if he was just a regular person. Pinkie, however, sees him and bounces to him with an excited smile.
“Ooooh, whatcha gonna make fall from the sky today?! Please say it’s chocolate chip cookies! Oh oh oh, Chocolate chip cookies in ice cream!”
Malakai chuckles lightly and the bouncing mare, watching her rather shapely breasts bounce in the progress.
niiiiice…
He thought to himself.
“Nah, no chaos today, Pinks. As fun as it is, I can’t cause so much trouble. But I will consider your request for the next day of chaos. How does that sound?”
“Yaaaay!”
She said as she wrapped him in a hug.
“You know, for being someone who was supposed to be evil, you aren’t such a bad guy!”
Malakai smiles and reaches up to pet and fluff her poofy mane, she blinks a few times as he does that and nuzzles into his hand, he tail swaying behind her slightly”
“Mmmh...such gentle hands..”
She said with a light giggle, squeezing him in her arms a bit tighter. Though he slips from her grip and steps back a bit.
“Anyways, I am off to go see Twi. I want to see if she makes good on her threat the last time I saw her.”
“Oh, I was actually on my way there myself! We can go together!”
“Oh? Then you are going to love this. I know you are a big fan of pranks, so I got the perfect plan.”
“Heheeee! I can’t wait!”
Once they got to the library, Malakai told Pinkie to watch from the window. Twilight was busy studying as usual. Malakai disappears and Pinkie watches through the window. Malakai possesses the book that Twilight was reading and waits till she turns the next page to read. When she starts to read again, Malakai turns the page of the book to the next one.
“What the…?”
Asked Twilight as she turns the page back. It turns again. She glares down at the book. This goes on and on for a few minutes until Malakai pops his head out of the book.
“Hey there Twi!”
Twilight lets out a scream of fright and falls back onto her pillow that she was sitting on, tumbling back a few feet in the process. Laughter was heard from outside as Pinkie saw what had happened, she rushes to the door and comes in, falling on the floor and laughing.
“That was good! He got you good Twi!”
Malakai gives a toothy grin as he pops out of the book entirely now. He lands in front of the now grumpy unicorn who quickly scrambles to her hooves and stomps over to him. She gets right up into his face and places a finger on his chest, poking if roughly.
“Now you listen here! That wasn’t funny at all! I could have seriously gotten hurt!”
“But you didn’t, did you?”
She was about to speak when she realized that she wasn’t hurt, startled yes, but not hurt.
“I am simply here to see if you will make good on your threat. But then again. What could you possibly do to me, silly mare?”
What could she do? Knowing now that he wasn’t exactly a bad guy since he isn’t encased in stone. She simply walks around him and grabs her book. She places it back on the table and then turns back to him with a glare.
“Why are you here?”
“Geez Twi. No wonder you and Sunbutt get along so well. She asked me the same question in the exact same way. But to answer your question, I am here to simply explore and get to know the locals. Need to get familiar with more of my surroundings when I do decide to wreck everypony’s day just a little bit.”
She grumbles and turns away from him. She was angry at him, as she felt like he had no respect for anypony he came into contact with. Then again, while she didn’t know it,it was Celestia’s word against his. And she trusted her mentor more than him.
“You know what? Why in all of Equestria did it have to be you? You aren’t even from here! You don’t belong in this world! Why don’t you go back to wherever it is you came from and stay there?! Nopony wants you around here!”
Malakai was a bit taken back and hurt by her words. He’d never thought that Twilight would ever yell at anyone like that. He shrugs and turns around. He simply walks out the door and closes it behind him, not saying one word as he leaves. Pinkie reaches out to Malakai with a concerned face but is denied once he reaches the door. She looks over at Twilight.
“Twilight…”
“Having realized what she had just done, the unicorn mare covers her mouth with a slight gasp, her eyes widening along with it. She runs to the door and opens it quickly to call out to him.
“Malakai, I am so-!”
He was nowhere to be seen, just a few other ponies walking by. She lowers her ears and looks to the ground in shame. She blew up at him for something so trivial. She knew she messed up, big time.
“What have i done…?”
She said as she places her face into her hands.
Malakai reappeared along the riverside just on the outer edge of the forest, he takes a seat in front of the running water and sighs.
“Geez, who knew Celestia’s influence stuck so hard with her. Was just a harmless little prank. Whatever.”
He heard a gentle humming approaching, by the pure sound of it, he could tell it was Fluttershy. No other pony had a soft, tender voice like she had. Once she came into view, she noticed Malakai staring at her. She lets out a small ‘eep!’And hides her face behind her mane. Shifting nervously where she now stood.
“I-I am sorry...I wasn’t aware that you’d be here, Malakai…”
“Hey there, Shy. Good to see you again.”
When she looked at him again, she noticed that something was off about him. She didn’t see it, but she could feel that he was a little bit...down. She walks over to him cautiously and sits next to him. The wonderfully curvy mare looks over to him as she pulls her knees up to her chest as she gazes at him
“Did something happen, Malakai?”
“Oh, it’s nothing, Shy. I played a little harmless prank on Twi. And she got angry and told me I didn’t belong here, that I don’t need to be here and i should go back where I came from. Something I certainly didn’t expect her to say. But, whatever.”
Fluttershy frowned a bit. He may not show it, but she could tell he was a little hurt by Twilight’s words. She scoots a little closer to him and lightly places a hand on his shoulder., offering him a warm smile
“You know...w-when I first met you, I didn’t think you were bad. You..were scary at first because..well I have never seen somepony like you before. I know that you were doing what you were assigned to do by Faust. But you did it while making sure damages stayed to a minimum and nopony got hurt. That is quite impressive.”
“Thanks for saying so, Shy. You are so sweet and caring, even to a complete stranger such as myself. It is one of the many qualities I like about you.”
She smiles and blushes lightly. She looks down at the ground and lightly circles her left hoof into the soft, green grass.
“Malakai?”
“Yeah, Shy?”
“Um..I was wondering..if you’d like that is. Would you let me be your first friend here?”Everypony needs a friend. And I’d like it if you were mine as well.”
Malakai smiles and reached up slowly and placed a hand on her head, petting and rubbing one of her ears with a nod.
“Thank you, Shy. I’d greatly appreciate that. Knowing that I could have at least one pony here to count on should I need to talk.”
She shudders at his gentle touch. It was wonderful. The way he ran his hand through her mane, and the gentle rubbing of her ears.
“I certainly don’t mind it at all. Plus it would be nice to have a male friend. It’s just the girls and I. A little variety you know?”
He chuckled lightly and nodded.
“You are so very sweet, Shy. Thank you again.”
The two sat there for hours, talking on occasion, but overall enjoying each others company. Little did both of them know that this entire conversation started something big for the both of them later down the line.

Act 4: A Night Under The Stars
Malakai was at home, laying on his couch after causing his usual amount of chaos for the week. He lets out a sigh of boredom as he stares up at the ceiling, the sound of heavy metal music could be heard in the background as he looks through a book he was reading. It’s not that he was getting bored of his job as the god of chaos, he absolutely loved it! But at the same time, he misses just...being a human altogether and doing human stuff. Like just taking his bike out for a ride and just enjoying the road. But this world didn’t seem to have open, large highways like his world did. Sure, he could change his realm around a bit and create his own endless highway...but then he wouldn’t have anyone to show off to. He did like showing off his bike to others. His was a bit different than the conventional motorbikes that most ride.
“I wonder what Shy is up to at the moment. I guess I could stop by and see what she is up to. It’s not late yet.”
He said as he sat up and tossed his book onto the table. He then gets to his feet and lets out a low groan as he stretches out. Shaking his arms and legs a bit to get the blood flowing once more. He disappears from his home and reappears just on the other side of the little bridge that leads to the little cottage of the yellow pegasus. The sound of the rushing water of the river and the sound of the animals did sound nice to Malakai’s ears. After all, when he was growing up, he lived on a small farm that was just in front of a bit of woods. So hearing these sounds brought a bit of memory back to him. He walks up to the door and knocks on it. He hears the sound of hooves running around on the wooden floor, then hears her call out.
“Coming!”
A few moments later, the pegasus opens the door and stares up at Malakai with a wide smile.
“Oh, Malakai! You came at quite an opportune time!”
Malakai blinks a few times and tilts his head.
“What’s going on, Shy?”
“Well, the girls and I are about to head out for a nice little camping trip. It was going to be us and a few others. We found a nice little meadow in the woods that had a nice little pool with a waterfall. And I was really hesitant about going. But..if you came along, I think I’d feel a bit better.”
Malakai did like the idea since he was looking for something different to do. But then his thoughts turned back to the words that Twilight had said to him the other day. He scratches the back of his head a bit.
“It sounds fun, Shy. It really does. But I am sure that things are a bit tense between Twilight and me. She seemed pretty upset with me.”
She smiles again and shakes her head gently.
“Mm-mm. In fact, she wants to speak with you about that. She realized she may have hurt your feelings when she lashed out at you. She really wants to apologize. So this would be a good time for you two to make up.”
Malakai was a bit surprised when he heard this news. Did she want to apologize to him? He thinks about it for a moment. As he does, Fluttershy gives him a hopeful gaze. She wanted him to go very much, so that not only would their bond strengthen, but a bond between the others and him would form as well. They others didn’t have any issues with him. Sure, he caused every single pony trouble with his work, but that’s because he is doing what he is charged with. But as a regular being, they seemed to find him as an okay guy.
“I guess...I can go. I mean, I am a very busy man, but I can fit it into my evening.”
He said trying to act like he was always busy. This made Fluttershy giggle lightly. Even more so that he was coming with her and the others.
“Wonderful! Let me grab my things and we can meet up with them all! I had just finished packing!”
She said in an excited, but still soft voice. And it was utterly adorable. Malakai certainly thought so. Once she had finished grabbing her items needed for the night., she walked out the door and locked it with her key. Once she came out, she noticed that he had his own bag on his back along with a sleeping bag.
“When did you…?”
“Well, I can disappear and reappear with things when I want to. That’s what happens when I am given power to do literally anything. Though I only brought the essentials and a few other things we may need. Camping isn’t camping when magic is used. That just takes all the fun out of it. Anyways, shall we go?”
“Yes, let’s!”
Soon that met up with the others just outside of the part of the forest they were going into. It was Fluttershy’s friends and three little fillies. Malakai knowing that they were the sisters of Applejack, Rarity, and Rainbow. He waved to them as they approached. They smiled and waved back at him. Pinkie pushed Twilight toward the human with a serious stare, crossing her arms over her ample chest. Twilight turns to Malakai with a sigh and looks up at him.
“Malakai...what I said the other day...I didn't mean it. But I am really, really sorry for what I said. I guess my mentor spoke of the last entity of chaos so...poorly and evilly that I thought just because Faust had given you the same task, you’d be just like him. But just because you create chaos doesn’t mean you are a bad person for doing it. I only hope in time that you can forgive me for how I acted towards you.”
Malakai chuckled softly and shook his head.
“Oh Twi, if my skin was that easy to break through, I wouldn’t have been doing what I was doing back in my own world. Sure, I was a little hurt by it, but that doesn’t mean I was devastated. After all, it was just a little prank. Nothing serious happened over it. I never really held anything against you. I was just worried that I may have really been seen as someone who was an evil being.”
Twilight lets out a sigh of relief and nearly collapses. But Pinkie leaps between them both and wraps her arms around them.
“Yaaaaay! We are all friends now! Let’s go and rough it in the woods!”
She said as she bounced around now. They all talked and laughed as they ventured on. Rainbow and Pinkie chuckling with Malakai at his latest form of chaos which was a lack of gravity and making rain rise instead of fall. He had to mix it up every now and then. He had to keep the ponies on the tips of their hooves after all. Rarity finally comes up beside him and gets a closer look at his clothing and at the way he has his face painted in such a rather..unsettling way.
“Darling, you wear too much black. And that the markings on your face are a bit frightening. Why do you hide such a handsome face behind such hideous paint?”
Malakai chuckled lightly as they walked on.
“Well, I just so happen to enjoy wearing black. As for why I wear this face paint, you will all find out later tonight should you be interested in the story. Then again, I am not sure your world is ready to hear about my life before I became the master of chaos. I was...how would you put it? A roughian, a greaser. You know, that kind of person.”
She laughs lightly and shakes her head, placing a hand on her chest as she laughs.
“Oh come now. You may be the entity of chaos and be a bit troublesome. But you? A brutish being? I highly doubt that.”
“I won’t lie Rares. I had to do some unspeakable things to other humans. Luckily it was all out of self-defense. Humans are cruel and merciless beings towards one another. We lie, cheat, steal, even kill each other over the smallest things sometimes. Luckily I am not one of those kind of humans. If Faust had chosen someone else, who knows what this world would be like now.”
They talked and talked until they finally made it to the campsite. And Fluttershy was right. It was a lovely place to set up camp. The sound of the rushing water off in the distance of the waterfall. The grass was certainly softer than most of the forest’s floor. It was as if this place was made for weary travelers to come and rest should they ever need to. Once they all got their spots settled in. They went to go explore around the area.
“Who’s going to get the fire started?”
Asked Applejack as she sets up the tent for her and Apple Boom. Malakai was already on it however. Having already returned with a good amount of kindling. He sets the wood in the middle of the sight and places some rocks he had found in a neat circle. He pulls the grass out from within the circle and sets up the wood neatly so that it would burn evenly. Applejack watched him closely and was pretty impressed with how well he knew the way around a campfire.
“Well lookie there. Ah never knew you were such an outdoorspony, Malakai. So you can get your hands dirty!”
Malakai laughed and looked up at Applejack. While he was kneeling in front of the setup.
“Oh trust me. I got even dirtier when I was back in my own world. I am a mechanic after all. Sweet, oil, and grease were my daily coating. A little bit of hard work isn’t going to bother me.”
He rubs the sticks together with great speed and force, eventually, the wood caught fire and set the rest of it ablaze. He didn’t know it, but Applejack wasn’t the only one impressed with his skills. Twilight had thought he’d just use magic, but he stuck to a more traditional way. And seeing him hard at work, it caught Rarity’s attention as well. Once that was done, he got back to his feet and places his hands on his hips, a triumphant smile on his face.
“A fine fire if I say so myself.”
Eventually, after getting everything set up and settled, they all sat around the fire and engaged in idle conversation. Malakai just sat back against a large rock that was nearby and listened. That is until one of them called out to him.
“Malakai, are you going to tell us a bit more about yourself and where you are from? You said you would.”
Asked Sweetie as she gave him a hopeful gaze. He arches a brow and offers a smirk.
“You really want to know about me? Honestly, I was only joking at the idea. I don’t think you are ready to hear about the human who went by the name of ‘Ghost’ when he was involved in gang matters. Especially you and the other fillies.”
“Awwww, come on! We aren’t that little!”
Scootaloo said as she looked toward Rainbow. Who then looked at Malakai.
“Honestly, it’s not my call, girls. Your sisters have the final word.”
“Oh, I am sure they can handle it. They are tough fillies, after all, they have been through quite a bit.”
Said Applejack as she lightly ruffles her little sister’s mane. Malakai gave a chuckle and nodded as he scooted closer to the fire.
“Alright then, the story of the human nicknamed ‘Ghost’ shall commence.”
Malakai when on to tell of how he joined the gang he was with. Having first met the boss and repairing his bike. He then was offered a job as their on-site mechanic and paid him handsomely for it. And he earned his nickname from evading the capture of law enforcement and always vanished from their radars But then it came to the part where the violence came in. He had to actually shoot and kill people simply because of self-defense. The ponies were in complete shock when they heard him say those words.
“Y-you actually took another human’s life…?”
Asked Twilight with a look of horror on her face.
“I did, Twilight. But it’s not like I was proud to do it. But when you are cornered with no way out, and your only choice is to aim the gun. Then it had to be done. It was either me or him, and it wasn’t going to be me.”
“There is always another way! You could have teleported, or even used magic! Or-!”
“Twilight..there is no such thing as magic where I am from. Humans are incapable of flying with wings or shooting magic from a horn. I am the lucky one who got taken to this realm away from all the bloodshed and violence. But for the other billions of humans that live in that hell? They aren’t so lucky. I warned you all about this.”
He said as he looks between the others. It fell quiet for a few moments, though it felt like it was nearly an eternity. Then Fluttershy spoke up.
“Well, I don’t think it matters now, Malakai. You aren’t in that world anymore and this place has been a fresh start for you. And..even after hearing about those horrible things. I know you did them just to stay alive. Nopony can fault you for that.”
Wow, Fluttershy sure has gotten more assertive ever since Malakai had first met her, that is to be sure.
“Yeah, you got us here now Malakai! We will make sure that nothing like that happens!”
“Well...that is very sweet of you, Dashy, but I am a god of chaos now. Should I ever want to destroy everything out of a fit of rage, you will know. But, thankfully I am pretty hard to anger. Just don’t mind my often bits of chaos though. I need to do my job after all.”
They all laughed and continued to enjoy the night until it was time for sleep. Malakai didn’t have a tent, so he slept in his sleeping bag near the fire. He was about to fall asleep when he heard something moving behind him. He turns over to see...
“Shy? Is everything alright?”
She nestles up close to him.
“I….don’t like sleeping by myself in the dark. At home, I am fine with it but out here…”
Malakai understood her fear of the dark in an unfamiliar area. He turns to her and brings a hand from his sleeping bag and gently pets her on the head.
“It’s alright, Shy. I will protect you from the big bad scary animals in the forest.”
He said teasingly. She giggled lightly and pressed closer to him as she snuggled in for warmth.
“Thank you, Malakai. I am glad that you came with us.”
He chuckled lightly and nodded.
“Me too, Shy.”

Act 5: I Don't Need Magic To Beat You Down
It’s been a few months since Malakai had been taken from his world and given the duty as the master of chaos in this world of ponies. Over the course of that time, he has befriended six mares. But out of those six there was one he was getting particularly close to. The shy and adorable mare known as Fluttershy. Out of all the others, she was the one he was spending most of his time with. He wasn’t the only affected by this either. Fluttershy found herself visiting him quite often as well. With all the things he had shown her in his realm, nearly every weekend she would come and stay with him. They would have movie nights and video game nights. Sometimes Malakai would even forget he was in what he thought a fictional world and just enjoying his time with a sweet and awesome girl. Something he had always wanted back home.
“So in this movie there are two separate realities? One is real while the other is...I think you called it a simulation..?”
Asked the yellow pegasus that laid on her front with her upper body resting on one of Malakai’s legs as they watched a movie on the couch. Fluttershy’s eyes were glued to the large screen that had the movie “The Matrix” playing on it.
“Yep, it was a brilliant movie inspired by an anime I grew up with. This was once thought of how the future would happen for humans. One of many in fact. But it is more fiction than anything. Still, though, it is a pretty kickass trilogy.
That’s right, these two have gotten close enough to where it didn’t bother both of them to get so close to oine another. After all, it was just snuggling. Granted, however, Malakai did think it was pretty sweet to have the curvy, soft and warm mare nestling against his body. But he couldn’t really bring himself to push any further than this. He was just happy that Fluttershy enjoyed being with him, and she seemed to enjoy it as well. It had been a long day of causing chaos and this was exactly what he needed.
“Oh I almost forgot. Are you coming with me to the Gala tomorrow night? I want you to be my plus one…”
Malakai looked down at the blushing mare, she was so fucking adorable when she looked up at him like that with her cyan eyes. How could he say no to her?! He gave a gentle nod and lightly ran a hand through her mane.
“Not sure if Sunbutt and Moonbutt would be happy to see me there. But I would love to go with you. It’s not a party without the lord of chaos after all.”
“Just..promise me you won’t go overboard with the antics.”
Fluttershy asked quietly. Malakai nodded and lightly booped the mare’s nose. This making her blink a few times and blush a bit more.
“You have my word, Shy. But I will not be leaving that castle without Celestia going into at least one little fit. She is so funny when she gets angry. I swear those two may be the rulers of Equestria, but they act like children when they think no one’s watching…”
Fluttershy covers her mouth with a small gasp.
“You...don’t spy on them when they are...showering or changing do you…?”
Malakai blinks a few times and laughs.
“As tempting as that is to do, I refrain from doing so. But when it is just the two of them. It seems like they always act like sisters should. Especially when Luna makes fun of Celestia’s cake-eating habits. And both of them are non the wiser when I am watching them. Just like when You watch you and the others go on these crazy adventures. You may not notice, but I was there the whole time when you stood up to that dragon. I knew you had it in the bag.”
Fluttershy blinks a few times and pouts a little bit.
“You were there and you didn’t help..?”
“Oh come on Shy. I can’t step in unless you were in real danger. And like I said, you all had it under control. And I am proud of you, Shy.”
She averts her gaze when he said that he was proud of her. When he said that, she really couldn’t stay mad at him.
“So, if we were ever in great danger...you’d come and save us…?”
He nodded and he continued to run his fingers through her mane.
“Of course, Shy. You and the girls are pretty much my only real friends here. Then again, as the embodiment of chaos, I’d expect that I wouldn’t have many friends. So about this whole Gala thing. It’s supposed to be some kind of important shindig for stuck up snobbish nobles isn’t it?”
She nodded and she went back to rest in his lap, her gaze returning to the screen as she focuses back on the movie.
“Mhmm, I know that’s not really your thing, considering where you come from. But I am all the more happy you are coming with me. I’d feel...rather uncomfortable asking anypony else.”
“Well, just so you know, I am not dressing up and some fancy getup. I am going in my usual outfit. Though I am sure what you will wear will look nice on you.”
The two continued to enjoy the day together as they watched movie after movie. The next evening was going to be quite eventful. As Malakai was about to discover that not all in this world are the friendliest of ponies. And he will have to do something he hasn’t done in quite some time.
--The Gala--
Malakai walked in with Fluttershy and the rest of the girls who had brought their plus ones. Celestia and Luna greeted the ponies with smiles and polite hellos until their gazes fell upon Malakai. The immediately narrow their eyes at him with long stares. Malakai only gave them both a big toothy grin.
“Well well, look who we have here, sister.”
“Indeed, it appears that the troublemaker was brought along with one of the element bearers…”
“Well good evening to you too, Sunbutt and Moonbutt.”
They both growl at him as he called them by the nicknames he had given them. Celestia looks at him with a forced smile but speaks with an annoyed tone through her teeth.
“I...trust...you will behave yourself while you are here…?”
Malakai waves a hand in dismissal.
“Yeah yeah yeah, it’s my off time anyways. Besides, I am only here back of Fluttershy. Had she not invited me with her, I wouldn’t be here at this...lame party you got going on here. Back home we used to party with heavy metal music and all kinds of crazy stuff. Though the food looks pretty tasty here.”
After they departed away from the princesses, Fluttershy went off to do her own thing as did her friends. Malakai stood at the table that was full of food and walks away from it with a plate stacked high of all sorts of goodies. He scarfs it all down quickly and tosses the plate like a frisbee It even glided through the air like one before shattering through a window. Hey, he did say that there wouldn't be any issues. He had to get some fun in. After he got done with his food, he made his way outside in the west courtyard that was left open for guests to come out and get some fresh air. He walks up to the railing and looks up at the stars. He chuckles lightly and rearranges some of them to spell out ’Malakai was here.’ and he even put an ‘:3’ smiley at the end of it.
“Heheh, Moonbutt isn’t gonna like that when she sees that.”
He said to himself before turning around to see Blueblood and a few of his cronies behind him. Malakai already knew this was going to be trouble, but leans back against the railing with his elbows resting against it.
“Can I help you stuff shirts with something?”
Malakai asked with an arched brow and smile.
“Excuse me, you will refer to me as Prince Blueblood. Show your superiors some respect, peasant.”
Malakai used all the energy he had to hold back his laughter. He cracked a grin and crossed his arms in amusement.”
“Just who in the hell are you calling a peasant you blonde-headed pansy ass?n I am the fucking god of chaos and i can make your life a living hell should I choose to. Rarity told me about you. No wonder you didn’t meet her expectations.”
Blueblood scoffed at Malakai when he mentioned Rarity.
“Oh please, that whore of a mare is no good for me anyways. If you ask me, she is not even worth the dirt on my horseshoes. I simply used her that night she first met me. Nothing but a servant I pretended to be interested in.”
Malakai blinked a few times. He stood up straight and grinned.
“Geez, you certainly don’t need any male enhancements from magic. No amount of magic can make you a bigger dick than you already are.”
Blueblood wasn’t taking these insults very well, especially from someone who he clearly thought he had more authority over, despite Malakai’s abilities.
“You wouldn’t be talking so big if you had the abilities you had.”
Malakai laughed and walked up to Blueblood and leans up with a grin.
“I could kick your ass right here and now without using a single bit of my magic. But see, you are weak, weak little crybaby.”
He said in a Russian accent at the last part of his sentence.
“Rarity certainly made the right choice in not getting with a limp dick beta male such as yourself. And it is no wonder that Celestia is so ashamed of you. I sympathize with the poor mare, having to clean up your dumbass mistakes and your asshole ways.And I gotta to you. Without magic, you’d have nothing. And without Celestia, you’d have nothing. I am surprised she hasn’t kicked your lazy ass out on the stre-.”
He was cut off by a fist to the cheek hard enough to make him bleed a little bit. He stumbles to the side and glares at the prince who had punched him. Malakai chuckled lightly and whipped his lips of his blood and spits it out on the ground.
“You got balls after all...too bad I am about to cut them off.”
Malakai said before he charged into Blueblood and knocked him to the ground. He takes hold of Blueblood’s right wrist and holds his arm away while Malakai’s right knee holds down his left arm, leaving Blueblood’s face completely defenseless in the oncoming slaughter that what about to happen to the stallion’s face. Malakai gets in a few good hard punches before he is knocked back with a magical bolt from Blueblood, Malakai stumbles back but keeps on his feet and he chuckles, fighting through the pain as best as he could
”Come on now, I am not using my magic.This only proves my point that you are nothing but a weak limp dick who couldn’t even get a streetwalker to suck your dick even if you paid her. A mare like Rarity is wasted on garbage like you.”
Malakai wasted no time in charging Blueblood again. Magic was flung from the stallion’s horn at the human again and again. Malakai was hit a few times but manages to get his pattern of attack down until he leaped up and shoved his knee directly into Blueblood’s nose. Then pushing off him with his foot to make the stallion fall back onto the ground hard. Malakai wasted no time in coming up behind Blueblood and wrapped his arm around his neck tightly. Pinching his cerata tightly. Blueblood had trouble breathing and was panicking. Trying his best to shake Malakai off of him before he passed out from the lack of oxygen. His gasping and choking for air could be heard as others had already begun to gather around since the first punch was thrown. Malakai chuckled and squeezed even tighter.
“Goodnight, sweet prick.”
He said as Blueblood struggling slowly came to a stop and his body went limp. After the struggle ended, Malakai tossed the stallion aside and clapped his hands together while looking at the other two stallions who had back away from the fight in fear.
“I think you two need to find a better friend. This one isn’t worth your time”
He said before turning his head and spitting out more blood onto Blueblood’s motionless body.
“Don’t worry, he isn’t dead. I merely cut off his airflow to the point where he passed out. See that? I told him I could beat him down without magic, but he didn’t listen.”
Malakai looked at all the nobles and got the shock of his life when they started...clapping for him.Malakai tilted his head in confusion.
“Well done, my young chap! It’s about time somepony knocked that arrogant blowhard down a couple of pegs.”
“Indeed, a fine show of good old fashion fist fighting on your part!”
“Uuuh...thanks everyone. Certainly didn’t expect this reaction out of you all…”
After that, Malakai became the center of attention the whole night to stallions and mares alike. Seems his popularity was growing!

Act 6: Are You Scared Of Clowns?
Malakai rested on a cloud high in the sky after causing his usual daily dose of chaos. He went a bit easier on all the ponies today because of what the night held in store for them all. The cool crisp weather of the fall season was ever present. That’s right, it was Nightmare Night. A night for pranks and spooks and free candy! He laid there with his eyes closed until his felt someone land on him and straddle over him. He opens an eye to see Rainbow Dash smiling over him with her hands on his chest.He offers a light-hearted grin and nods.
“What’s up Dashie?”
“Hey there, Mal! Are you excited for tonight?!”
He chuckled and nodded, watching the mare bounced in excitement.
“I sure am. This will be my first Nightmare Night. Usually, back in my world, it’s called ‘Halloween” or “All Hallow’s Eve”. But it looks like you all follow similar customs.”
She nodded as she listened, then spoke.
“Are you gonna be doing pranks tonight? I mean….more than you usually do anyways?”
Malakai gave a sinister grin and shook his head. He brought his hands up and rubbed them together with a dark chuckle.
“Oooh no. I got something big planned for you and the girls. That is...unless you five are too scared to come and face the nightmare I have planned. I know that Shy won’t be showing up though...poor mare just hates Nightmare Night. And i didn’t want her to deal with that.”
Dash scoffs and lightly punches him in the chest, a glare of determination now in her eyes. Malakai knew the mare well, she took the bait.
“Me/ Scared? Yeah right! I bet I can handle whatever you got, mister! I am the one and only Rainbow Dash after all! The toughest pony around!”
Malakai’s smile grew more, near cheshire cat levels.He sat up quickly and got in her face.
“We will see just how tough you think you are after tonight, Dashie. With what I will be creating, you will rethink your position on a night like tonight. Nightmare night will have a whole new meaning. You are going to experience it on how MY world does things. Not these kiddy pranks and such. Let’s just hope that the other girls can handle it too…”
He said in a wicked low tone of voice before disappearing in a black puff of smoke.
“I hope you aren’t afraid of clowns…”
He voice echoed in an eerie tone, leaving the pegasus mare a slight bit nervous, but she shook it off and went on about her day. Little did she expect, everyone was going to be in a fright tonight, even her.
--Nightmare Night--
Twilight and the others approached what looked like to be a circus tent that had a fire in large bowls surrounding it. A few other ponies were drawn to the structure as well. No younger ponies came however as there was a sign that read in a crimson liquid:
“Do not come here if you are faint of heart, or a filly or colt. This is not a game for those who are mentally weak as well. Enter at your own risk.”
Twilight turned to face her friends who were all dressed up in their costumes. Everyone but Rarity seemed like they were fit for what Malakai had in store for them. That dress was most certainly going to cause her trouble.
“I...got a bad feeling about this girls...I mean, I know it Nightmare Night and all, but Malakai is...well, from what he has told me about his world and the holiday that is similar to this one is much darker. And that sign back there was a clear indication that he has something dark waiting for us on the other side of this entrance.”
Said the lavender unicorn that was dressed in a rather form-fitting version of a guard outfit. Applejack was dressed in a sexy sheriff’s outfit complete with the long brown duster. Pinkie was dressed in...well, something silly to be sure. Rarity wore something along the lines of a long black cloak and dress with fake vampire teeth and some heavy black eye shadow. And of course, Rainbow Dash was dressed in a skin tight shadow bolt uniform.
“Come on now sugarcube, it can’t be that bad. I mean, it’s a circus tent and clowns for pony’s sake. What is so scary about that?”
Applejack said in a playfully skeptical tone. Pinkie bounces up and down with a giggle.
“Yeah! Clowns are supposed to make you laugh and smile! I am sure this will be fun fun fun!”
“While I am not much into these kinds of things, it is certainly something different than our usual events on this night. I am sure that Malakai has something splendid planned~.”
Rarity said in her usual sing-song tone, secretly reassuring herself that all would be alright. Rainbow Dash smiled and pumped her fists.
“Come on girls, we got this! We will show him we aren’t afraid of his little plan!”
They all step through the entrance of the tent to find that it was a circus, but not one they thought it was going to be, that’s for certain. Suddenly the speakers blasted with a heavy metal version of a common circus theme that one would hear from his world. In a flash of fire, Malakai appeared floating in the center of the tent with a long tattered black cape and a top hat that stood high, and to make it even scarier, he still had his face paint on and his eyes gave off a fiery red glow.
“Welcome to your worst nightmare stallions and mares! You are now going to experience hell on earth! You have one last chance to tuck your tails and run before our festivities begin!”
He said as he waved a cane with a skull with glowing eyes on the top of it. Every pony’s ears dropped to the side of their heads when they saw exactly what was in the tent. Cages of disfigured...things that looked like Malakai, but with sharp teeth and blood dripping from their mouths and dressed in clown attire along with a few other circus outfits. The creatures laughed sinisterly and growl and roared as they pulled at the cage bars, the metal clanking and shaking as they jump and smash against the cages. Every pony in that tent gave a heavy gulp as their eyes widen in terror at what they were seeing. Even Rainbow Dash was having problems keeping it together.
“The rules of the game are simple! Choose your weapons, get ready, and slaughter these undead bastards before they tear you to pieces!”
As he said that, a few steel tables come out of the floor and present an array of weapons. Rifles, shotgun, pistols, daggers, swords, all kinds of things to kill zombie clowns with. They all slowly approach the tables and look at the weapons before them. They were familiar with the swords and such, but the guns were a bit confusing. Malakai lowers himself onto the ground and turns to the now large gathering crowd.
“I understand that you are all familiar with the melee weapons. But let me show you how the others operate. Watch closely now…”
Malakai pulls out a sawed off shotgun from behind his cloak and aims it at a charging clown that was dead sprinting towards him. With a click of the gun and then a loud BANG that was followed by a sickening splat, the now headless body of the clown fell to the floor still convulsing before vanishing into a puff of black smoke. The sound and display made a few of the ponies nearly vomit from disgust, a few of them running out the entrance as they wanted NO part in this. Malakai turned to the large group and smiled lightly.
“Any questions…?”
He got no answers from them, they were all just too shocked to believe what had just happened in front of them. He grins wickedly and snaps his fingers as the only exit vanishes behind them. Not only that, but their wings and horns disappear as well, making them all freak out and scream.
“I can’t have you all cheating now can I? Not to worry though!”
He said as he dropped down onto the ground in his normal outfit, but with a couple of pistols strapped to his leg and a large fuel tank on his back that connected to a hose and a gun like an item that had a small flame resting just on the outside of the barrel.
“I will be joining you as well! So you will have a pro on your side! Now gather your weapons, little ponies. And let's hope that you don’t get torn to pieces this night hmmm?”
This...this can’t be a real thing...right? It’s all part of the act. He...really didn’t just kill a live thing…
Twilight though as she looked at the weapons displayed across the tables. She really didn’t want to feel like she couldn’t handle this new challenge, nor did the others in fact, despite how scared they were at this point. And Malakai did say he’d be joining them. After everyone got their weapons and Rarity cut off the main length of her dress with one of the knives. Which surprised Malakai, but nodded to her in approval. He raised his hand and forms a thumbs up, then slowly tips it down as the cages open and a loud howl of the hordes filled the now large arena.
“Aim for their heads! That will rid you of them quickly!”
Suddenly a different heavy song began to play over the speakers that would most likely get the ponies going and pumped. Gunfire and battle cries rang out as the game began. The sound of blood splattering and body parts landing on the ground was enough to sicken ponies to their stomachs. But they new the risk when they came here, having read the warning sign he had posted. Things started out rough for the ponies, but they watched Malakai use his...weapon that spouted large blasts of fire that burned the zombies to complete ash but noticed that he relied on it only when he was beginning to get outnumbered. He quickly aims his gun toward twilight and shoots, taking down a zombie that was coming right for her from behind.
“Come on Twi! Keep your head in the game. You don’t want to be on the sidelines watching do you?!”
“He said as he looked over to the ones who had gotten ‘killed’ by the zombies who now sat on the outside of the walls. Well, some were actually still lying on the ground in shock. Twilight lets out a sigh of relief now knowing that they weren’t in real danger. She nodded and returned to doing her best to fend off the creatures. Eventually, the last one was burnt to a crisp with Malakai’s flamethrower. Leaving him, Twilight, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and surprisingly, Rarity as the last ones standing. After it was all over, the tent disappeared and nothing was left of the whole thing, just a large empty meadow with the moon shining brightly down on all the ponies.
“Well that was fun wasn’t it ponies? Happy Nightmare Night all...I hope you can sleep well after all that...sweet dreams tonight.”
He said before disappearing with a wicked laugh.
“S-see?!N-Not scary at all!”
Said Rainbow Dash as she stood there visibly shaking. After he left, Malakai gave everyone their wings and horns back. He chuckles to himself as he watches from behind the clouds.
“Oh boy...I am not gonna hear the end of it from Moonbutt tonight when she visits these ponies in their dreams…”
He said to himself as he grinned wickedly.

Malakai here, the author and I thought it would be fun to have the ponies experience true horror on this night, so we brainstormed and came up with this!

Without Chaos, There Is No Harmony
It was just another day in Ponyville just like any others. However, Malakai just hasn’t been causing as much chaos like he has been. Maybe he is just getting bored of it all and needed to take a break? Or perhaps he hasn’t found any reason to really cause chaos for the hell of it. Maybe he should take a break once things get too calm. That way he could think of new things to do once everyone gets used to the calmness once more. Yeah, that seemed like a good idea. However, that wouldn’t stop him from being a goof and messing with ponies. After all, pranking and having a good time with the ponies and even messing with the princesses was ALWAYS fun. Not to mention he always found spending time with Fluttershy more enjoyable than causing chaos itself.
Today was going to be interesting for sure. Apparently, there is some kind of big shindig wedding that is going on in Canterlot. Between Twilight’s brother and a princess, Malakai had heard about. Princess...Mi Amore Cadillac? Or something along those lines. Ah, he didn’t really care. He may show up, he may not. Fluttershy and the girls invited him to come along which surprised the human. He’d go there for Fluttershy sure, but weddings are always so...boring. They are nice events and all, and Malakai could understand the importance of two lovers forming an eternal bond with one another. But sitting there for what could feel like an eternity? Booorrrriiiiinnngggg~.
Seeee?! Even the author agrees!
(Quiet, you!)
Malakai laid there on his couch in his home, there was a knock at his door suddenly. He sits up and blinks a few times, knowing only one being could come here at will so easily.
“Come in, Faust”
And he was right, it was Faust herself, the creator of all things pony. She comes in and offers him a gentle smile as she plops down next to him on his couch.
“Hello, there my favorite troublemaker. It has been quite some time since I have seen you. I noticed that this last Nightmare Night, you gave one of my daughters quite the workload thanks to your little killer clown attraction.”
Malakai grinned a big toothy grin and shrugged. He laid back onto the couch.
“Well, it was something new for them to experience.After all, I wasn’t going to put them in REAL danger. I figured it would be a fun change of pace for them since they have never really experienced the fear and rush of killing of zombie clowns with guns. I got the idea from a video game I played back in my world. It was always a blast for me, especially with the awesome music it played.”
Faust giggled lightly and climbed on top of him to straddle him. He blinks a few times and looks up at her in a bit of confusion. She places her hands on his chest and locks eyes with him knowingly.
“You were just thinking about going to the wedding that is going to go on in Canterlot tomorrow huh? You should go.or you will miss Fluttershy dressed up in that pretty dress she will be wearing~.”
“Look, Faust, I know you are the creator and all knowing being of everything pony. But you don’t have to be my mother you know. Not that I don’t appreciate your caring nature. You are very sweet. But the last place your entity of chaos needs to be is at a wedding. Yes, I would love to see sweet Flutters dressed all pretty. But I don’t think the rest of Canterlot, especially the princesses wouldn’t be happy to see me. Especially with how i dress. I wouldn’t show up in some fancy outfit. I like the way i dress juuuust fine. Now, if things got interesting enough, I’d pop by and see how things would go.”
Faust only giggled lightly and got off him. Turning to gaze at the movie he had on screen for a moment.
“Oh, then I believe you will be showing up.I won’t say why. But I know you will definitely want to be there~.”
Malakai arched his brow and stood up from his couch. If she knew something exciting was going to happen, he was totally down for going. He crosses his arms and turns his head away from her, trying to hide his interest.
“Well...I guess I could go for a little bit. Just to go see Fluttershy anyways…”
He said making up an excuse on the spot. Faust giggled at him and wrapped her arms around him from behind around his shoulders. Another knowing gaze on her face as he teased him.
“You and that sweet pegasus mare have been getting awfully close, haven’t you? You plan on asking her out soon?”
He pulls away from Faust and trips over his words a bit, trying to come up with something to say.
“I...I just like her a bit more than the others is all. She is a good mare and very dear to me. Besides, she’d never want to go out with me. I am a human and the master of chaos, I am sure she wouldn’t want that kind of trouble on her hands.”
Faust blinked a few times and giggled behind her hand. She knew things were VERY different in the mind and heart of the yellow pegasus. But that was something that she couldn’t reveal either. Besides, she thought both of them would make a wonderful couple. She makes her way to his door and opens it up, looking back at him.
“Well, you never know until you try. Anyways, I am off. Take care, sweetie.”
Yeah, see you later.”
Faust closes the door behind her before disappearing to...wherever it is she goes. Malakai lets out a sigh and grumbled to himself, deciding to go after all. He grabs his leather jacket and slides it on, and then puts on his biker boots.
“It’s not like i have any plans anyway…”
Once he was fully dressed in his usual attire, he opens up a blue swirling portal and steps through it, stepping outside of an orange one in the middle of Canterlot castle...which appeared to have been invaded by bug like beings. There was only one thing he could do at this time. He snaps his fingers and suddenly dons his N7 armor and places a finger to his ear.
“Joker, we have another bug problem. Do the thing.”
“Doing the thing, commander!”
Malakai walks through the swarm of oncoming changelings shooting them down with the iconic ‘avenger’ rifle and throwing biotics at the one on the ground. All while having a big smile on his face.
‘They aren’t collectors...but close enough…”
He said as he then snapped his fingers as Grunt and Tali appeared at his side.
“I. AM. KROGAAAAN!”
Shouted grunt as he charged forth. Tali sending her drone out to attack the changelings when they got to close. Malakai places his gun on his shoulder and chuckles. The Normandy flies over and carpet bombs the area in front of him, clearing the path of changelings on the way to the chapel where the wedding was supposed to be happening.
“Looks like I get to live my Mass Effect dream after all!”
He said before walking forward with his rifle resting in his arms. He kicks open the door to see even more changelings and other ponies being held prisoner as what looked like the queen turns her gaze to Malakai with an arched brow.Malakai grins and removes his helmet, his long hair flowing behind him with a charming smile and dreamy eyes with sparkles around them now visible. Though that probably would have worked without his scary face paint.
My my, looks like you have quite the pest problem here. Not the best conditions for an ideal wedding.”
“Malakai!”
Shouted Fluttershy and the others in delight as they noticed it was him once he took off the helmet. He walks closer with his gun pointed at Chrysalis along with Grunt and Tali as well. He chuckles lightly and arches a brow.
“I take it that you are the groom’s angry ex or something and you decided to come and wreck his wedding?”
“Who in Equestria are you? WHAT are you?!”
She demanded. Malakai gave a big toothy grin.
“Why, I am the master of chaos. How else would I have been able to conjure up this quarian and krogan...and the massive ship outside that has it’s thanix cannon lined up on you?”
He then places his finger to his ear again.
“Joker, do the other thing.”
“Doing the other thing, Commander.”
The Normandy parks itself outside of the chapel window with the thanix cannon starting to charge up. He looks to Chrysalis who was just as confused as everyone else, though from what she could feel from that charging cannon, she knew she was going to be in a lot of trouble. Malakai heard Joker on the other end of his coms.
“The thing is ready, Commander.”
Before he could give the order, however, a large magical light filled the room as the bride and groom did some kind of ‘the magical power of love’ attack and sent the changelings and the queen flying off to the other end of Equestria. Malakai lets out a sigh of disappointment and snaps his fingers as everything he conjured up disappears.
“I wanted to do that…”
He said with his arms crossed, a pouty look on his face. But it was soon removed when he felt Fluttershy run up to him and wrap her arms around him in a big hug. She smiles up at him and giggles.
“That was quite impressive nonetheless. Thanks for coming when you did Malakai.”
Malakai blushed a bit and wrapped his arms around Fluttershy in a hug.
“It...was nothing.”
After making sure everyone was alright and all the changelings had gone away, things settled down and Malakai was introduced to the real bride. She approached him and looked him up and down. He certainly wasn’t what she expected him to be.
“So, you are Malakai? The master of chaos? I certainly expected you to look more like...I don’t...more different.”
“Well, I know I don’t look like Discord, but I am most certainly different. Doesn’t that count for something?”
She giggled lightly and nodded. She walked up to him and hugged him firmly.
“Anyways, thank you for coming when you did. It gave me time to reach my husband and break the mind control that Chrysalis had on him...sorry we stole your moment of glory.”
Malakai waved his hand in dismissal, offering a smile back to Cadence.
“Eh, there is always next time.”
The wedding went on as planned. This time, however, Malakai went ahead and stay since both Shining and Cadence asked him to. Turns out the wedding wasn’t that bad, especially the party afterward. He was standing out on the balcony with a drink in his hand deep in thought when Celestia approached him from behind. She offered a smile and called out to him.
“I am surprised you even came, Malakai. Let alone help out. Maybe you aren’t such a nuisance after all.”
Malakai laughed and turned to face the tall alicorn. A toothy grin forming across his face. She knew that smile all too well.
“I simply did it because I was bored and had no plans. Don’t get used to it, Sunbutt.”
Celestia glared a little at him with puffed cheeks. But she couldn’t stay mad, he did help them after all, even if it wasn’t intentional. Suddenly Fluttershy walked onto the balcony beside Malakai and smiled up at him happily. He returns the smile and reaches up to pet the mare gently on her mane. The two began talking to one another and Celestia smiled warmly and walked away.
You act like you don’t care, but I can see that you do, Malakai. Especially when it comes to her…
Celestia thought as she walked away to leave the two alone. And she was right. It seemed like each day He and Fluttershy spent together, their bond deepened more and more. Malakai only seemed to think they’d be friends and nothing more. But little did he know, that he was in for a big surprise, and it would all start out with a day that Fluttershy had planned for them. Their first date.

Act 8:A Picnic Under The Large Tree By The River
After the events of the former day had finally passed and things settled back down to their usual. However, today was going to be a day that both Fluttershy and Malakai would remember for their lives. And will be the starting point for something big to come.
The day started with Malakai wandering around Ponyville. He wasn’t doing anything in particular...just making sure that every single mailbox he came across grew legs and walked away. And that every window was completely fogged up, and no matter how much the ponies would clean it, it all came back. Oh and don’t forget the tiny little gnome wives chasing the husbands around with rolling pins and getting into dust cloud fights with slapstick comedy sounds. He had to keep the ponies on their hooves after all he has plenty of new material every day.
After a bunch of yelling and complaining of displeased ponies, he shut everything down…..after six hours. He chuckled to himself as he walked to Twilight’s home and walked in. She looked at him with a rather unamused look as the floor had been covered with books from the shelves due to the gnome attacks that flew through. He stifles a laugh and grins widely as he walks up to her. He was more amused than she was for sure. He hops onto the table and crouches in front of her, resting his arms on his thighs as he keeps his big toothy grin.
“Aawww, what happened here Twily? Did the gnomes ruin ALL your hard work of reshelving and such? That’s too bad. If only I had stopped them sooner~.”
She grumbles and puffed her cheeks at him, making a rather adorable angry face at him. He couldn’t help but smile and places a hand on her head. He pets her and begins to baby talk to her, knowing it would spite her, he even appears with an old man disguise.
“Wittle Twi is upset. Would the little pony like a piece of candy to cheer her up?”
He asked as he held out a cherry flavored lollipop, wiggling it in front of her face. She huffs and slaps the candy away from his hand. She clearly didn’t find him funny at all.
“Malakai...you better fix this mess that you made. Now. I finished this project after hours of concentration, and you reduce it to ruin in minutes!”
She shouted the last part at him as she threw her arms up in anger. Malakai disappeared and reappeared normally, lounging on a near by couch and kicking his feet up comfortably. He takes his cell phone out and begins to play some random game on it.
“I am not a fan of being ordered around Twi. Now if you said a certain magical word at the end of that request. I just might be inclined to fix this all for you. Sooooo~?”
Twilight grumbles a few times and crosses her arms in the process.
“What’s that? I can’t hear you~.”
“Please pick the books up and put them on the shelves!”
She exclaimed as she threw her arms in the air again. Malakai tossed his phone to the side, a small explosion could be heard off in the corner of the room. He stands up and stretches.
“Seeee? That wasn’t so hard now was it?”
He snaps his fingers, the books reappearing on the shelves in perfect position. Twilight lets out a sigh of relief and annoyance. Though she looks at the ‘Mystery’ section of the books and sees that...all the books have been turned into the shelving with the pages facing out. Malakai seems to have left a note that read ‘Now they really are mystery stories!’ Twilight growls and shouts as loud as she could in anger.
“MALAKAI!!!!”
He could hear her on the outskirts of Ponyville, all the birds flying from their spots on the trees made it all the more amusing. He couldn’t help but fall to the ground laughing. That is until he got the best idea ever. He looks over into a random direction and grins wickedly.
“Hey author, I am taking control of your hands at the moment…”
(Wait...what are you`?! I can’t….!)
Malakai writes up a little letter, that same grin on his face the whole time.
Dear Sunbutt,
I hope this letter finds you well. However, I have something I need to point out. Have you been eating too much cake again? That lovely plot of yours has definitely increased in size. better be careful. You will garner the wrong attention like that~.
Your Favorite Lord Of Chaos,
Malakai
PS: Wha-pish.
He chuckles and sends the letter off to Celestia with a snap of his fingers. He then looks into the same direction as before again.
“Alright, you can have control back!”
(Malakai, you know not what you are getting yourself into…)
Celestia receives the letter and reads through. She lets out a grumble of annoyance and finally gets down to the last part of the letter.
“Wha-pish…?”
Suddenly two long leather whips sprout from the page and reach around quickly, slapping across her soft full rear, leaving large red marks on both her cheeks. She lets out an audible loud girly yelp and jumps forward. The letter and whips disappearing just as quickly as they came. Malakai heard another shout of his name. The voice full of seething rage as it echoed through the land
“MALAKAI!!!”
The man fell to the ground laughing like a damn fool, holding his stomach as he rolled about. Fluttershy was walking towards Malakai when she saw him on the ground laughing. She had no idea why he was laughing so hard, but it made her happy to see such a happy expression on his face. She walked over to him and kneeled next to him, leaning over to make sure he was alright. Malakai opens his eyes to see Fluttershy’s beautiful cyan blue gaze staring down at him. He smiles warmly and lays there with his hands at his side.
“Hey there Shy. Good to see you as always.”
The mare looked like she had something she wanted to ask him, something important. He noticed this and sat up and turned to look at her. He places his hand on his legs, ready to listen intently.
“You have something you wish to tell me, Shy? Is everything alright?”
Fluttershy Was fidgeting with her hands and averting her gaze away from him. She lets out a slight whimper and gazes from behind her mane back up to him. It was abso-fucking-lutely adorable when she looked at him like that.
“You...didn’t forget today-...tonight did you…?”
“Uuuuh...what were we doing tonight again…?”
Fluttershy was about to tear up, but Malakai smiled and shook his head.
“Come on Shy. You think I'd really forget something as important as this? Of course, I remember. And I got to say, I am very excited. Never really been on a date before.”
She frowned at him but then smiled. She should have expected that from him. But she didn’t care. She was going to go on a date with somepony-...someone she really really liked. And one of those reasons was because he wasn’t a pony. She loved how different he was. Both inside and out. This event was planned during that time they spent on the balcony while the wedding party was going on. Fluttershy had mustered up the courage to ask him on a date which surprised Malakai very much. Especially with Fluttershy’s she nature. He accepted of course, but still.
“I will be there around seven-thirty tonight, that way we can get to the spot just before the sun fully sets.”
She nodded a few times, the mare was so excited she could hardly contain her joy. This was her first real date as well. As beautiful and sweet as she was, she always denied stallions that tried to advance on her. They always seem to just want her body instead of wanting her. But She could see that Malakai enjoyed being with her because of her. And she loved being with him.
“Be sure to bring that extra blankets and pillows...we are staying there after all.”
“Well of course. I will make sure we will have a comfy stay by the river. I wonder what delicious food you will have for us-....uh oh…”
Malakai quickly wraps Fluttershy in his arms and squeezes firmly. She was surprised at this but nuzzled into him before they disappeared. Just in time for a large golden beam to destroy the ground, leaving behind a smoking crater. A very pissed off Celestia glaring down at the ground.
“I am going to get you…!”
She said in a low growly tone of voice.Malakai reappeared inside of Fluttershy’s home with her wrapped in his arms. He releases her with a sigh of relief and smiles to her, the slightly taller mare looking down at him with a few blinks.
“What...was that about?”
He shakes his head with a chuckle.
“Oh, nothing...just somepony getting upset over a little prank I pulled. Anyways, I am going to go and get ready. I will return here soon. Can’t wait to see you again tonight Shy.”
She nodded in agreement with a big smile on her face, she was excited for this evening as well.
“I will be waiting.”
She said in her usual calm tone, hiding her excitement under it all. When he disappears, however, she bounces on her hooves and giggles like a schoolfilly. She felt like the happiest mare in all of Equestria. She fretted over what to cook for them, what she should wear, things that she had never got to worry over before Malakai came along, and it made her happy. This was going to be the best night of the pegasus mare’s life.
--That Evening--
Malakai walked along the path that leads to where they were meeting. Once she was in view, Malakai nearly dropped the items he had under his arm when he saw what she was wearing. A very form-fitting green turtleneck sweater that hugged her in all the right spots, and a pair of blue shorts that stopped right at her upper thighs. She was currently dressed for comfort, And that’s how he liked it. She didn’t need to wear anything fancy to please him. In fact, he preferred it this way. He gives a wide grin and walks over to her, When she spots him, her tail begins to sway behind him excitedly as he approached.
“There you are~.”
She said as she bounced towards him, but when she felt his gaze trail up and down her form, a heavy blush formed across her features. Malakai chuckled and looped an arm around her free one.
“Yes, Shy. You look absolutely beautiful. Then again, no matter what you wear, you are lovely to look at.”
“I-I was going to ask…”
She said trying to hide the fact that she really wouldn’t have. Malakai knew better, However, but he didn’t mind it. He just smiled and held her close against himself and smiled
“Well, I went ahead and answered. Shall we get going then?”
She nodded and they began their walk to their destination. The way there was quiet and they just enjoyed each other’s company. Once they made it to their spot, Malakai sat up the blankets and pillows for them while Fluttershy sat up p their plates and food. They ate and chatted afterward. They spoke about small talk stuff. What their day was like, what they did. The usual stuff. But, it had gotten to the more serious discussion once Fluttershy settles in his lap with her back resting against his chest. She leans her head back against him and sighs lightly.
“Malakai…?”
“Hmm? What’s up Shy?”
“Do you ever miss home? Like, where you came from?And if you could, would you ever return there?”
He thought about it for a moment, then answered.
“Well, I mean, if i didn’t have a purpose in this world, something tells me that I’d have no choice but to return home. Not that I am saying that will happen. But I do have a duty to uphold. But, if I was given a choice, chaos lord or not. I’d...rather stay here….with you.”
He tightened his embrace around her at the last part, nuzzling into her shoulder. She blushes heavily at his words, but the smile on her muzzle was clear as day when he said it to her.
“I remember when I first came here I wasn’t very sure about this whole thing. But then I met you and the girls. Then everypony else. And I gotta say. I’d give up all the chaotic power in the world if it meant I could stay here forever...especially with you. I really really like you, Shy. You sweet and gentle nature is something I have always wanted in someone special. But back in my world, females like that were hard to come by. But here I am with you, on a date. I am definitely the luckiest human alive right now. I guess what I am trying to say is...I hope we can get together like this often.”
Fluttershy’s heart was melting, and quickly. She had never expected those words to come from him. And she knew that he was sincere about them..
“Malakai...I am so happy you said that. Because I never ever want you to go. You may be the lord of chaos. But you are very dear to me. And if you ever did leave, I’d be very sad to see you go. But from what I had just heard, I can put those worries to rest. I like you for you….because you are different, because of your unconventional thinking...and the fact that you are a bit….eccentric. And even though you hide it from others but me, you are a sweetheart.”
“I like all your friends, Shy. I want you to know that. I know i give them a hard time. It’s just how I am. But you are special to me. And you will always be. I just never thought the being I’d be getting so close to was a beautiful, curvy pegasus mare. Funny how the world works huh?”
They both giggle at that and snuggle up closer to each other. Eventually, Fluttershy falls asleep in Malakai’s arms, him following shortly after as he places a blanket over them both. Yes, this relationship was just the start of their lives together. And other events would soon follow. For other forces had different plans for this to-be couple.
Without Chaos, There Is No Harmony
Act 9: Celestia And Luna Summon Malakai
Malakai lounged on a cloud next to Fluttershy as they spent the day together. Hand in hand as they looked over and smiled at one another. Ever since that first date, they have been seeing each other more and more and spending time together often. Malakai couldn’t think of anywhere else he wanted to be. Ever since he came to this world and became its new lord of chaos. Things have been getting better and better for him. But most of all, he was happy to have met this lovely shy pegasus mare.
“...And the birds have all gotten settled into their new nests. Oh, and the otters under the little bridge in front of the cottage finally had their babies. They are soooo adorable~!”
Malakai loved it when she talked about the animals in such an adoring way. He loved that about her. Even though Malakai is more of a dog guy, he has come to get along with all the animals she takes care of that come and go. He is just happy to be with her again. Every moment he spent with Fluttershy was cherished. Sure, he liked all her friends, but he’d do anything to see Fluttershy smile
“So, any plans later today, Malakai?”
She asked as she rolled over to rest against his body and drape a leg over his thigh. One thing that he noticed, was that she was getting rather bold when they were together. But at the same time, each time she got close to him. She’d blush heavily and avoid eye contact with him. And that tugged at his heartstrings each time. He shook his head lightly and casually brought an arm over her shoulder and rested his hand on her right upper arm.
“Hmmm, I am not entirely sure, Shy. I had hoped that you and I could spend the day together. Perhaps go out to our usual spot by the river? Or maybe go and make all the cakes in Sugarcube Corner come to life and give Pinkie a hard time? Would that be fun~?”
Fluttershy giggled at his last idea. She didn’t know what it was, but she really liked what he did. As long as nopony was getting hurt, she found his silly antics enjoyable. In fact, she has been so bold enough to even play a few pranks on Dash and Pinkie. Things certainly would’ve been different if Malakai hadn’t come along.
“As much as I’d love to stay on this cloud with you, I need to go on a little errand with Dashie. She finally decided on getting a pet! And I am oh so excited to help her find one!”
Malakai nodded and sat as, Fluttershy doing the same with him. He reaches up and rubs one of her ears and runs his fingers through her mane. She absolutely loved it when he did that, even though it made her heart nearly burst out of her chest. Funny thing is, these two haven’t even shared a kiss yet. Perhaps it wasn’t the right time? Or Malakai wasn’t sure when to make the move?
“Then how about we meet at your cottage later tonight and we can head down to the river? Sound good, Shy?”
She nodded happily and wrapped her arms around him in a big hug, those soft,w arm, ample breasts of hers pressing against him. Another thing he loved about this mare was that she wasn't a stick. Soft and curvy in all the right spots. How lucky was he?
Yeah, you wish you were able to fondle and squeeze this beautiful mare huh, Author?

As Fluttershy flew back down to the ground. Malakai was about to jump off the cloud when A gray pegasus mare with a blonde mane and tail and derpy eyes fly up to him and holds out a lot with a cheerful smile on her face. He smiles at her and reaches up and ruffles her mane.
“A letter from Sunbutt and Moony huh? Thanks, Muffins.”
The mare blushed lightly as pats her on the head, the then flies off to go and deliver the rest of the mail she was assigned with. After he read it and tossed it behind him and explosion happening off somewhere behind him, he steps off the cloud through a door he just...randomly made appear in the sky and walks into it then closes it behind him as he makes his way into the castle. Once he was inside and the closest guard showed him where they were, he waves to them with a sort of knowing grin.
“So then, ladies. What will you complain about to me today him? That I released doggos in the streets of Canterlot the other day? Or that I shut down your favorite cake shops for an entire week?”
That last one seemed to annoy Celestia the most as they both gave him glares that could pierce metal, twice. But he just laughs as he lifted into the air slightly and reclines back in a relaxing manner, placing his arms behind his head as he gazed at the pair of sisters.
“Well, while I am upset at you for shutting down my favorite bakery just to spite me, we have need of you here. You see, mother has told us to gather here so that we may speak with her.”
Celestia explained. Malakai tilted her head and smiled lightly as he knew exactly who she was talking about.
“Aaah, hot milf huh? Always good to see her~.”
Both Celestia and Luna look at him and tilt their head in unison, giving a synced.
“Milf?”
Malakai hid his laughter as it seemed, even with how long they have been alive didn’t know what a milf was. And this made it all the sweeter. He leans forward and rests his elbows on his knees and waves his hand in dismissal.
“You will learn once you are older, girls That’s grown up stuff.”
He teased in response to their question. They both grumble and stand up, their horns started glowing brightly as they took aim for the troublemaker. Just as they were about to fire, the room disappears in a bright flash of a golden light. All three of them appear what appeared to be nothing but clouds mixed with a golden yellow, orange, and slightly lavender sky, and a figure drifted towards them with that oh so familiar voice.
“Now now, girls. He is my god of chaos. You always seemed to let him get to you so easily~.”
Faust said with a light giggle. The two sister spun around and flew towards their mother, wrapping their arms around her in a loving squeeze.
“Mother!!! We have missed you so so much! It has been hundreds of years since we have seen one another again!”
Shout Luna with excitement as she squeezed Faust into a tight hug that would normally crush a mortal. Celestia offering the same affections as well. Faust smiled down at her daughters and held them close. She then looks over at Malakai and smiled softly and gave him a saucy gaze.
“Hey, there handsome~. Good to see you as always.”
“And it’s good to see you as well hot tits. Been ages since you have dropped by to hang out!”
Both Celestia and Luna’s face got a look of shock as he had called the almighty creator “Hot Tits’. Faust on the other hand just giggled lightly with a blush and gave him a wink.She pulls away from her daughters and walks over to him with a sway of her hips, then looking down at him as she lightly takes hold of his chin with her finger.
“You know...if things don’t work out with Fluttershy, let me know~. I’ll take good care of you, Malakai~.”
All Malakai could do was smile a big toothy grin, making his war-painted face look even more like a real skull. The two sister still staring at them with wide eyes and jaws that nearly touched the floor.
“Well, I won’t promise anything Faust. After all, Shy and I have been getting along very well. So you may have to find another to be with you~. But if by some fate she gets tired of me and leaves me for someone else, you will be the first to know, promise~.”
“Well then we got a deal, mister. No taking it back now~.”
“I wouldn’t dream of it. You are like...the hottest milf out there after all.”
A large blush formed across Faust’s white muzzle as he said that, her wings lifting up slowly in response as well. Malakai could only grin wider as she seemed to know exactly what he had called her.
“You...really think I am that attractive…?”
Malakai gave a firm nod and a chuckle.
“O-oh my….”
Was all she could say before getting back to the situation at hand as she cleared her throat. She motions the three together and looks down at them. A serious gaze on her face. All three of them were rather curious as to why she’d summon them though.
“Informalities aside, I have a reason for bringing you to me. Since dreams can be about anything, I’d figure I’d let you know in pony. Things are about to get very very dark in the land of Equestria. And you know as the creator, I cannot get directly involved. But you…”
She said as she pointed directly at Malakai with a genuinely concerned look on her face. This making Malakai smile falters as he could tell this wasn't going to be something he wanted to hear.
“Difficult and critical choices are ahead for you, Malakai. I cannot tell you what they are because I even don’t know them. And I felt that my daughters here had to know as well. As my lord of chaos, I know you like to keep your brand of it to where it doesn’t potentially harm anyone. And you are a sweetheart for doing that. My daughters just don’t know how to take a prank in stride. But in all seriousness, please be on the lookout for these events. And you two….”
She said as she gave her daughter a stern look. Both of them lowering their heads a bit.
“YOu need to learn not to hold grudges. You both know full well he is just doing his job. You could learn a lot from that young unicorn and her friends. They have learned to forgive him and one of them is even dating him. Looks like the student is more efficient than the mentor huh?”
“But mooooooooom!”
“No buts you two! Be a bit nicer to him, he is just doing his job!”
“Y-yes ma’am…”
They both said in a defeated tone. Faust nodded and went on to say whatever else was needed to be known. Just about certain events to come and all that. Very cryptic indeed. Once all the seriousness was out of the way and everything was discussed. Faust had sent them back to the mortal realm and gave them all a goodbye hug. But before she left, Celestia asked Faust a question. And the answer was about to get Malakai in a whole lot of trouble.
“Um..mother? What exactly is a ‘milf’?”
Malakai’s eyes widen as he slowly and quietly makes his way for the exit. This was gonna get bad….REAL fast. Faust, on the other hand, giggled lightly and leaned in to whisper to her daughters before disappearing.
--A few smashing and glass shattering sounds and screams of shock later--
Malakai comes barreling through the door and down the stairs with two severely angry alicorns chasing him down. Oooh, they were extremely crossed with him, speaking to their mother and the creator in such a...lewd and disrespectful manner. The chase when throughout the whole entire castle, Malakai running as fast as he feet would carry him.
“GET BACK HERE YOU!!!”
They both shouted in unison as they trailed after him. Malakai did not stop at all, leaping over and sliding under any obstacle that got in his way. Even leaping over tables in the mess hall, ducking and dodging chefs in the royal kitchen. This not stopping the princesses though as food and ponies flew through the air in their rampage.
“You can’t be mad at me for this! She agreed with the idea and it made her feel good! You are taking this to-. Shiiiiiiiit!”
He screamed out before tripping and starting to roll like a bowling ball through the large corridor towards a group of guard that were marching in a...conveniently enough bowling pin pattern. His speed only increases the more he rolls, the guards letting out a gasp and give a collective girly scream until... rolling....rolling...CRASH!!
Guards fly off in every direction as Malakai hits them dead center. He quickly gets to his feet and takes off again with Celestia and Luna still hot on his heels.
“SOOOORRRRYYYYY!”
He shouted as he turned the corner. The chase lead on for what nearly felt like forever, going from the gardens, through the castle corridors once more, even in the dungeon blocks. The guards and staff were so confused as to what was going on, they weren’t sure that they should help catch him or sit back and watch. It finally got to the point where they finally cornered him on a balcony. Thinking they had him. Malakai, on the other hand, was playing with them all along. And he grins a wicked grin before pulling a door knob out of his pocket and holds it up. They both looked at him in confusion. He then sticks it into thin air and turns it, opening a ‘door’ and walks through it.
“Bye ladies! You almost got me this time!”
He said before slipping into the passage and the knob disappearing when he left them standing their seething in anger. They were so angry that they could...well we'll leave that out for now. Malakai is just glad to be away from that mess, back in his own little realm where no one but him could get to.
“Whew….that was really close, but also was pretty fun..hehehehe.”
He chuckled to himself.

Act 10 You Don't Know The Power Of The Dark Side
Malakai walked along the dirt road just outside of Ponyville. The air was crisp and cool, and the leaves had begun to change those beautiful autumn colors indicating that fall was on its way. And this being one of his two favorite seasons of the year, he couldn’t wait. Especially when it was closer and closer he was going to be taking time off his job to spend with Fluttershy. As winter approached, he decided that would be this offseason, as that was his top favorite season of all of them.
As he was making his way down the road, he heard the sound of flapping wings above him. He looks up to see Rainbow Dash flying towards him with a slightly annoyed look on her face. Almost like she was disgusted to see him. Not that he didn’t really mind. While she didn’t like him, she knew that Malakai made Fluttershy happy and that was all that mattered to the tomboy pegasus
“Hey Malakai, I need to speak with you.”
She said in her usual rough and slightly raspy voice, landing in front of him with a slight that. She was wearing her usual outfit. Tight fitting workout shorts that stopped at mid-thigh and her black tight fitting tank-top, it really showed off her lithe and streamline body, showing that she was quite the athletic but still had some softness in the right places. Malakai nods as he is approached by her.
“What’s up Skittles? Just so you know, I didn’t wreck any of your plans for the weather today. I am not feeling like causing chaos today.”
The mare grumbles and crosses her arms in annoyance under her rather modest bust at the nickname he had given her ever since he met her. She sighs and maintains her temper.
“The girls and I have been summoned to the Crystal Empire, and we are leaving today. Fluttershy asked me to let you know since our train leaves within ten minutes, and I am the only one fast enough to get here to tell you. And Fluttershy says...she says…”
“Hm?”
“GAH! She says she will miss you! I swear! I don’t know what she sees in you!”
She turns away and lets out another sigh, but then looks back at him with a less annoyed look.
“But...she has been happier than ever since you two got together. So...if she is happy with you, then I am happy to. Just take good care of her.”
Malakai arched a brow with a tilt of his head. Dash actually said something meaningful to him? Was it opposite day and he forgot to check his calendar? He shook his head and smiled lightly.
“Not to worry. She is in good hands with me. I’d do anything to keep that sweet mare happy, promise.”
She nods as she lifts up into the air with a flap of her wings.
“Good. See you around.”
Was all she said before launching back into the sky to meet up with the others. Well, that ruined his plans for the day, He was hoping to see Fluttershy and spend the day with her. But, her and the others most likely got sent to...wherever they are going by Celestia. Maybe he will pop by and sneak a peek at what important mission they have been sent on just to check in. Mainly for Fluttershy though. In the meantime, he wasn’t sure what he should go do. Maybe go and bother Celestia some? Or even go hang out with Big Mac and have a bit of guy time? Or just go be lazy on his couch at him with a plate full of nachos resting on his chest as he watches late 90’s movies? Yeah, that last one sounded pretty sweet.
Malakai laid on his couch in nothing but boxer shorts, resting his head on his favorite pillow as he watches a film called “The Mask’. It was an old favorite of his. The star of the movie was extremely funny. Then he watched The Crow’, another childhood favorite. This passed about four to five hours of time. He gets up and leaves another movie running for background noise and makes his way to his bathroom. He gets into his shower and starts the hot water, the steam fogging up the whole room as he starts singing. Yes, he sings in the shower. After all that, he goes back to his couch with nothing but his towel wrapped around his waist. Suddenly there is a knock at his door, he gets back up and walks over to the door and opens it to find….
“Muffins? How in the…?”
The poor mail mare was confused beyond all reason. She had a look of fear on her face as she had been drifting through the void of black and purple for quite a while now. Though her face went from fear to shock as she saw the nearly naked human. A blush coming across her face and a hand coming over her mouth.
“I..I have a message for you…”
She said with a shy smile behind her hand as she held out the envelope with the other. She swayed her hips lightly in embarrassment, but definitely liked what she saw. Malakai reached up and took the letter and smiled lightly to the gray pegasus mare.
“Erm..here, let me help you out of here sweety…”
He said before opening up a portal that appeared between two buildings in Ponyville.
“Just..be more careful from now on, alright?”
She gave a rather shy nod and made her way through, waving to him still with a heavy blush on her face before leaving. He closes the portal and shakes his head lightly before closing his door.
“I swear..only she could find her way here like that.”
He said as he opened up the letter. When he read it, however, his eyes widened slowly as he saw only two words in handwriting he instantly knew.
‘Help us’
Malakai dropped the letter and got dressed as fast as he could.He snaps his fingers and appears on the outskirts of the Crystal kingdom...where things were looking rather dark and depressing. When Malakai envisioned the place, he was expecting shiny bright and happy ponies. This certainly wasn’t the case. Once he made it into the city, there were...strange looking guards in dark armor patrolling the streets and ponies barricaded in their homes. Something must have gone horribly wrong here with Twilight and her friends came here. And it was up to Malakai to help Fluttershy and her friends out of this situation.
”What is it you plan to do, handsome? Are you going to play hero instead of the villain today~?”
Asked Faust. Apparently, she was speaking with him using telepathy. He blinks a few times and responds in the same manner. Sneaking his way between buildings like an argonian assassin.
“Well, I can’t just let Shy and the others stay here. They sent me for help after all.”
”Aaa you do care for all of them. And here i thought you didn’t like them.”
He lets out a light chuckle as he continues to sneak about, making his way closer to the castle. The human was already good at sneaking around even before he became the lord of chaos. His sneaking skill is at one-hundred, baby.
”Who said I didn’t like them? I may act a little mean with them, but that’s my job. I actually like them all. Of course, i care about Fluttershy more than the rest, but other than that, they are really nice mares. Even if Skittles doesn’t like me, she is pretty cool too.”
--In The Castle Dungeons--
Twilight and the other girls laid on the floor in chains along with Cadence. All the ponies with horns had dark crystal rings around them so they could not perform magic to aid in their escape, and the chains and shackles were so strong that they couldn’t even hold down the strongest of the group, that being Applejack and Rainbow Dash. Shining Armor was kept away from the group in a couple cells down with some of his soldiers that had survived the brainwashing that been forced upon them but resisted against.
“Twilight...are you alright over there..?”
Asked a very exhausted Cadence. The royal outfit she was wearing torn to tatters and barely hiding her more form in the spots she wishes was fully covered. Each of the other girls having the same situation. They were all covered in bruises and scratches from the rough fight they were in. Things definitely did not go their way.
“Y-yeah...I just..I just can’t believe I failed to save the empire….I was so close to retrieving the heart, I did not think about the trap that Sombra had left behind even when he was banished...and it’s all my fail we are stuck in here now. I...I really let everypony down…”
She said in a saddened tone as tears began to well up in her eyes. Her friends wanted to console her so very much, but the chains kept each of them apart from one another.
“Oh Twah, don’t beat yourself up over this. We will find a way outta this… That letter made it through didn’t it…?”
Asked Applejack trying to lighten the situation, even for a little. Twilight nodded and looked over at her friend with tears still streaming down her face. Clearly, this was having a great effect on her. Not only did she fail her test, but she failed all of the empire. And she was taking it hard.
“Yes...but who knows when he will get it...or if he even cares to come…”
Fluttershy would normally be frightened in this situation, but hearing Twilight say that about Malakai made her feel a bit angry.
“He will be here...I know he will. Believe it or not girls, he does care about all of us. He may not be the nicest pony. But he would drop everything for all of us if we were in trouble. Not just for me.”
Rarity lets out a ‘pft’ noise and shakes her head. Clearly not believing what Fluttershy had to say about Malakai.
“I bet that ruffian just tossed the letter away and is doing whatever he wished. Let’s face it, the only reason he’d come here is that of Fluttershy. I bet he’d be as so rude as to leave us all behind…”
Fluttershy was really starting to feel heartbroken that two of her friends were talking about the only male who truly cared for her and like her for her. It was really making her heart get to the breaking point. That is until Rainbow Dash spoke up.
“He is a jerk...but he isn’t that heartless guys…”
They all gasped and looked over at the cyan mare. They couldn’t believe their ears.
“He cares for all of us, even though I don’t like him myself. You gotta respect someone like that. I know he’ll be here. And he wouldn’t leave any of us behind.”
Pinkie chimed in as well, reinforcing Dash’s comment with a slight smile despite their situation.
“Mhmm, when he isn’t causing trouble, he sometimes comes and helps me with the cake making when things get too busy. He just doesn’t want anyone to know that is all, hehe.”
“And you went and told them? Shame on you Pinks.”
They all gasped when they saw Malakai walk in front of the bars with a grin on his face, crossing his arms as he looked at the group. Fluttershy the happiest out of the bunch to see him of course. She tries to get up to run to him, but remembering her restraints, she falls back down. Malakai crosses his arms at the group mainly eyeing Rarity who seemed to not have any faith in him at all.
“You know, for being so rude, I could leave you here and let the dark king have his way with you while I take all the others to safety…but that would make Fluttershy sad. And I'd feel a bit guilty in letting him do unspeakable things to you. So I guess I can let you free.”
He said as he snapped his fingers, the bars turning into cheese and literally falling apart when he bends them. The chains and shackles having the same effect. Once they were all free, Fluttershy got up again and run to the human, wrapping her arms around him tightly and not letting go, lightly sobbing into his shoulder. She had a death grip on his jacket as she held him.
“I knew you’d come. I knew it in my heart….”
She said between light sobs. Malakai smiled lightly and ran his fingers through her mane lovingly, consoling his sweet mare. His gaze falls to Twilight and the others, then look over at Cadence who had gotten to her hooves.
“What happened here? I was expecting a place like the Crystal Kingdom to be a bit more….brighter and happier. But this place is more depressing than a bus stop in Rino. But that’s a story for another time.”
Twilight and Cadence had explained to him that things didn’t go quite their way when retrieving a relic called the ‘crystal heart’ and that King Sombra has returned and taken over the kingdom once more. Malakai listened intently as Fluttershy clung to him, happy to be in his arms once more. Once he was brought up to speed on the whole situation he nodded firmly
“I am going to go and release your husband who is in the next few cells down. When I do, I want you all to get out of here and get somewhere safe. With those growths on your horns, I believe you won’t be able to use your magic until Sombra has been taken down. I will retrieve the heart for you.”
Twilight walked over and placed a hand on his shoulder, looking up at him with hopeful eyes.
“Please let me come with you. I know the layout of this castle like the back of my hand. I may not be able to use my magic, but i can certainly guide you around every twist and turn.”
The group nodded in agreement with this idea, leaving Malakai no choice but to agree.
“Fine, but when I confront Sombra, I am taking him down my way…”
He said as he rubbed his hands together with a wicked grin. Another thing he had always wanted to do ever since his childhood was about to become a reality.
--The Throne Room--
Sombra sat upon the throne with a goblet full of red wine and a few female crystal ponies dancing for him, chained and barely clothed in nothing but silks. However, that fun time was ruined quickly when the twin doors were busted down with two dead soldiers whose heads rolled in beside them as a figure in a black and red cloak wear some rather odd futuristic armor and a mask walked in wielding some kind of glowing red dual-sided blade that seemed to have a light humming sound coming from it. When the figure twirled it around a bit, it gave off a more “warm’ sound.
“Well well, looks like I am late to the party. You got to the heart before I could> That certainly will not do.”
The figure said with a morphed voice, as the mask he wore gave it that very effect. Sombra already had a look of unpleasantness on his face when he saw his dead soldiers. He stands up from his throne, a low growl coming from his throat, thus giving the signal for the slave mares to run while his attention was elsewhere. He slowly steps down from his throne and draws his sword from its sheath that rested at his right hips, clad in metal armor and a long flowing red cape.
“I don’t know who you are stranger, but the ponies and the crystal heart all belong to me rightfully. I waited a thousand years to be free of my icy prison in the north, and I am not going to give up what is mine to some...outlandish pretender.”
Malakai chuckles lightly under his mask and eyes Sombra, idly twirling his dual blade again
“Well, your soldiers I have come into contact with certainly won’t help you. You see, they are all dead~. Lightsabers can cut through steel with no issue. So if you got any other weapons other than that flimsy blade you got there, this is going to be over quickly and I can take your throne. Of course, that would be too easy. Here.”
He said as he throws a cylindrical hilt toward Sombra who grabbed it and looked it over.
“Press the button and the blade comes out. I recommend not touching it though unless you want a hand removed.”
Sombra does so. And a beam about as pink as Pinkie’s fur comes out, this making Malakai laugh.
“I think it suits you very well mister dark king.”
“Sombra growled lowly at this and gritted his teeth in anger. Readying the blade in his fighting stance.
“I will sever your head and mount it on a pike for all my slaves to see, then let the crows eat the flesh until there is nothing left.”
“Big words for someone who is about to get his ass kicked and using a pink lightsaber~.”
They walked the room in a circle for a few moments, sizing on another up as Malakai twirled his dual blade once more to taunt Sombra. They then lunged at one another with the blades connecting over and over. Near hits and misses as the blades danced through the air in the grips. It was as if it was a real Star Wars fight from the movies. But this was two sites fighting for total control. All the while Twilight was sneaking around looking for the heart. Malakai was keeping Sombra to busy with the barrage of attacks from his blade Sombra was holding up against him quite well. He must have had sword training back when he was younger, but Malakai was still bearing down on him. Also, Malakai was quite agile since he wasn’t weighed down by heavy armor like Sombra was. He was backflipping and jumping over Sombra like it was nothing. At this point, Malakai was just toying with the unsuspecting dark king.
“You are outmatched here Sombra, give up and accept your death by my blade. This realm doesn’t belong to you.”
“Shut your mouth, pretender!”
He shouted in irritation. Beginning to swing blindly in rage now. Even so much as using his magic to wield the blade now. Malakai had a plan for that though, he knocks away the blade and unlocks the twin blade into literally dual wielding blades. He twirls them around and suddenly flings one of them using the force, the blade coming at Sombra like a buzzsaw. Sombra knocked the first one away but didn’t notice the second one right behind it. Severing his horn from his head. Malakai’s blades fly back into his grip as he then sheathed his blades at his side and casts lightning at Sombra, a wicked grin forming behind his mask as he mercilessly electrocutes the dark king, the metal armor not making it any less painful.
“You do not know the power of the dark side. You are just a petty king who rules with fear. And now...you will be nothing. I will kill you slowly…”
He said in a more dark and wicked tone which included a low sinister chuckle. Before he could strike the finishing blow, something inside of him clicked, a heartbeat was heard as he stopped. He felt like this was one of those critical moments Faust had warned him about. He steps away finally coming to his senses, realizing what he was about to do and got caught up in the role a bit too much it seemed. He backs away and shakes his head.
“No….nonono, Get a hold of yourself…."
He said repeatedly as he placed a hand to his head. With Sombra already passed out from the intense pain he had been given. Twilight returned with the heart in hand. She gasps sharply as she sees what has happened and quickly runs to Malakai’s side.
“Is he….?”
“No, but I almost did...I will bind him down and let the heart take care of him. I will not kill if i don’t have to. But I...it felt good to see him struggle under my power...had I not stopped…”
“You did the right thing by stopping, Malakai. I am glad you caught yourself before you did the unthinkable. Once the heart is activated, Sombra will be destroyed. Come, let’s get this taken care of.”
And with that, the restoration of the Crystal Empire began, and Sombra was defeated. And Malakai successfully avoided making a bad decision...for now. Will a similar choice come down the line sooner than he hopes? No one knows.

Act 11: Malakai's First Hearth's Warming
The pure white snow fell gently from the greyed sky on the day of Hearth’s Warming Eve. It was absolutely beautiful and so very peaceful. Everyone was getting ready for the night that was soon to come. Family, friends, parties, all were to gather and enjoy the night as one just as their ancestors did all those years ago when the holiday was first created. It was so very peaceful. But that peace was shattered as the sound of a motorbike drew closer and closer...until it flew over a hill blasting a heavy metal version of 'Merry Christmas'.
Malakai hummed the song in a rather cheerful tone as he rode his way closer and closer to Ponyville. Following him, however, was an army of tiny gingerbread men riding gingerbread motorbikes with leather jack and spikes on them created by gumdrops and icing. Their motorbikes giving off a comically high pitched sound as if they were small go-karts.
“YEEEEEHAAAAW!”
“WOOOOOO!”
They shouted out in high pitched tiny voices as they rode forth to the unsuspecting town. Malakai couldn’t help but chuckle to himself as he and his little army rode on. Soon enough, he flew through the middle of town with his followers behind him. They suddenly spit up into groups of four as they go around and harass every pony in sight. Not in a cruel way of course, just to keep them on their toes and prank them. Eventually, he found his way to Twilight, Rainbow Dash and Applejack who were walking through the town. He rides straight for them and starts to circle around them to the point where they were huddled together. A wicked smile on his face soon turned to a light-hearted on as he reached into the left saddlebag of his bike. And pulled out three medium-sized boxes and held them out to them.
“All pranking aside, I did get you girls something.”
Of course, Dash was the first to become skeptical of Malakai’s gifts and stood in front of Applejack and Twilight as if defending them from some kind of monster. A look of complete disbelief on her face.
“How do we know you are telling the truth? For all we know, you could have those things rigged to explode or something! I bet you didn’t even put anything in those boxes even!”
Malakai pushes the kickstand down on his bike and gets off with the boxes still in hand. He walks past Dash and sticks his tongue out at her as he turns his attention to the other two. All the while the little gingerbread bikers are still causing mischief throughout the town ramping their little bikes over small snow mounds He holds out the boxes to their respected recipients and smiles genuinely to them.
“During a holiday such as this, even I wouldn’t prank someone with false gifts. I really hope you two like these. Please, go ahead and open them.”
“Wow...thank you, Malakai...this is so sweet of you. I...didn’t expect this.”
“Neither did Ah. Ah hate to say it, but it looks like he ain’t all that bad after all.”
The both began to open the boxes that were handed to them. Slowly at first just to be safe. But once they pulled off the lids of their box, their faces went from uncertain to extremely ecstatic by what they saw in the box. Twilight pulled out a set of books that were sealed in plastic that read ‘Harry Potter Collection’ on the side.
“I know you like reading and magic. So I got you something that would appeal to those two things. The story is about a human boy who finds out he is actually a wizard. And he faces down evil all to take down the one who killed his parents and saves the world. All while creating friendships with other humans who help him along the way. I hope you enjoy them, bookworm.”
Of course he didn’t call her that to insult her, it was merely his endearing nickname for the purple unicorn. Twilight was more than happy with the book set he had just given her. She suddenly leaps forward and wraps an arm around him with a hug as tight as she could.
“Thank you, thank you so much, Malakai! I cannot wait to read these when I get home!”
He could feel the breeze from her tail as it swayed in happiness quickly. He was happy that she liked her gift and gave her another smile.
“Merry Christmas, Twi.”
She looks at him in confusion.
“Don’t you mean Happy Hearth’s Warming..?”
“Oooh right, that’s what you call it here...sorry about that.”
Malakai’s attention turned to Applejack as he heard her gasp in delight as she pulled out a rather very nice brown leather duster that matched her stetson hat wonderfully. She held the long coat up as her emerald eyes examined the fine stitching and craftsmanship of the coat. She took her old and worn one off and quickly slid on the new one. The coat quickly doing its job as it blocked out the cold breeze all the way down to her ankles. And it certainly did look good on her.
“Now all you need is a six-shooter and you’d be good to go.”
Malakai joked in a light-hearted tone. Like Twilight had done, Applejack threw her arms around Malakai in a more tighter hug than twilight did. Her strength making his back pop in a few places as she squeezed him with happiness and thanks.
“Ah love it so much! This must have cost you a lot of money to get! Ah have always wanted a coat like this, but Ah never knew a pony who would use leather in their work..thank you so much, sugarcube. Ah really love it!”
Malakai brings a hand up and ruffles Applejack’s mane lightly before she lets go of him. All the while Dash looks over at him with a dumbfounded look on her face as she had just witnessed him giving real gifts and bringing two of her friends' happiness with them. Malakai looks down at the box he had for Dash and shrugs lightly as he walks over to his bike.
“Well, since Skittles doesn’t believe in the spirit of Christmas, she doesn’t get a gift. Oh well~.”
He starts up his bike and throws the kickstand back and gets ready to ride of. But before that, Dash called out to him with wide eyes.
“W-wait! I am sorry! I didn’t mean it! I..I just-...”
She was cut off by the box being tossed to her which she quickly leaped out to grab. Malakai just offered her the same smile he gave to Twilight and Applejack before using the back tire of his bike to turn around and ride off elsewhere. Dash looked down at the box with a bit of guilt before opening it up to see what she had been given. What she saw brought her both happiness and even more guilt as she pulled out a leather Wonderbolts official jack hand signed by all four of the Wonderbolts. Even Twilight and Applejack were surprised he was able to get something like that.
“Wooow….how in the hay did he get that?!”
Applejack asked in complete surprise.
“He must have gone through a lot of trouble to acquire all four signatures...that was really, really nice of him to give you that, Dash…”
The cyan pegasus held the coat close to her chest and lowered her head. But smile weakly as she lifted her head and watched the human ride off.
“Thank you, Malakai...happy Hearth’s Warming…”
After having given Rarity and Pinkie the gifts he had picked out for them and seeing just how happy it made them to get what he gave them, he moved on to the last mare on his list. However, he was a bit nervous about this one. As this was the mare he cared for the most out of every single pony in the world. He looked down at the small box in his hand for a moment as he stood on the other side of the small bridge that leads to Fluttershy’s little cottage. His gaze slowly lifting up and locking on to the path ahead before he slowly started walking towards the home.
“I don’t know if jewelry is her thing...but I really hope she likes it…”
He said to himself. Suddenly a copy of himself appeared and placed a hand on his shoulder and gave him a gentle shake.
“Come on, bro. You got this. This is Fluttershy! You know she is totally into you. And no matter what you give her, she knows it comes from your heart. Be it jewelry or some lousy arts and crafts project. Now get in there and spend this wonderful holiday with the sexiest and sweetest mare in the world, she is all yours!”
The copy pushed him forward, making him nearly go crashing against the door as he tried to maintain his balance. The clone disappears and Malakai takes in a long breath before slowly letting it out. He reaches up and knocks on the door a couple of times.
“Oh? Coming!”
He heard on the other side. The sound of walking hooves getting closer and closer before the door lightly swings back.The yellow pegasus mare gazed up to see who was visiting her before a wide smile appeared on her face, those beautiful cyan eyes lighting up as she leaps forward and wraps her arms around Malakai’s neck and squeezes as tight as she could while nuzzling into his chest. Every time he felt ehr form against his, it was so warm and soft, very soft. He wrapped his own arms around her and returned the smile to her.
“Malakai, I am sooooo happy you came by today, I was really hoping I’d get to spend this wonderful evening with you…”
Before he could speak, she takes him by one of his hand with both of hers and pulls him in. This making his heart nearly jump from his chest.
“Let’s get you out of the cold, I don’t want you getting sick!”
Once she gets him inside, she closes the door behind them and motions for him to follow her over to the sofa that sat in front of the fire. All manner of small creatures walked around on the floor below them. Ferrets, mice, squirrels and of course her pet bunny Angel crossed his arms as he gazed up at Malakai with a less suspecting stare than usual. Malakai knew exactly what would change the bunny’s attitude towards him however and pulled out a rather large carrot from his coat that had a red ribbon around it. Angel’s mouth fell open and drool slid down the side of it slightly. Malakai chuckled lightly and crouched down in front of Angel and handed to oversized carrot to him.
“Here you go, little guy. Enjoy.”
The rabbit was more than happy with Malakai’s offering and drug it away to wherever to begin munching down on it. Fluttershy just smiled and motioned for him to come and sit on the sofa. He did just that, making himself comfortable and letting out a sigh of delight as he enjoys the warmth of the fire. As he took a longer look at the pegasus, he noticed that she was wearing a rather tight fitting sweater which REALLY showed off her heavy bust. And hugged her more than generously sized hips. Not only that, but she was where green and white striped stockings that went up to her mid-thigh. All this combine made Malakai a very happy man.
She. Is. So. Fucking. CUTE!
He screamed in his head. All the while on the outside cool as a cucumber now. He watched her move about her little cottage, eventually roaming into the kitchen and brewing what he believed to be hot chocolate, something he hasn’t had in years. When she was out of the room, he reaches into his coat and pulls out the little box he had in his hand before and gives it a light squeeze.
“It’s now or never. I will wait till she comes to sit down with me...or maybe I should give it to her when she is still standing? Gah, I don’t know!”
He whispered to himself. Soon enough, Fluttershy came back out with a tray that two steaming mugs sat upon. And it smelled extremely good. It looked even better when she sat it on the coffee table in front of them. It was topped with whipped cream, chocolate chips and a bit of cinnamon as well.
“These look amazing, Shy...it has been years since I drank this stuff…”
“Well, I am happy to make it for you, Malakai. Please go ahead and enjoy yourself~.”
She was about to sit beside him. But then he stood up and placed a hand out in front of her to stop her from sitting down. She looked up at him in confusion for a moment. However, her confusion switched to concern as she noticed the look on his face.
Malakai..? What’s wrong? Did something happen before you got here?”
He shook his head and motioned for her to turn away from him.
“Close your eyes…”
She blinks a few times before doing so. Malakai quietly opens the box and takes out the item in question he had gotten specially made for her. He reaches over her head and around her neck as the necklace rests upon her chest. He clips it on with a smile.
“Okay, you can look now.”
When she looked down at the necklace, her eyes widened and a soft gasp escaped her muzzle as she gazed down at the golden chain that held an emerald in the shape of a heart framed in gold rested in the middle of her breasts. She takes one hand to examine the stone more closely and starts to tremble a bit. After a moment of silence, she quickly turns around and buries her face into his chest and nuzzles, wrapping her arms around him as tightly as she could.
“Oooh thank so very much, Malakai! It’s so beautiful!”
She exclaimed. He was about to make his move now. It was time. He lightly cradles her jaw in his hands and locks his eyes with hers. Suddenly leaning in and locking his lips with hers, the deep kiss began. Fluttershy lets out an audible squeak of surprise but doesn’t pull away or resist. A heavy blush forms over her face as she pushes up on the edges of her hooves to meet his kiss, her arms still wrapped tightly around him. Once the separated their lips from each other. Malakai smiled warmly at her.
“Happy Hearth’s Warming, Shy. I love you so, so very much. Please stay with me forever and always. No other mare makes me happy like you do. You accepted me for who I am and what I am. I cannot ask for anything better than that.”
Fluttershy’s grip on the back of his coat tightened as she pushed herself closer to him, even going as far as wrapping her wings around him. Her gaze meeting his again with tears of happiness welling up in her eyes.
“You know, I have been so afraid of finding the right stallion for myself. And I would always get compliments and get hit on by a lot of stallions ever since I moved her to Ponyville. But with you..and how much time we spent together. I have never felt more safe and comfortable around somepony..someone. I love you Malakai, and I want to be with you forever and ever and continue to share this holiday and many more with you.”
The two sat down on the sofa and got comfortable. Fluttershy crawled into his lap and wrapped her arms around his shoulders while he wrapped his own around her in a loving embrace. Later that night, Fluttershy who was used to sleeping alone in her bed for so long, no longer felt that same loneliness as Malakai held her against his body and the two slept soundly through the night, ready to greet the next day together...

Acy 1: The First Sign Of New Chaos
Malakai sat up at near neck breaking speed. His eyes snapping wide open as he looks around at his surroundings. He quickly gets to his feet and staggers back, nearly falling back down as he tries to figure out where he was. From what he could tell, he was out in a grassy meadow with the moon shining down upon him. Then he spotted what he could see as a town of some sort off in the distance. As there were buildings with lights in the windows. So he was near civilization at least. This was good.
“Now then..where’s my bike?”
He said as he looked around, having no luck finding it. It had to be around here somewhere! But then he remembered the whole thing that had happened before. She said he could make anything happen right? He shrugs.
“What’s the harm in trying? For all I know, this is real...or that is some gooood drugs.”
He pictures his motorcycle in his mind and snaps his fingers. In a poof of light, his bike appears right in front of him, looking almost brand new. He blinks a few times and gasps slightly, a smile coming across his face. What else could he summon up? He thought of something silly to do next. He rubs his hands together with a wicked grin. He snaps his fingers once more and points them at the town. Next thing that happens? A large raincloud appears and….donuts fall from them? All kinds, chocolate, glazed, cream filled. Every donut one could imagine was falling upon the town. He can’t help but laugh at what was going on. He could really do as he pleased with this new ability of his! Ideas started sparking off in his head immediately. He could cause chaos for every being here if he so desired to. But he wasn’t that kind of guy. As fun as it was, he knew he had to show a little bit of mercy. He didn’t want to upset the balance after all.
“Hmm, I need to go and check out the area. I wonder if I can…”
He walks over to his bike and climbs on. He starts it up and starts it up, the engine roaring to life. He hits the gas and starts driving it, flames forming around the wheels of the bike and suddenly it takes flight, riding through the sky like it was an open road, leaving a trail of fire behind him as he does.
“Oh hell yeah!”
He exclaimed as he soared through the sky at top speed. Once he made it to Ponyville, he brought the bike back down to the ground and came to a stop in the middle of the square. All the donuts that had fallen earlier were still on the ground. He gets off his bike and snaps his fingers, making it disappear for the meantime. The more he walked around and looked, however, the more he remembered this place.
“Wait...she said ‘Equestria’. Could this really be…?”
Just then a golden and dark blue light appear in front of Malakai, making him jump back in surprise. The two beings he was looking at were both Celestia and Luna, but instead of being regular ponies, they were on two legs instead of four..and very tall and thick. Much like amazonian women. So he was in the place he thought he was in, they just looked different.
“Who knew that this place actually existed...What’s going through the author’s mind as he writes this stuff?”
(Honestly, I don’t know myself...I just make it up as I go along. Wait..what the…? Oh right...master of chaos can break the fourth wall.))
Malakai turns his attention back to the royal sisters who were glaring daggers at him. He smiles lightly and holds his arms out to his sides.
“Ladiiiies~ So good to finally meet you in person. Your mother told me all about you and how you killed off the last wielder of chaos. She said that you two got quite the talking to. Why don’t you two come and sit with me?”
He said as he snaps his fingers as levitating chairs and a table appear. He sits on one of them as sodas appear on the table, one for each of them.
“And, you are?”
Asked Celestia in a serious tone, continuing to stare the much shorter human down.
“Oh! How rude of me. I am Malakai Ryder. Your new friendly neighborhood chaos-man!”
He said as he disappears and reappears between the two sisters looking up at them as he wraps his arms around their waists, he can’t reach any higher.
“And you two are Princess Luna and Celestia. I can see how you to are related to Faust, you got her looks!”
He said before disappearing and reappearing again in front of them. Celestia looks at her younger sister and shakes her head.
“Well, at least he looks more normal anyways.”
“So, how do these tails of yours flow like they do without the wind?”
He said as he had both of their tails in his hands. They both look back to find their tails...missing!
“Give those back!”
They both screamed at him. He disappears and reappears on his bike and takes off with them, driving through the town as he holds them in one hand.
"Come get them, princesses!"
And so the chase began. Back and forth between building, upside down, right side up, He was just leading them everywhere he could and he was having a blast doing it too. Even at one point, he drove past a medium rock with them behind him. But as they went past the rock, he peeks his head out from under and drives his whole bike out from under it. Soon it got to the point where they both were getting exhausted and he was standing there with their tails in his hand leaning against his bike with a toothy grin.
“Hey, Celestia. Do YOU like bananas?”
He asked as he pulled a rocket launcher seemingly out of nowhere. But instead of RPG, it was bananas! He squeezed the trigger and fired it at both Celestia and Luna, pelting them both with the yellow fruit with a laugh. However, they weren’t too happy with him now.
“ENOUGH!”
Shouted Celestia as she brought up a forcefield and threw it his way. Though he was able to step out of the way in time and tosses the rpg away, making an explosion as it landed. They both came at him full force, attempting to tackle him to the ground. He quickly changes into a ninja outfit and lets out a low ‘hoi!” before throwing down a smoke bomb and disappears into the night. Well okay, maybe he disappeared just to the building above them, but he didn’t have their tails in his hand.
“See? Wasn’t that fun? We should definitely do this again sometime!”
He said before disappearing into another puff of smoke, but not before creating another rainstorm of donuts, this time he added pastries in the mix as well. Both the sisters were less than happy that he had toyed with them like it was nothing, but deep down, they knew that without a master of chaos, things just go so...boring. And he didn’t seem like he was any worse than Discord.
“He better watch his step…”
Luna said as she looked up to her sister, who seemed to be fixated on a certain thought on their new rival.
“Something tells me he will not be easy to control, Luna...He isn’t like Discord. Discord was overconfident in his abilities, believing that he was invincible, untouchable. But this...Malakai seems to possess a bit more logical sense than him. We best watch ourselves around him. I truly hope mother knew what she was up to. She brought in a complete stranger into our world. Anyways, let’s get this cleaned up before…”
Doors and windows fly open as ponies came out to see what all the fuss was about. All were confused and wondering why it was raining sweets. Pinkie Pie, of course, was all the more excited about it, running around and letting the donuts and pastries fall into her mouth.
“...everypony wakes up to see this…”
She said in an exhausted tone before her and her sister dispel that mess. Leaving Pinkie shouting.
“Hey, who turned off the donut rain?!”
--Somewhere In Malakai’s Own Realm--
The human remade his old apartment with a snap of his fingers. He wanted it to feel like home after all. Even with the view of the city just out his windows. He walks over to his couch and plops down on it with a sigh. He picks up the tv remote and clicks it on.Hey, he could do whatever he wanted after all. And he wanted to get his usual channels. So he made it happen. There was a knock at his door, then a bright white light entered his living room. There she was again, Faust.
“Aaah, so this is what it looked like in your home! Very cozy!”
“Hello there Faust. Come to check up on your new master of chaos huh?”
She walks over to him and sits beside him on the couch, he moves his feet back a bit so that she’d have some room and gave him a nod.
“I must admit. The way you toyed with my daughters like that was pretty amusing. nThe last chaos master took Celestia’s tail at one point, but it wasn’t as comical when he did it. And that banana cannon? I love it.”
Malakai smiled lightly and looked back to his tv screen.
“So tell me, Faust...I am not dreaming, am I? This whole thing that just happened. It’s not a dream or all inside from head from some hardcore drug?”
Faust giggles lightly and shakes her head.
“Oh no my dear Malakai. This is all real. You exist in my world now...well, technically this is your own realm, but you get the idea.”
He lets out a sigh as he gazes up at the ceiling. He wasn’t sad, but at the same time, he wasn’t rejoicing. He just felt...strange. Here he was in a new world with new beings and just...new everything.
“Well, this will certainly be a new and exciting chapter in my life. I can say that much. I don’t regret making this choice. I mean, I could very well rip the fabric of reality if I so wished. I mean..who could pass that deal up? I just hope I live up to your expectations of being a god of chaos..or whatever you call it here.”
Faust lightly places a hand on his shoulder, giving him a reassuring nod.
“I know you will do anything you can to maintain the balance.And I chose you because you are chaotic. But at the same time, you aren’t an evil being. I think things will change differently than the path I have seen before Discord was destroyed. Should you need guidance, I am always here for you.”
“Thanks alot Faust. And thanks for giving me this opportunity. I won’t let you down.”
