Starfleet Season 2 (Rewrite)

Lightning and his friends were at the royal palace. They were sent a message from their majesties saying that they had something special for Sapphire's pokemon and dragons and they wanted them all to see it. "I wonder what they have for them?" Pinkie wondered. "I hope it's helpful."

"Yeah, afterall they have been very helpful to us so it's only fair." Lightning added.

"Guys?" The team turned and saw Sapphire and her pokemon and dragons walking towards them. "Hey Sapphire, are you here for the surprise too?" Pinkie asked.

"Yeah." she was grinning really big for some reason.

"Why are you grinning so big?" Rainbow asked suspiciously.

"Oh no reason." she squealed.

The team didn't buy that but before they could ask her any more questions they were called into the throne room. Their majesties, including Princess Luna, Cadence and Shining Armor were present along with Professor Brain. "Good morning, your majesties." the team said.

"Good morning everyone, did you get our messages?" Grand Ruler questioned.

"Yes, so what's this surprise for Sapphire's pokemon and dragons?" Fluttershy asked.

"Well... a couple weeks ago, Sapphire came to me asking if I could make some vehicles for her pokemon and dragons." Brain started.

"Vehicles?!" the team exclaimed.

"Yes, she thought that it would be good for the pokemon and dragons to have vehicles to help in an emergency if you guys are too busy to do so. It took quite some time but I completed the construction of the vehicles." The team was amazed.

"Wait, so the pokemon and dragons are going to be driving vehicles of their own? Can they even drive?" Rainbow asked.

"I know my pokemon and dragons will get the hang of driving." Sapphire said. "So where are the vehicles, Professor?"

"There at the palace gates. This way." Brain led everyone out of the throne room and to the palace gates where the vehicles layed. "Woah!" the team gasped. The vehicles with on a circular panel with a slide that went up to the throne room, so they could slide down it and land in their vehicles. The slide was big enough for the dragons and pokemon.

The vehicles were specifically made for each pokemon.

Dusk, Sunsrise and Midnight's vehicle was a police truck with two police cycles folded in on the sides.

Snowflake's vehicle was the same, but it didn't have cycles on the side.

Zweilous's vehicle was hovercraft. Being that he loved the water. it had two large fan in the back and the bottom could inflate to help it hover over the ground.

Flameclaw's vehicle was a firetruck which was ironic.

Dragonair's vehicle was recycling truck with the forks of a forklift in the front. The truck itself was blue with a dragon symbol on the side.

Camo's vehicle was a digger with a huge shovel in the front and a drill in the back.

Noctowl's vehicle was a helicopter it was light brown and white propellers completed with a tail propeller as well.

Skystorm's was the same except it was purple.

Finally, Ampharos's vehicle was an electrician truck to help him with electric problems. Completed with a ladder with a small bucket in it.

"And we made these flight packs for the pokemon and dragons. This would help them fly as fast as the team." Professor Brain gave the packs to the pokemon and dragons. They were the same colors as their vehicles. They loved it. "Also-"

"There's more?!" Lightning said.

"Yes." Their majesties came up to the dragons and pokemon with collars with a gem in the center. Grand Ruler also gave Sapphire a bracelet with a sapphire gem in the center. "These will help Sapphire communicate with you all and allow you all to talk."

"TALK?!" Everybody exclaimed.

"Yes." Their majesties placed the collars on the pokemon and dragons and immediately they lit up. "Thanks." Ampahros said. "Woah, I can talk! YEAH!"

The other pokemon and dragons started chattering among themselves and loved every second of it. Sapphire couldn't be more grateful, she didn't except this as a part of the surprise. "Thanks Professor. Thanks your majesties."

"Your welcome, Sapphire." they all said.

"No, if you esxcuse us, we have go and make a cake for someone." Celestia stated, winking at Lightning and the gang.

"A cake? For whom?" Luna asked.

"It's a surprise~" Grand Ruler teased. Luna looked confused while everyone else giggled quietly.

What they didn't know was that Team Rocket was watching from afar. "So the pokemon and dragons have new vehicles." Jesse said.

"It would appear so." James added.

"Yeah, big whoop, let's just focus on capturing those ponies." Meowth interrupted.

"But what do you suggest we do?" James asked.

"I think I know and this plan is gonna be sweet." Jesse stated. The boys looked at each other, wondering what you were thinking.

That afternoon, their majesties were in the kitchen, making some cake batter. They put eggs, flour, chocolate, and a teaspoon of super-duper baking powder in the bowl. "That should do it." Grand Ruler said. That's when the door opened and three chefs came in. Each wearing a large chef's hat; except for the smallest one. "Ah, your majesties, need any help with the cake?" the male baker asked.

"No. We're alright." The smallest baker went over to the batter. "Hmmm... are you sure this is good. I mean shouldn't it be more batter?"

"More batter?" Celestia echoed.

"Yes." The smallest baker grabbed the super duper baking power box and poured the whole box in. "Uh, are you sure that's a good idea?" Grand Ruler asked worried, while watching the baker stir the batter. "Of course, what could possibly go wrong?" he asked. That's when the batter starts to bubble. Everyone looked at it and saw the batter rising and overflowing the bowl!

"Uh... I think you put too much baking powder in there." the female baker said nervously. The batter poured all over the floor and starts moving towards the gang. The smallest baker screams and bolts out the door. "RUN!" Grand Ruler cried and the other four rushed after him with the giant wave of cake batter following them. The smallest baker ran down a left hallway while the other four just ran straight. The cake batter caught up with them and traps to four of them on top of it! "Oh dear!" Grand Ruler cried.

That's when the cake batter bursted from the palace and down the palace mountain witht he four of the screaming!

Sapphire, meanwhile, was walking down the hall when she heard screaming and something crashed into her. "What the...!" the baker's hat fell off and revealed to her shock. "Meowth!"

The cat pokemon was panting. "Ahh, it's the Princess twerp!"

"What are you doing here?"

"Me and my pals were trying to capture their majesties again but the cake batter overflowed and now their trapped on top of it!" Meowth exclaimed. They both heard screams and rushed to the window. They saw the batter wave heading right towards the village. In no time the alarms sounded, "Oh no!" Mewoth exclaimed. "What so we do!"

"I know." she pressed the gem on her bracelet, making her pokemon and dragons lit up to. "Dragons and Pokemo to the palace!"

"Sapphire, needs us!" The pokemon, except for Noctowl and Dragonair hopped on the dragons and flew to the palace. Lightning and the team were at the palace when they heard the alarm. They followed the pokemon and dragons into the throne room. Luna was present as well. "Sapphire what's going on? And what's Meowth doing here?" Pinkie asked.

"Alright everyone, we've got a big emergency. Their majesties, Jesse and James and trapped ontop of a giant wave of cake batter." Sapphire said. Everyone gasped. "Oh no!" Rarity said.

"Galloping Galaxies!" Lightning added.

"And we have to save them." Sapphire added. "Snowflake, Dusk, Sunrise, Midnight and Flameclaw, I need you all to evacuate the village quick!"

"These paws uphold the laws." Midnight said in a raspy voice.

"I'm fired up!" Flameclaw said in a soft voice.

"Noctowl and Skystorm, I need you two to track the batter."

"Let's take to the sky!" the two of them replied in a cheery voice.

"But Sapphire what about their majesties?" Buddy asked.

"And my pals? How are we gonna rescue them?" Meowth added.

"I've got that covered. Camo, Dyno and Myte, I need you three to make a giant oven at the field near New Ponyville."

"A Giant Oven?" Camo asked.

"To catch the batter!" Dyno realized.

"Exactly. The rest of you need to guide the batter to the oven." Sapphire added.

Lightning and his team nodded. "Meowth and Princess Luna, you'll ride with Noctowl and Skystorm."

"Okay." Luna replied.

"Alright, let's go, gang!"

The dragons roared and the pokmeon cried out and Camo, Noctowl, Skystorm, Snowflake, The Lycanorcs and Flameclaw slide down the slide and into their vehicles. Once they were running, the team flew out the window and flew beside the vehicles. The cake batter wave was moving fast and the wind blew off the other two baker's hats, exposing, "James, Jesse!" Celestia asked. "What are you doing here?!"

"Uh, now it no time to ask questions, Look!" Jesse cried, pointing ahead.

"Galloping Galxies, we're heading right for the village!" Celestia cried.

"Oh no!" Grand Ruler added.

That's when they heard some sirens. "What's that noise?" James asked.

"Your majesties!" a voice called. The four of them looked to the side and saw, "Snowflake, Dusk, Sunrise, Midnight, Flameclaw?" Celestia said.

"Hang in there, we'll save you!" Dusk said. "Let's go!"

The five of them sped off to the town. "Roc, Megaphone!" Dusk's pack opened and a speaker came out. "Attention, everyone, out of a giant wave of cake batter is heading this away please get to the safety of your homes!" The civilians heed his call and stampeded into their homes.

Luna was riding with Noctowl while Meowth rode with Skystorm. "That batter is almost at the village!" Meowth cried. The batter swept through the village leaving behind some batter, but overall it didn't do major damage. "Oh no, CLIFF!" Jesse cried. The batter was heading right for a cliff now! "YAAAAHHHH!" The four of them cried, but Lightning and Starla got in front of the batter and Starla used her magic to make a shield, deflecting the batter to the right, which it then went outside of New Canterlot and was heading for New Ponyville now!

"How's the construction coming boys?" Sapphire contacted.

The boys were hammering in one side. About 1/3 of the oven was completed. "We need a little more time, amigos!" Dyno replied. The batter came in through the back away of New Ponyville. "Oh dear, now we're heading for the schoolhouse!" Celestia cried.

"Oh shoot!" James added.

However, Buddy and Artie were cutting down a large tree near the schoolhouse. Even though it broke Buddy's heart to cut down this tree, he had to do it the safety of the civilians. "Timber!" the tree fell down and the batter couldn't penetrate it and turned right into town, "WOAH!" their majesties, James and Jesse cried.

"Are you almost done yet?" Buddy called.

Dyno, Myte and Camo were 2/3 finished the giant oven. "Almost finished, guys!" Camo called. The cake batter wave was still moving and Noctowl and Skystorm were still trailing it. "That's it, almost to the boarders of New Ponyville." Noctowl whispered. Luna nodded. Dyno and Myte hammered in the last piece of the oven. "All done, amigos!" Dyno declared.

"Just in time too, look!" Myte said, pointing ahead of them. The cake batter exited the boarders of New Ponyville and heading right towards the oven. "An oven? I don't want to be baked!" Jesse cried.

"Us either!" their majesties added.

"HELP!" he four of them cried. Noctowl and Skystorm flew above of them. "Harness!" they stated. Two harnesses dispatched from the helicopters on the bottom. "Grab on!" they ordered. Their majesties, Jesse and James grabbed the two harness with the boys strapping themselves in and the girls grabbing onto them. They were lifted off the cake batter wave as it went into the oven and the twins closed the door. "Alright!" Lightning cried.

Noctowl and Skystorm landed their helicopters and the whole team met up with them. "Excellent you guys!" Sapphire praised. "That was amazing!"

"Indeed, you saved us from a huge disaster." Grand Ruler added.

"You should have seen Sapphire, she really took charge with her plan to save you four." Pinkie added, making Sapphire blushed. "Hehe."

"Sister! Brother-in-Law!" Luna barreled into Celestia and Grand Ruler's chests knocking them over. "Thank goodness you both are alright, I was so worried!"

"We're alright, Luna. We're okay." Celestia cooed. Team Rocket tried to tip-toe away but, "Team Rocket?" Sapphire said. They winced and turned back at Sapphire, "Anything you want to say?"

"Thanks for saving my two pals." Meowth said.

"Your welcome, Ampharos use Thunderbolt." Ampharos shocked Team Rocket and they flew far away. "Team Rocket's blasting off again!" they cried. The team sighed. "Anyway, you and your pokemon and dragons really saved the day Sapphire." Lightning commented.

"Aww, Lightning." Sapphire blushed.

"No really, you did. Your team is amazing. "

"Yeah." Fluttershy added. "You and your team should help others."

The pokemon and dragons nuzzled Sapphire. "Hehe, we will when something goes wrong."

The pokmeon cried out their names and the dragons roared aloud.

Ding

The Oven door opened and the large cake came out of it. "OOOH, whose the cake for?" Luna asked.

"You." Celestia asnwered with a grin.

"Me?"

"Yes, it's your birthday."

Luna suddenly realized, "Oooooh, how could I forget! Hehe, anyway thank you."

Celestia and Celesto giggled, "Alright everyone, let's dig in!"

"YEAH!" the team cheered and they all dug in after a hard day's work.
