When times get tough for the young alicorn pony, it puts a lot of stress on her body and her mind. Instead of talking about it with her closest friends, she lets it slide. Will her friends find out on their own and help in time, or will it be too late? Only time will tell, and time will tell.

But what if suicide isn't that bad of an idea? What will Twilight sacrifice to gain if she does end up doing it? Will it be worth it? Has she become a totally different pony? Will she actually like her life after?
