{Pinkie Pie}

After I left that apartment complex that Bon Bon had taken me to, I went back to the previous apartment complex that I was in before. This time instead of going up to the apartment I decided to stay in the basement away from people. I was still irritated that the stupid agents of the PPA kept finding me so easily.

I thought about doing another killing because of my anger but I decided against it. Those stupid agents of the PPA keep finding me and I've been losing my support group one by one. It's not fair! People are starting to be selfish by not helping me. I gotta think of a plan and fast.

I paced back and forth trying very hard to think of a plan. Then I came up with one. I decided that the next time I see those agents of the PPA, instead of escaping from them, I think I'll just capture one! Then once I have them in my grasp, I can kill them and that will be the end of it. Those agents should stop chasing me after that. Because that will be a warning for them not to come too close to me. But, it might also backfire on me because the agents of the PPA might step up their search, especially if I kidnapped one of them. Especially Twilight, I have no idea why I didn't kill her before but this time, when she goes to rescue one of her friends she'll fall right into my trap.

"Well Pinkie," I said to myself, "this is a good plan. Once I have one of Twilight's friends in my grasp, I'll kill them and when she comes to rescue them, I will kill her next."

{Alex}

The closer the time for me to go face Pinkie drew near the more nervous I was. Twilight knew this fact because I was having trouble focusing on anything involving planning our wedding. She seemed to understand because we hadn't set a date yet. She agreed with me that we should wait until after my vision of me being Pinkie's research subject came true.

The vision for it to come true was set for tomorrow. I kept thinking why I chose to stay the course on this vision, but like when I decided to use my visions in a different way and it almost worked. So I started thinking maybe I could let Pinkie tie me up and right when she drives the fishing hook into my chest, I'll find some way to break out of the chair and capture her. That is if I don't pass out when that happens. That's because I passed out when I got shot in the chest.

Yeah, know what Star? I thought.

Let me guess, you have a plan to use your vision in a different way again, don't you? Star chuckled.

Yup! I thought. I was thinking that I could let Pinkie tie me to that chair and once she drives the fishing hook into my chest, I can catch her by surprise, rip her magic necklace from her neck and use lightning/electricity to disable her and wala! We got her and she goes back to Equestria, the end. Two problems that could happen with this plan though.

What might those be? Star thought.

First of all, I replied, I could wind up passing out when she drives that fishing hook into my chest like I did when I took that bullet. Second, I could wind up having another vision that changes the course of things and that might complicate the plan, big time.

Yeah, but it might work. You never know until you give it a try. Star thought. Either way you have a plan. Do you wanna get Twilight in on this?

I don't know about that. I thought. But either way, Simon, Abigail, and Violet will be with me when it happens. They want to catch Pinkie just like I do! But with this plan, they might wind up getting captured along with me, and I'm never going to let them die because of me.

Yeah, I agree with you and I know that feeling. I was friends with a human girl before I went inside this crystal. And I protected her with my life. She's dead now. She died of old age. It's sad to me that humans live only to be about 80 to 90 years old. Star thought. No amount of magic can make them live longer.

Oh. I'm sorry to hear that. I thought

It's okay Alex, Star thought, That's the cycle of life for humans. They're born, they live, and then they die.

That's the truth unfortunately. I thought.

Yeah. Star thought with a sigh.

Later that night, I was laying in bed with Twilight. She chose to be in her human form and I was cuddling with her.

"I know you're nervous, aren't you Alex?" Twilight asked.

I replied with a somber voice, "Yeah, although I know I can recover from the wound Pinkie will give me, I don't like the thought of the pain I'm going to get from it. Maybe I'll pass out like I did with the bullet I took to the chest?"

"Hmm, maybe? Or maybe not?" Twilight pondered, "I know for a fact, if Pinkie's planning something, she's probably prepared for it. I don't know how to prepare, but she'll be prepared. But…"

"But what?" I asked.

"Remember that lightning power you got at the hospital?" Twilight asked.

I nodded. "Yeah, I was thinking about using it to disable her so I can rip her magic necklace off her neck. So, I have some sort of a plan but I don't want to tell you all of it because I don't want you, Violet, Simon, or Abigail to get into trouble or killed because of it."

"I understand," said Twilight, "because when you had that power surge I was worried the Discord might do something else to make you sick again. That's why I kept giving Discord the stink eye when I backed out of the room."

I snorted, "Yeah that was cute and funny at the same time. As a matter of fact when I first met you, I couldn't get over the fact of how adorable you were at everything you did. You still are adorable to me."

Twilight giggled, "You know when I talked to Princess Luna about getting a ring for you, I had no idea why I wanted to do that so much."

"Really?" I said.

Twilight nodded. "Mhm, all I knew was I wanted to get the ring. Princess Luna said that when a pony has found their mate, they just know it. They want to get a ring for their love and give it to them at all costs. Usually when that happens that means they want to propose marriage. I think Princess Luna was a little jealous of me wanting to get a ring for you."

The fact that the ruler of Equestria would be jealous of Twilight wanting to propose marriage to me was interesting.

"Now why would the ruler of Equestria be jealous of you doing that?" I asked.

"Because she's never had that happen to her yet," Twilight explained, "She hasn't found her mate so to speak."

"Oh, I see," I said.

Twilight gave a happy sigh, "I know you can't seem to focus on planning the wedding just yet and I completely understand. To tell the truth, I can't focus enough to do it either. I told Rarity and the others about it via a letter. I asked them not to respond to it yet because I plan on making a visit and hopefully you'll be with me when I go talk to them about it."

"Yeah, I wouldn't mind going with you," I said, "I'm pretty sure the PPA will give me some time off after this is over with. They usually do after I've finished an assignment."

"How much time do they usually give you?" Twilight asked.

"Enough vacation for a week or two," I replied, "And if they're made aware that I'm planning to get married they might give me more time off for that."

"Okay, that would be nice if they did." Twilight said.

I was curious about what Twilight said about the mare's duty as a person of royalty to propose marriage and I wondered if it was the same for a regular pony. "I have a question for you."

"Okay," said Twilight, "what is it?"

"You said that it is the duty of a mare that is a person of royalty to do the proposing to their love," I said, "Is it the same for a regular citizen of Equestria?"

Twilight shook her head, "Nope, it can be either a mare or a stallion. It can also be from both sides of the relationship."

"Uh, both sides?" I asked.

"Yup," Twilight replied, "both sides. With Applejack's brother Big Mac and his wife Sugar Belle they proposed to each other."

"Huh, interesting," I said, "Usually, on Earth it's one or the other but most of the time it's the man that does it. But before it can happen, the man will ask the woman's father if it's okay to ask for his daughter's hand in marriage."

"Now that's interesting," Twilight said, "I'll have to write that down in my research. But in Equestria as you can see it doesn't happen that way. It's because most of the time the parents have already gotten to know a pony's mate. But it's not so with royalty because most of the time, their parents have to schedule a visit at the castle and even still sometimes that doesn't work out."

"Oh I see," I said, "Well that makes sense, because a person of royalty would be very busy dealing with royal duties and what not."

"Exactly!" Twilight said.

I wondered if it would be the same thing for me being married to a person of royalty and if I would have royal duties on top of being an Agent for the PPA.

Twilight seemed to know the answer to my question before I even asked it.

"In case you're wondering," said Twilight, "I'm not sure if a person of royalty's spouse has royal duties also. I'll have to talk to Princess Luna about that."

"Okay." I replied.

After Pinkie was captured I wondered many things; about what it would be like to be married to someone of the royal family. I do know one thing for sure. I didn't love Twilight because she's royalty. I love Twilight because of her personality. She has made me happy ever since the first moment I met her. All I want to do now is be her for as long as I possibly could. Hopefully, forever.

{Hugo}

I smiled as I watched Princess Twilight propose marriage to Alex.

"Well, I didn't see that coming!" I said.

"No kidding!" Zane agreed, "I think Princess Twilight will make a wonderful wife for Alex and I'm pretty sure he'll make a wonderful husband for her."

I nodded in agreement, "Yup! I wonder if they're going to have children too? I wouldn't mind having a grandchild."

"Okay Hugo," Zane chuckled, "slow your roll, I think you're jumping ahead of yourself here. I mean they have yet to catch Pinkie Pie!"

"Oh, yeah right," I said, trying to keep my excitement down.

Zane snorted. "I can understand your excitement Hugo. But I would keep it down, way down. Like I said, they have yet to catch Pinkie Pie and they haven't even started planning the wedding yet."

I nodded. Even still it was hard for me to wait and see what the future would hold for Alex and Princess Twilight.
