Twilight gives birth to Sombra's son and destroys the evil king's lineage.

Nine hours ago, King Sombra captured and raped Twilight Sparkle. She has escaped after killing Sombra. Unfortunately, she has passed out from blood loss and hypothermia. Is she going to die from both ailments, or is she going to be saved? Also, can the foal be removed before nine months pass, or does she have to wait?
